We have had only excellent experiences with Northtown Lexus. The general manager makes it easy to do business with the dealership. Our sales person Justin knows the cars well and is always available to answer questions, even after the purchase takes place. The service manager Greg is there to be sure service is well performed and timely. And the Lexus products are great cars and SUVs. Nothing bad to say about Northtown Lexus.
I purchased a used car and had the following serious issues: the car inspection was faulty and did not find that the antifreeze was so low that the car had minimal heat/suspect proper engine cooling. The salesman was rude and didn’t want to fix the issue because he thought it would cost too much! I had to check my own fluids before I left the lot!! Even though I put a deposit on the car, I was pushed to take the car the same day - this was not possible since their financing and warranty costs were not competitive with my own sources. Management at the dealership was demanding of my salesman to close the deal ASAP which led to him pressuring me unnecessarily. I was greatly inconvenienced due to their timing. I spoke to the finance person and with another Northtown location about my treatment and I received ZERO response. I would not purchase from Lexus Northtown again!
Salesman told me new brakes were put on bmw before I purchased by their service department. Almost failed inspection so I called service department and she told me only an oil change was completed. She asked if I wanted to open a case with sales manager and he has not reached out. Emailed Chet too. No response. They are hoping I would forget about this
The sales team convinced me to make the over two hour drive to their store to purchase a vehicle after I explicitly told them that I didn’t not want to make the long trip out there unless I was sure I’d be driving out in a new car. The salesman assured me he’d move on the price of the car and they could check out my vehicle for trade-in. They wasted half of my day in driving alone just to tell me they could reduce the vehicle by $200.00. Would not recommend.
This place is running a bait and switch. I went to look at specific vehicles that are listed on their site, brand new, 16 miles, in stock. What do they say? Oh that one is in Florida and it has 5000 miles. I can get it here though. Oh, that other one sold yesterday. But Ill take $1000 of this one ($4500 higher price) if you take it today.Ya, right. Those vehicles are still listed on their site, with the same details, weeks later! Scammers. Beware. If theyll lie to you like this before the sale, imagine dealing with them if you have issues after the sale.
I attempted to contact the dealership a total of 6 times: 2 emails to two different people (Gabe and Andrea), and two phone calls (none of which were returned). We considered purchasing the GX460, but with no returned calls or emails—it sounds like the dealership is not interested in making sales. Rethinking the brand and have focused on the BMWX5 and Mercedes GLE350, as those dealerships have been responsive. I wouldn’t purchase a car from this dealership if they don’t respond or communicate with potential customers.
2 things:1) I will only own a Lexus for the rest of my life. They are the absolute best vehicles.2) I will only deal with Northtown Lexus in that time. The staff is incredible; especially Zach Barringer. He made everything so simple, fast and just overall amazing. I popped in at 10:30 to look, and he had me in my new NX by 3:30. This guy is who you wanna deal with for sure. Super personable, professional, and just a great guy to have a conversation with!

I had been searching for a pre-owned vehicle for quite some time and had struggled to find the model and a price that suited me. Ultimately, my search led me to Northtown. The sales consultant, Jessica, and general manager David were extremely accommodating and informative throughout the entire process and were able to get me into a car I really wanted.
Bought my last 4 vehicles at Northtown Lexus. Couldnt be happier with the vehicles and the service which was professional, friendly and straightforward. Sales staff is attentive and focused on you when your there. Highly recommend Northtown Lexus for new or certified pre-owned - cant go wrong at this location!
Our salesperson Dana was great. The buying process was easy and no pressure . My issue is with the overall condition of the suv’s interior. I was told that since this was a used car that they had gotten the interior as clean as they possibly could. Well, there was an excessive amount of pet hair burrowed in the back seats and in the carpet (under the mats), a half eaten pop tart, a half eaten dog bone, a pencil and other misc crumbs and debris. This suv looked relatively clean but it didn’t feel clean and under closer inspection it had not been deep cleaned. 5 days after purchasing this very nice vehicle I had to pay $200 to get the vehicle professionally detailed. Imagine driving around in someone else’s filth! I went to Northtown because I thought that they were a step above other dealerships in the area. Still, overall while I would recommend this dealership, I am disheartened by this. If you buy a used vehicle from here I would pay close attention to the detailing (unlike I did). Do a thorough inspection of the vehicle (beyond the surface) and make sure that it is clean BEFORE you drive away. It is a shame that with the reputation that they have Northtown would allow a vehicle to be sold in this condition.
Went for new tires and an oil change, service was great! The problem came when there was a discrepancy in the total price that was due. It was a mere $17.99 and Lexus would not remove it from the bill. Of course I can afford the $18 or I wouldnt be driving a Lexus, however its the principle. So going forward Ill just take my car somewhere else next time.
These people know how to treat their customers well. The service is exceptional. Always have coffee and bottled water available. Appointments are kept promptly and loaners are available if needed. Although I was advised my car might not be finished by the time I returned, it was ready 2 hours earlier than I could get back to pick it up. I purchased a certified vehicle and get the first 2 years of scheduled maintenance free at this point in time. This is the 3rd certified vehicle I have purchased from them and plan to get my next one the same in a few years!!
Lets be real, car shopping can be a real pain but the folks at Northtown Lexus helped make it a smooth process for us. Zach Barringer was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. I told him what I was looking for, and he did the rest! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Called to confirm availability of a vehicle, and scheduled a test drive for later the same day. I recieved a call an hour later and was told that the vehicle was actually sold that morning. Went in to test drive a different vehicle and recieved a low-ball offer for my trade in. Looking forward to taking my business elsewhere.
Great experience! Very helpful people there! Their customer service was so great that we decided to buy a Lexus over a Mercedes (because the service in Mercedes Williamsville was not good and they were pressuring us to buy their car to make a sale!) Lexus Northtown was very attentive and made sure we walked out with everything we needed when we bought our first new car. Dotted every i and crossed every t!Did not feel rushed or pressured at all! Ive been a loyal customer to Northtown Lexus since 1994 and am on my eight car from the Schreiber family. In addition to Larry and Craig, David DePasquale, Greg Franzek and Joe Russell are the poster children when it comes to taking care of customers. They are courteous, professional, never a surprise with the bill, and always get a super clean state of the art loaner vehicle.

RIP-OFF!! I went to Northtown Lexus for a simple New York State Inspection and was told by Dean Davis I needed $1,100 worth of repairs in order to pass. However, I went to Pep-Boys on Eggert Road, three days later and my car passed inspection with flying colors, without one alteration to the vehicle. They are not to be trusted and will scam you if given the chance! I know this is a one star review but Id leave no stars if I could. Unbelievably horrible!

Very bad customer service! Unprofessional and never dishonest. Very disappointed at the service that was rendered to my cousin. Not the first time I’ve heard about this. Many friends of mine experienced such unprofessionalism. Thought about purchasing a Lexus myself from them but after this fiascoI shall not be doing so. Unacceptable!!
Went in for an oil change. Found out there was a recall on the car. Used a loaner to get our in town errands done, and were back on the road in short order. Dean and the team took great care of us, and the service we received was nothing short of awesome. Thanks for a great Lexus experience!
Great experience, first time ever going there for a car checkup and the customer service was amazing also used to the courtesy shuttle and had no problems or troubles sorting that out, and the same goes for getting my car checked up on. A full analysis was performed and I was given every bit of information I asked for - and had every problem I had taken care of.

An absolute no-brainer if youre looking to protect your investment. Both my fathers 2016 Corvette Z06 and my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport had Xpel installed and both came out absolutely flawless.Northtown Lexus is an authorized installer of Xpel but I still had a few concerns when I walked in. I was hoping that this was something Northtown had a lot of experience installing and not something that they were new to. The service manager, Greg Franzek, eased my concerns, addressed my questions directly, and explained the finished cost. He took his time explaining the process and went over my vehicle in detail with the Xpel installer. They both offered advice on what areas the cars should have protected, thoroughly explained how its applied, and how it would look upon completion. Greg even explained that they could create custom Xpel pieces with their plotter.When both Corvettes were finished, Greg went over both cars to make sure we were happy and explained the warranty paperwork with us. He followed up with me about 2 days after to make sure that everything was ok and that I didnt have any issues.Buffalo Car Care ceramic coated both Corvettes afterwards and commented that they couldnt even tell that Xpel was installed when we dropped them off. They further stated that theyd, seen some hack Xpel jobs and Northtown was, hands down the only place they would go to get it installed.My entire experience with Greg and his team was an enjoyable one. I never felt rushed or brushed off. Highly recommended!!
I was pleasantly greeted when I checked in and my car was serviced within the time frame they said. I love that they offer a free wash when finished! Overall a very nice experience.My only issue is that I always receive an email with a new appt scheduled. I would rather just schedule myself.

I am consistently pleased with the level of courtesy and service. I asked for my salesman Scott S. by name for this third transaction. I am never disappointed at Lexus.

This is my second Lexus from this dealership, and I was hesitant, at first, before returning here to purchase based on experiences of several years ago, but things have changed for the better. Now, there is very friendly customer service. The sales associate focused on exactly what I wanted rather than on trying to sell me something that I had no interest in. I didnt feel rushed, hasseled, or pressured into purchasing anything. When I picked up my purchase, a separate associate walked me through the differences between my old and new vehicle, and he was patient with my questions. Everyone throughout was very knowledgable about the products, very pleasant to speak with, and customer-service oriented. Their positive attitudes make me feel more confident and fulfilled with my purchase.
Excellent dealership. We were in town from NC and happened to be due for service on our vacation. They let me take a free loaner out to do Christmas shopping. Most dealers will only loan you a car if you bought it there and even then its tough. I hope we are due for service here next year!

I have bought many cars in the past years and have dealt with several dealerships in Western New York. The Northtown Lexus dealership is outstanding !!!! When you walk into the dealership you are greeted with a friendly smile and asked the purpose of your visit. If you just want to browse at the cars they let you browse. If you want to speak to someone about a vehicle they page someone right away to assist you. I was not sure what vehicle I wanted. I worked with Zachary and he let me test drive all the vehicles I needed to so I could make a decision. When I chose my vehicle Zachary sat down with me and went over the entire vehicle, options, finance etc...Very detailed. I told them I would think about it and get back to them.There was no pressure or issues waiting to decide. After I made my decision, the process was hassle free. I was in and out with the whole vehicle explained to me in less than 2 hours. They also explained the whole service department and all the perks the dealership offers. In conclusion, If you want a hassle free experience buying a vehicle use Northtown Lexus. Very much appreciated A+++

Wasnt planning on buying a car, but the deal and incentives were so good I did. Rick Merlino and his staff of business advisers and tech supporters were very patient and pleasant to work with. Im very pleased. I feel like I made the right choice and am looking forward to several years of driving my 2017 Lexus. Hopefully well both grow older together............
Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had.I just purchased my vehicle and several days later had noticed some fluid leaking and a burning smell coming from the front-end. The service representative I was assigned to had me wait, staring at him, while he was on the phone for 10 minutes, then copped an attitude and threw the we dont normally do this, but... routine at me. He then stated that I appeared to be on-edge from the start, and that I was outta here because I stated I didnt trust the dealership for selling me a vehicle with a fluid leak. Mind you, this leak was no where to be found on the pre-sale inspection report.After this debacle, I met with the service manager, Greg F., who showed me what the issue was (a leaking transmission line), and stated that I could do the repair myself by sawing the rusty part off and replacing it with some hose. Nope, not gonna do that.I ended up leaving and when I came back to see if they could do something at all for me, he had the audacity to claim I, myself, did it though wear and tear!! I had literally owned the car for less than 2 weeks.. at this point I had just given up.I got the repair done at a local shop, and when I came back to get air into my tires the service rep that I worked with (at the start) was there. We made amends, and he stated he would give me a complimentary inspection so that I can be sure that there are absolutely no other issues with the vehicle. He assigned me a time to bring it in, we shook hands, and that was it.I bring it in to get it inspected, and the service manager Greg F. is standing at the counter, waiting. What exactly are we doing here, sir? he asked. I told him about my agreement with service rep, to which he responded that he was not going to honor it. After debating with him, he told me to leave or he was going to CALL THE POLICE. Unbelievable!!!The only reason Im giving this place an extra star is because the GM, David D., was gracious enough to give me a full refund on the repair I had to pay for elsewhere. Avoid this dealerships service department.
I’m from depew newyork and I took my car to this place on January 18/2018 for car inspection,I checked my car good ,and put my sunglasses in my jacket so nobody steal it but I left a bag couple pound of coins (the change from grocery shopping)in the glove box.which is I thought nobody gonna steal it but I was wrong my trust but wrong place ,after 1 hour service they gave me. My key back before I left I checked the the box and whole car ...somebody stole my bag of coins .i talked to the manager and he said he doesn’t know who did that which is unacceptable answer for a big business company like north town Lexus,can u imagine every they stole couple dollars from customers coin box which nobody never know and how much totally they make from stealing people money a year ?i used to trust them gave them my car key but not any more that s a shame of this company....I won’t go back
I spoke to a service rep in the service department his name was John I believe and he gave me the run around and wanted to over charge me for an Exterior detail on my 2014 ram truck told me they do not wax the roof unless I pay an extra $50 they dont do any clay bar and thus you pay extra but as soon as I showed him the flyer that the company was advertising for the exterior he put his foot in his mouth and said we are going to do whatever this flyer states. As a customer he made me feel like because I wasnt getting The entire detail done to my vehicle and yes the exterior that the work was not worth being done so whoever decides to get a detail be aware dont always listen to what they say
Im from out of town. Ive had a few urgent problems with my Lexus while in Buffalo. I went to Northtown both times and had great experiences. I can trust Joe in the service department to oversee my repairs with immediacy and accuracy. The facility / service are both first class. Very fair and direct.

I had a GREAT experience at Northtown Lexus while they serviced my vehicle. I believe they gave me a honest and fair price for the service and I felt as though I could trust in their opinion and they wouldnt try to take advantage of me. I just felt at ease and I felt Valued as a customer and to Top it all off they did a Complimentary Wheel Alignment and they also provided me a Courtesy Vehicle. All I Can Say Is EXCELLENT customer service by Northtown Lexus they treat you like you matter I highly reccomend them !!!
Just leased a brand new Lexus from Northtown Lexus. I dont think any other dealer will come close to service that was provided by the team from Northtown Lexus. Both sales manager Rick Merlino, business manager Jordan and General Manager David have been outstanding. It is a no pressure buying process, truly makes the experience very smooth. My salesperson Jake was very helpful and friendly during my purchase. However, the staff on the day of picking up my vehicle was very rude and unfriendly. While waiting on Jake to finish a meeting and to complete the paperwork for my purchase none of the staff that walked passed my boyfriend and I offered any assistance or spoke and we travel over an hour for this vehicle.

John was our associate for the service, very helpful, considerate and professional, even provided us with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. No pressure sales team. Almost border line disinterested in me. Not sure if they thought I was serious about making a purchase or what. In any case I knew what I wanted and it was pretty straight forth. Sales associate Zac was helpful and facilitated the sale without issue.
Needed service on my sad old Lexus and was concerned Id be treated differently because my RX300 is nearly 20 years old, isnt new and shiny, but pretty much all Lexus still runs like a top and works well. My concerns were immediately relieved when dealing with Michelle, Joe, and the others who treated me like every other customer. Another concern was cost vs. an independent Lexus mechanic or the service shop trying to throw in markups and items I didnt need, when all I really wanted was an inspection and to repair a few items that needed fixing. Here too they only fixed what needed to, didnt pressure me into fixing things I didnt want, and treated me with respect. Also, the price of the repair for what was needed wasnt too bad. Great service and great people made for a great experience and when my sad old Lexus needs service again, wont hesitate to go back!
My experience so far with Northtown Lexus has been excellent. The salesperson, Tony, was very nice and took the time with us to look at many different vehicles on the lot. He took the time to go over many functions in the car - onscreen navigation, door lock settings, seat and steering wheel settings. He also answered many question I had after reading the Lexus certified and Northtown perks books.I certainly hope the service department is as good as the service I have received so far.
Great service! I have had terrific service over the past few years. Being able to get a loaner is very convenient with my schedule. I have had regular maintenance and one bigger repair that was under warranty - all well handled. But best thing is that the service crew is willing to solve a small problem quickly. Loud rattle I thought was doomsday for me was a heat shield fix - no charge. Oh and I mentioned I had a leaky tire at the same time - fixed it no charge as well! Really? They pay attention and address all the little things that need repair to keep my car running well without gouging me. Austin and check in crew are great!
I owned a Lexus for over 5 years and their service team was great with customer service. They did break a piece of my shifter but replaced it with no charge. When I take my car in and wait for service, I would always go look at the new cars. I was NEVER greeted by anyone and no one seemed to want my business. I would think that I would be a prime customer, owning a Lexus with over 100,000 miles peering into the windows of a new car?As my car grew old and I got the news that I needed over 3500 to fix it, I was in the market for a new car. Again, I took a stroll into the show room. I had to ask for assistance to get a sales guy to work with. He was a young guy who didnt give me the time of day. He didnt show me any new cars because he said I couldnt afford them. Then left me saying, maybe you should buy a corolla. Uh okay?? Great sales team you have there!Most unfortunate that he lost my business as I went elsewhere.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY!!! Lied to me on multiple occasions including extras on the car that were not included in sticker price but were added to the final cost. DO NOT TRY TO NEGOTIATE WITH THESE PEOPLE as they play the poor card and say they cannot come down on the cars anymore and there is no more room to move. Our salesman was old and it showed, as he was more concerned about leaving and getting home as it was 5 oclock then staying with us for a few minutes after 5 to go over the deal on a car. The lie right to your face and tell you exactly what you want to hear to get you to sign!!! I HAVE MANY FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS WHO HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. I dont know where these good reviews are coming from ,but they are probably paid reviews!! We ultimately found the car we wanted at another dealership in town that was a pleasure to work with..unlike these people at Northtown Lexus..What A Joke!!!!
I am a Canadian who drives from Toronto, Ontario for all my maintenance and repairs to this outstanding dealership. All the service managers are most professional, honest about what needs to be done and extremely caring and helpful. I have always received value for my money and never felt ripped off! I have a Lexus dealership right beside my house in Toronto who could learn a lot from this dealership! Congratulations for nailing customer service Northtown!!!!
Purchased certified pre-owned from salesperson Mike R. He was very knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy what he does. He made my experience at Northtown Lexus a great one. If your interested in purchasing a Lexus, make sure and ask for Mike. This is a 1st class dealership!
This dealer is the worst I have ever dealt with! I go in there to purchase a brand new very expensive vehicle and I ended up waiting for about 20min before anyone came to help me then when I finally had someone we sat down and I told them from the beginning Im looking to buy a Lexus truck and that I wanted a quick and honest trade value for the vehicle Im trading in and they come back with the worst trade value Ive ever seen and they have the odasity to tell me that theyre doing me a favor with the amount they gave me. I showed them every used car website even blackbook pricing for my vehicle and the amount they tried giving me for my trade was about 5k lower then then blackbook which was outrageous!!!!! So to sum it up they tried robbing me then insult me after waiting for them 20minutes and sit there and play games and this wasnt the first time this ever happens at Northtown Ive had other problems in other north town dealers before so dont go to them theyre rip offs they will try to give you the worst for your trade and overall the service sucks so take it from me they suck bad
This was, I believe, the 12th car me or a member of my family have purchased through Northtown. Obviously, we keep coming back! And we come back because the experience is the best - from the sales people, the service department, the receptionists, the ... well, everyone. We have recommended Northtown Lexus to others and will continue to do so. And of course theres the cars. The line for us at home is We are a Lexus family. And its true. Wonderful cars to own and drive. In short, well keep coming for more in the future.
Great customers service. We worked with Zach Barringer who was very helpful and even called me on his day off to follow up with me to make sure we were happy with or purchase. The finance person that helped us was also very nice and easy to work with. We had a slight issue with the alignment, but they got it sorted out the same evening that we took delivery. Very satisfied with our experience, the thank you gift that came in the mail a few days later was a nice touch.

Every time I visit, scheduled or unscheduled I am welcomed with warm smiles by name, and staff taking the time to engage in conversation - service, sales, reception - its truly a family feel. We are all busy folks, so I can appreciate the details and general work environment that is felt when I visit, and I know through talking to other patrons in the lounge area that this is not only me.
I am changing my review because we had a issue with our IS 250. After going back and forth with dealer and Lexus, Graig step in and took care of everything for us the way Northtown lexus always treat their customers. I wanna thank Graig and his team for taking care of this matter.
I had scheduled an interior/exterior detail at the NT hyundai dealer who confirmed it was at their site. Unfortunately after I arrived, they said I would have to go to the Lexus dealer to have it detailed. So, I go down to them and was told though its in their system, its not scheduled there so they could squeeze me in, but wouldnt be done until the next day. Having work, I was ready to walk out the door and never come back.I know the service guy knew that so he figured some things around and was able to squueze me in and have it ready by 8pm and he would throw in a free aquapel window treatment (I was scheduled at 3:30pm). I said okay and I was shuttled home. I returned at 8:15, no callback, and saw my car getting parked back in the service entrance. Service giy wasnt able to do a perfect job on the seats, sad I needed a deep shampoo (not anywhere listed online or in store so I couldnt tell pricing OR if they did it), and would cost about another $200 but cut me a discount on this one because of the moderate turn out.Overall, Im happy with the service accomadations after the hyundai dealer, according to Lexus, gave me the run around, and would possibly return but not 100%. Only went to the dealer cuz it was cheaper than delta sonic interior and trusted a dealer brand a bit more. Probably do a bit more looking around before spring to get vest shampoo pricing.
My husband and I were at Northtown yesterday, just shopping. Well, we ended up buying a 2014 lease turn-in. We were treated very respectfully, and fell in love with an ES 350. We were given a very fair trade-in value on my previous car (an Acura). I love my new-to-me Lexus. Justin was very patient and very thorough explaining all the tech and settings, and the whole deal went very smoothly! I highly recommend shopping at Northtown Lexus!
I was considering buying another high-end car from another dealership. When I went to look at the different models, the salesman brought me into the sales managers office to introduce me to her. She barely looked up from her computer! At Northtown, the general manager called me when he heard about my husbands death and offered assistance in selling his car. I decided to trade in both my husbands car and mine and buy a new vehicle. He made sure I received good service and got a fair deal. Rick Merlino was terrific. Everyone from the receptionist to the general manager behaves like adults with graciousness and friendliness. I would recommend Northtown Lexus to anyone!
Referred by another Northtown employee to work with Zach. He was so nice to work with, explained my options and worked with me to get what I wanted. He kept in contact with me and kept me informed during the purchasing process. Such a positive experience and I would definitely work with Zach again!
This is the second Lexus I have purchased from Northtown and it has been a postive experience. I was treated with courtesy and respect and efforts were made to accommodate my needs.My salesman, Dan has also been very accommodating and accessible.My only complaint would be that the dealer adds unwanted options to the car that cant be removed, such as paint sealant and a product called Zurich shield. These add hundreds of dollars to the cost of the vehicle and are visible on the car. I would have never agreed to these if I had been given the option.I would recommend that that Northtown offer these products to the consumer, but dont make them mandatory!All in all, it was a pleasant buying experience, though.
My recent purchase of my first Lexus was a great experience. The entire team of Brittany, Thomas and Greg made the whole process very easy and treated me with a high level of professionalism. I have always owned BMWs in the past but they made my first introduction to Lexus outstanding. My sales consultant Brittany really knows the product and was extremely informative throughout the entire sales process. I would highly recommend Northtown Lexus.
Owning a Lexus has its perks! Getting a loaner vehicle is definitely one of my favorites. Driving a brand new vehicle for a day is fun and it also gets you thinking about buying one. Its a clever sales tactic and also a very convenient and fun way to spoil your customers.
I walked in to Northtown Lexus as I was interested in a used vehicle that they had listed. The sales person I was greeted with, John, was super nice and seemed as though he actually wanted to help me. I explained to him that this sale might be tough as I still had 19 months left on my lease and therefor there was a lot of overhead but that I needed a bigger vehicle as I had just gained custody of two boys on top of my own 3 children. He raved about how if anyone could do it, he and the finance guy, Brian, would be able to. They asked me to fill out a credit app which I stated I didnt want them running my credit without first telling me if it was even possible to get a loan with so much overhead. I was told that they just needed to check my credit score and that it wouldnt effect my credit unless they sent it to the bank and he wouldnt do that unless he talked to me and also knew that a loan for that vehicle was possible. But that my credit was fine. Ok, no problem! Well Brian came back and said the vehicle I had chosen would not work but that he was going to do some research and would call me back the next day with some options. Next day came, no call. I texted John and he said Brian would call me Monday. Ok, again no problem. No call Monday. I texted John twice, no response. I called Brian, no response. I called the sales manager, no response. And to top it off, I pulled up my report and they did send out my credit app to banks and it did show up on my report. I could understand if they could not help me in my situation but to just outright ignore my calls is horrible customer service and honestly just mean.
Hello, I am very disappointed with my recent Lexus lease purchase. While the sale team was great and process easy. My problem is my certified 2016 RX 350 has had nothing but problems. How could this be if certified? My car was been in the dealership for about a week each time. Northtown Lexus has attempted to repair one problem two times and it is still not fixed. I have the problem for the third time now, in fact I now have video and pictures of the warning on the dash board. In the last 5 days the truck has had 3 days with warning lights. I truly am questioning this whole certified process. I believe I have a lemon of a SUV. How does one spend this much money and have a SUV with so many problems?10/3/2017- Also, when it looked like things were moving in the right direction that is not the case. I have reached out to Mike as stated below and he has not returned my phone or emails. I continue to be disappointed in the lack of customer service from Northtowns. I would suggest customer research the dealership in Rochester. Lexus Corp. is currently the one working to fix them problem. The call me each day to see the status of the truck.
Absolutely Terrible service. Drove over an hour to bring my 2016 F Sport in to get checked for a bad road noise. They tell me its rust on the backing plate an they fixed it, which i know it was not. As i go to leave it is still making same noise. Went back and manager came out for a test ride with me an confirmed the noise, then he suggested since i work at a dealership I should try different tires. What a joke. Why even bring my car here in the first place? I will tell everyone I know not to shop here.
This is for the service department:I made an appointment for an estimate for paint protection film application.Showed up to the appointment, and the estimator had the day off. Rescheduled.Showed up the second time. Got the estimate, and gave the go ahead.Came back to pick it up, on the day it was supposed to be done, and it wasnt.Came back the second time, to pick it up. It was done this time, but, somehow the price had changed.I should have just told them to remove it, instead of taking the hoodwinking scam, as the edges of the film are puckering up, and lifting off the paint surface, especially the headlight protectors. Also, I had *specifically* requested, that the film be pulled *over* the front edges of the hood. They didnt. Theres a nice gap of unprotected surface. Right where you usually pick up paint chips from stones.The manager offered to fix it at a later time, when he got caught up with his appointments. When that time arrived, all they did was throw deuces. We cant do that... Why did you wait till *now* to complain. All the deflection *bs* they could come up with. Think my best bet would have been to purchase the material, and drop it off at the local BOCES, and let the school kids handle it.Sorry to say, it looks like a Delta Sonic flunky job. *BIG BIG TWO THUMBS DOWN*
I leased an RX 350 about 2 years ago from Northtown Lexus & I can say it was the most outstanding salesperson / leasing experience I have EVER had !! Brittany Ellison was truly professional and since the entire leasing was done over the phone , it was easy and seemless. I live 5 hours from Buffalo, so Brittany met me 1/2 way on the Thruway and I signed all the papers and away I went. Brittanycontinued to follow up with me periodically over the course of my lease to make sure everything was going well and I was still happy.....I absolutely recommend Brittany Ellison for your salesperson if you are in the market for a Lexus from Northtown Lexus in Amherst NY
As a sales person myself, I am very critical about my experience. I will say Rick Merlino and Dave D make a car buying experience enjoyable. Rick works really hard to ensure best price and incentives are available to you. Im from Rochester but will continue to buy from Northtown in Buffalo with any Lexus n the future.

I was in Buffalo from Cleveland with my wife and 3 kids for a Memorial Day weekend trip with family when I realized I had a (potentially) catastrophic oil line failure on my 2010 RX450h—literally no oil on dipstick. She was incredibly helpful late and unexpectedly on a Saturday to help get my family back on the road with a recalled part (in Canada at least). We regularly service our Lexus at Metro Lexus in Cleveland and super thankful for the Lexus family of service centers, Buffalo in particular. I cannot possibly express thanks for this dealer’s service center’s help with what could have a much worse situation. Friendly, helpful and just good people here.

2022-07-10I walked into Northtown the other night in hopes to test drive a used is300. When I got there, I was linked up with Mike Bartkowiak. The car I was curious to test drive had already sold, so we spent the next 20 minutes or so discussing the inventory flow, the market trends, different options, SUV’s vs sedans, and initially I felt kinda disappointed that my search would likely continue. Mike really went out of his way to help me sort through my options and understand different realistic scenarios that would lead me to get in something new/used/leased in the near future. This interaction ultimately led me to buying my very first ever, brand new car right off the show room floor. 2022 Lexus RC300 F sport. I have to say that I have never dealt with anyone at this dealership that has the genuinely happy personality Mike has. He was so helpful, and really made me feel comfortable with my purchase every step of the way. He was extremely accommodating and when I made up my mind after about 20 minutes of being there, Mike was able to get me out the door in my brand new vehicle the next morning ! (It would have been that night had the banks been open!) He left no questions unanswered and delivered on everything he promised! When you’re making a major purchase, there’s nothing more important than the person helping you. My advice to anyone thinking of heading to Northtown Lexus would be to ask for Mike. He will do whatever he can for you, and make the process go smooth! I’d also like to mention Dan in the finance department. The whole transaction happened so quickly, I did not have all my questions ready. I called him the next day and he immediately got back to me to answer every detail and was happy to do so. Thank you both! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the entire experience !!

2022-04-05Im very disappointed that I have to give a luxury car dealership a bad review. My overall experience has not been the best. Ive been obsessed with the Lexus IS line since the new body style came out in 2014 and the opportunity finally came about to get one. I cant deny the fact that I got an outrageously good deal on my car and I couldnt turn it down. My car salesman, Mike Bartkowiak, was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the car and very responsive when it came to dealing with the issues Im about to talk about. The sales process was very rushed, it was the end of the quarter and you could tell everyone was in a hurry. When it came time to sit down with the finance rep, Zachary Barringer, nothing was really explained to me. I was not given an option to choose my own bank, I was told my APR rate was 4% flat but when checking the print AFTER signing it was 4.89%. I wasnt given the option to read over the bank, the APR or the warranty coverage BEFORE signing, the paper work was only printed AFTER signing and I couldnt see the screen because as Zach said all the numbers are on it and you can see what things actually cost. Overall it was just rushed. There was a 75 dollar full tank of gas fee which is ABSOLUTELY GARAGE especially coming from a larger luxury car dealership in Buffalo. On top of that I was told Id have to pay for a second key if one was not found (i have been given a second key but the battery was dead). Ive bought 3 other cars from West Herr Nissan and never did I have to pay for a tank of gas, and the second key was always provided even if the car was traded in with 1 key.Today I did get the chance to sit down with Zach and had some things clarified. Zach did a great job slowing down and answering any and all of my questions. He apologized for rushing, he was professional and honest with me, which I very much appreciated. He really did a great job trying to make things right and I have all the respect for him now.2 stars is all I can give because the positives are only; the price I got my car, and for the time Zach took to sit down and talk with me to try and reconcile his mistake. But having to pay for a tank of gas when the car was already full and having to pay for a second key is just embarrassing for a well known dealership. The initial experience I had when signing papers is just not acceptable. I dont plan on buying here again and Id encourage people to look to West Herr before buying Northtown. Im was a loyal West Herr customer and I regret not buying there this time around.

2022-04-13Previously I would have given a five star review but recently that has changed. My recent visit for service wasnt pleasant at all. When I callled to schedule my service I had a couple of questions of which was what that service included and the cost. The young lady seemed a bit comfused and put me on hold to find out the price. I was on hold so long until I thought that she had forgotten about me. When she came back she informed me that the particular service I needed would be about $135 defending on how much quarts of oil I needed for my oil change. I scheduled the service and the day of I was given a call by the advisor and informed that they recommend anothe additional services as well which made the price go from $135 to over $300 plus the price had changed and this change was after I had scheduled my appointment. I felt like they just randomly changed the price after being quoted one price. After receiving my vehicle back and looked over the information, I had a couple of questions. I called and the same lady that had scheduled the service answered the phone. I asked to speak to the service advisor Michelle and after she asked me a bunch of questions she put me on hold. .Michelle never answered the phone nor did the young lady come back on the line. After awhile their phone just hung up. I called back and got a different lady. She forwarded the call and again Michelle didnt answer but she came back on the line and took a message. Michelle did return my call and answered my questions. Although I was told the service included an oil change, there was no oil change.. I am extremely disappointed. It was to the point that I had to ask the first young lady that scheduled the appointment if she was new. Of which she informed me that she was. Previously I was so happy with their service until I bragged about how great they were but now I dont know. Plus they were suppose to change the battery in my key and that didnt happen either. Their misinformation and sudden price changes are really unacceptable in my book. And poor customer service as well.

2022-06-24Mike Bartkowiak was the absolute best in coordinating the sale of my new model NX. He was so extremely patient, quick and kind with responding to my numerous phone calls as I *impatiently* waited for the new vehicle! There was no pressure at the final point of sale. If you need to speak to a Lexus salesperson please ask for Mike and you will not regret it. I love my car too!

2022-06-20So i went to the service and asked for some liquids flushing and hybrid intercooler flushing and they wanted to overcharge me. then i asked for a quotation paper that list all the services i asked for and have the pricing for the work+labor, the service guy told me “sorry bud we don’t do this here, you want the service or not?” to be honest worst experience ever never coming back here i’m actually from Virginia luckily we got a lot of dealers over there.

2022-01-21Worst experience when purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. I flew from Oklahoma to purchase this vehicle and while at the airport they told me that my finning was not good even though we had been planning this for over a week. When I had to go and change the promissory note to a certified check they told me the wrong price and just sent a text and stated “looks like we took the taxes out twice but you can pay the difference with cash or credit card” then come to find out after driving it back and taking it to the store the next day I had a light come on so the following week took it to Lexus in okc and they said the steering is messed up and is not safe to drive. Looking at the history of this car it states that this has appeared multiple times before I even bought the vehicle while at their shop. I bought a cpo from Lexus because I thought they can be trust worthy and I bought a cpo because it’s supposed to pass a rigorous inspection but they just cleared the light and sold it to me. I am glad this is not my dealer since my experience has been shady and terrible. I recommend no one comes to this place from the finance, gym manager terrible. Google maps require at least one star if it was up to me they would get 0 stars. I have been to Mercedes’, volvo, and bmw with service no where near as bad as this

2021-09-05Joe was awesome. We screwed up the date we were supposed to bring our vehicle in for service, and knowing we had brought our vehicle in from over 1.5 hours away they fit us in to their schedule. We expected a high level of service from Lexus, but this team went well above and beyond.
