Nixson Simoni was the Service Agent who handled my car. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He gave me an approximate wait time. Nixson kept me posted on the status of my vehicle. I was very pleased with my visit to Lia. This is the second time Nixson Simoni handle my car. He’s great!
Jim gave me excellent service and informed me of what my car needed concisely and precisely. Friendly service with a smile.
Hermant was good in greeting me & asking questions why I was there & if I had an issues with my truck. The only thing that I have an issue is the wait time for just an general maintenance & wheel rotation & balance. Over 2 hrs to wait for the vehicle to be ready. I believe that Lia of Toyota should look at their scheduling program & their timing of complete work on the vehicles. If they are asking up front what time & day & type of work to done on vehicle than they should properly schedule the vehicle according to the request of the customer. Otherwise this was my only issue with Lia of Toyota.
I dealt with Mr Ralph Russo on several occasions and I must say he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He also went the extra mile to check my extended warranty for my repairs. He’s a good guy.
I was charged the basic $150.00 for a diagnostic done on my car which was contributed towards an hour of labour. I was told by the shop that they were not able to do work on my car and instead I would have to bring it to a body shop.The following day I did the same diagnostic on my car in less than 30 minutes. During this process, I discovered 4 inches of water in my spare tire compartment. Not a word of this puddle was mentioned to me upon picking up my car.When I called Toyota and explained my issue, I was first put on hold then hung up on by representative Johnathan Nin. Upon calling back, another gentleman picked up the phone. According to this representative, it was not a requirement (or even a courtesy) for Toyota to notify me about the puddle. Nor did they care that i was a returning customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their service center.To be clear, I was not disappointed at Toyota for failing to clean the puddle. The failure to notify a customer about a 4 inch puddle in a car is ridiculous. Their intention was to let me drive around with this puddle, with the potential to cause more damage to my car and belongings. According to Toyota this isnt a big deal. Others can decide if that is they type of service they want when having their car attended to.(NOTE - BELOW PHOTOS ARE AFTER I ALREADY TOOK THE SPARE TIRE OUT AND SCOOPED MOST OF THE WATER FROM THE PUDDLE!)
Ralph Russo is the BEST service person Ive ever dealt with...ANYWHERE. I wont take our 4 Toyotas to anyone else!
I had the pleasure of being helped right away in the service area at Lia by Jonathan Nin. He answered all my questions, was professional, honest and I felt like he cared about helping customers.They even took me in last minute when I got a flat tire and got my new tires scheduled right away. Very happy with the service at Lia.
Parts department guys were very kind and helpful when I went to pick up parts!

Ralph Russo helped me when I brought my Prius Prime for repair following a flash flood. He was professional, courteous and helped me thru the process, contacted the insurance adjuster etc.- all done very professionally and courteously.

We recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander. I wanted to personally thank our wonderful, professional & knowledgeable saleswoman, Ariel Prall. Paul Vislov was awesome. Took me in as I drove into the garage. I was in the waiting room in 2 Minutes and got my car back right on time as he said I would. All good.
Ralph Russo was the best, he kept me informed of everything that I wanted done to my car. I recommend him highly when you go there.

2022-01-19RALPH RUSSO was genuine, helpful, attentive and assisted me in getting new tires when I really thought I couldnt at this time... despite a couple of months of waiting, he walked me through and serviced my car with thoughtful care and addressed all my concerns along the way! 2022-02-08I was greated immediately by Nikon Simoni who was very friendly and helpful. I was there for a general maintenance check and also to check my heating system which was blowing cold air. Mr Simoni called me later that day to let me know that my vehicles two radiators had leaks and needed to be replaced. He gave me a loaner car at no charge and said it would take a couple of days to get the parts needed to repair the vehicle. The next day I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Simoni called that the car was repaired. I was very happy with the friendliness and timeliness in which my vehicle was repaired.

2022-05-05Sean Harris performed a thorough and timely inspection for purchasing my vehicle at lease-end and Wayne Linteris was great helping advise on best options but is no longer there. I made a good deal for purchasing my lease with Isaac R. (who did the beneficial financing arrangements) and who threw in a maintenance agreement with my purchase, and this is a great benefit of doing business with Lia. I have found personalized customer service once again. Jonathan in customer service has helped a great deal, and Jim LaTassa is always ready to lend a hand.

2022-01-06I hit a terrible pothole while on my way for general maintenance. I was so lucky! They assessed and repaired everything in a timely manner.
