You cant go wrong using Lials Long Island Airport Limousine Service. Our driver was punctuality on time and even called us to let us know he was 10 minutes away. My partner and I were in the middle of an argument but the driver showed extreme discreetness, nonetheless.
THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, WE SCHEDULED A PICKUP AND DROP OFF FOR MY FAMILY OF 8 AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK US UP AT 1:30AM & WE HAD TO ORDER TWO UBERS XL TO GET TO THE AIRPORT, ON THE DAY OF PICK UP THEY SENT TWO DIFFERENT CARS TO PICK US UP MEANWHILE WE ORDERED A SPRINTER VAN TO ALL BE TOGETHER AS WE HAVE CHILDREN & THEN GETTING OUR MONEY BACK FROM NOT GETTING PICKED UP WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH IT TOOK TWO MONTHS OF CONSTANT CALLING AND BEING TOLD WE WOULD BE REIMBURSED EACH TIME I CALLED AND THEY NEVER REIMBURSED US THAT I EVEN HAD TO GET MY BANK INVOLVED TO GET THE MONEY BACK. THEY ARE HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED
I was so incredibly happy with the services I received from LIALS. Their staff is very professional and I was stress free during the entire process. The vehicle was exceptionally clean. I will definitely be using their services in the future and highly recommend them for anyone needing shuttle services in and around Long Island or to the airport.
The Long Island Shuttle Service provided by Lials Long Island Airport Limousine Service is very reliable and always on time. I frequently make use of this economical way to transport because I am on a budget even though my job requires I make frequent trips to both JKF and LaGuardia.
This company comes with my high degree of recommendations! After contacting several transportation services in the area, Lials Long Island Airport Limousine Service made the booking process very easy and they were able to accommodate our last minute request for service.
The gentleman from Lials Long Island Airport that picked me up on time was very respectful towards me as we drove to LaGuardia. Halfway there I realized that I left something very important at home so he did a 180. Of course I missed my flight but that was my own fault.
My first use of LIALS service was for a job interview that was very important to me. I did not want to arrive late, frazzled or in rumpled clothing. I didn’t and I got the job. I have been a loyal LIALS passenger ever since. We use them for work-related travel too (on my recommendation)
There are fantastic people driving for this company. We hired this airport shuttle to get us home after a business meeting in Canada. They picked us up on time and were kind enough to get us home directly. They were friendly, helpful, and really gave us room to relax.
After a long trip that last thing you need is to wander around the airport to find your ride. Never had to worry about that. We hired Lials and knew where our driver was when we walked out. They loaded our bags in the car and everything was incredible on the way home.
Navigating JFK Airport is a treat unto itself. I don’t feel the need to add wondering if I will make it there on time in traffic or where I will park when I get there. I use LIALS every time I fly now ever since a good buddy advised me of them in disbelief that I was not already aware.
I don’t know that my Uber, Lyft or taxi is going to be on time and I don’t know that its driver is going to be friendly. When I use LIALS neither is a concern. Whatever comfortable and clean vehicle I choose is always going to come for me on time and be driven by a professional.
There is something up with these reviews.....just this past week, I made a reservation for a drop off and pick up from the airport. I read reviews, checked out the website, everything seemed good and the price was reasonable. My ride to the airport consisted of a friendly older gentleman, who was driving his personal vehicle. It was an older Cadillac. I could not sit in the back seat because his radiator was back there, so I sat in the front. The car wasnt very clean and not mechanically stable. I wasnt sure we were even going to make it to the airport but we did. I called right away to Lials to say I want a clean car for my ride home (especially since I was already charged for the ride home). I was told they would make sure I would get that for my return. I called to confirm my reservation for my pick up from the airport and was told a clean, smoke free car. Well, the driver was very friendly but was a heavy smoker. The car wreaked liked cigarette. I called today to asked to speak with the owner, Joe. Joe does not return phone calls, nor does the staff answering the phone care what you have to say. I spoke with John today and he said he thought the cars were clean and that he inspected them himself . Their website states a clean and professional service. I got anything but that. They have a 5 star google review that Im sure is posted by people that work there. On Facebook, there is no place to leave a review on their page. Upon further investigation, you can see several reviews like the one Im posting here listed under: Lials Tours or under Lials Transportation. Those are the real reviews by people that have used this service. I guess you get what you pay for. $220 round trip gets you an antiquated care that has mechanical issues full of smoke and caked in dust! The drivers were very nice and did show up on time.PS: 12/15/21- Still no call back from the manager Joe. The President of this company is Perry Stuart as well as his wife Susan Stuart. A lot of the good reviews on this company are made by friends/family. Just have to look on Facebook. Also saw several articles that show this company has been sued multiple times.
I was coming into Long Island from out of town and there was no way I was messing with that traffic. LIALS to the rescue! I promise you, if not for them I’d probably still be sitting the airport trying to figure out how to get to my hotel! Fabulous service. They have a customer for life.
So glad that we got their number. The first people we called canceled the day before we were leaving and needing their services. I called this service instead and they were good about helping us out and getting us where we needed to be on time. We arranged for them to get us on the return trip too.
Had 2 incidents with them on my latest trip.1) I prepaid for a round trip to JFK. On the way to airport, the driver showed up 25 minutes late (claimed he was in traffic at 8 in the morning - imagine that) and then upon arrival at the airport demanded I pay him in cash for the service I had already paid for.2) I had scheduled a pick up for my trip home and called to tell them my flight would be an hour late. The dispatcher gave me the drivers cell. I called the driver when I landed and he started yelling at me that he was told my flight was canceled so returned home after going to the airport. The driver ultimately did come back to pick me up but drove me home going 80 mph with the heat in the van turned up to 90.
This company is FANTASTIC! When our original car company misquoted our price (by hundreds of dollars) we were frantically searching for someone to take us our destination. Lials came through, at the last minute, to get 19 of us from NYC to Long Island. Anna, our driver, was 15 minutes early to get us, was so nice during our trip, and went above and beyond, telling us about the history of the places we were passing. And the price couldnt be beat! It was hundreds of dollars cheaper than every other quote we received. From an Arizona family, THANK YOU for coming through for us in a BIG way!!
LIALS always puts their customers first! Being a recording artist/performer I travel a lot and in constant need of car service. They are trustworthy, very on point with getting me to the airport and my favorite picking me up on time! The drivers are friendly and courteous. The cars clean. Ive used LIALS for a friends night out too! They go above and beyond to fit all your needs and the price is always right!! Top Limo/Car service out there!
I find it ironic that the service with over 50 years of experience offers the cheapest prices around. What makes the competitors who can’t touch LIALS for quality and professionalism think they should have any reason to charge more? It’s not mine to figure out; I’ll just stick with LIALS.
Horrible company disgusting customer service. Hired to take my family two kids included to the airport. Specifically asked for a three row suv as we have two car seats to install. Sent a jeep which could which was impossible to seat two car seats and an adult in the back seat.When we were coming back our flight got delayed. Called them to let them know we were now coming in close to midnight. Said they would leave a vm to confirm. We landed no voicemail no car service. They had no problem charging me ten days before for my ride though. Called to get the credit and hours Went by and no one called back so I called again. Person on the phone told me to stop bugging him by calling. Wouldn’t have to if it was handled on the first call and received a call to tell me a credit had been issued. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

2022-05-13Would rate 0 stars if could. Group of 3 with minimal luggage had to wait over an hour for a dank smelly van to come. Keep in mind over 40 minutes of waiting, this company tells us the driver isnt in the area. Keep in mind this was pre-booked and they knew our flight arrival time. You expect them to at least he in the area 30+ minutes after the arrival time. After all that, we had to pickup an extra person who had a delayed flight causing us to wait another 20+ minutes and squeeze ourselves in the van with no room as he had 3x our luggage. Terrible experience, no help from the company. Driver said to complain because he was just doing what he was told. If you have a scheduled pickup time, dont make your customers wait an extra hour and a half for a 1+ hour drive. If we called a taxi or uber it we would have been back over an hour sooner and it wouldnt have been that much more expensive given the significantly better service. This place should be shut down. Wouldnt recommend to my biggest enemies. Do not use Lials if you want convenience, reliability or good service.

2022-06-19Jeff was our driver he picked us up on a Saturday morning at 3am 15 minutes early and got us to the airport with plenty of time. Jeff also was the driver to pick us up from the airport on our return the following Friday. He was waiting for us when we landed. They were so affordable and so professional. Honestly in this day as long as the company picks you up and gets you were you need to go timely thats all that matters. Thank you to LIALS for the ride!!

2022-06-22I guess I should have checked the last few months of reviews before booking this company. I just saw the 4+ star rating and used them. Had I checked closer I would have seen that they have nothing but 1 star reviews for the last few months. Something happened to LIALS recently and its not good.I hired LIALS to drop me off at Kennedy (6/11) and then pick me up a week later (6/18). I gave the person all of my flight info up front as that is what every single limo company I have dealt with requires for obvious reasons. The ride to the airport was great. I had a very pleasant driver that showed up 15 minutes early. He was very helpful with our luggage and with an elderly person that had to use a walker.Our flight home was delayed. I landed and immediatly got a voicemail that they had left the airport saying that they told the driver to leave because they assumed that I had missed my flight. Of course, they never called me to confirm this. They did not even wait for the flight to land to make this assumption. I called back 5 times in the next 20 minutes to try to get the driver to turn around. I did not receive an answer. I ended up having to get 2 ubers and pay a lot more than the price I was given by LIALS.I called up the LIALS office on Monday asking them what happened? The first guy told me he did not have any info and that I would get a call back the next morning. I did not get a call back Monday morning. I called again and was promised another call back. I called the office again on Tuesday and asked why they did not check the flight status and see that the flight was delayed. The guy blamed the driver. I was told again that I would get a call back from the original person that booked my trips the next morning. I did not get a call back. Finally, on Wednesday afternoon, I called back looking for a refund. I was told that I was not getting any money back because, even after giving them my flight info, I had to call them to tell them I was delayed. I then asked why the driver stayed at the airport for 90 minutes WITHOUT even checking my flight info. They did not have an answer. This makes zero sense to me. It seems to me that before you pick anyone up from the airport you always check the flight status.I will never use this company again.

2022-04-24Our party called and booked a reservation a week before we needed a 7 person ride from the airport. We called just before our flight home to confirm and they had no record of our reservation. They said they could call us back and text us with updates. When we landed we had no voicemails or texts. They ghosted us. And worst of all, the gentleman on the phone had no remorse and it sounded like he really didn’t care to help us in our situation. We were forced to call two separate Ubers home…

2022-07-11DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if this was an option. Driver pickup was late. Car was dirty, strongly smelled like smoke, was in disrepair shimmying and shaking, probably needs wheel alignment, no A/C, and most importantly, one of the seatbelts was not working. Manager told me the broken seatbelt wasn’t an issue because “no one uses seatbelts in the middle or back rows anyway”…I think NYSDOT and FMCSA would disagree. I asked for a partial refund and he refused, without apology. A rep of the company confirmed that drivers use their own, personal cars, but they (Lials) “don’t check every vehicle.”

2022-06-01We would give 0 stars if that was an option. First of all, the car was in bad shape. Secondly, the one seat belt didnt work. I told the driver and he said yeah it doesnt work. I said that I didnt feel comfortable without a seatbelt and we were six people. He said one would have to sacrifice. It was a rainy day and his defoggers didnt work. Driver had to keep putting down driver side window to clear his window so he could see. When I called to complain to Vic he said you got to the airport on time didnt you? This was suppose to be the start of a beautiful family vacation and it was one of the worst experiences of my life! I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE!

2022-04-07I give this company a negative 1,000 stars. my flight was delayed coming into jfk and landed at 7:30 pm rather than 7 pm i called this company at 3 pm to let them know (one would think that 4 hours notice is ample notice of a delay) and what our new arrival time was. i booked round trip door to door service with this company and put on my online reservation that i wanted to pay cash and they charged my credit card used to make the reservation anyway without any approval from me and then went ahead and charged me another $30 to pick me up at 8:15 pm even though they charged me a Rush hour fee to pick me up at 7 and now here we were way after rush hour at 8 pm not only waiting for a car but being charged $30 extra to be crammed into a car way too small to accommadate us and they refunded my whopping $7.50 (half of the rush hour fee) i never heard of half of a rush hour??? An employee answering the phone told me there was no one there to help me when i complained that they once again without my approval charged my card an additonal $27.50 but there was someone there to magically charge my card but not to help me know and he said to me DO YOU WANNA SEE MAGIC ILL SHOW YOU MAGIC and hung up on me. So unprofessional and a rip off... do yourself a favor take the train or call UBER.....this company is nuts.

2022-01-13I ordered a van for four people and 10 suitcases to JFK for a 4a.m. pick up ,they sent a Kia Sportage we had to scramble 4 AM to get to Uber xl to get us to the airport. On a return trip our flight was delayed several hours. The man told me at Lilals to call him when I land on the tarmac. That’s precisely what I did and to my amazement he told me they’re not picking us up. He left us stranded in Newark. He said your flight was delayed what do you think the guys gonna sit around all day. I asked him did I not give you my flight information don’t you track the flights is that not your business to be there to pick up people live in the flights delayed. This is by far the worst company I have ever used.

2021-08-22My family and I have consistently had very good experience with Lials Long Island Airport Limousine Service. Weve found them to be very reliable and easy to deal with. They were so understanding when my son and his friends made a mess of things in one of their limos during a bachelor party. I appreciated their patience.
