Firstly let me say that the owner of this shop is your typical, women know nothing, misogynistic condescending whenever i open my mouth and sound educated about cars(because Ive grown up working on them my entire life with my father).I recently sent my mom(the wife of a now disabled mechanic) to replace bushings in her vehicle. We were told 3 were bad and replaced. We were greatly Over charged on labor(parts were 67 dollars total w were charged 700$!Now-The vehicle still had the same issue after doing said work. And After inspection, discovered only 1 bushing was replaced. The others still have the same jeep manufacturer paint mark from the factory on them.we called the shop, told with an attitude to come in today(this morning). Not only was the owner of this shop rude unwilling to look at not done work. But proceed to get angry and call us white trash!!!!Followed by theres no room on the lift, leave the car here. .... After all of that how could any one feel comfortable leaving their vehicle?Shouldve just done the right thing. Now instead we both have you waste time for me to get my rightful money back in court. As i still have to fix what you and your shop did not and pay for it. AGAIN.Its a shame that you used to be a reliable neighborhood staple to our community. Now youre just a dirty schemer with bad karma to boot.
Tow truck Driver reeked of pot.. I mean dude sure, smoke .. but while working ? Very professional. Dropped my car off in the middle of the road because its not my job to push the car onto your driveway .. so he just left the car in the middle of the road and proceeded to sit in his truck for 20 minutes .. probably to roll another blunt.. I feel you Jamaal.. I had a rough day too homie. Thanks for making it that much better w your professionalism, courtesy and polite ways.Nice job. Hard worker. Definitely received high rating service with that one
Terrible. They work with AAA in my sector. They were sent to change my battery, and after that the car wouldnt even crank. The guy just left. Calledd AAA again sent same company to tow car as the car was dead from the battery change. That guy managed to lock the steering wheel. The third time calling AAA they sent these guys again. The guy was very rude. As soon as he arrived until he left it was just a big argument. Terrible. When I asked AAA they confirmed it was the same company all three times.
My mother had her car towed here after a flat tire. One of the asian techs checked out the tire and said he found a nail in the side wall and that the tire had to be replaced at a cost of $180+.I took the car to a local tire shop up the block - they checked the tire and found nothing wrong with the tire. They just added air and put the tire back on. 5 days later and theres no issues.Stay away from these scam artists - trying to make a quick buck off of senior citizens is despicable.
Having a horrible experiexpe with this company as Im typing this. AAA sent this company over and the driver shows up and says he was only there to jump the vehicle. I called AAA stating I needed a tow. I even called them while he was standing next to me. AAA made adjustments and authorized a tow and said he could now tow. I told the driver this and he said I cant, I have another call to go to. Ok I get it. I tried to explain that AAA was on the line and that I just needed a little help (I was trying to get home because there was a major accident that left a family member in critical condition a few hours earlier). Before I could even ask him to check with his boss, the driver caught an attitude and just started barking at me. Thats around the time I wanted to lose my cool.I understand that maybe he couldnt stay and wait to sort it out, but was the attitude really necessary? Unfortunately, this is the only tow company AAA is contracting in the area. So now Im stuck here on the side of the road waiting til 230 in the morning...hopefully if thats the time they even show up, when I should be at home with my family. Sorry liberty Bell but youre company and the people youre employing need a serious attitude adjustment. If I wasnt desperate to get home Id push my car rather than have to use your services.
I had the worse service from these dirty drivers. There trucks stinks . When they picked up my vehicle they told me my mechanic shop that I been dealing with for 20 years are thieves and dont know what they are doing .They are a nasty shop and bad attitude. I am closing my aaa acct becasue of that shop.Trust me dont let them take your car to the shop under the train station. I was seeing things falling on customer cars denting the hood roof and trunkThe worse place everThere driver smelled like pot
As a business the people you send out in the field represent your company. Today at 0830hrs your tow truck driver decided to block the st not allowing traffic to go. Mind you all it would have taken was 3 seconds to wait while the cars pass by. when told you know you could have let me go by it would not have cost you anything response yeah I know but I didnt want to! even the customer was heard saying damn you should have let him go by real quick.its sad that even when you show respect you get none, even I your worker didnt feel like it he could have addressed it in a professional way. since he didnt I will when I file a complaint (not that it will do anything this is nyc) but there was no need for that early in the morning and like they say you never know what day someone else is having.
This place sucks the towed truck driver there charge at me trying to attack me these guys there need anger management problems the guy had road rage t call to complain and no one did anything they me i was wrong and there tow truck driver was in a rage cursing and yelling at me and tryed charging at me don’t ever call them

2022-07-05100% satisfied. Great job. A lot of work had to be done. No waiting for parts. I got my truck back sooner than expected. Cost was better than fair. I found myself a new truck mechanic. Everyone who works there friendly and did their jobs very well.

2022-02-22Got word of them through a tow truck driver. The battery was a little pricey but the quality is what matters. Battery plus installation for AC.Delco was $240. Service was good and they were polite.

2022-04-16My car needed a new starter and crankshaft this place was recommended by triple aaa but it’s a complete rip off I wanted to buy my parts to put it in they refused and said they don’t use outside parts I continued with them because my car was already there they wanted to charge me 622 dollars for my car starter when the dealer price isn’t even that high and autozone sells the same starter for 180 the most very distasteful place to deal with

2021-10-17Contracted by insurance for car towing. After coming out of my workplace after a long and exhausting night-shift, I find my car vandalized at the parking lot. After 4 hours of dealing with the police, the parking lot management and the workplace security, I was extremely exhausted. The insurance company contracted this company - I did not have an option to choose. As my wife is the policy holder of the insurance, her cell phone number is listed but my number is also listed as secondary. However, I specifically explained to the insurance company at the time of this incidence that all entities should call me at my number and not my wifes. The insurance company verified that they will let all entities know. However, this towing company driver called my wife once and informed her that they would be arriving at the incidence site (where I am) by 30 minutes. My wife gave me the drivers number so that I can communicate with him if needed for convenience. After 40 minutes with no sign of the tow truck coming, I called the driver multiple times and he doesnt pick up. Then I call the office number and a lady picks up who has a rude attitude from the onset. Tells me that the truck is in traffic, he will call in time. After more than an hour passes, I call the driver again and, of course, he doesnt pick up. I call the office again and the same lady now says we talked to your wife once and dont call our office again. Frustrated, I just said, I am going to report this. She hung up. Reminding you that they called my wife only once at the beginning. The driver then calls me and says that he will be there in another 10 minutes. After he finally comes about 2 hours since my insurance notified this towing company. Once he is here he says, You do not get to harass me or my office people by giving calls. *other*uck**s think that he can harass us. Then he suggests that because of my harassing behavior , someone rightfully damaged my car to teach me a lesson. It seemed like either the driver was mentally unstable of high.I have never seen any company with such a horrible customer service. As if they were giving the service to me for free. I am frustrated that these companies are contracted by big insurance companies without first verifying their quality of service.

2019-05-24I would give this place a 0 star if I could or take away all of its stars. My car shut down while I was driving around the area and towed my car with AAA to this certified AAA shop. The owner said that my car needed a new battery and a new alternator that would cost $800+ and tax. I called a friend of mine who own a shop and was told that this was overpriced, especially for him who work in an expensive area. I decided to get my car towed to my friend for cheaper price and this shop charged my 103$ for just a damn diagnostic and check out fee. When I got to my friend shop, I was told the alternator was fine and that the battery was the problem. I was lucky to take my car out that dishonest shop and they could have easily just change the battery without touching the alternator and charge me 800$.I would stay away from this shop at all cost. Please, review any autoshop before you decide to tow your car with AAA. You dont have to tow your car to only AAA certified shops.Because of this shop I had to spend a diagnostic fee that was a pure scam from their part, tow my car to my friends shop and then a new battery.I wish I read the review and everyone had a similar experience as mine. This shop is a rip-off, dishonest and overpriced. I wouldnt be surprised if you pay for a good quality part and they would put something else inside your car.

2019-05-10Yikes, what a bunch of mixed reviews. I found this place through AAA towing (yes, one guy was a little brusque, but it worked out). Anyways, I needed a shop after my car randomly broke down while driving it and this was the only nearby place I could think of. Have kept coming back several times after (put off maintenance for a while and it caught up). I think it’s a good group of guys and I haven’t had any experiences where they’re tried to get me to add on services. In one case, they found something another mechanic told me I was wrong about. Prices always seemed fair (asked friends/family to compare before agreeing to service). I’d recommend (and have to others before).
