They did an amazing job with my Chrysler 200. When i went to pick my car up she looked like nothing ever happened and she smelled like grape. Great customer service as well as a job well done. I will most certainly refer people to you guys
Dinged my bumper on a stone wall and called these guys at 4 pm. By 10 am next day it was all done. Thx to Keith and his team for the speedy and friendly service. Such a pleasure to experience their competence and great service.

Keith & Angelo are both AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY & very helpful. They were incredibly generous to me & even helped me with other issues that I had with my vehicle without hesitation & much more than fair pricing for my budget. In my opinion & from my experiences with other mechanics they went well above & beyond in terms of the quality of work,explanations of what needed to be done & what options they could provide to fit my budget. I told t hem I didnt have a mechanic before but ive definitely found them now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANY TYPE OF SERVICE TO THEM. Angelo and Keith are always awesome with us. We have 2017 Jeep Wrangler that we off road with so we keep them busy. We just had it in recently for rear corner body damage and to Raptor Liner the fenders.....they did an awesome job again!!!
Very horrible shop. With very horrible people working there. Especially the owner. If I could give less than one star I would. I will never do buisness with them again. There hours of operation are horrible for the working man. My vehicle was sent over to the VW dealership and I collected it from there. Since they were much more flexible with me picking it up. I had not yet paid my deductible but when I sent my wife to pay it the owner started yelling, cursing and berating my wife making her cry. This was very unprofessional and uncalled for. I hope no one does buisness with these ppl. Find a much better body shop they are a dime a dozen.
Just want to say a Big Thank You to Liberty Collision, for the repairs you did on my vehicle after we hit a deer! It looks beautiful! I recommend Liberty Collision to anyone if you need work done on your vehicle they do great work!! Thank you Angelo for everything!
Ive had work done here several times, and absolutely cant say enough good about them. They do great, high quality work at fair prices and do it quickly. They treat you like family would (if not better).
They did a terrible job. They put two doors on my car. Parts of the interior went missing. The glass to the doors were all scratched up because they man handled the windows. Not only were they always pushing back the date I was suppose to get my car back. I get back my car and they didnt bother to program the keyless entry, so I had to take it back to them. Do not waste your time with these people.
Complete fail. There is a (approximately) 9 year old girl answering the phone for starters. Maybe its a family member? Owner wouldnt allow me to make an appointment, and the child who answered wasnt capable of understanding the reason for going to the shop. There are way too many other mechanics who need the work and have someone older than 16 answering the phones.
Liberty Collision, is an exceptionally proficient state-of-the-art art facility. They have successfully refurbished my 6 month old Subaru, due to the unfortunate circumstance of a hit, and run at a local McDonalds parking lot. Soundly, restoring it to its original condition. Superb selection/preference of snow tires.The owners there are professional, businesslike, and gentlemanly. Particularly, Keith Scott, is seemingly, a genuinely gregarious, smart, and knowledgeable in nature. Business is budget oriented, whereas, is competively moderate in price. The only duly notable idiosyncracy, was because of an employee; (me, not wishing to devulge who). Had been rude, disrespectful, and impolite to me as a customer. It may have been due to a signicant unsavory adverse chemical personlity conflict. Whereby, making it into a stressful situation almost in entirety. Apparently, unhelpful, not wanting to engage, entertain nor accomodate. In essence, non conducive to a working business relationship.As a female, never experiencing a problem while unaccompanied purchasing many new vehicles. As well as, the same deal with maintenence.In any event, it will be improper for me to misrepresent/misjudge/misidentify. Unfortunately, because of incongruous/disingenuous behavior. Naturally, customer service savvy, ultimately, means showing decorum.
Everyone was extremely kind and understanding. I appreciate everything that they have done for me. I will definitely recommend!
I was recommended by a friend to this place I went and give all my information that they required ,I wait for 2 weeks then I went personally to see what was going on I didnt received any call ,when I was there they didnt have any information about my quote that was just a wasted time ...dont go to this place ... :(

2021-04-30Highly recommend liberty collision center to anybody who needs any kind of work done, I have used them twice and and both times I was very pleased with how my car came back to me. They are very professional and even went above and beyond and helped me with the cost of the rental while my car was being repaired..so polite and really kind hearted people! Alsoooo the secretary is super cute! :) hahaha but seriously 10 out of 10 I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

2021-01-28My experience with Liberty Collision was one of the better business dealings of my life. I was referred to Angelo by my local mechanic, but wound up working exclusively with Keith who I’m convinced is a Saint. He was so professional, assuring, thorough, and immediately eliminated all of my anxiety around my first accident. LCC handled all of the quotes, claims and phone calls with my insurance and returned my car to me looking better than it did on the day I purchased it. My wife was so enthusiastic about finding a great local body shop that she backed straight into a fire engine and guard rail immediately upon the release of our flawless vehicle. Guess who’ll be getting all of our body work calls in the future? You got it, Liberty Collision Center. Thanks so much, guys!

2021-06-01This is a friendly, locally involved place to bring your vehicle. Keith knows his business from not only the repair side, but also the ins and outs of how to deal with your insurance company in order to maximize their payment to you, so that the repair will be complete. Needing to have body work on you vehicle is never something you look forward to. But seeing an absolutely flawless job at the end quickly makes the accident just a distant memory.

2020-10-13I have used Liberty Collision Center multiple times now and every time is consistent and a job well done. I’ve had my Jeeps fixed that were brand new leases which was very upsetting for me. With Liberty Collision my mind is at ease because every time the work was finished it was like my vehicle came right out of the show room again. I know I can trust them to do what’s needed and they go above and beyond for their customers needs. I really like the text alerts because I know exactly what’s going on with my vehicle and the expected time frame for completion. Jessica kept me very informed every step of the way great customer service.
