Adrian is so awesome. He is extremely helpful. So far Ive booked 4 trips with him and he has looked into all details. Im sure the other staff is great too but Ive only ever used him and will continue to in the future. He has found me great deals.

This company or branch is terrible. Not sure which one is the issue. I booked a vacation spending over 7K and got bounced around to different people within the company multiple times. Had an issue on the trip due to their incorrect information provided to me and they didn’t even have the decency to write back and acknowledge my email. I can’t find a single benefit of using this company. Book it yourself or find another company to use.

To the owners; your website says this location is open at 9am on Sundays, made a special trip down only to be disappointed that you were closed until 10am. Waited around the area in the freezing cold until 10am. Was serviced by Yadira who was not so welcoming when I arrived. Lag time in getting back to me regarding a trip I was surprising my soon to be fiance with. Had to call several times to follow up. Went back in on monday evening and was serviced by agent Solis as Yadira was in meetings and busy. Apparently there was a big meeting with the team, so your location was closed when I arrived at 520pm????? They opened the door for me as yadira knew I was coming back. Throughout my time with your agents I felt more like I was doing my taxes than planning a relaxing trip with my boyfriend. I felt rushed, and Yadira kept passing by and saying to agent Solis are you almost done. Yadira also approached me in the same manner. Are you really saying this to me, a client spending my HARD EARNED MONEY? What awful customer service after I just spent thousands, really??? Ive been a retail manager for nearly 30 years and I would never approach a client in that manner...whether they were spending $100 or $10,000. I have a trip booked in February and would like to be upgraded (by liberty travel) in order to be compensated due to my awful experience with this location. I will be following up and calling customer service to make a complaint. I would give this location 0 stars if I could.

Agent Solis Nieves was Not So Great With The Information She provided Me an My wife for the second time of Us Booking our Trips To the Carribean With Her. She said we would be accommodated with Room Upgrades due to me and my wife celebrating our annniversarys. We spent thousands of dollars an wasnt all so satisfied with the supposedly accommodations we were supposed to receive. Our Flight was delayed coming back from St Lucia To JFK that was also disappointing. I will be definitely be using a Different Agent An location at Liberty Travel!

Two times already that I use this agency and I am super happy with the service. First time was for simple flight to Puerto Rico. But yet I purchased multiple destination flight over the world and they fixed me the best offer Possible plus a super welcoming. I got served by the front desk, principally by Daj ! I highly recommande this agency. Thank you so much for your help !

Its the best,Liberty Travels is best the agency they give you the advice on were to go if you dont ask questions what Love to do on a VacationIm staying at Majestic elegance great place to stay, Ive gone on dune Buggy Tour My next tour is saona Island, Great food this place also has three Restaurants, Sports bar, So go to Library Travels & book your Vacation..

My wife and I had been planning a well deserved vacation for a long time in the Caribbean. So we contacted liberty travel as we had dealt with them like 20 years ago to go to the Bahamas way before it was Atlantis, it was called Paradise Island Resort and Casino. So we made plans through Liberty Travel and paid almost $7000.00 for an all inclusive package in Aruba. We dealt with a travel agent by the name of Regan. One of her recommendations to us was the Occidental Grand Aruba Hotel. Our long awaited vacation turned out to be a complete disaster. First off Aruba does not produce any of its own food or liquor. Everything is imported from about 5 different Countries. This hotel is an utter nightmare. The keys to the room kept deactivating almost everyday, They put us in a room that had a big hole in it and my wife has asthma. We reported this immediately to the front desk and it took someone like 2 1/2 days to come and repair the whole in the wall. There were roaches running around in the hallway. Also the staff was completely rude. They have a few restaurants one is Mexican food, the other Italian food etc. We made arrangements to have dinner at the Italian restaurant for about 3 days. Our vacation was for 8 full days. Anyway for whatever reason they reserved our table outside. In Aruba it is very wind and dusty and when I asked the waiter if we could please be seated inside he had a real bad attitude and just kept telling us that we were reserved for outside. There were plenty of empty tables inside and he could and should have very easily sat us inside but it took him 30 minutes to move us inside. Also when you first get there they tell you that you are entitled to Continental breakfast for one day in your room. So we decided for it for the following day at 9:30am needless to say no one showed up. So I call the front desk and to my amazement find out that the supposed Continental breakfast is coffee and a pastry at which time I told them to forget it. Also I do not drink hard liquor. I only drink beer. So I go to the lobby bar and ask for a Budweiser and once again to my amazement am told that they only have draft beer called Presidente which tasted like muddy water. So I went to the Concierge in the 9th floor and inquire and she very indifferently tells me that for an upgrade of $38 per night I could have a choice of a few more beers. Now mind you we have already paid almost $7k and are there for 8 days, so now I am supposed to spend hundreds of dollars more just to be able to drink Budweiser. I dont think so. Anyway my strong recommendation to anyone thinking about going to Aruba is DONT  choose another Island. And I strongly urge anyone considering to book there travel or vacation plans through  Liberty Travel is NOT TO!!!!!! You are better off either going to some other travel agency or just doing it on your own. ne last thing my wife was so disappointed and disgusted at what we encountered at the hotel that she had to pay almost an extra $300 and checked out 3 days early. This long awaited well deserved vacation turned out to be a nightmare and a horror show. And I am sure I am not the first to complain to Liberty Travel as I am sure that this had happened before. And I requested that Liberty Travel or the hotel reimburse us for the 3 days that my wife checked out ahead of time and we were told that we had to wait weeks to see if this is possible/ I will never ever deal with Liberty Travel again and I strongly urge anyone considering them to look somewhere else for you own good.

I appreciate they way they handle everything...right down to luggage. I will use then everytime for planning a trip .the agent I used was not good at customer service but good at planning..they deserve a second chance
