Check in was super easy. Everyone I spoke to at this hotel was so sweet and efficient and attentive to my needs. The hotel looks very Luxe for the price point. The room was fantastic. Rain shower, big tv, comfiest bed, a desk, mini fridge and a great view! in the lobby they have loads of seating it’s very quiet and relaxing. I used the microwaves and they have a gym and conference room too!It was such a pleasant stay I would return.
Great price! Very clean and quick service. All in all a good place to stay, though I would NOT recommend it for someone who wants to be IN the city. It’s a bit far and the vibe around the hotel is very slow and not city at all. It’s medium-easy to get into the city, though, there’s an N train about 6 min walking, or the G is 20 mins or so. The wifi also was pretty bad. I could not do a Zoom meeting and had to use my phone. But at the price + cleanliness (it was very clean) I was pleased. The gym also was pretty nice!
Brand new rooms and very clean. The rooms are small, however. There were 3 of us with large pieces of luggage that was hard to find a place for. The free breakfast was adequate. However the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is exceptional. You are just a few blocks from trains that take you directly to Coney Island, the amtrak station, downtown Manhattan etc. The neighborhood is very safe and offers a lot between small cafes and big chains. The new Industrial shopping area is nearby too. A+
Okay, first the hotel was sorta cool with upgraded features that Ive not seen in hotels in this price range. For instance, the mirror in the bathroom was a lighted makeup mirror with built in defogger and when we finally got settled after a debacle with the 1st room, the 2nd room had a bidet! One of the coolest things, you place one of your key cards into a slot near the door and it turns on all the lights and then on the outside of your room it lights up your room number and has a builtin doorbell. It also has options for DO not Disturb and Please Clean, that you can select from so as not to have to hang something from the door! Breakfast was included, sorta weird times and not that great of a selection! Now, as for service, where to start? So we made a reservation as soon as I learned I needed to be in New York, City. We actually spoke with someone at the front desk. She stated we would receive a confirmation email, for which we did not. So as we were driving in, we called again about confirming our reservation as we never received and email. We spoke with somwone new who confirmed we did in fact have a room and asked again for an email. They said they were having issues with the computer. Upon arrival we were unable to find parking so we sorta made a spot, when we began the check in process, we paid for a parking spot at $20.00 per night. The front desk lady walked outside with us and showed us a parking spot which we kept for our two day stay. Now, at the moment the parking garage is still underconsturction; which is I guess you would call it a stack parking garage(?); but at the moment there are only about 8 designated parking spots for the hotel until the garage Is finished, they explained it was first come first served. So, once we get into the room, I was absolutely floored at how small the apace was. It was suppose to be a queen sized bed and it felt more like a full instead. The room was so tiny, there were literally no spots to put your luggage other than on one side or the other of the bed and then you could not walk. The bathroom looked cool, but the shower concernd me for my husband who has had knee surgery and most recently shoulder surgery and is considered disabled. There were no bars in which he could hold onto in the bathroom and the floor was where the shower drained with very trip hazard piece of rubber that was used I suppose to mark the shower location (?). Further, this hotel had just recently opened and and this room already had water damage. We went back to the front desk inquiring about a safer bathroom option which they told us all handicap rooms were taken and basically there was nothing they could do. After a while of waiting they offered a second room, down the hall that had two twin beds and we were allowed to look before we decided. After viewing the room we decided to go with the doubles as we could sit our suitcase and stuff on one bed and sleep albeit crowded in the other.Again, the bathroom had the same problem, nothing safe to hold onto and a tripping hazard with the rubber on the floor.Overall, the hotel was nice, in an okayish area and we enjoyed our stay once everything was figured out!** The picture we posted of everything on the bed, was of the 1st room and that was suppose to be a queen bed! If you look to the right of the picture that is the end of the room and also where my luggage is sitting, preventing me to getting to that side of the bed!**The other pictures are of the fun space that was near the breakfast area.
The quick version: Beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean, quick and kind service by every single employee, affordable, close to subway station and Industry City (restaurants and shopping)The long version:My family visited me last week and, when they were trying to fly home after the trip, American Airlines cancelled their flight. They had waited in the airport for over 8 hours. AA didnt give them any meal vouchers, flight vouchers, or help them book a hotel! Many flights had been delayed over and over again and then cancelled. AA told them to leave the airport. Such incredibly rude and truly unbelievable service (or lack thereof). I immediately knew not to call any of the hotels around LGA (busy and expensive!). I called a couple of hotels near where I live in Sunset Park.***This hotel immediately picked up the phone and the gentleman on the line was so kind and courteous.*** He told me what the rate would be and that there were rooms available. The photos were lovely and the few reviews they have so far were all great! So I sent the link to my family and they called and booked 2 rooms. They arrived at the hotel close to 1am and the concierge (one man and one woman at the time) helped them check in quickly and gave them an even better rate than they initially quoted me. They were so helpful and patient and efficient with my family (a group of 5 women who were exhausted and overwhelmed by their horrible experience at the airport). The rooms were spotless and roomy. A lot of rooms in Manhattan are very tiny (which is to be expected) but being out in Brooklyn this hotel had a little room to breathe! The view was lovely, there was a small fridge, and the bathroom was spotless and large. This would be an excellent place for a family to stay on an NYC vacation. Its budget friendly but still feels special and vacation-y! :DIts close to the 36th street subway station which takes you directly into Manhattan. There are a few parking spots available and street parking in this neighborhood is fairly easy as well! The entrance has a convenient ramp for luggage or handicap access. The trip to and from the airport via Uber or taxi is about half an hour depending on the time of day.I am so grateful to this hotel for helping my family on such a bad night! My parents are already talking about staying there when they come to visit me again. Do yourself a favor and book your next NYC vacation at this hotel!
I would rate this hotel 5 star and 7 star goes to the staff at the reception starting with R.V who literally greeted me & spoke to me in Arabic as he knew I came from Dubai , I was really impressedBig smile and Great customer service during check in and check out by other staff down the reception .Thé hôtel is new , clean and designed beautifully breakfast was amazing too . Very stylish showers too , phone plugins and charging stationary rightNear your too , You guys deserve a 5 star ,Thank you and def coming back again .
Great value for NYC, the room was incredibly clean and everything was new and modern. Service was polite and always prompt. Super close to the 36th Street express subway station, took us into Manhattan within 15 minutes. Industry City nearby was surprisingly large, super charming and fun to explore. A cemetery isnt usually my typical go to but the historic Greenwood Cemetery nearby was also worth a visit with beautiful architecture. Overall, an incredibly pleasant experience, I will definitely be back.
I recently stayed here for the weekend and I was very happy with my stay. The location was both convenient and safe. The subway was super close. This was my second time in my life visiting New York and my first time taking the subway, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful with explaining how to use Google maps to get around. I would absolutely stay here again.
-- We were robbed at this hotel -- and several belongings that were inside our room were taken. A Mac Book that was inside the suitcase, money and a new air compressor inside the box packed, weighing 23 kg. Which left us very scared at how they managed to get out of our room with such a big box. With several cameras installed by the hotel. We went to reception who treated us with indifference saying that they needed to contact the manager, who would only be at the hotel the next day in the afternoon. We asked to look at the security cameras that at first refused to show. The hotel is located next to a police station. We went there in an attempt to get guidance and help. After our trip to the police, the hotel receptionist “got” access to the security images, which we analyzed and verified a 3-minute cut, minutes after we left the accommodation for a walk in the city. The cut was checked on 3 different cameras. Several times the receptionist was mocked and did not provide us with assistance. And he tried to divert attention by changing the images to other moments on the cameras, always with evasive responses and showing cynicism. We also verified in the images that it was possible that several people entered the room and remained for some time, with the door closed, for a possible cleaning that was not carried out, not even changed the towels. It was the worst experience I had with accommodation. The hotel was indifferent, did not contact us and made light of the situation.
Modern style hotel. New construction. Very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom and everything very clean. Very well connected with several metro stops nearby. Next to police station. The entry was very quick and agile. The room is a bit small for 4 but to sleep it is very good. The air conditioner is very noisy. There is a fridge, coffee and tea.
Clean and pretty hotelWell soundproofed from the roadGood beddingWell located a few minutes walk from the metroVery pleasant and helpful staffNegativeSmall room for 4You have to ask for the rooms to be made and towels changed.A bit noisy in the hallways when some slam the doorsNo breakfast although it was indicated on the site (but arrangement found)A bit out of Manhattan.Good address for affordable stay in NY

2022-07-01Very friendly staff and safe location, actually next door to a small Brooklyn PD station but we had no noise issues. The hotel is very new and relative to NY standards the rooms are well sized. We had large comfy beds and a nice modern & clean bathroom. Some very nice upgrades have been included. They also had a very nice breakfast area. Options were pretty good & to be honest even though the complimentary breakfast wasnt for us, it was a nice option for many. And so clean. Such a nice relief from the grime of NYC to be in a clean safe and friendly hotel. We would recommend this hotel and their staff to friends staying in NYC looking for a reasonable hotel. The prices were good in comparison to NYC hotel prices and we got more, newer, cleaner and by far safer here.Easy access to the R line of the subway and only a few stops to intersections of other major lines.

2022-05-26Nice and new hotel. Still working out quarks. A little tight, but nonetheless nice and quaint. Seems pretty safe especially with the police department right next door. Very modern with unexpected upgrades. Heated and lighted bathroom mirror.

2022-05-17This is a lovely newly opened hotel, it is modern and clean and very budget friendly. It was a great value for what was included and what we paid. The location is in Brooklyn but it was a quick 15 minute subway ride into Manhattan. Industry City is also a short walk away with a lot to explore. We were also pleasantly surprised by the Mothers Day breakfast treat that was provided on Mothers Day. Very happy with our stay overall and will come back to stay when we come to visit the city.

2022-06-02The room was nicely renovated but extremely small. Theres only 10 parking spaces at the hotel which are first come first serve so you must find street parking. Other then that it was ok. They offer free breakfast which was a nice touch. I would stay again.

2022-07-02My AirPods Pro was stolen and replaced with old ones. Never ever leave your belongings in the room, staff will take everything that is expensive. Important: while you are not in the room, a lot of different people will be coming to your room, not only the cleaning staff. They close the door and do whatever they want there.

2022-06-21Very quick walk from the subway. It takes about an hour from LGA to get to the hotel by subway. My friend & I stayed here & we really liked it and felt safe. Bathroom was huge, bedroom was standard size, but met our needs! Plenty of TV options & refrigerator in room was nice. The room throughout was fairly hot even with the AC on, but I think that is a New York thing.. Breakfast was good & the staff was nice. I will be back in the future!
