This place has very good quality windows & doors. They have a big selection of doors/windows in their showroom, I’ve recently purchased windows for my new house and I will come back to buy their doors. I also noticed they sell European style radiators which caught my eye, thank you!

Windows are excellent quality, I love the tilt and turn style and it is very modern looking. Their inside and outside doors are gorgeous and good pricing and great selection of doors to choose from! Excellent customer service and they are always very helpful. If someone needs to replace their windows and doors, you will not be disappointed with this company!

This store was amazing. Great customer service. Staff was polite and helpful. Very fast service and gave me a great discount and a better door and window set that I initially wanted. I highly recommend these guys.

This place is worse than the worst. First of all, their hardware did not come with the door. After 4 months, I finally called to follow up. Their answer is only our owner knows when it will come. When asked when the owner would come in, the answer was I did NOT know.... When you ask more they simply hung up on me. After 2 months, they finally sent partial missing parts. I called again. This time, every time I called, they blamed on Fed not picking up their items. I called consecutively 4 days, they kept saying the same story. The last time I called, the girl promised if the fedex does not pickup that day, they will deliver using their own vesicle. I was happy to hear that, then I went to a 10days business trips. Guess what, after I came back, still nothing showed up. The girl made promise 2 weeks ago forgot all about it and called me a lier. The bottom line is they just never failed to screw up. The only thing consistent is their level of beyond imagination horrible customer service. I was going to buy 15 doors and extremely happy that I only got one door from them. If you are really bored and wanted to work full time to purchase door or windows, or if you have a worst enemy, use libertywindoors, they will not disappoint you to give the customer a heart attack! I plan to update this so that i have written proof when I talked to them. so far I still did not receive the missing item.

The most horrible customer service Ive seen. Specifically Joana from New Jersey. 7 month ago I have ordered a plastic door that is supposed to be delivered in 4-5 month max. After all the deadlines passed (6th month) I still got nothing. They constantly raising voice on me and dropping the phone when theyre not comfortable talking. PS. Apparently the door got broken during the shipment, that I wasnt told of all that time. Today, I still got no door or money back.

I have placed an order for 15 windows payed in full at the same time and was told they came in around 2 months. They came ok all 14 of them no main front of the house,most important one . I called right away because no one call me to my surprise , nice lady pick up the phone and told me she does not know what happen she will call back, call never came so i call again, no one have unswear for me, owner was never available !!! finally was told that glass in window got broken and have to wait another 2 months for it, I was really upset but after long talk to man who thinks that things like that happen and its not hes problem, he offer free windows screens. Big moment window came after 2 months and phone call with it, glass is broken again now in US and window has wrong measurements !!! now i was pissed i have call and dement to talk with owner but with no luck, he was always busy and never called back. I called credit card and dispute the charge to my favor then right away! he called ask why etc... never apologize he was trying to scare me with lien on property wants to take me to court etc. He just stated that windows got broken and was never shipped, what a guy i tell you, any way I finally, after another 2 months and 2 weeks I got my window paid in cash full amount no free window screens , just bad experience. So if you hungry for nice european windows LOOK SOMEWHERE ELESE !!!

Customer service is horrible. Love the product but I have called 3-4 times to locate the hinges we were supposed to get and still didn’t receive therm it has been over a year.
