We went there at 8:45pm and the place was closed when they avertise they are open till 10:00pm and as rude as they are I am surprised they are still open at all doubt anyones going to miss them

I seriously love this place, they are quick and I love the drive thru option. The amount of flavors they have is INSANE, and honestly the owner is so friendly as well as other employees. I rarely go out of my way to write a review but this place deserves it. Just took my kids there the other day and the prices are a steal. Try it out its definitely that time of year and you AND your kiddos wont regret it. So glad they are open.

We are so thankful 🙏❤that its open. I used to only eat Chocolate or chocolate with something. Here I have tried different delicious flavors. Last night in honor of my Brother David I had black cherry 🍒with hot 🔥fudge chopped nuts whipped cream and 🍒. So fantastic 😋!!

Prices are on par, and ice cream is always good. The location is convenient with mini golf right across the street. There is plenty of outdoor seating that is protected from the elements. Aesthetics are not the greatest with some construction going on behind the shop, but its not the loud type of construction. They are working on making it look nicer though.
Lickitys has the largest selection of flavors around...makes for a great quest if your into trying new things. The staff has the energy and smiles to help you on that journey too!!
I never knew this place existed! So Ive been missing out all this time.. but not anymore!! They have over 40 different Perrys ice cream flavors, people are exceptionally nice and its inexpensive...whats not to LOVE?!! 👍we will def be back! Warm weather is starting and they have several sundaes I want to try 😁
Server was patient and polite. Great flavor choices. Nice size scoops. Sundaes and floats too. Outside seating under pavilion. Wasnt busy on Sat. at 3:30pm. Great inexpensive family time.

The hands down best ice cream, as well as ice cream combinations in Western New York! I highly recommend their Fireball sauce, I think thats the name of it anyway..... It has crunched up granola and the sauce taste good over any ice cream you get! 10 stars from this guy!
Soft serve is the best tasting in batavia. The lines can get long but its worth the wait. Serving sizes are by far the best value Ive ever gotten at an ice cream shop and they serve only Perry iceream which is great.

Extremely rude to customers. Dont dare mention their out of order bathroom (thats been broken for 2+ years)Once a employee said that the owner makes them say that so they dont have to smell their customers sh*t they then refused to allows us any hand sanitizer or sink to wash in before eating.Another time a employee wiped their nose with their hand and my husband asked if they would wash their hands and they got REALLY offended.

Wish i could give this place no stars. Although the ice cream was ok, the appalling service killed my appetite. These people have no place working with the public, they are mind blowing rude. I went to the counter to complain and was jumped on by the whole crew. No apology...or remorse. This place is family owned and operated so complaining is pointless. I wouldnt go again if they paid me to take the ice cream. Go some place else!!!

DO NOT BUY ICECREAM FROM THIS BUSINESS! I wish I could give a negative 10 star review!The owners are the most unprofessional disrespectful human beings I have ever encountered in a family owned business.The male owner was verbally abusive to me and my husband in front of our two small 3 year old children and several customers waiting behind us! Then his other female employee decided she would yell at us too and called us stealers and scammers because we share our icecream with our two 3 year old toddler children who only eat couple bites. Then they threatened to call the police on us when THEY were the ones being verbally abusive and threatening to myself and my family. She even came up from behind the counter and pointed her finger in my face. The people behind us walked out in shock at the way they treated their customers.I am absolutely traumatized at the treatment I received within my own community from this icecream shop.The owner looks and acts completely unprofessional as the owner of this business! I would never want anyone as filthy and and belligerant as him to serve me or my family and friends icecream. Look at the other 1 star reviews from other people who have come here and experienced the same negative experience with the owners. They are also on TripAdvisor too.PLEASE GO TO BLONDIES INSTEAD, CUSTOMERSERVICE IS MUCH MORE SUPERIOR, PRICES ARE CHEAPER AND PORTIONS ARE BIGGER!
Lickity Splits never disappoints. They have a great selection of ice cream flavors. Quite a few outside tables to enjoy a cone with the family. Already looking forward to the next trip. Try the peanut butter smores ice cream.

Service...ok. A man in a red shirt kept yelling at our waitress to hurry up and take care of the drive thru. There was 7 of us. One customer at a time, please. She did the best she could. Doubt if I will ever come back.

This place is always open late in the summer making it a great place to stop if you want to grab something in the evening. Its also just across the road from the mini golf at Terry Hills and that combination is always fun.

Heard public safty is not good here. reguardless how we feel whats going on with covid . People in food industry should be wearing a thin paper mask and gloves. you wouldnt let a stranger stick their fingers in your mouth . Well ungloved food prepers are basicaly sticking their fingers in your mouth Unnasked ones breath on your food . You get charged for everything. 50 cents for a dish 25 for a cone decided we didnt need extra napkins for fear of cost. They also requested I spread the word that the restroom is out of order. Done.
Employees are extremely mean and I witnessed them raise their voices at a few customers and refused to fix the issue. Very expensive and not worth it. Long wait times too. I would never come back.

They were nice a couple of times when I went with my fiancé in the drive thru but it is a paper thin act. I have told family members not to believe the negative reviews and that the customer service was spectacular, but Im taking that back. If you are reading this: just go to another ice cream place. I decided to try here a few times despite negative reviews and it was not worth it.

2022-06-15Drive thru only. No indoor seating and limited outdoor seating. The prices are fair and the ice cream is served with a friendly smile. I got lucky as there was no line when we arrived. That did not last long. Soon the line of cars was out into the road. I would come here again.

2022-07-03Edit: as I see the owner has responded to this review. Customer safety, okay, makes total sense why you’d want people pulled close together, but absolutely no reason to talk to paying customers (I didn’t know them, simply saw the interaction) the way this “man” chose to.Nobody was ordering anything that was not written on the menus posted. My dad was simply asking for a different flavor of ice cream, not a topping, when the ogre of an owner cut him off, YELLED & waddled away. Opinion hasn’t changed, horribly run business that doesn’t care about their sloppy property or customers.My family has been coming here for years, we decided to come around 6:30pm on Fathers Day. We waited close to half an hour in the drive thru line, no complaints about that though, it was busy we get it. We finally get to the front of the line to order & the owner came out to our vehicle to take our order. We looked at the menus posted near the drive thru as we obviously were in line for a while. He greeted us friendly at first, said wow haven’t seen you guys in a while, wished my dad a happy Father’s Day, then proceeded to take my moms order, then my dads order, after my dad ordered something that was ON THE MENU the owner YELLED at him & said “you’ve been cheating on me & going somewhere else we don’t have that, leave!”There was a car in front of us paying for their ice cream (he also scolded the people in this vehicle that their car wasn’t pulled up far enough), so we drive up towards the window to exit the line & he slammed the window down before we could say anything.Horrible horrible customer service, will absolutely never be going back again.

2022-06-04I’ve never left a positive review for any place before, but this place deserves it. The prices are great, the variety is outstanding, and the customer service is notably and consistently upbeat and friendly. That last one’s not even something that matters to me normally but it’s worth noting here.

2022-06-20Everyone BEWARE of this place.We have been going here for years until tonight. Never again will I give this “business” my money. The owner is crazy and his mother is no better.After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru because the inside was closed the owner (Joey) comes up to our car to take our order, wishes my husband a happy Father’s Day , he’s friendly and he remembers us as his customers. He then takes two of our orders and as my husband was saying the flavor of ice cream that he wanted on his cone, he proceeds to tell us you’re cheating on me and you can leave. My husband asked for an ice cream flavor that was on THEIR menu. We then pull up to the window to see if the mother has anything to say about this and he gets in front of her and slams the window shut.So apparently if you’ve ate ice cream anywhere else at any time in your life other than here you’re a cheater. This guy is just crazy. I would not support that business or his mothers business, Parise’s towing in Batavia.This is a business that no one should support!!!Take your business elsewhere, ANYWHERE else!!!
