As a new customer, from the time I walked it nothing but professionalism.. the storage facility was clean and staff was attentive to our needs.. Nicole was so nice and helped through the whole process. She made being there very welcoming.. nothing put positive feedback.
My experience was awesome. I sale family was Nicole , Kia & I say sales because they really made me feel at home both on them were very warm towards me with step by step help. Im truly grateful. Also the other sales rep Jay was very helpful as well. Bravo!
The facility is really new and clean. But possibly even better than the building is the customer service. Kia helped set me up with my unit and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, had a great attitude, and went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up. Can’t thank her enough for all her help, and I’m very happy to be using this facility.
I have been a customer at this Life Storage location for over a year now and couldn’t be more happy about it! The location is great and the facility is very clean. The staff is absolutely incredible!!! I originally had a big unit, then my needs changed and Nicole, Kia and Patrick went above and beyond to show me the spaces and help me find the right unit, they are very professional, super nice and great human beings! I can’t say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a storage unit
The whole staff is amazing!! This place is big, very clean and well lit. Nicole and Kia, are always eager, polite and helpful. It really is refreshing when people are actually friendly in NYC. It made the process of getting in and out so much less intimidating. I recommend them highly.

I use these storage units for my business and have used other storage facilities before, but this Life Storage in Long Island City may just about THE BEST STORAGE FACILITY THERE IS! After comparing storage rates and reviews, I can see why this place is highly rated. Very clean facility & helpful staff. No surprise rent increases like other places. If you go on busy weekends, just be prepared to wait on finding a cart

Life Storage in Long Island City is the best! They are clean, secure and climate-controlled. There are even storage units on the upper levels with huge windows overlooking the skyline. This is my second time renting a unit with Life Storage LIC and when the need came up again, I automatically thought of returning there, no hesitation. With the help of Nicole and Kia, the entire rental process was quick and seamless. I even mentioned to Nicole that she made the whole process fun! She is just so personable and put us at ease and even made us laugh many times. She worked with us to get the unit tailored to our needs, she toured us through the loading area and even escorted us upstairs to show us several storage units, all with a big smile and positive energy. She talked us through the details efficiently and we were reassured that we got the best deal possible. I’m happy to know our belongings are safe and that there’s a great team to work with at Life Storage.!

Great care and customer service from Kia!! The storage place itself is very clean and has plenty of loading bay space. Furthermore, the bay door can come up and down!! Aka no cold loading docks. Looking forward to storing here for awhile.

Imani and KIa are AMAZING: friendly, competent, fast & smart. The storage facility is/seems brand new. Everything is modern and spotlessly clean. The air inside the aisles and units smells fresh. There are three wide drive in bays. The office is well lit, clean, modern, and the sign-on process is high tech and paperless (Lets safe some of those trees :).A facility like this lives by the attitude and spirit of the people running the show on the ground. Imani and Kia go the extra mile and are THE BEST!Highly recommended!
This facility is safe and clean. At any given moment, you will see one or two staff members cleaning or performing their daily tasks.My property is secure, and never had an issue.I have been at Life Storage for about 5 years.

I had been avoiding dealing with getting a storage unit and finally broke down and called Life storage for a quote. Right from the start I knew these guys would be great. Excellent customer service. Beautiful clean facility. When I had an issue, Nicole and Jessica helped me deal with it quickly and professionally. Seriously this place is the best don’t hesitate if you’re considering a storage unit. The customer service is beyond anything you would expect. Nicole has called me from her personal cell to make sure my issue was handled. She goes above and beyond. And I priced rates in the area and Life was by far the least expensive.

This place and staff get an 11/10. The team there of Kia, Patrick, and Nicole were so welcoming, helpful, and radiated infectious energy. I left feeling like I made 3 new friends that I’m excited to come back and visit! The space is very clean and organized as well. Super affordable too! Great storage with honest, straightforward pricing and payment options. We used one of the smaller storage lockers. Nicole, the store manager at the Long Island City location, helped me and my wife get set up, and she was super sweet! Storage was easy to empty once we wrapped things up and the front gate was easy to access and clean.
My experience with this place has been a cut above any other self storage facility Ive been to in NYC. The security here is pretty top notch. Obviously this place is not theft proof but the added layers of security does give me more peace of mind. Small things like how the facility is spotless and well maintain goes a long way. Nicole and Kia, who work out of the office couldnt be any more polite and welcoming. They were able to help me through any issues I had. Its always a pleasure to see them around. I hope everyone elses experience with this place is or will be as good as mine.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Moving is stressful and on what I thought was the worst day was completely turned around by Nicole’s bright smile and positive attitude. It was exactly what I needed and she quickly helped me get settled into my new unit.Kia and Patrick - two other employees I have worked with are just as helpful and sweet. The units, hallways and bathroom are very clean and I feel comforted knowing my things are safe in their home away from home.

Jessica and Nicole were amazing. My mom was moving her stuff into the storage unit, and was very frantic with having to deal with everything. They were both so patient and helpful. This is a really nice and easy storage facility. Multiple entrances, climate controlled, very clean, and the elevators are spacious. The staff are also very friendly — 5 stars!

This storage facilities is one of the best. Clean, real climate controlled, and the staff is amazing. Nicole is, by far, our favorite. She is super friendly and helpful. We switched to one of the Bronx facilities because we moved. However, this one does not compare to LIC. I recommend life Storage LIC with my eyes closed.

Nicole, Jessica, and Patrick are genuine people who run a tight operation. They’re on the ball with communication and were able to get me a great deal on a bigger unit. I only needed to store for a month and change, but I would definitely go back in the future for the customer service alone. The extended access hours are also really helpful and part of the reason we opted for this spot.
Had to store stuff last second here and it was relatively painless...UNTIL the guy that helped me fill out the paperwork did it incorrectly, leaving me in an administrative pickle, ie, he registered my name under a different unit.And that was after I had to move my stuff due to some unforseen circumstances.Kia, the lady that helped sort out the issue, badly needs a raise. 5 stars for Kia.

NICOLE! She totally saved my day today. I haven’t been to the storage in over a year so I was so lost but Nicole was so polite from the moment I arrived and helped me throughout the entire process so efficiently. I also forgot to bring my keys to the storage lock but thanks to Nicole, I could replace the lock to new ones. She cut the lock herself for me- it is such a hard task to cut the lock and physically takes a lot of toll too, but during the whole time she had such good spirit and managed to drill the lock out. Not only that she is highly skilled, she is just such a good person. The whole incident could’ve been dreadful but thanks you Nicole, I actually enjoyed the time at the storage. She was just full of good vibes! Can’t thank Nicole enough for everything today. She is literally the best!! Honestly people like her reminds me that I chose the right storage space because I know I can trust the staff for help if anything happens. Thank you so much again, Nicole!!
Nicole and Jessica were incredibly helpful and well-informed. They provide amazing service and maintain a very organized and clean facility. I would recommend this facility to anyone. In fact, I was offered a deal with UHaul because we used one of their vehicles, but decided to stay with LifeStorage in Long Island City because of the quality of the space and the friendly, reliable service their team provides. Best self storage facility in Long Island City!!Such an amazing customer service! Nicole, the manager, was super helpful in making sure we received the right kind of storage for what I needed as I was transitioning between apartments from one NYC borough to another. Her entire staff has been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process with me and my father, and Nicole even worked to get us the best rate and promotions!The facility itself is brand-new, super clean and well maintained. The move-in process was smooth and without issues, and they also provide the option to hold an extra key for your lock in a secured box in case you lose your key to your lock. All around excellent experience.I would definitely use Life Storage again in the future. Thank you so much!
I was so stressed about moving out of my apartment and not having anything to do with my stuff while I waited for my new lease to start, but Nicole at Life Storage was such an amazing help to me. She was extremely friendly and funny, and was so accommodating about moving my stuff in and making sure that I had everything that I needed. Finding a storage unit can be terrifying and overwhelming, especially in New York, but one phone call with her and I instantly felt at ease. She recommended amazing movers and ensured that she was personally there to greet me while I moved items into my unit. Every moment of my experience working with life storage, Nicole in particular, has been effortless. I had a storage unit here for about a year, and I was SO pleased with the experience. The space is clean and very well maintained, prices are reasonable, but I have to say the best thing about this place is the staff - Nicole was always SO unbelievably helpful when I needed to move units and shuffle my things in and out - I was honestly sad to move out because it meant I wouldn’t see her anymore! Huge thanks Nicole and Life Storage!

Nicole ( the manager) and Jessica are always there with a smile and willing to go above and beyond to help out the customers. They always wow me on how nice and helpful they can be. Chose the 5x5 space at LifeStorage to store some luggage because it is relatively cheap yet convenient to commute from Manhattan (15-20 min drive from midtown).The customer service is indeed awesome as suggested in some other reviews. Both people at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. They really care about the customers, and try to make your move-in experience as smooth as possible. For example, when I realized that I did not bring a lock, they told me it is not required to buy the lock from them, and there is a cheaper alternative just at the shop around the corner. When choosing the insurance plan, they also told me that the cheapest option suffice for most people. They also worked with me to make sure I understand how to get into the facility using the code pad and how to work with the elevator using the code pad.I have added a photo of my storage unit. It is clean, safe, has a nice window view (yay, although I do not have a picture of it, you will love it when you see it). Would definitely choose this LifeStorage location again if I need further storage space near NYC area.
I had to help a friend clear out their storage unit at the queens location. Jessica and Nicole were working and were both SO amazing. They gave me all the information I needed, kept me comfy while I waited for the movers, and were informative and helpful the whole time. You’re in good hands with those two at this location

Highly recommend Life Storage! Moving and storing is a huge headache, and Nicole at Life Storage made it as painless as possible. She was very patient in explaining options/pricing, helped me figure out what I needed, and was always available (or quick to call back) when I had questions. The day of the move, she and Linda helped everything go smoothly (and even lent me a charger and a chair for an emergency work meeting). The space is clean, well-kept, and easily accessible.
I did fair amount of research and found out that Life Storage is offering the best prices as well as quality space along with secure storage experience compared to the rest of competition.Just to note, Nicole was super friendly and helpful to set me up with my first rental experience. Trust the reviews. We’ve used different storage facilities around NYC, and the customer service + overall set up here has been the best. Nicole, Jessica, and the entire team go above and beyond to help make your moving/storage day less stressful. The only improvement would be to have more carts for busy periods, or some sort of check in/check out for the carts after the office is closed.
At this storage place, I have a very courteous lady named Jessica who made my tasks lighter with clear explanations. This storage unit property is amazing. The people who work there are beyond helpful and friendly. We had the pleasure of working with Nicole, Daniel, and Theolinda. Each one was so kind to us. I feel like I havent had this kind of level of customer service in such a long time and having been in customer service myself it was so nice to feel this way again. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us step by step so there would be no way for any kind of confusion. We spoke to Nicole mostly and she was just a breathe of fresh air. The only thing that comes to mind when I look back at my experience with Life Storage LIC is above and beyond. I can say this by comparison, as earlier in the week, prior to renting from Life Storage I had been helping my parents with their new storage unit on LI. With my parents unit it was basically “here’s what’s available, here’s what it costs, here’s where you sign,” but with Nicole and team, it was explained in a clear and concise way, I knew my options, I knew my obligations and I knew I was dealing with professionals that knew what they were doing. I did my research, there are a lot of options in the area, and I have no doubt that I made the right choice. The facility is well kept, it feels safe, and oh yeah, Nicole, Patrick and the rest of the team couldn’t be nicer. I would recommend Life Storage LIC to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

This was an amazing place to store my stuff. The space was clean, well lit and easy to navigate. The staff, especially Nicole and Patrick were very helpful with my checkout. I could do all my booking online which was also convenient for quick access. They were flexible with my check out date and even refunded me when I left early even though they didnt have to. I could not reccomend this place more for your storage needs!

Convenient location in Long Island City off of Borden right by the highway.Big facility with tons of size options.Nicole and Jessica were super helpful in walking through every step of the way from showing the unit to the elevator use/code, times, entrances, etc. The registration process was quick as well and they called earlier in the day to confirm my reservation.Friendly team and great facility. When I first called, there was a long waitlist for space. However, the team of Nicole, Kia and Patrick (I spoke with all 3 at various times) were friendly, professional and competent. a space finally opened, i received. I asked for a few days to get with my company stakeholders which they gave me to make a decision. Even though that decision was no, the team remained friendly. Ive used a few storage units in the last 5 years (including ones in Boston and New York) and this one by far has the friendliest staff. Everyone here, especially Nicole and Jessica, have been welcoming and really nice when answering any questions and requests I have. I feel comfortable going to the storage unit alone and the units Ive had here are all really clean. The rates are much more affordable and dont increase every month, unlike some other storage units Ive been with.
I had space with Life Storage LIC for just over a year, and everything from the day I moved in to the day I moved out was seamless. The facility and the units were always super clean, a cart was always within reach, and the space always felt safe and well looked after.A lot of the reviews speak to the wonderful staff members that run this location, and I can only agree! Jessica especially went above and beyond to help me get moved out. Although it seemed like a busy afternoon for her, she personally helped move the final boxes out of the unit when I needed the extra pair of hands.I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to store in NYC, and will be sure to book a unit here if I will ever need one in the future.

I’ve used plenty of other storage units before for my job and I can’t say that any unit has had a store manager as attentive and friendly as Nicole is every day. Great unit great people all around! Wow, this storage place is the best storage place ever. The staff are so friendly and kind. I spoke with Jessica and Nicole and they really went the extra mile to take care of me. I went to a couple of other storage places near this one and this place was the best by far. This facility has a lot of parking and clean storage. Its not that busy on evenings and weekends, which is usually when I come to store or grab stuff from my storage unit. Theres a lot carts to help you move stuff from my storage. This is really a no brainer. I really dont write these reviews but I was so compelled by how helpful and kind both Jessica and Nicole are that I wanted to leave this review.

I just LOVE the team at Life Storage in LIC. I just got off the phone with Nicole to ask her about a question about my account. She not only listened to my concerns after I received an email from corporate but explained what the billing issue was by referring back to my contract and went above and beyond to provide a solution. I started renting back in December, and I am blown away by how she remembers me five months later since I joined as a customer. Renting a storage unit here is not transactional; it truly feels like you are building a relationship. Their team really cares about you and provides incredible service. Nicole is so awesome and cannot wait until I can see her again in person! Just being in Georgia for almost half a year, I know that my belongings are safe with Life Storage. Cannot recommend them enough...especially if you are looking for a longterm rental option.

Ive had nothing but great interaction and service from everyone at Life Storage store #639. Especially Jess, who quickly and efficiently answered all my questions, and who always has a smile and friendly greeting when Im there. Life Storage is clean, the loading bays are inside so weather doesnt need to play a role in loading and unloading, and Jess and the rest of the staff walk you through the rental process with ease.I highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with LifeStorage. Nicole, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate me while I moved some of my stuff out. It took me several hours, and Nicole helped handle logistics with vehicles and other Tennants. She also offered a bottle of water when it was apparent I was parched.It was a nice departure from my typical experience at my other units.A+ WOULD RECOMMEND

Ok, so we went to life storage with a reservation beforehand, but due to some system problem it didnt find our reservation. Just when I thought my heart was going to stop, the asst store manager Jessica came to the rescue. She didnt just shrug and leave us in the lurch, but really worked through the problem and figured out a solution for us, and that solution worked perfectly for us. The next day she followed up with us like she said she would, and got everything ironed out and settled for us. Throughout the process she was all smiles, and very assuring ( I was half panicking), you can tell she was trying her best to help us. Thank you Jessica!!

I highly recommend Life Storage - Long Island City. Im so pleased to have found them, as Ive never used off-site storage before, and the manager, Nicole Mason, and her team made it so simple. There are a variety of options and the prices are very reasonable. The loading bays are secure and convenient, and the large elevators are in good working order and require your passcode to use, which keeps the facility very secure. The entire premises, including the ground floor restroom, is as clean as a hospital.Communication is excellent with management with billing, there are no shady hidden charges and fees, and I felt confident in leaving my valuables at Life Storage. Ms Mason and her staff are professional and friendly, so much so, that if Life Storage were a cocktail lounge, I would be there all the time, because it would always be happy hour. 💥🍾
When I spoke with customer service over the phone the rep was very nice and took her time to answer all of our questions. I then received a call from the manager Nicole whom seem very welcoming and reserved us a spot to check out. The very next day we went to see the unit and we were amazed because it was exactly what we needed. We immediately clicked with Nicole, she is the most outgoing person, very patient with us walking through every step. The storage place overall is very beautiful and clean, not like other places Ive seen. I love how very secure the place is and also they have the best prices!

Excellent service and storage! From enquiring to actual move in and now moved out; service have been too notch with everyone I have dealt with. This storage has a truly “controlled temperature”, meaning it’s air- conditioned at the right temperature where you don’t feel stuffy at all when you are in there packing for hours! Its clean and very accessible, there have been no hidden fees, and most importantly, everyone Ive talked to here has been shockingly courteous and helpful, most recently Jessica. In 29 years being in NYC, Life Storage is THE storage company to deal with. We did business with the LIC store. Nicole was super helpful and her team are just second to none. The facility is clean, accessible, always fitted with carts and the elevators fast and spacious. The temp is always controlled on the floors so your stuff does not get damaged by elements or wide temp movements. Check it out, they always have promos. I rented a 10x7x5 and a much larger one. The loading dock and the large ramps makes it accessible with 26 trucks and thats add on. Cameras are everywhere and the staff is attentive so it is safe. one bad things is their packing tape for moving boxes. They really need to stop selling this packing tape because the glue is of very poor quality
Hadnt gone in to my unit for about 1.5-2 years. I had my lock drilled by mistake and they were holding keys the whole time for me at the office, and even remembered me immediately by name when I came in to drop a few things off finally. Great people, very accommodating, and I might prefer 24 hr access, but the arrangement is very secure and is still open to you longer than a lot of comparable storage places. Very accessible by car or truck, multiple loading bays, and minimal traffic surrounding the building makes it easy if you have a box truck. Highly recommended.
So far so good. The place is clean and very well taken care of. Jessica was great. She walked me through the whole process in a breeze. She was friendly and very accommodating. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. The only thing I wished was that the upper units were covered at the top, but for the price, you cant beat it.

I came from Chelsea mini storage(15 years)— It was enormously expensive and the staff was often rude. Moving is so stressful, so I am thankful for this team at Life storage, they make it easy.

This has got to be the best experience I’ve had with anything like this. Nicole is amazing. Actually the whole staff is awesome I just happened to work with her the most. Nicole was able to help me with everything from set up to talking me through the best units options for me. She went above and beyond so much that I actually referred other people to her and even took her suggestion on the moving company they partner with. The location is super clean And climate controlled and the staff is super reliable. Moving can be hectic in general, and adding a pandemic only makes it worse. From start to finish, I had an incredible experience with Life Storage in Long Island City. The staff there are unmatched! When Covid hit, I left NYC back to Canada. Months later my lease was up and I had to move out of my apartment. Since I wasnt there in person, I relied on Life Storage to coordinate with the movers to set up my locker unit as well as keep the keys safe until I returned to the city. They made the process so easy and were always happy to answer any questions that I had (which were a lot!). The facility is extremely clean, well cared for, and secure. When I moved out of my unit, there were rolling carts that made moving stuff to the car so much easier. There is also parking in the loading area which was a huge help as well! All and all, it was a great experience and Im positive that everyone who works with Life Storage will feel the same. Thank you everyone at Life Storage in LIC. You guys are incredible!

I was skeptical all of the reviews I read online could be true, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Life Storage. Nicole and Patti were so welcoming. I had been to other storage facilities in the neighborhood, but this spot has the best customer service so far. We came out to Queens from Brooklyn for our storage because we wanted a place that seemed clean, had good reviews and fair prices! This location had all of that and more. Nicole was our point person and she is amazing!!! So kind, helpful and funny! We had to put our whole life in storage for a bit due to the pandemic which was stressful and annoying as is but Life Storage and Nicole were a bright spot in the whole process. Everything feels clean, safe and they enforce their Covid precautions well so you don’t feel the need to worry about it (beyond normal worry, lol). Thank you thank you to Nicole!

Great company and experience with Life Storage in Long Island City. Its hard to reconcile because the price is by far the best in the area and the facility is far newer and seemingly cleaner than the rest. It should be the most expensive but its the best priced. The customer service is great too. Nicole made sure my move in went very smoothly.

I used to be in Public Storage in Woodside, Queens, and did not have nearly as smooth of a time there...Also, the facility itself is very nice. Building appears very new. It does not feel “dungeon-y” like a lot of storage unit facilities. Good lighting and security, and ample loading dock space. And the rates were very competitive!

Very patient and nice, always takes the time to answer any of our questions, took us to see multiple units to get us one that fit our stuff. Ive seen her with other customers and shes the same. Nicole and Jessica are outstanding, responsive, proactive and take initiatives quite often to make our experience better.. they represent the best we could ask for in service and leadership. This is what makes people stay with a provider. They turned a frustrating subpar experience into a satisfying space improvement. A few years ago we outgrew our offices and moving off of a project mobilization needed to make quick decision chosing a different kind if space A wharehouse space that was conditioned, safe and could fit the more industrial gear that we dont bring to the office. We chose lifestorage as their biggest unit could accommodate our inventory and equipment and the location was proximal to all boroughs and future work. Our unit was the largest on site and we needed the space so we dealt with the issues that came with being under the highway- soot, dust etc. When it came time to reorganize we were frustrated with the soot that we constantly had to clean off of our boxes and equipment. Our inventory is sealed but our tools and gear are exposed to what circulates from the highway and we work with sensitive equipment that needs a conditioned space.Instead of letting us leave, Jessica stepped in and expressed understanding for what we were dissapointed with and she began taking steps immediately to offer us a better space almost as big and with more overhead protection. Her attitude could not have been better. As contractors we understand issues may arise, but how they are dealt with is often the sentiment we all remember. Our issue was dealt with, with compassion, initiative, fast acting strategy and overall achieved effective improvement.Our space is more functional than ever and we can maintain a greatly improved air quality since we made the move.I am supremely impressed with the professionalism, positive attitude and consistent effort to initiate more satisfaction in our experience with the team and the location.Whomever chose these leaders did an excellent service to this organization and its clients.

I just got my unit this week. Showed up unannounced for a site visit and Nicole was amazing! Made small talk about kids and showed me 5 or so units. Made a reservation online but because of my kids was not able to keep it. She called me to tell there was a new promotion that would save me more money. I finally went to get my unit and Dee was amazing! Nicole was not in but he was super helpful and even helped me carry the double stroller in since the ramp was on the other side. Great customer service. Prices seem great compared to other places in the area. Even if I found a cheaper place I would think twice because of the service I have received so far.
This place is like many other storage facilities, clean and secure, but the employees make the difference. I had an issue with my reservation and corporate couldnt help, but Nicole and AJ stepped in to make things right. They were extremely courteous and attentive. Listening to the problem, they knew how to handle it and provided excellent customer service. Fast forward months later and they remain to be friendly and professional. Always asking how I am and if I need anything. If you need storage and are looking for great folks to help you out, come see them here.

What a clean, easy to use facility. The workers Jessica and Daniel were extremely helpful when register for the locker, then having to switch lockers, then having to try to fit something into the locker! Great service and easy access make this a wonderful place to store anything!
I have been with Life storage for the past two years. The facility is fantastic. Security and lighting is great. Easy access from Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. A special shout out to Mary who has been with me the last two years. She is a great asset for Life Storage. Another special shout out to Nicole the new manager since January. One of the best ExperienceMy husband and I were surprised by the warmth by the welcoming of AJ. He did a fantastic job explaining the site and facility (we can tell he took pride). The whole booking was quite smooth. Nichole was extremely kind and helpful during the move-in, she helped by providing extra carts and help. You guys deserve to be the highest occupancy rate among your company and the area. Highly recommend!

Nicole and her team are all amazing and very kind and caring! They make sure that you know youre being taken care of and the facility is also very clean and everything is maintained very well. This is my first storage experience and Im more than happy with it!
Today I went for my in person interview and met with Nicole and Albert. I must say these two are passionate about their work and they are highly knowledge in this business. It was also apparent that this job will keep you on your toes and everyone that was onboard today, Trish and Jessica were always kept busy. Great space, climate controlled, clean, and well cared for. The staff is great, particularly Sharisse who took care of us and 3 other clients by herself despite having to stay after her shift. Incredible service, they are lucky to have her working there.On my second visit, Nicole was also very friendly and informative.Definitely recommend this storage place!
This place is great, they always take care of shipments and notify immediately upon deliveries. Nicole is the best, she’s always greeting everyone with a warm welcome and has gone out of her way multiple times to help. The staff always brightens my boring inventory/audit days!

The facilities are top notch, clean, and have great security. The team was great, too! AJ helped me get started, and he went through everything in detail with me to make sure that I got the best deal. Nicole gave me a tour of the facilities, and brightened up my day with her shining personality. While I interacted with Sherifa the least, as she was helping another customer, I could tell her humor and team spirit were redeeming qualities. Meeting the team and the excellent facilities made me feel great about leaving my belongings in the hands of such a great company! I will definitely continue to use LifeStorage and recommend to my friends!

2022-03-04I couldnt be happier with how easy and pleasant the whole process was. We were able to take advantage of an excellent promotional deal, which made the whole thing very affordable, and every single person I dealt with -- Cameron at the general company phone number; and Nicole the manager and Kia her colleague at the storage facility itself -- was beyond pleasant, helpful, courteous, and thorough. On the day we moved our things in, Nicole was exceptional at helping us get to our unit, and in going over every bit of information we might need with regards to insurance, security, accessibility, etc. The place itself was very clean, well-lit and easy to navigate, with carts of different sizes available for our use. All in all, Im really relieved and happy with how things went. Thanks so much everyone, especially Nicole!

2021-11-04I arrived 5 minutes before closing and Nicole, the manager, was more than happy to welcome me into the facility and sign me up as a new customer. Her kindness, professionalism and willingness to explain every practical and useful detail to me as a new client was just incredible. Her service goes beyond customer service and just shows what a great human being she is. The second day I came back, she introduced me to her coworker, Kia, who was just as kind and caring. The facility is super clean, accessible and everything you would want in a self-storage facility. I came to just store my goods and in the end left with a great experience. Dear Management, Nicole and Kia are extremely resourceful and deserve a promotion.

2022-02-08It is weird to be so excited about a storage unit, but I really love life storage!The facility is so clean, well run, safe, and easy to use.The people who work there, Kia, Nicole, and Patrick, are so friendly and helpful.I think they set the tone for all of us - every client that I’ve encountered at the storage unit has been friendly and helpful - the vibes are so good. Not at all what I’d ever expect from any storage unit, and especially in NYC where errands are usually an inconvenient hustle.It’s honestly a joy going in and out of this life storage. I recommend it to everyone.

2022-02-14First time using a storage facility and this place blew my expectations away. I always thought storage units were dirty and not staffed. This location is clean, well maintained and convenient.The store manager Nicole Mason blew us away. She carefully walked us through the unit we had rented and even showed us other units that were available if we were interested. Going through the contract she explained things thoroughly to make sure we were not surprised of any charges. She even went above and beyond to help us move a couple of items to our storage unit. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Even though I moved into my unit 3 years ago, Nicole made my move-in such a breeze, I still remember it like it was yesterday. From the day I inquired about a unit, theyve exceeded my expectations again and again. Not only is the facility clean and well maintained, but the customer service is out of this world! The staff here really cares about their customers. Nicole, the store manager, is simply amazing - shes kind, friendly, professional, and truly goes the extra mile. Whenever I needed help or had a question, I felt like I was in the best of hands. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

2022-05-06Phenomenal service, excellent treatment. Kia Benjamin the storage personnel who helped us (me and my partner) every step of the way was incredible. So kind and reassuring. We have a sticky moving situation but she made the process so easy and we appreciate her and all that she does. So accommodating and overall the whole storage unit and the price and customer service was pleasant. We are and will be faithful clients to LifeStorage.

2022-01-12The crew at this facility is amazing. I made an online reservation for a storage unit and when I got there, everything was throughly explained to me. Moving out was so easy and quick, no hassle.The only thing that bothered me was that I had to buy a specific cylinder lock on-site as the door handle on my unit did not support shackle locks.Still, 5 stars for the team at the facility, truly caring people!
