If you are looking for a safe and friendly environment to learn REAL Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Lifestyle MMA is your place. Afordable tuition and lots of classes on their schedule. Clean, great instructors and great location. Lifestyle MMA is a big family with lots of friends. Professor Fabricio Medici is well known at the BJJ industry with a lot of expertise refereeing for IBJJF tournaments. They offer FREE TRIAL classes so you can see for yourself.
I have been training at Lifestyle for several years. Fabricio runs a great school and has great referee experience if you have questions on training for competitions.
Amazing jiu jitsu instructors, amazing group of kids, very affordable monthly membership fees!!! Very glad we were introduced to Brazilian jiu jitsu and especially through Lifestyle MMA. Couldn’t have asked for a better form of self defense form of martial arts and for better instructors to my kid. She loves coming to the club and she has built a lot confidence and discipline over the past 6 months, not to mention defense techniques! Looking forward for more! Thank you!
Dedicated instructors. Family orientated environment. Extremely detailed with each student. I would definitely recommend all parents to lifestyle BBJ & I’m a very skeptical/hard person to please.
This place is terrific , it’s a great and fun place to be, Felix , Fabrício and all the instructors always making the class enjoyable for the kids, as parents we feel very lucky to be part of lifestyle academy “family”.. every award (stripe) we received increase my son’s self confidence and willing to archive more .. a Big plus is that the academy is near to a playground so we get to spend more quality time with our kids..
Clean place. The schedule works for me. Not only are the the instructors great, they often have a BJJ celebrity seminar or assistant. You get regular mat time, and you can stay longer when youre in the mood to go hard.
We love this place. My son loves spending time with his BJJ family. We’re here 3 times a week. Love it!

2022-04-29Professional and compassionate BJJ instructors that keep your safety a priority. Everyone that I’ve trained with there were also welcoming and tried to help me build my skills without hurting me. This is the culture of the gym, and I believe that’s the most important thing to look for when choosing a place to train in.

2021-11-16I first started training Brazilian Jiujitsu 7 years ago with my husband and have loved it since then. Professor Fabricio and the coaches have always been so patient and knowledgeable. It’s great to be a part of a school that has teammates who push you and encourage you. The school is always clean, organized and well maintained. If you’re looking for a place worth training, Lifestyle is the place to be.

2021-05-24Jiujitsu can be an intimidating sport to learn, especially for females but it truly is a life style. It is empowering and liberating. At this school you learn how to defend and protect yourself in a safe environment. The instructors are professional and laid back. The students are also teachers here and are always helpful. Lifestyle is the best place to learn the craft because they make it fun, comfortable and safe.

2021-10-25Based on 6 months at Lifestyle: knowledgeable/elite level instructors (trained in boxing for years and experienced a wide level of instructor ability). Given easy to follow curriculum, ability to start as a beginner adult. Recommend for beginners such as myself.

2018-01-16I highly recommend brazilian jiu jitsu. Its a beautiful art and the benefits are all positive, both physically and mentally. My experience at the academy has always been great. Instructors are fully accredited and professionals in the subject matter. Theyre also always available to assist you and motivate you to keep progressing. Ive never felt left out, judged or picked on. All the contrary, everyone is very welcoming, everyone is always willing to help and push you to be the best. Bjj is a beautiful art but if youre looking for a judgement free zone with great instructors, great classmates in a great environment this is it, you wont find anywhere better!
