2021-09-30Our experience with Lima Carpet Corporation has been absolutely perfect! We purchased new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout our home from Lima Carpet Corp. We are more than satisfied with the result! The store provided a multitude of choices and we had no trouble selecting a design that we love. The floors turned out to be stunning! This business supplies AMAZING attention to detail and works hard to please every customer!! We were treated like family and not like strangers. In addition to floors, Lima Carpet installed a new marble backsplash behind all of our kitchen counters. Again...we were 100% satisfied and would like to highly recommend Lima Carpet to everyone!!!Judy Longhouse

2021-06-16Awhile back we had Lima Carpet come out to our business to buff and polish our floors which had quite a bit of foot traffic and equipment and boxes being slid across them for 30 years. Just a few months we went to them to also purchase the new flooring we installed. They provided great customer service in-store going over all the various flooring options that were available, which would work best for what we need, etc.They have friendly, local customer service and a wide variety of carpet and flooring options for a local shop!

2021-02-18THE OWNER CONTACTED ME LAST YEAR AND ASKED THAT I CHANGE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW. After much thought I decided to amend my views. Dont get me wrong. I am not saying that they are great or that I was unjust in my diatribe. I am merely adding on to the review to say that now, after only a year-and-a-half the carpet in two out of three rooms is all wrinkled up. My husband and I live a quiet life there with our dog, no kids running around, no shoes worn in the house. So, my views are the same: they did an extremely poor job.I have bought carpet from this company for decades. In the past I would have given them the highest rating but my recent experience has made me do a 180. I purchased three rooms of carpet from them two years ago and, once it was installed, that was the end of the great experience. I called six months ago to report that the fibers were coming out in handfuls and was told that someone would call me back. They didnt so I waited a few weeks and tried again. Still no response. Finally, after my third call three weeks ago, a young man came out and inspected the carpet. He agreed that the carpet was falling apart and, when I mentioned that it had a five year warranty, he asked if I had had it professionally cleaned every 12 months. I said no since it is only my husband and myself living here. He said that the warranty was therefore voided. I asked why no one had told me I needed to do this when I bought the carpet and he responded that it was in the fine print of the paperwork I signed. I feel that it is something that should be explained to the person when they buy the carpet. He agreed but basically said oh well. Sorry.. Never again. Its not like they are the only carpet source in the area.

2019-09-22I recently purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring from lima carpet to put down in my new home. Since this is my first home I wanted something I was going to love, and something durable against my 2 large dogs. Lima carpets staff was awesome and very knowledgable, and quickly led me to the LVT. Melissa who Installed the flooring was professional and very fast. The floor has been in my house now for 3 months and Im beyond happy with my whole experience with lima carpet. I will absolutely be going to lima carpet for all my future flooring.

2019-10-117 years ago I bought laminate flooring for 3 rooms and entry hallway. It still looks like new! No scratches even with 2 dogs. Also purchased custom made shades for 3 rooms. Very happy with their service.

2017-10-19Yesterday Levi cleaned my carpets. He did a great job in a short time. He could not have been more pleasant or professional. The price was great and my carpets look like new.
