Limousines Worldwide is the #1 preferred vendor for the company I work for, and for good reason. We do on average 40+ movements with them every week. The level of service and attentiveness I receive on a unwavering basis is rare these days. John, Luke, Badir, and the rest of the team is great to work with and I can rely on them for last minute or difficult bookings. It really seems like no, we cant isnt in their corporate vocabulary.10/10 would recommend.
This is an excellent company to work with. Excellent team, fast response, always there to assist me. As an EA this gives me assurance that everything will get done to perfection! Very professional, great vehicles and drivers. Also their system is very comprehensive; they reconfirm the reservation 24 hours prior, that is a good reminder if changes or any modifications need to be implemented. They inform you chauffeur details and mobile # the day before, they inform you when the chauffeur has arrived at destination, when the pax is on board and when the reservation has been completed. And send email invoices which is fast and convenient, after the service has been completed. Gianluca Villanova pays me a visit every year to discuss how services are going, what can be improved etc. I am very happy with this company and would recommend it with no hesitation. They cover the entire globe!

Exceptional transportation service that is punctual and professional! The booking agents are courteous, the drivers are friendly, and the cars are immaculate. What I love about Limousines Worldwide is that I receive notifications informing me that the driver is at location waiting for the passenger, the passenger has been picked up, and the passenger has been dropped off. I have been using Limousines Worldwide for a couple of years now for our executives and have no complaints about the service from a reservation or accounting standpoint and definitely no complaints from our passengers regarding the vehicles. I have found the pricing to be much more reasonable than the previous company I had been using for years.
From my past experiences with this company, the cars have always been up to date and in prestine condition. The drivers are always prompt and very sociable which makes for an enjoyable ride. I would definitely recommend this limousine service to others

I have to agree with the other comments here. Our experience was horrible. They sent the wrong car, and then tried to charge the same price. The person on the phone Luca was extremely rude, made sexist comments, and basically told me to go away. I have no idea how these guys are still in business.
This company is absolutely horrendous: really bad service and happy to take your money without accepting any responsibility for the shortfalls in their service. They provide grossly inaccurate descriptions of vehicles and service, were untimely, and the are the epitome of unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

2017-04-19My company has used Limousines Worldwide for more than 12 years or probably longer. I have had no complaints from any of our staff and their drivers have always been professional, reliable, and courteous. We have used their car services mostly for airport travel to/from and some personal use and there has never been any issues. Mike is wonderful and mostly gives us concierge type service. I highly recommend them for your car service needs.

Extremely easy to book with all you need to do is send dispatch an email with your details. Most importantly they make my job easier. 2019-01-17Excellent service, Ive had the pleasure to work with the Limos Worldwide team very closely over the past year and they have been tremendous at fulfilling all my requests including last minute ones. Ive used them within the US and outside the US in countries like the UK & Asia, and at all times the drivers have arrived prior to the pick up time and are incredibly professional & reliable. The cars are clean, new and above par and they have a large variety to choose from including Sprinters and Coach buses for working sessions. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing professional car services.

2017-04-25My company has corporate accounts with a few car service companies and since weve been with Limousines Worldwide for the past 2 years, I only use this company. I work with 4 Senior Executives who travel heavily domestically and internationally and require reliable car service. This is the best car service company Ive ever done business with in the 18 years Ive been with my company. The cars are always clean, the drivers are always on time and courteous and I know in advance who the driver will be as well as his/her cell phone number. I use them for all our clients who travel for meetings at our office and Ive also used them personally. The service was no different. If i could give 10 stars I would.

2017-04-26I have been using Limousine Service for over 12 years with my company. I work with 3 Senior Executives who all used other car services before I starting supporting them and once I switched them over to Limousine worldwide they have all been very pleased. Car service is extremely timely, professional. I have never had a late pick or have been told they cannot accommodate a need (whether it be due to weather or any other issue) They know their locations well and will always suggest a best pick up spot if you are on a busy corner that makes it difficult for them to pick up. They email both myself and passenger when they are being picked up and dropped off (I love that they do so- takes ease off my mind ) Def recommend them for both professional and personal car service.

For nearly three years, Limousines Worldwide has been the exclusive provider for all my requested transportation services. Each experience, from the initial request for transportation to the completion, Limousines Worldwide provides seamless service.Within minutes of an email request for transportation, an acknowledgement email will be received from their Dispatch coordinator, followed shortly by a confirmation. Emails will be received from Dispatch 24 hours before the scheduled reservation to confirm, assigned driver information, driver being dispatched and arrival at our destination airport. Constant communication is provided by an email stream from the time my passengers are picked up from their aircraft and delivered to their destination! 2019-07-31We have been using Limousines Worldwide for almost 2 years now, setting up transportation for our private aviation clients. The service is always great and after emailing the dispatch team at LWW our transportation requests, they are always quick to respond with acknowledgement and confirmations are sent in a very timely manner. One aspect that we really like about LWW is their quick billing process. We normally have invoices for completed reservations within 1-2 days which helps us tremendously with our final invoices to our clients for their flights. Any issues or questions are resolved quickly. I highly recommend LWW!

2018-01-26Limousines Worldwide is, hands down, the best limo company I have ever used. Great service, (have not had one issue in well over a year of using them, exclusively.) Not only that, their staff are all nice to deal with. No grumps in the bunch. Which has been an issue with every other limo company I have dealt with. They also respond to email request within a few moments. I have booked thousands of cars for some very wealthy and demanding passengers, (Music and TV stars) This company was my best find in the business. My co-worker (tour manager) thanks me for all the time for finding Worldwide!
