Very clean complex we haven’t ran across any problems. Leasing manager is great! They do a lot of maintenance on the complex so it does get noisy in the morning but overall it’s great.
Lorin is very sweet, kind, friendly .In less than two weeks my sister and I had moved in to the apartment .It very clean.We love it and Im sure you would love it too.
Horrible experience. Don’t lease here. They attack you and post different rules everyday. Your paying for someone just to tell you you can’t put something on your porch or you will get charged. They have rats and roaches
Dear owner.this message is specifically for you.i know you trust Wendy and her trash manager but you can hire better people than them.i personally went to the office to ask questions and she was on the phone.she had the nerves to tell me that she was on the phone.very unprofessional.Like she mentioned to me she needs her job.you need a change of management owner.you should try and change those two witches.the treatment I have is horrible..I went to visit my husband’s brother and I felt in love with the place.i stayed there for two weeks but I was harassed by your management that I live there and I can’t stay there.they were knocking on our door And harassing me with words.very unprofessional.so as a result of that Suzanne the manager spoke to your legal team and got my husband’s brother evicted.the place has roaches and that was shocking to me.there is no privacy.i have my three year old with me and she said mommy I don’t like this place.i won’t recommend for no body.there is no privacy.there are other places in spring Valley that treat you respect and dignity.linda court is a bad place as long as this management is not changed.the only thing they care for is the money you paying them.so you need a change.i took all this time to write this wrong review so you could try and do something about this.sir or madam we need a change.
Decent apartments...a bit more expensive than they should be but good area nonetheless.

I visited 1 year ago and did have a chance to moved in so now I want to do it fo 2 bed now because it is a good place to stay.
False advertising, they say on there site apartments for rent, when you call nothing...they need to fix that....

2022-04-15A good place to stay. It is Very clean and Management does a good job maintaining the place. The administration in the leasing office “Wendy” is great and always responsive. With a smile. The ground manager always responded to issues on a timely fashion. The hallway is very quiet day and night. The parking lot is cleaned and most of the neighbors are very friendly.My only issue is my upstairs neighbor who consistently walking heavy upstairs in the middle of the night making it very difficult to sustain a healthy sleep. So I have to nap during the day because it is assured that I’ll be up by 2:30 AM when they start with their heavy and noisy walk from the bedroom to the living room.Other than that, I would recommend this complex to anyone who’s looking for a peaceful place to live.

2021-02-04My family lived at Linda Court for 2 years but had to move because of the new job. I really enjoyed my stay there and would like to go back one day if I can. My daughter really enjoyed the swings at the playground. It was a quiet neighborhood with friendly people. The office was always helpful and responsive. Nothing but good memories.

2021-02-09The maintenance of the complex is almost non existent. The snow removal.. there is no such thing, pre-treatment of the parking lot before a snow storm is non existent. There is black ice everywhere. The suppers with the exception of one (Mikel) are very nasty and rude they dont like to work let alone help out a tenant. The entire staff with again the exception of one (Mikel) are liers. The laundry room for building 14 is a desaster there is only one working washing machine out of three. Its very dirty down there and the water pump in building 14 laundry room is always leaking and shorting out out the washing machines. The residents should have access to any lundy room within the complex not just the one in their building. The newly replaced windows in my apartment where not properly sealed the are huge gaps between the wall, windowsill and the actual window letting in a constant cold draft . We were told by Linda court that someone was coming to seal the windows around the windowsills and that someone would be coming to paint around the windows. This was in November... We are now in February and nothing has been done to rectify the situation no one has come to fix any of the still existing problems. And the PARKING!... the parking situation has gotten a hell of a lot worse. First there is assigned parking for residents and now the few reserved handicapped parking for the handicapped tenants have been revoked and now anybody and there mother can park in a resident handicapped parking spot. New York state law states that an appointment complex with a handicapped tenant must reserve/asign that said tenant with a handicapped spot accessable to the front door of their building. Linda court has broken the law and act like they and abiding by it. Because of the destructive actions taken by guarden communities and Linda court the residents that are handicapped are afraid to leave there homes because they fear that there will not be a parking spot in front of their building to park in when returning home. Its as if they are inslaved in there own home, and no tenant who pays there rent on time, keeps to themselves and does not bother anyone in the building should ever have to feel or go through such things. There is a lot of discrimination going on at 37 Heitman Dr in spring valley NY. One upon a time I can say that Linda Court was a very decent place to live... But now it is the absolute worst place to live in Rockland County NY. Now I dont know if its because they are under new ownership that things have gotten as bad as they have but what ever the case may be it is unacceptable the way these people are running the complex. I leave you with, this if you are a potential renter do not rent an apartment at linda court apartments unless your someone who just doesnt care what poor living conditions youll be living in.

2019-01-25Ive been a resident at Linda Court almost 4 years, great service. Maintenance always addressed my issues in a timely manner. Never had ants , bugs or rodents. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Leasing office always pleasant & helpful. I have recommended Linda Court to family & friends unfortunately some of them did not get approved ( disheartening), hopefully they will reconsider. I still highly recommended this complex.Tanya Clarke

2019-04-26Terrible experience. They are nice while you are interested. Once you sign your lease they do not maintain proper living conditions. There are rodents in my apartment. An apartment that is kept in pristine condition. I have alerted management and have not gotten any acknowledgment. They’ve been made aware via several E-mails. After being ignored, I called in, the man who answered was rude, dismissive, and unconcerned. This has been a nightmare to live with. If you have any children, or even for the well-being of an adult, these are not safe conditions to live in. My property has been chewed and my groceries left with holes due to the rodents biting my food. I am repulsed and absolutely disappointed to be paying this much rent for this type of living condition. If you value your peace of mind and do not want any unwanted company in your apartment, I would not recommend this complex.

2018-03-09UPDATED:I have asked the landlord to fix the issue with the grout in my kitchen a millions times and but they always have some excuses. The tiles are now coming up and that sharp ends have cut my daughter toes. They fixed it once and two days later it is all gone again. They have done a terrible job of fixing this issue.The supers have also left my door open and unlocked all day when they have done work in my apartment. I leave for work at 4am and return at 7pm. I and multiple tenants have voiced our concern about the lack of safety we feel when they enter our apartment but no action is ever taken. I was told they would supervise the work being done and lock up but when I got home at 7pm everything was unlocked and my doors were wide open. I have had things stolen from my front doorstep and thrown in the wooded area.UPDATE: I have removed the 1 stars and updated the review. I have had multiple issues with the kitchen and bathroom leaking water and they fixed those items promptly. The property manager visited the apartment and told me that the issues with the grout will be fixed next week. I will update the post once the work is completed.

2016-12-10AN EXECELLENT PLACE! I sold my house in the Bronx and was looking for a comfortable place in the Spring Valley or Nyack area. It was a blessing to found “Linda Court Apartments”. I feel like I’m living in my own home, very clean and a wonderful place to live. The location is perfect; it is also close to shopping centers. The apartments are very nice with a lot of space and a deck porch to enjoy the outdoor warm days and silent nights. This is really a great place to call your home.Management has been great. Robin is an excellent person, with her professional style; she is always looking to assist you and resolve any situation that you may encounter in a very timely manner. The Maintenance Workers are very friendly and keep the apartments in good condition. The outside is very well taking care of with a nice view and a parking space for your vehicle.If you are looking for a comfortable, quiet and affordable place to live, stop looking! ”Linda Court Apartments” is the perfect place for you; you will feel right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment complex as “An Excellent Place” to live.

2017-11-14I wish there was a zero star to give these people. worst customer service, worst handling of issues in fact walk away from the issues I think thats what their motto is . the person who works there by the name gaby doesnt know what is happening in that property. all she is trained for is to work as a parrot or a puppet. there is no customer service number for this garden communities. she is just making stories after stories for a simple issue which could easily be handled. I am going to report these people in the higher court system. I think then they will understand what is the importance.
