This is the WORST car 🚕 service there could ever be. Ive been waiting over an hour for my ride. These people make me beyond late work. Really ridiculous.
Bad customer service from the person picking up phone. Ill never use again. And the cars always smell
Very unprofessional. The woman answered the phone with an attitude. As for one of the drivers I had, he took a tip without my consent.

2016-03-11Dispatcher very unprofessional, very rude, and nasty attitude. I will never recommend this car service to anyone. I rather pay more money for a different cab service then calling this cab service. I hope the owner sets up a training course for this woman, or else they will loose more business. I ended up calling a different cab service willing to answer any questions that I had, while being courteous to their customer.P.S.(Thank you AAA Taxi for being courteous I will definitely use again!!!)

2016-02-26The Lady who picked up the phone on 02/25/2016 around 10:27pm was very nasty. I called to ask for a price she told me it was $17. I then replied stating the last time I took this cab service it was $15, this rude unprofessional supposedly woman stated to me well then if i know the price why did you call me. So I hung up abruptly. I will no longer call this cab company and i usually recommend this cab service to my friends. She needs to learn customer service skills or be a driver instead of answering phones.

2017-03-15OMG this cab service is the worst ever. And my ratings is not from the first experience but the 4th if not more and I keep calling them. The woman who Answers the phone her attitude is beyond nasty. And after so many complaints about that same person according to other ppl reviews am beginning to think wht is the relationship between the two that is the owner and the worker cause this is ridiculous now and she still has a job. Secondly they never gets the address right they call to tell u ur cab is out there and theres no cab outside ur house they at the wrong address after waiting Madd long for the cab to arrive. If I could have given this a ZERO (0) ratings believe u me I would. #nastyassworker.

2018-05-24One driver took my mom and me out of the way to get to Rosedale. Recently a driver had something in the car that smelled bad and the cab stunk. He also went out of the way to get to St. Albans. My mom and I live Jamaica. We will never use this cab service again
