Amazing experience! Lindsey faced massive resistance from my anxiety with great professionalism, allowing me to be as much in the moment as possible. The ambience of the session was extremely warm and inviting; and I felt very comfortable. I was able to allow emotions experienced from traumatic events in my life to pass by like leaves in a stream by focusing my attention on areas being targeted for massage like a body scan. By the end of session, the soothing sounds and smells were creating vibrant and beautiful images of nature. Overall it was a very positive experience and I cant wait to return. I think I will opt for a full body next time. Thank you so much Lindsey for making that a really amazing experience!!
