Little Caesars Pizza in other cities:
If you call ahead by 2 hours you would expect food to be ready. When you get there and are told itll be 15 more minutes you get a little upset. Than we get a call from the manger who blows us off like it was no big deal, and claims it was only a couple of minutes. Hey, we can tell time.
I have had little ceasers pizza before and liked it but this trip there was some of the worst food I have ever had. Wings so tiny it looks like they came from a pigeon and deep dish pizza that was almost totally raw. Cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza so greasy the toppings could not stay on.. what has happened to quality and pride in work? Get it together people... minimum wage goes up so do prices but quality goes down very sad
Friendly staff and quick service (I was a walk-in) but not ordering from the hot and ready menu. In fact, the lovely young lady apologized that I would have to wait seven minutes for a fresh hot pizza to be cooked. Seriously, apologized that Id have to wait a whole seven minutes for a fresh hot pizza. She was adorable btw and if the name on the pizza box is correct, a shout out to Pennyanne! Shes a customer service rock star!I digress, the pizza was hot and gooey so so hot and gooey. Oh did I mention it was hot and gooey😋I cant believe how good it was and that Im actually writing a review about it! Im from NYC and we know pizza enough said.P.S. please dont let any of my NYC friends or family read this or I might excommunicated from all five boroughs😳
If you get unlucky enough to get pizza here, David (supposedly a manager) will go out of his way to make sure you have the worst experience feasibly possible. I didnt realize I had to pay $13 to be disrespected and told Im wrong, I could of done that for free somewhere else.
Are School order pizza on March 17, 2020 well that was by far the best service. The young man was polite, helpful, and even carried the pizza to my car. The deep dish pizza was amazing Ive never tried it before. We will definitely order again. The young man was Sean . Thank you IRCSD.
I was one of 2 customers who showed up after 10:30 (when it was supposed to open). I waited in my car for 30 minutes for them to unlock the door as I had 3 young children in my car. I watched them good off behind the building for 20 minutes. I finally left right after the gentleman left before me and ordered somewhere else. So disappointed
I stopped here during a short trip to the area for work. I am giving this spot a high rating not because of the food (it was typical fast food pizza, nothing out of the ordinary), but because of the great work of a staff member there. In particular I am referring to a lady who was manning the restaurant nearly alone and who was taking orders, going back to make the pizzas, and repeating this over and over, all while graciously handling the customers expectations, explaining how the challenges she faced would cause a bit of a delay, and doing so _in a way that recognized the customers perspectives_. Little Caesars, you should really find and reward her, because her handling of that restaurant provides the kind of human experience that large corporate organizations too often lack and which makes that restaurant stand out.I wish I caught her name so that I could give her the credit she is due. All I can offer is that she is a white, somewhat heavy-set woman perhaps in her 20s working on the evening of 26/Mar/2019 (if memory serves). I wish her a happy and successful career full of the respect that she showed all the customers that night!
Sometimes you just want something quick & simple, LCPs are typically consistent, you know what your going to get and theyre able to hit the spot. This location was under staffed but the lone service person was doing her best & when she got to us was friendly & efficient.
Several of these wiry hairs baked INTO the dough. Tried to pull them out to photograph but they were so embedded that they would break. Staff was not wearing hair nets or facial coverings with unruly facial hair. Disappointed as this was to be my cheat meal before deployment.
Went to all the little Caesars here even the one in kmart when it was open.. so the Evans mills store is hit or miss, sometimes you get a good pizza sometimes not..usually over cooked, depends on who is working.. they never put times on the box... so you really dont know how long that pizza has in the heat box.. state st... about the same but they have been better than Evans mills, but I must say the kmart caesars was the best... never old or almost burnt... always good... but kmart is gone sadly...
The pizza was burnt and stale like it’s been sitting there for days and then when we got cheese sticks with a cup of marinara sauce the sauce literally tasted like it’s been expired for days and they still decided to serve it... I’m beyond disappointed because I took a big mouth full of that sauce .....

2022-02-03Every visit lately seems to be worse and worse. Our pizza had all the toppings just dumped into the center. Crazy bread wasn’t even cooked properly. It was basically raw dough with oven marks that didn’t rise. Manager said “It’s just a $5 bag of crazy bread”. 😕

2022-05-03The pizzas I’ve received from here are usually pretty decent. Today I ordered the crazy bread and this is what we got. It’s super oily and cheese is oozing all over the place as they were already bursting open. Unfortunately I didn’t check until I got home. I’ll probably just stick to pizzas from here.

2022-02-24Terrible Experience. Nobody would answer the phone, I called about five times over the course of a half hour. The wings and the pizza were cold. Not even warm, just straight up cold. The pizza wasnt cut- to the point that we had to get out our own pizza cutter to be able to pick up our slices. We ordered 2 things of Hot wings and got Barbecue. No one in our house likes Barbecue. And even if we did, it wouldnt matter because they were cold and gross. We also didnt get any marina sauce, which we specifically asked for. Never going back.

2022-01-30My little sister ordered the Batman pizza from them. And when she received it it had pepperoni all over it. She took it back and they plucked it off with their bare hands… I then told her we are going back there. We came back and I had them remake them. But when they were. We went straight to making it but he didn’t wash his hands. Nor wore gloves.. she just then asked for a refund… she was being super understanding and patient and the employees just gave little attitude. I was trying to call but they never picked up also. Won’t be coming back

2022-01-22Probably fine if you order a plain pie, or something with one topping. Anything more then that seems to be to complex for them to comprehend. What they gave me wasnt remotely similar to what i ordered, when i called the girl on the phone was snotty. Brought the pie back in for the manager to look me in the eye and tell me that it was exactly what i ordered. Literally took the man at least five minutes to figure out they did infact give me the wrong food. They did offer to remake it, but at that point i was done. If you cant read a ticket and look at a pie and see its wrong i dont have confidence in how you run your shop.

2021-09-13Walked in to pick up my pre-ordered pizza an hour and a half prior and it wasn’t in the hot box. I was in the waiting room with 9 other customers standing around while the 2 men were shouting and trying to get orders together in the back. I understand being short staffed, but maybe limit hours or room capacity, or come up with a better system to not have 10 people all on top of each other waiting on their scheduled pizza tower pickup? A pickup time is a pre-determined time, no? I mean, we’re also in the midst of a pandemic.

2022-04-08Took my money THEN told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait on 2 pizzas. Then the pizzas were terrible. Flat crust could have been mistaken for cardboard.

2021-07-20We chose this restaurant because sign over front door said owned/operated by American Veteran.Jeremy was the young man on duty.He was very courteous, explained offers well, and gave savings comparisons to help us better choose our options. He was only person on staff, so we had to wait approx. 30 minutes to have food. However, at pick up, we realized he had not rang up a 2nd pizza for one of our orders. He was kind enough to fix the mistake.Would highly recommend this location/employee for outstanding service.

2021-10-01This is the third time in the last month I’ve been in there and they’re completely overwhelmed and not putting out any pizzas. They always say it’s going to be a 1-2 hour wait for even hot and ready pizzas. I’ve seen this location turn away so many customers it’s insane that the manager only staffs two people per shift. You could make your money back and some by having more people working. It shouldn’t be letting us order online if we go in at the scheduled time and have to wait an additional half hour or more cuz our food isn’t ready. I’ll be going to the Little Caesars in Watertown from now on because I’ve never had issues getting pizzas there.
