Little Thai Kitchen in other cities:
One of the best Thai restaurants I have been to . I found them while looking on the Crave App. Decided to give it a shot. I had a made a reservation through the app. We were seated right, but this is a small spot. Our order was taken right away and service was amazing. Food and service was truly on point . I highly recommended it !!Ambiance- 8/10Service - 10/10Happy Hour - NOWiFi - Not SureReservation- NODefinitely worth trying !! Not recommended for large groups
My son and I had dinner at Little Thai Kitchen on the last day of our trip to NY. We were so glad we found this wonderful place. We started with vegetable dumplings. I had Thai Red Curry and my son ordered Chiang Mei Noodle Soup. Both very delicious! Excellent flavors. Service was quick and the staff was very friendly. It is always nice when people take time to chat during the rush of the evening. This was a wonderful dining out experience. Thank you!
Very authentic, large portions, delicious lunch specials! $12 bucks for an entree and app, I split with my partner and we were full. Almost didn’t come because I saw other reviews but very glad I did. Small place with friendly staff, papaya salad was just like when I ate them in Thailand
Great deal for lunch! $8 for tofu/mushroom in basil sauce is pretty unbeatable, especially considering the quantity and quality of the food! The vegetables were fresh and my order was ready for takeout within 5 minutes. Usually I find myself pretty strapped for lunch because there aren’t too many vegetarian options in this area but this was absolutely delicious. I’ll be back!
Ordered the mango fish curry and curry puffs. The fish dish was delicious. Seems like they gave me the entire fish, enough for two meals. The fish was fried and curry was thick which I like. Its worth the $18. The puffs were good as well, but the price for 3 small pieces seems steep. Other than that I will come back again.
THE BEST THAI FOOD IN NEW YORK CITY!!!The most I explore new Thai restaurants the more I know little Thai kitchen is the best option, the food quality and the flavors is beyond.Little Thai kitchen beats any fancy Thai places I ever been around New York City.I definitely recommend.I always get the curry puffs and the red curry chicken or the vegetable green curry and I also get the pad Thai chicken with the green curry chicken.
Food was decent at first but that didnt last long. The tables were super sticky. There was food floating around in the water the gave us. The customer service was great. They had an interesting music theme going, and a nice feel to the place. I do not recomend eating here if you havent tried Thai before.
Came here while on a business trip in NYC. The place is very small and has about 6 very cramped tables. Outside of that the food was incredible! They also had a really great $19 3 course dinner deal. I would highly recommend this place if youre in the area and looking for Thai food.
Food is excellent, our server was very nice and patient and the ambience was overall very nice and enjoyable. The only reason i rated it 4 and not 5 was there was a big waiting period as the restaurant is very small, and because we used a groupon we had a little difficulty with one of the main servers. After getting past these things we really enjoyed our time and the food. BYOB
This was the worst Thai food I have EVER eaten. I ordered around 8:30pm, and went to pick up my order. They were really nice/polite, which is why I gave them any stars at all. The brown rice was so overcooked. It was mushy and wet. Not to mention they charged $2 extra dollars for that. I got the green curry, and Im not kidding it was the worst curry I have ever had. It was watery, and didnt have the right flavor. I could hardly taste the curry, and it was like they had drowned it in coconut milk. I rarely leave reviews, but this was so bad I had to warn other people. Really disappointed considering how much I love Thai and green curry.
Ive eaten at the restaurant and ordered delivery but both times hated my experience.I dont know why I even tried it for the second time. I was hungry for Thai food.Restaurant is small, so not recommended for large groups.Service is slow so not recommended for anything quick.Over all food is normal. not memorable, not garbage. Just in the middle.SERVICE is worth mentioning.IT SUCKS!!!When I ordered for delivery, food didnt come after 45 min so I called to ask whats up. They said the food is on its way. Yeah all restaurants say that if the customer sounds upset, but at least they dont LIE. I live 2 block away. It only takes 5 min to get to my place from the restaurant. If the food had already departed its origin it should have been here within 10 min max. Another 20 min.. no food. I was no longer hungry. Just grumpy and wanted refund.Called again to just cancel and they kept me on hold for 10 min to figure out where the food was.. Food arrived after another few minutes (which leads me to believe the delivery boy just left during the last call) and what a surprise! WRONG FOOD.I HATE YOU.
These folks deserve a huge restaurant! Go in with an understanding that this place seats about 15 at a time across 6 tables. That said they know how to flip a table fast! The food is quite likely the best standard thai food Ive had and Ive had it all over. Give it a shot, the (short) wait is well worth it.
What a great find! Little Thai Kitchen is tucked away up a few stairs between builds just a few blocks from the Carvi Hotel where my wife and I stayed on our budget trip to NYC. For under $30, we enjoyed a great Thai meal. My wife had the pad Thai and I had Thai fried rice, a recommendation from the waitress to meet my gluten sensitive needs. If you want delicious and inexpensive Thai food just a little east of Times Square, this is it.
When they say its Little Thai Kitchen they werent kidding. The place was indeed small. But what it lack in size it certainly made up with the food. The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable. The lunch portion was very filling and I think Im ready to go to sleep now. :-) Will definitely go back.
First time to eat in this hole in the wall restaurant in midtown. Food is awesome. For 11.50 you can get a two-part meal. Seating is tight so be prepared to eat within close quarters. Arrive early before 12 or late after 1pm to get seating as food is best eaten on premises.
Their drunken noodles were among the better Thai food Ive had! Properly spicy (unlike their sweet pad Thai and pad see ew), but not painfully so. Its white people spicy.Service was pretty good. Food came out very fast.I paid $9.50 plus tax, and the serving was as big as youd expect from a Thai place (filling for an adult man, even without an appetizer). Its a good value for Midtown, where you can easily spend $18 for pretentious quinoa tapas that dont even dent your hunger. Its a very small location, with proper seating for only a dozen or so people. Theres also a bar for eating with three bar stools. I sat there, and it was decent, although theres not much clearance behind you (with the waiters passing back and forth).Support small businesses!
It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good. Lacked some flavor. The spicy wasn’t spicy. Maybe we should have gotten extra spicy. So let’s ignore that. Definitely lacked flavor and quantity. We got drunken noodles. And the vegetable noodle ratio was poor. But felt like there was potential.
Came here after a visit to MoMA on a rainy Sunday. Wanted to go downtown, but we were too hungry so we stopped in here just before it started to pour. The place is small, but the food is pretty decent, and the service was great. Its not too far from my office, so Ill definitely check them out for lunch when Im craving some Thai curry.

2022-07-12The BEST Thai food in the city tbh. If you’re choosing between Thai options, pick this place you won’t regret it.The Tom Kar soup is full of flavor— highly recommend this as a starter. Drunken Noodles w Beef are amazing, the beef was a great texture not too tough.

2022-04-24Love this place! Have been ordering pickup and delivery for a few weeks now. Delicious every time. I’ve been ordering the Pad Thai and the Vegetable Egg Rolls. I only wish their egg rolls had 4 in an order, rather than just 2!Staff is lovely, great local place to support!

2019-07-07Tiny spot serving up absolutely delicious Thai food. Do sit down, it’s really cozy and the staff is nice. They have a great lunch special that includes an appetizer (get the curry puff!)

2022-06-27Pad Thai did not come as I ordered it. When I asked to switch dishes, I was told “no”. I was stuck with a tasteless Pad Thai that I was not satisfied with. I became upset so I left the restaurant without my disappointment of a dish. Would not recommend.

2017-10-19Place is small , extremely nice waiters here. Food came really place. Its a good place to go if youre craving for some spicy food. This is definitely not the type of spicy that makes your tongue burn . Its that nice type of spicy that have lots of flavor! I had the drunken noodle and a noodle soup.

2019-08-12We had the best little lunch here. The serving sizes were smaller than most places, but everything about LTK excentuates how tiny the place is. I ordered a Chicken Larb salad for the first time, and it instantly became a new favorite Thai dish for me. It tasted sour, spicy, and warm with just the right amount of each, for me.By the time I thought to take a picture it was too late--the food did not survive long enough. We also ordered vegetable spring rolls and steamed veggie dumplings in addition to my wifes eggplant basil order.Im surprised this place doesnt have better reviews, we just had the best lunch date today and cant wait to go back.
