Family style daycare and good for small kids. The teachers are nice and professional. Lots of fun activities for kids to learn. Jason and Candie are always there if you have any questions. Highly recommended.
How lucky for us that our daughter’s first school experience was at Little Tulip. The owners are thorough, responsive, and ensure a safe and very clean environment for the children. We love the communication that they initiate wish photo updates throughout the day - they are usually hilarious moments of our kids!Our daughter has learned so much from the teachers and partake in so many fun hands on activities. She is always so excited to go to school. We also love that they are basically bilingual which allows our daughter to develop both English and Mandarin at home and at school.They even organized an activity for families outside of school which I very much appreciated. They are always looking for ways to give to the students.Our daughter is moving on to their Montessori school and we are grateful we are able to continue to leave her in their care. We would recommend to any family.
I feel so fortunate to have found Little Tulip for my son who started at 22 months old until he goes to another nearby school next month. I even feel sad for our leaving and sincerely hope that my son will enjoy the new school like he likes Little Tulip.My son could only pronounce “papa” when he first started Little Tulip, now he’s a chatty cutie and can express himself. I am so proud of his development under the care of Demi, Karen, Jason and Candie. They truly love and treat the children like they are their own. They do the cutest projects, they have regular story time, they teach them songs in English and Mandarin, as long as the weather allows, they take the children in the yard and let them enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, and the provide many other great things for children.The communication with parents is excellent. I always appreciated knowing what was happening and their constant care and updates regarding the children. Getting photos and videos of the kids playing during the day is always a blessing as well.I recommend Little Tulip wholeheartedly and I encourage anyone who wants a warm, loving, fun and supportive environment for their little one to check them out.
We are so blessed to be a part of such an amazing program with caring and attentive teachers. The owners are sincerely passionate about childcare and they go the extra mile to ensure that all the children are well taken care of. Their dedication to providing the best in childcare is truly exceptional. We have had international moves and enrolled our kids in daycares and schools around the world, and I have to say that Little Tulips is top notch. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to everyone!
Both my sons attended Little Tulip and loved it. They were excited to see their friends and teachers each day. I never had to worry about my boys when I was at work knowing they were in good hands. We received updates and pictures of activities they did during the day. The owners are always available if you had any questions or concerns. Little Tulip is truly a nurturing and welcoming environment for both parent and child.
My son really enjoyed his time at Little Tulip. From top to bottom, you can feel the wonderful family like environment at this place. The instructors are always friendly and gives you the vibe of trust every parent wants for the people handing their kids. If we did not have to move out of the area, my son would still be attending little tulip. I have no problem recommending this place to my closest friends and family.
So glad we found this daycare for my son. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The daycare is very clean and nice. My son loves the daycare so much that he doesn’t want to go home. Regarding the academic part, I noticed that my son learns a lot of vocabulary everyday. They also have mandarin lesson which is great. Overall, we re very happy with this daycare.
My daughter goes to Little tulip since shes 15 months old, she loves the teachers, the owner Mr. Jason and Mrs. Candy are so nice, always trying their best to help with the parents and the kids need. Im so glad we send our little girl here and I highly recommended this place to all my friends. As now my daughter is going to pre-K, Im sure she will miss all her friends and teachers in Little Tulip!
I sent my son to Little Tulip when he was 18-month. I toured around so many daycares and was so worried. Little Tulip really takes good care of my son. We are very grateful for the love and care he receives from Little Tulip. He didnt know how to express himself when he first joined. Now he can talk, sing and dance and always gives us joyful surprises. I believe Little Tulip did a fantastic job in caring and educating my baby boy. We are very sad to leave for another school that is closer to home. But we keep Little Tulip in mind and will definitely send my second there. Happy parents happy kids I feel really lucky I found this place for my son. He has been staying in LT for almost 3 years. He is always happy when i drop him off and pick him up everyday. He also learned a lot and made a lot of good little friends there. All the staff are really caring and friendly. Little Tulip really doing a tremendous job in child care. Thumbs up!!!
Our daughter loves going to Little Tulip! It’s convenient and the staff is super friendly. We were looking to slowly expose her to the classroom environment before starting pre-k and this was a perfect solution. She is now a better listener and plays well with friends. Our daughter has so much fun, she continues to sing the songs she learns at home - Sometimes in different languages too.
Little Tulip provides a very loving and nurturing environment. My daughter loves to go there everyday. She literally overcame separation anxiety from Day 1. Sometimes she even says she wants to go to Little Tulip on weekends. I dont care (or believe in) big brand names. I think the place that makes the kids happy is the best for them. If I have another baby, I am definitely sending him/her to here again!
My son started going to Little Tulip when he could barely walk as a 13-month old. The nurturing staff and the educational agenda provided a great learning experience. The place is clean and owners are friendly. Its five-star rating is well deserved and their dedication should be applauded.
Both my kids love it here! They provide a nurturing yet structured environment, work around my schedule and feed the kids quality home cooked meals! In the first few weeks they even sent me photos and videos to let me see how my kids were adjusting through the day so that I wouldn’t worry. I highly recommend Little Tulip and they have great teachers too!
My girl joined Little Tulip since Sept 2017 and what I can say is here 100% a lovely, nice, kids-parents-friendly place for pre schoolers! It is a bilingual daycare that kids will learn basic Chinese and English without extra charges. Everyday kids bring home a little craft related to what they learned in school, and a Chinese word/vocabulary they were taught. Foods Little Tulip offers are daily fresh, hot, home-made dishes. For kids who come in late after breakfast time will also be served something if parents request. Normal school hours is from 8-6, but they do have free early drop off starts 7:45am that gives busy parents like me a flexibility when I need to be in office early. Communication flows easily between parents and school, I always received short videos, pictures, messages from teachers/owners shows school activities. Even though this is a small daycare but my kid do grow happy & well in this place! Thank you.
My son started here at 17 months and just finished before entering Pre-K at age 4. We were lucky to have found little tulips. Jason and Candie provided the kids with education and socialization. My son thrived from being at this school. We will miss them! I highly recommend sending your child here.
I cannot say enough good things about Little Tulip. My daughter has been there for almost 2 years and has grown and learned so much from her teachers. Everyone at Little Tulip is so loving and caring. They send you pictures and videos and keeps you updated on your child all time. My daughter learns something new each day and loves seeing her teachers and friends. They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. Such a timesaver and my picky eater eats everything and asks for seconds sometimes. I was lucky that a friend referred them to me as I was initially looking at larger chain day cares only. When we started, she was part time and when we needed full time, we had to wait for space to open up. During that time, we enrolled our daughter in a larger chain day care as we waited for the extra days to become available. They were nice, however, they were just not the same as little tulip. She was fine but definitely was not excited to go there. Little tulip is truly a special place.
My daughter is so lucky to enroll this good quality school. Her behavior has changed a lot since she switched to here. Teachers are really friendly and nice. Most importantly, they educate kids really well . Highly recommended.
Great family daycare! Both of our kids attended Little Tulip before preschool and loved it, caretakers are amazing, and a great program with Mandarin lessons! Location is convenient and parking is easy for dropoff/pickups. 💯👍🏻👍🏻
My daughter was here for 2 years and this place is fantastic! The teachers are superb and very focused on the children in every aspect of their learning. As full-time working parents, leaving our son in someone elses care every day is one of the hardest things to do. Thanks to the teachers and staff at Little Tulip Early Learning Center we feel at ease leaving our son every day. He is in the hands of caring professionals who capture all the children’s achievements. They have been fantastic about keeping us up-to-date on the highlights of our sons days, sharing their funny moments and their latest achievements. And the best part is that we dont always have to wait till the end of the day. They send us texts and photos when they know its a moment we wouldnt want to miss. Their messages brighten our day, make us laugh, and help us feel included in our son’s day. Im so grateful to the staff at Little Tulip Early Learning Center for helping us give our son such a great start in life, and for including us in the moments we would otherwise miss out on.
Little Tulip is a nice family style daycare in an intimate setting. Lovely staff, and takes good care of my kids.
Best decision ever made and picked by my wife. From the 1st day our daughter stepped foot into Little Tulip to the day she did her little walk to receive her diploma on Graduation Day, my wife and I were never worried about her state for a moment.To start off, our daughter was always well fed with a nutritious breakfast, lunch and snacks. She would always come home with a little piece of paper provided by the school detailing her activities for the day. I am guilty of not reading it everyday. Thats because she would tell us what she learnt from school herself. I know her days were not a waste…of time lost forever. Side note, my main concern was whether she pooped. This is a big deal for me and for some if not all your Dads out there!!!!.She made a lot of friends during her 2 years + 2 months stay as well as us parents sharing a common interest in our child early development. Little Tulip would always be involved in providing crucial informative insights and thoughtful ideas to the chat group and for my wife to consider.Our daughter had the best time of her early years at Little Tulip. The school definitely made an crucial positive impact on her livelihood. Once in a while, we would hear her uttered at home, Mr. Jason said no running…, or a Ms. Candie said no pushing and wait your turn... while she was putting her shoes at home.After todays perfect graduation ceremony, I can tell you, this is just one of many exemplary dedications the staff of Mr. Jason, Ms. Candie, Ms. Gabby, Ms. Melinda and Ms. Jennifer, spent in preparing for this precious little moment that will be treasured for many years to come.Thank you
I sent both of my children to Little Tulip at a very young age, that was one of the best choices I’ve made for them. The teachers took great care of them, they learned and developed a lot during their time here.
This daycare is very cute and homey. The owners Mr. Jason and Candy are both very loving and caring. They send me cute videos of my child either singing, or doing their daily arts and crafts. Im so happy I found this place. What I love most is that they have cameras which if incase of an accident they are able to see what happened. They have a nice playground for the kids to play. My son never wants to leave. My son has learned so much after attending here. I would recommend this daycare to all my friends and family. My daughter loved her time at Little Tulip, she attended from 2-4 yo. Teachers were great and classes small. Location is extremely convenient for parents commuting via LIRR.
My daughter has nothing but love for this place! Actually this is the third place we have tried until we finally found the one that we are satisfied with, just when we felt maybe she was just not ready for daycare, little tulip showed us exactly what a day care should provide, such as proper guidance, love, joy, stressless environment, etc. Its impossible to describe the relieve for parents when you found your toddler is able to discover happiness outside your home. She has made so many friends and will truly miss all her friends and the good time shes had. Thank you little tulip!
Been using little tulip for over a year and love their service. The owners are flexible and really work with you on schedules. The teachers are caring and give the kids personalized attention.I’m sending my second child to them when she gets old enough.
Although my son only went for 3 month, we truly appreciate the care and attention that was provided by Gaby the head teacher, Jason and Candie. They put a lot of effort and heart into his birthday party.
My daughter has been here since last July. She loves it! She always says “Mommy, don’t pick me up that early. I want to be the last one to leave. I have so much fun.” She is going to a public school for PreK this September. When I took her to see the new school, she cried “I don’t want to go to new school. I like my old school.” When we went to her classmates’ birthday parties, I found these 3 or 4 years old kids behave so well. Little Tulips really did a good job. I’ll absolutely recommend it to my friends.
Love this day care. Good location, nice and attentive teachers. They just love kids! Every night when I put my child to sleep, she just mumble I want to go to little tulip! Sure, lets sleep first and go there tomorrow! This is what parents want, a place that your child loves to go and a place you can trust.

Our child is one of the first to arrive every day and she practically leaps into her caretaker’s arms. All of the staff demonstrate great care and kindness in their interactions with both children and adults. We receive daily reports and even videos of fun developmentally appropriate educational activities. Convenient! Clean! Kind! Caring!
This daycare was a very positive experience for my son. He learned a lot during his time there. The teachers and staff are very caring and professional. I highly recommend this facility. It is also very convenient if you take the LIRR to work.
My son attended LT from 15-27 mos. and I recommend LT without hesitation. Reliable, flexible, and communicative management. Engaging, developmentally appropriate activities incorporating arts and crafts, music, games, story time, and physical activities (incl. outdoor play area). Nutritious and home cooked meals provided. Extremely conveniently located.
My son spent two and half years at little tulip and we couldnt be happier. We moved out of state and will truly miss Jason, Candie and all the amazing staff at little tulip.

THE DAYCARE IS AT VERY GOOD LOCATION AND THE PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. MY SONS TRANSITION TIME WAS VERY SMOOTH, AND HE MADE GREAT FRIEDNS THERE. TEACHERS ARE PATIENT AND CARING, WE WERE NOT WORRYING BECAUSE WE KNOW OUR SON WAS IN GOOD HANDS.

How can we thank Little Tulip enough? Having pandemic babies, our girls had been so sheltered prior to going to daycare. The owners and teachers were patient with them as they adjusted to their new environment. In the past 9 months our girls have learned their abcs, how to count, their days of the week and months of the year. They dance and sing songs they learned from school and share their experiences happily when they come home. Ms. Jane and Ms. Jennifer have been so warm and loving to the kids. They truly care for the wellbeing of the children and want them to learn and grow. Ms. Jane even helps french braid their hair because we certainly don’t know how to do that! They also have covid protocols in place that help keep our kids safe that other schools don’t. We can’t thank Little Tulip enough!
The principal, Jason, is very nice. He not only answered all our questions patiently and professionally, but also gave a lot of good suggestions for our children to go to school in the future. My daughter likes Miss Tova very much, she is as kind as a big sister. Every day after school, she will immediately share with me the handicrafts made at school. She likes everything. In short, my daughter had a great time at school. Thank you very much teachers!
My two children are studying in this kindergarten. It is a very reliable day care. The dean is very nice and the children love the teachers here.

2022-03-02My daughter started daycare here last year. This was the first daycare we sent her to, and it took her a while to adjust. She was in Ms. Karens classroom at first and loved it there. Ms. Karen made her feel so comfortable and gave me very detailed verbal progress notes every evening when I went to pick my daughter up.After that, we moved her to another classroom with her age-appropriate children, and she seemed to like it there. I am impressed with her teachers (Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Jaine) and how they followed my instruction.At Little Tulip, they are very accommodating. Also, they try to have a fun curriculum for children. I like the updates I receive every week on what my daughter is learning. I also like that they combine teaching with fun activities and teach children about different holidays.

2021-12-11We started Aidan at Little Tulip at 17 months old and he had a very difficult time transitioning. He cried for many days/weeks but with the patience, love and care under Miss Karen and Miss Ann, Aidan now loves to go to daycare and has flourished to be an independent little boy. We are so happy to have found Little Tulip! They are super caring and attentive and always gives a full report of the day. They have continuous activities to keep the kids engaged and one of the best parts of my day is opening Aidan’s school bag to see what arts and crafts he did for the day. A superstar of a school.

2021-11-05This is a brand new facility. It is clean and super safe! The owner Jason is super nice and hands on. He is usually there to take care of a lot of the details. They also incorporate some Chinese teaching and my son used to bring home very nice and fun learning materials. I think they put a lot of effort and love coming up with the curriculum! I highly recommend this place to any parent who needs high quality day care and early childhood learning!

2021-08-15We love Little Tulip! We sent our son there from 18 months up until he was a little over 3 years old (and then the pandemic hit). Jason, Candie and all of the teachers at Little Tulip truly care about their students and their families. Our son loved going to school each day and we would receive thorough reports on his daily activities and milestones. He flourished and made many wonderful friendships with whom we still plan playground playdates with! If it werent for the pandemic, we would have kept our son in the program until it was time for him to go to public school. We had also planned for our younger son to attend, but now we are relocating out of state.Thank you to everyone at Little Tulip. We felt safe, relieved and happy to entrust our son to your team each and every day! We will miss you!

2021-10-23When my son started at Little Tulip he was 2 years old. His first teacher Ms. Karen was AMAZING!! My son felt so comfortable and she updated me everytime I picked him up. He loved going to daycare and never cried. He then graduated to the next class up and Ms. Gabby was his best friend! He loved her so much and made so many friends here. He flourished with his speech and he became a social butterfly. Its clean and COVID proofed. Loved the curriculum and little holiday celebrations! I would truly recommend Little Tulip!

Little Tulip is a wonderful establishment with caring and nurturing staff who work hard to provide the little ones with a warm and safe environment to foster growth and development. Their curriculum promotes cognitive and social-emotional development through imaginative and cooperative play while introducing concepts that are crucial to building foundational skills. 2021-04-23My son started daycare in July 2019 when he was around 2 years old. I was very happy with the outcome. He learned to be more independent and sociable with other kids. The teachers at Little Tulip were very nice and patient with him. The owners were also very knowledgeable, personable and understanding. They work with us on any issues and makes the whole experience wonderful for my son. And the location was great for me to pick up and drop off. I would recommend this daycare!

2020-09-02Both of my kids go to Little Tulip. This center offer top notch early learning experience and caring to children. The second I walked in the center for a tour, I noticed all the kids were so happy and friendly. I signed up right away and it was the best decision I’ve made. My kids had fresh home made breakfast and lunch and all kinds of fruits and healthy snack everyday. It’s a big help to working parents. The teachers are very kind. They are willing to share anything about how your child behave. My kids learned so much here and they are happy, friendly and confident. Thank you Little Tulip!
