I was unable to purchase a hot tub from here last year when there was no stock, but I get chemicals and water tests done here. Each time I have been in, the staff have impressed me. Very knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough!

A hot tub store that doesn’t have any hot tubs. I called and they said they won’t have any till next year.Ok so let me clarify for the person that responded to my review. I called looking for a hot tub. I said I was coming down from Watertown. The first response I was told was “we don’t deliver there”. I wasn’t expecting you too. I am more than equipped to pick it up. Then I was told hold on and another woman got on and said we don’t have anything and won’t get anything till next year. She ended the conversation there. I never said I wouldn’t wait. My point is that your salesmen blew me off. I did end up calling another place. They gave me prices and showed me different models. Guess what, I put money down on one that will be in next year!
I have never been treated so poorly in relation to customer service. Im an electrician, wiring a new pool purchased from LPS, during the process or prior to my arrival the pump cover and switch were cracked and broken. I went to the store to purchase a new cover/switch, they unfortunately do not stock them and dont even offer a special order for the items. Kaylee...proceeded to be very snotty when I questioned about special order procedures and told me that We, prefer to leave them on., when I told her that I was familiar with how switches work. During her call to the other store, she spent an additional three to four minutes chatting with that stores employee. Needless to say I will not be recommending or purchasing my pool supplies at LPS ever again.
We purchased a 24 foot round above ground pool in 2007. Weve had great success with our pool. We had an upgraded liner installed and have never had a leak. Its now 2018 and plastic part that the water returns into the pool has cracked. Its 11 years old and I think thats a great track record. Phone the E.Syracuse store. Caleb was helpful and referred me to George at their other store. Since its Sunday, George will call me tomorrow when the repair team comes in and get this problem scheduled for resolution. I have complete faith it will be resolved to my satisfaction. Normally, my husband could repair this, but hes away for 6 days.
I had a pool installed last fall and everything was first rate from the salesman (Jason) to the installer Shane. Angie who kept in touch with me during the process and also this year has been absolutely wonderful. She as gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I have never worked with a nicer bunch of people. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
The store was incredibly clean and the staff was beyond friendly.... Kaylee was especially over the top friendly and her patience with my struggles to decide what I wanted helped me make the choice that I was happy with!!! Telling all my friends

New above ground pool installation was well done and the crew was extremely professional. Also the counter team LPS hires are well trained and very customer oriented. and if you have a problem they are right there the next day to fix it. All in all a wonderful business to work with.
Very poor customer service...We bought this pool based on a great sales process. Its been down hill ever since. The install crew is very knowledgeable but seemed to be in a big hurry due to workload. The escavator who prepared the yard for install made a huge mess and acted like he had better things to do. We ended up with big divots in the sand under the liner because the earth was sopping wet. We were guaranteed a repair at pool closing now its been pushed off to the spring. It takes 4-5 voicemails to get the service manager to call back. Most of the staff that answers the phone are rude at best. We will not be doing business with Liverpool Pool in the future ...Liverpool pool has since remedied this situation and stood by the product...It was much appreciated for them to step up and make this situation right...
Cannot say enough about the good folks at Liverpool Pool & Spa!! Had a wonderful pool buying experience with them. From the moment I walked in the store to this very day, their professionalism and customer service has been exceptional! They continue to treat me with genuine caring and respect; and have earned my trust as a consumer. Hoping to be in the market for a spa in the near future ... and when I am, I will definitely purchase a Hot Springs Spa from Liverpool Pool & Spa. There is no reason to go anywhere else.
Purchased a Hot Spring spa from them and love it! Use is year round on our deck.....even in the Syracuse winter! It is awesome right after the gym.....or a run.....or one of those days working around the house when everything gets stiff. Sales staff at LP&S were excellent to deal with with during the purchase and delivery, and the service has been outstanding whenever we have had an issue.
Unprofessional - Wasted time. Sold out.Called and set appointment to go into store with salesperson Kyle. Drove across town and in the store Kyle tells me everything is sold out, should start seeing things available again in March 2021. Could you have told me that over the phone and saved me the hour of travel? Very unprofessional experience with this person and company.
My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new hot tub. We took several months to really do our research and go to numerous other businesses in the state. LPS was about the 3rd place we checked out. We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile from Jacob at the front desk. He directed us to Paul. Right from the beginning Paul was so comforting and knowledgeable. He took as much time as needed to answer questions, explain the set up process and how to maintain the tub. Being that we have never had a hot tub before, we had a lot of questions. Paul didnt try to sell us on anything and was not pushy whatsoever. Just a nice man that reminded me of my grandpa, nice, caring and fun. We had some ideas of what we wanted and left the store to ponder. We did continue our search and stop at several other places to review and compare prices. After months of research, we decided to go back to Paul and LPS for our purchase. On July 1st, they delivered our Hot Springs Grandee tub and the excellent service continued. The contractors they hired to bring the tub and place it were amazing and also knowledgeable.It doesnt stop here, upon the start up process other questions arose. A phone call to Jacob at the front desk was answered every time and his patience with us was amazing. Jacob ensured every question was answered and if he didnt have the answer, he would get the answer and get right back to us. We have now had the tub for a few months. What an amazing experience. We love our Hot Springs tub using it almost every day. I am very good about taking the water sample in to be tested every week or so. Again, Jacob is right there to test and answer any questions. Everyone we dealt with is an asset to this company. Jacob stands out to me now as he is the one we mostly deal with. He actually cares about his job and ensuring customers are taken care of. We could not be happier with our experience. Thank you Jacob and Paul. I purchased both an in-ground pool and a 7 person spa in 2011 and have been very happy with both. Both the initial install and the yearly service calls have been outstanding. I highly recommend this company for pool and spa installation and service.

A wonderful showroom with close to 30 spas on display ... they have a model that will fit any size family and price ranges that fit any budget. A talented, well educated staff that prides themselves on excellent customer service.
Purchased a Hot Spring Spa and we are very pleased with it. Liverpool Pool and Spa provides excellent and prompt service. On one occasion that a warranty related issue arose, they fully honored the warranty of both service and the part. I would highly recommend Liverpool Pool and Spa!
We purchased a Hot Springs Hot Spot Rythem from LPS. They delivered it when I wanted and set up was fast and easy. The set up team set up and installed our cover lift super fast. Great people over there in East Syracuse.

2021-07-15I ordered a hot tub at Christmas and as soon as the weather got nice in the spring we set up delivery. There were here within a few days and the set up was fast and easy and the guys were all very nice. I had a bit of an issue getting my chemicals right so I stopped in the store and 2 employees were immediately happy to help me and wrote it all down so I dont forget. Now we have been enjoying our spa for the last month and wish he had made the purchase sooner.

2022-07-08I drive over 2 hours one way to come here and get my water tested, only place I trust in helping me with my pool! Where I live we only have two pool stores within an hour drive and I feel they are not as well trained as the LPS crew! So I will drive the extra hour to get the correct help. Jake is awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain what to do and is always smiling and answers every question I have with no hesitation! He always takes the time to show me what chemicals I need so I’m not just wondering around trying to find things! Again AMAZING place and worth the drive for me.

2022-07-03I love coming here! Every now and then I need a reminder of how to treat our spa, and these people have never failed me. Leigha and Alex are particularly knowledgeable and helpful. They give a 10% military or first responder discount, and every Wednesday is 10% off stabilizing chemicals. Theyre open year round and extremely convenient. We have been using this company for 17 years!

Jess has been assisting me with my pool servicing needs for years and as of late I’ve had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Alex and Leigha as well. 2022-06-29I couldn’t be happier about doing business with Liverpool Pool and spa the whole experience from purchasing my pool in March from Jessica to the installation set up by Greg //the crew that came out to install we’re professional and very knowledgeable of building a pool. Bringing a sample of my pool water in yesterday to have tested and leaving with the chemicals to correct the levels of pH and chlorine in my pool was made so very easy by Jessica who explained everything very thoroughly.We are extremely happy customers due to the staff employed by Liverpool Pool and spa thanks to Jessica Greg and Jonathan on installations.

2022-07-02These people are thieves! I called them last year to replace a manifold in my hot tub that had cracked over the Winter. I explained to them where the manifold and leak were located. For context, the side and rear panels are set into my deck. The front panel is not and is easily accessible which is where everything is located.The gentleman who worked there needed my credit card information before he could send someone to take a look at it. Four weeks pass and no one shows up or even calls. So I have to call them to see whats going on. The guy tells me the gentleman did show and that he needed my hot tub pulled from the deck which they didnt have the man power to do it. I told them I would need a few weeks to gather enough people to pull it out but decided against it and just had a friend fix it.A few weeks later I am charged $140 for the service call. So I basically paid them $140 to have someone take a glance at my hot tub and say it needs to be pulled from my deck. Unbelievable!

He has been with me every step of the way with my Vita hot tub purchase and even personally came to my house to do the demo after delivery. I could not be happier.
