They have a lot of variety. The staff is nice and helpful. Dogs are allowed. Yay! The store is a little crowded right now, especially on the weekends. I think that’s coz it’s a new store. But it’s not too bad. Most people don’t wear masks. Overall a nice experience and got what we were looking to buy.
Great staff! LLBean staff usually are fantastic. They have extra staff on hand for the opening too.Store is super disappointing though :( Its the smallest LLBean Ive ever seen! Product is nice to see in person without driving out to Victor (Rochester) store.DOGS ARE ALLOWED :) (not every LLBean has had that policy)
I wore my boots for the first time yesterday that I bought a couple weeks ago at the new LL Bean store in Buffalo New York. They fit great and were warm and probably best of all....I could drive very comfortably while wearing these boots.
How much LL Bean can anyone buy for their father? Apparently not enough.Plus theyve introduced super stylish sweats that dont look like their left over from the 60s and oh so soft!
Love it! The sales helpers are there if you need help. Such happy workers there. Its pleasant to shop there.

Underwhelming… Very expensive and mediocre items. Is it so hard to ask for something that isn’t made of synthetic fabrics? No thank you. Will not return. No social distancing…
The product and selections are excellent! Price may be a bit higher... Very pleasing and helpful staff. The products are known to last long...
Nice shoes but Jesus christ why do I have sales people trying to talk to me every 4 steps. Also since I have to ask someone to get shoes for me to try on instead of just like ....trying on shoes and buying them w o some underpaid sales Mook trying to upsell

Nice new store with all your LL Bean favorite clothing. Parking is a little crowded in this busy plaza.

2022-04-26This was my first visit. They have gone more outdoor/athletic than I remember. I love being able to try things on. I like the look this season and I walked away with nice fitting cargo pants, a couple linen shirts, and a long rain parka for a UK trip. Nice colors.

2022-05-22Smaller than most LLBean stores Ive been to, but otherwise a good place. Merchandise was first rate, sales staff willing to help if you want, but dont push or crowd you. Easy place to shop!

2022-04-06The new store was smaller than I expected but Bean has always been quality. We were not disappointed. Quality stock and readily available goods. Staff was friendly and customer service on point. Store clean and bright. I will be back.

2022-01-12LL Bean is not worth the gas. My wife needed a new winter jacket. We thought we would give this new store a try. We have always enjoyed the quality that they offer in their apparel. The store when we walked in was clean but not a eye opener. We thought the store would have more to offer and seem to choose not to offer many choices for plus size people. My wife and I are both XL in some clothing might be XXL. We found no jackets at XL for her or me. Racks was full of XS, Sm. Med and Large. I guess once you get to be XL you are a shamed customer. It wasnt just coats I looked on the racks for sweaters and so forth very little to offer for a larger frame. I did find a few XL items but in a store like yours there should be a equal choice to the public. Very disappointed. So future customers having thoughts of shopping a brick and mortar LL Bean save your gas and spend the time on their website. You will have a better selection if you are a bigger person.

2021-12-31The clothing looks well-made and good quality but we had hoped for home goods like on their website.. sadly no blankets, sheets etc. The prices were also quite high. Accessories and gadgets are great if you like camping.

2022-02-03So dissatisfied with customer service. Used to love LL Bean because they stood behind their products, not so any more, had a pair of boots the rubber was cracked and pealing, without a receipt they would not replace them, would not even offer a discount on a new pair. Not the same company anymore

2022-05-22I was surprised how small this store was. Im used to their big store in Freeport. It was nice having access to some of their products, and the ability to order in anything that I like from their catalog or their main store.

2022-01-01Very friendly staff willing to educate you about their products and help you in any way. I rate 4 stars because of lack of products available to purchase. I picked out a coat that I liked but didnt have my size. I can get it by March 6th! Winter is pretty much over by then. I might be too judgemental to them because most places are having trouble with inventory. Ended up buying a coat from Eddie Bauer.

2022-04-14All of their girls swim suits said they were size 12 but they were distinctively different sizes, so annoying I wont return.
