This is the worse store I know. This people are unprofessional and love to steal money from people. I bought a sessional couch a year ago. I used to go the the store every week asking them for my delivery. However, they always have an excuse next week Sorry i got sick. Also, do not waste your money calling because the phone is never working. I got tired of the situation and I decided to ask for my money back, and the manager told me that i needed to send an email to his manager. I did, a month passed and nothing. I went to the store again and guess what? The email that the manager gave me was his email. I told him that i needed my money that same day because i was tired of the lies and you know what he did? HE CALLED THE POLICE trying to make me look like i was crazy. At the end they told him that he needed to give me my money. WORSE STORE EVER

I purchased an ebike from here. They initially told me $54 a week which I agreed to. However 2 weeks later it became 74 a week and a monthly later $140.They do not respond to phone calls and when I went to the store I was told they have nothing to do with the sale and gave me another fruitless number to call. Avoid!

As others have posted, STAY AWAY!! I wish I had read the reviews before doing business with these people. I went to their store on Labor Day and purchased a wardrobe and 2 chests, paid in full right then and there. I was told it would take 3-5 business days and since it was a holiday the order would be placed the next day, no problem. Next day: problem, they called to tell me the color I wanted wasnt available and it could take several weeks to get it, hmmmm ok I chose a different color and was told it be delivered Friday or Saturday, perfect? No, they didnt show up. Monday I called them and asked what happened, they said 1 of the chests fell from the truck and was damaged so it would take a few more days to get it, ooook. Friday, called again and this time around they were missing the protective paper and as soon as they got it I would have my order, sigh. Following Tuesday they call to tell me the delivery was scheduled for the afternoon, yay!? No, I called my mom to confirm and they didnt delivered one of the chests and said they would bring it next day. I called the store and they had no idea what I was talking about, had to call back after they spoke to the delivery guy, guess what? It fell and broke again lol Im upset, but whatever, they tell me it would be delivered by the end of the week. No, it wasnt. When I call to find out, they tell me the furniture comes from NC and they service many stores in NYC so I just had to wait, but how long? Indefinitely, they dont know and I had to wait. So I took one of my vacation days to go in person, talked to the boss, they tell me next day, didnt happened and had to take yet another vacation day to ask for my money back, this time they said that afternoon. Finally got it, almost 4 weeks later and in the color I wanted originally lol.TLDR; if you have the patience of a saint and many vacation days you are willing to waste going back and forth with them, go for it. If you dont, then go somewhere else and save yourself some headaches.

I have purchased several items from this store mainly because of the great customer service provided by the sales person Stephanie. She is absolutely professional and makes a lot of recommendations. It was a great experience ask for her when you arrive she is the best.

This people are not professional. We went to buy a wardrobe and saw one that we like. They gave us a total different wardrobe. It was in a box and we specific stated we wanted the one we saw. We got home and its a total different wardrobe from the one we saw in the store. Me and my boyfriend made a lot of effort to bring that wardrobe to our third floor department without elevator. Now its hard for us to bring it back to the store it was too heavy we don’t want to go through that again :-(

Crooks, I cancelled an order and started a dispute cause they did not want to refund my funds.. now the bank is reversing the account due to them not answering . I’m going to go to this store today they better return my funds or expect their store destroyed!!! Beware of these crooks

Don’t ever buy furniture from this place, they’re are just liars, I went to get a bedroom set and I asked for white lacquer and stressed that out time and again, told them I had pets, mostly cats, that I needed furniture that had no fabric or leather or viny, they showed me this beautiful bedroom set, and I bought it, when I got it the headboard had faux leather, the first thing I told them I didn’t want, when Imgot upset they just left the furniture all over the places, on the floor, besides that, I bought two night stand lamps and they never brought and they never gave me my money back, they just stole the money. Stay far, far away from this place, they don’t know how to treat their costumers right.
