Would give 0 stars if Google would let me. Used to be one of my favorite stores but I was there Christmas shopping and not one Associate greeted me. It was like I was invisible. I kept looking around for someone to acknowledge me because this is unheard of. I called a few days later, and an employee said they would relay the message to management, but who knows if this was really done. I only bought a few things. I intended to buy more, but didnt want to give them my business because of their treatment of me. I just went back to return something and it was the same thing. Unfriendly employees, no greeting. They have definitely lost me as a customer.

Nice neat clean store. The cashiers are very friendly and pleasant. The clothes are nice and there is a variety of casual to dressy. However, it seems that the prices have increased a little. On the weekends the store is extremely busy!! Worth the patience though, I always find numerous items to buy.👌

Went to the store with the wife Sept 18th there were 5 employees in the middle of the store playing some sort of game that one of the girls suggested a game instead of asking if anyone needed help. My wife did find something she liked but no one to help so we left. Their loss.

I just got 5 pairs of pants and 10 shirts for under $300!!! Yes that’s a lot of money, but for the quantity of clothing, it was a phenomenal and worth-it deal! Always aim to go around a holiday for better deals (it was still July 4th deals). Use your Loft Card. Use your coupons! Great clothes however Kerry behind the counter was less than pleasant. She was downright rude. Gave me attitude because i was not moving fast enough for her. I was out shopping with my college daughter for the first time in a while. Purchased over $200 in product. Retail includes the ability to interact pleasantly with people. Kerry your not in the right business.

So disappointed. This is one of my must go to stores at the outlets. This location has a super tiny store. Not many clothes options and were out of most sizes.

Went there today with my wife. She picked out several items for Christmas, but I wanted to surprise her. The manager was so nice, she took the items my wife liked, I gave her my credit card and she checked it out for me and my wife never even saw it. Thanks so much for your help.

I visited the Loft on cyber Monday with my mother for holiday shopping. First off, I do love the Loft but I never realizied how much the outlet Loft store offers! The deals were AMAZING and I love the different selections they had. My mother who is 60+ purchased basically a new wardrobe as did I and for a very inexpensive price!The BEST compliment I can give to THIS store is customer service. First- the woman who was at the registered when we purchased our many items was SO nice! So down to earth, friendly and gave us tips as to what to buy, etc.Then my mother lost her hearing aid and we discovered this almost an hour after we left. We were luckily still in Riverhead but she was so distraught and figured it was gone. I mentioned to her maybe it fell off at the Loft since thats where we tried on clothes. She decided to call just to ask and they were so nice on the phone. Well a few minutes after she called they called her back letting her know they found it!!!!!We went straight back and my mother gave them a big hug!!!Review- AMAZING deals, flattering clothing for 20 to 60+ year olds and excellent customer service.

I dont know if this is related to Ann Taylor Loft which I used to really like, but all the clothing looked like it was geared towards more dated, older women. Nothing really fresh and sporty looking, for me anyway. So again the question would be is this related to Ann Taylor Loft?

I love the clothes at the Loft Outlet, however, I find the customer service severely lacking. The associates are snotty and not welcoming. I have gone to this location several times, but the results are always the same.
