The Pizza itself was lacking flavor. The crust was pretty thick which I do NOT like on my pizza. The texture of the crust itself was pretty good since, if Im not mistaken, they use panko for their crust. But the sauce and the cheese did not have much flavor. Staff was ok. Not friendly but not rude either. Place is kept pretty clean, so I give them props for that

They ripped off a kid trying to order a pizza. Says a lot about this place. Edit - what says even more about this place is that I left a 100% honest review after a bad experience and they respond that I am being paid by a competitor. Really? Is this the type of business you are? According to the response, they are also open only 3 hours a day. To be more specific, I ordered a pizza and when I went to pick it up they said they never received the order. I told the guy behind the counter that this sounded strange and made no sense... but if so, Ill just place the order now and wait for it. The nasty old man behind the counter told me no, and refused to make the order. There was no reason for the attitude, especially to a teenager with something that could have been resolved so easily. Im not sure how much more specific I can get, but is this detailed enough for you?

Personally, i LOVE the place. The employees are so nice and the pizza is actually really good, the crust has this different taste and the pizzas aren’t oily/greasy like other ones i’ve had in other places. They’re garlic knots are a HIT, literally so good, i always get them. Besides all that, It’s really organized and clean!

My friend recommended me to this place, and at first I was skeptical because he told me it was different from other pizza. Turns out he was right. It has very unique style and taste to it. It’s made with a crunchy crust, something I’ve never tried before. Will come back again

I had not been here in a while, but the pizza was better than ever! The garlic knots are amazing. Very nice people who work there, was a pleasure. This truly is the BEST and unique pizza! A must have!

Your definitely missing out if you have never ordered from Lombardis. The pizza is the best around the Levittown area, and it heats up the next day like no other. Even the crust. I guess thats from the the special ingredient they use on the crust. the first time I wasnt sure how I felt about it. One of the very few places that knows how to put chicken on pizza . The heros are amazing and same with the pasta. I would say this is the most under-rated pizza spot on long island. They are generous with loyal customers and will treat everyone right.

Really just terrible. I placed an order for a large pie 2 weeks ago at approximately 6:30PM and paid by credit card. Drove to the restaurant and got there at 6:50PM. The restaurant was closed and no one was there. There was no contact by the restaurant to let us know they had closed early and that they canceled the order. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I figured it must have been a one-off situation and two weeks later (yesterday) I placed an order via Grubhub for pickup. When I got to the restaurant I was told the order had been canceled. I tried explaining that the order had been placed for pickup and not delivery but the individual stated the order was canceled. I asked what the reason was and basically received a shrug. Instead of arguing with the worker, I called in an attempt to speak with the owner. After explaining the situation I was told that the Grubhub driver took too long to get there and the order had been canceled. I tried explaining that the order was for pickup and not delivery, but the person I was speaking with was unable to comprehend this basic fact. The individual shouted order canceled and hung up. With such as horrible attitude, poor business practices, and blatant disrespect towards customers with no good reason, I dont know how this establishment stays in business. For a supposed family-owned business, the blatand disregard for basic courtesy towards a customer is pretty shocking. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB since I was forced to dispute an illegal and invalid charge to my credit card without services rendered.

For the last several years we have been going to CALDA Pizza across Hempstead Tpk.. Not only is it an annoyance their pies were not up to the quality they used to be . So recently my husband decided on his way home to stop at LOMBARDO’S which is right on Division Ave. so close to our home. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of their pie and the price is well below that of CALDA. Their pie is a cross between a regular cheese pie and that of a Sicilian. Their sauce is delicious and you can tell that Mozzarella is top of the line. The best part has to be the crust which encompasses the bottom right up to the edge. All coated in Sesame Seeds. The Best! We are now going to be frequenting LOMBARDO’S not only for their pies but for what they offer from their menu.** Delivery is available.
