Went in and was greeted professionally by Cary. Inquired about my first dream watch, the 126622 Yachtmaster. We shared some stories about the current market and the great idea to utilize exhibition models. Cary was great… hoping to be a customer for life!

I am still in shock of how Dmitriy of London Jewelers Manhasset 1) remembered who I was and 2) was able to get me approved for a Rolex Explorer 1! I had thought it was nearly impossible to get anything these days let alone a SS sports model. But I walked in one day with my mom and daughter and everyone treated us so well that even if I never got a watch I would still be happy with the experience there. Great jewelry store! My family has been buying jewelry at London for as long as I can remember. My father used to buy all his watches and presents for my mom and me from here. When I graduated high school, he got me my first watch from here. That was a long time ago and now that I am an adult, I find myself doing the same thing, except now its an engagement ring, a wedding ring, a nice watch in honor of a good year, my own son’s first watch, etc. They have a great selection and often times have watches and pieces I dont see anywhere else. I also like that it’s not a high-pressure selling situation like you find in a lot of jewelry stores. A watch is just a watch but I will always remember my dad when I look at mine; And it is still my favorite watch and it still tells time perfectly.

He asked questions to learn about our existing collection and spent a lot of time with us to find the right pieces even when the store was fairly busy. Always go into London Jewelers when I am at the Americana. Luckily on my last visit they had the Rolex Sea-Dweller I have been looking for. The experience I had purchasing from them was amazing. Evvy Liden was the salesperson that helped me and I would highly recommend her. She was great, very knowledgeable and walked me their all the details of the watch.

I don’t know where to begin !! First time I stopped in to buy my first watch , I was greeted by EVVY. She guided me to the Rolex side , where all the displays were empty. I was mind blown , they had like total of 5 watches in total. I had a Yacht-master 40mm in mind and she gladly took my information. Few weeks later , I get a phone call and I was able to finally buy my first watch. Since then I have bought a few watches. Love the service there , and EVVY IS TH BEST !!!!

London Jewelers offers an incredible selection, only matched by the quality of their team and the service they offer. I first met Angelo Giuliano following my inquiry in acquiring my first Patek Philippe. He understood my goals and helped me identify a model that would fit my collection. He keeps me in mind when he comes across potential additions to my collection. The entire team at London is professional and treats customers like long-time friends. It’s always a treat to stop by, say hello, and of course buy something shiny.
They were great to work with many yrs ago but over the years they act like they are doing you a favor when you inquire about a rolex. I used to work with Angelo but would never buy a watch from him again. I’m sure they won’t miss my business either but just not down to earth people. Very shady high end jewelry/watch dealers. Be careful dealing with them. They will straight up tell you unless you spend a certain amount on jewelry you won’t make it on their owners list of allocation for watches. I’m surprised Rolex USA allows this and hasn’t pulled out of their store.

My husband was celebrating his 50th birthday and he wanted to purchase an Air King Rolex. We have visited a dozen stores both in the city and Long Island. All we heard is wait and no one took us seriously. The watches that are sold online are insanely high there is no way reasonable. Until a few weeks ago, we tried out luck this time with London Jewelers, what difference this time was we met Evvy, she listened to us and gave her recommendation about Explorer for my husband instead of an Air King. We took her advice but still on waiting list. One day less than a month, we got a call from Evvy telling my husband the watch is available. Wow! What a dream comes true. Unscrupulous , overpriced , dishonest, rip-offs . Deceitful, I give them 0 rating if I could . They sell you a , poor quality , worthless diamonds for lots and lots of money . they will lie and tell you they would buy it back if you’re not happy, later when you realise you had a bad piece of jewellery and paid too much money and take it back to them , then they give you a runaround send you to all different manager , tell you come back speak to Scott the owner, then they call you and tell you our policy is no buyback or exchange don’t came back ! meanwhile at the time Of purchase, they assure you if you’re not happy or want to sell it back or upgrade they will buy it back or upgrade . be careful don’t waste your time or your money, go to other jewellers,this people are deceitful , stay away from them they are bad people. The few positive reviews is probably done by their friends .

I normally dont leave reviews but after my experience with Dmitriy Usten I felt compelled to. I walked in with my wife to look at watches for my birthday. Dmitriy showed me various brands and styles and spent the time to go over each in detail. After seeing various watches I settled on a few I liked which they did not have in stock. He took down my information and told me he would contact me if they had anything coming in that matched what I was looking for. To my surprise I got a call a week later saying they had gotten a watch in stock that I was looking for. I told them I would come down that day and was able to complete my purchase that day. The whole experience was wonderful and everyone was extremely friendly and very professional.

My wife and I had been interested in buying a first watch for our son’s college graduation for a while, and decided to head to London Jewelers to check some out. I had made a call a day or two earlier asking about the buying process where Cary Lackow answered all of my questions and invited us to come into the store and try on some styles. He helped us in store as well, and kindly + knowledgeably answered any questions our family had about the watches, all while being very patient and friendly with us. We were also introduced to the store manger Anthony Kozlowsky who also pointed us in the direction of a couple of models and different sizes, and like Cary was also extremely personable and patient. Both Cary and Anthony made my family feel very welcome in the store which we all appreciated considering it was our first visit and never once asked us to consider buying a model which we didn’t want even if they didn’t have it in the store (I’ve heard of this being a problem in other stores from some friends). Ultimately, we were able to decide on a beautiful timepiece and left the store completely satisfied. I’m confident that with employees like Cary and Anthony, any new buyers (or old) will feel totally comfortable and invited inside the store and have an enjoyable experience.
Just had my second fantastic experience in the last two months at London Jewelers.Although London Jewelers Manhasset is large store with, seemingly, every type of watch and jewelry you could want. Each time I walk into the place all the staff greet me with the friendliness you would expect had they worked in a small mom and pop store.My first visit I was blown away by the treatment I received from watch manager; Henning Witte. Henning did not know me at all, but greeted me like a friend. He spent time with me and listened to what I was looking for, and through his high level of product knowledge, was able to steer me to available watches for me.I left with a smile on my face as I recalled so many similar visits to all those other watch dealers that treated me, well lets just say: unkind.My other experience was when I e-mailed Henning requesting to buy a watch that was, unfortunately, located at the Manhattan store. Henning seamlessly made the transfer happen within days. I was soon in the store where once again Henning treated me like a friend during the entire watch buying process.I rarely write reviews, but when an establishment has people who care, who know their jobs, and treat you above and beyond their counterparts, I feel compelled to recognize them!

It was my first time visiting London Jewelers, and my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dmitriy Usten. Sahodra was very professional and accommodating and was great at explaining everything and helping us through the process. I know people who have had rude experiences at different Rolex boutiques, but it definitely wasn’t the case at London Jewelers. I was walking through the “ Miracle Mile “ and I walked into London Jewelers looking for a specific watch for my Son . I felt a bit out of my element as I’m just a working guy who went in coming from work . I was approached by a Salesperson Phillip Basert who did not prejudge me and went out of his way to assist me. I had been to numerous Rolex dealers with no luck with what I was looking for and was told they could put me in a list behind another 100 people looking for the similar watch . Phillip , told me he will have something for me by March of 2022 , I said great . I kept in touch with him via Email and sure enough he had what I wanted way before the promised date . 11/28. I called this store yesterday to see if they would accept a vintage watch that I have as a trade in. The representative I spoke with over the phone, Israel, was very polite, and mentioned the best way to know is if I were to come in with the watch (if it wouldnt be much of a hassle). I live nearby, and so I went to the store where I met Israel as well as one of the other members of their watch department, Phil. The three of us talked about the watch, shared stories, chatted for a bit, and even though we all knew the watch wouldnt make it into the stores displays, Israel and Phil made it clear what their intentions were: provide exceptional customer service, regardless if the customer buys or sells something. The quality of the experience I had with them is one Ive only found in a handful of places. They are very professional, honest, and kind hearted people. I will not hesitate to go back there for anything watch related, and you shouldnt hesitate to go.

Farnoosh at London jewelers in the bridal section of their Manhasset location was amazing! She’s super friendly and easy to talk to. My fiancé and I went in with an idea of what I wanted for an engagement ring. She not only took all the time we needed but really listened to us (and our short timeframe). When I first saw MY ring I fell in love for a second time! (Just look at the picture that was captured) The quality of the jewelery is above what I expected. Contacted this store to purchase a rolex at the beginning on the year, went in and left my info and was told I would be contacted. months went by so i decided to follow up. however, i was constantly being brushed off when i tried to follow up with manager, henning witte. this month when i finally questioned about why he keeps on brushing me off by copy and pasting responses he stated that there was no point in emailing them at all. when i emailed london jewelers HQ about this unprofessional behavior, scott saunders stated that he was in support of such behavior and rudeness since their existing customers take precedent and were more important. i discourage any first time buyers and potential customer from coming here just based on this experience.
Angelo was amazing. From the time I spoke to him on the phone before making the trip to picking up the watch he was amazing. I would say if you are going there speak to him, makes you feel like family. I had a situation where I bought a brand new Breitling which the date would switch 15 minutes and I expressed my concern and he was professional and amazing, I feel like he was able to understand me and my needs. I was was interested in a second watch. The watch is one of the most coveted Rolex watches since its updated release late last year. I checked in with Angelo about 2 weeks after getting my first watch to see if they had it, as I really enjoyed the experience. He told me that it wasnt and that it might be available closer to December as the watch has so many inquiries and so coveted. When I say coveted I mean that on the gray market it goes for about 50% more than the MSRP. Angelo, took down my information, about two weeks after he called me asking if I was still interested. I was shocked to say the least. He never pressured me and like said before it is like talking to a family member, a family member you really like. He was detailed, caring and very understanding of my needs. Needless to say I was able to get it. The experience was so painless and smooth, I recommend this store to anyone. Forget any other place, this is a family location and you feel like it. Angelo is definitely a treasure. Thank you London Jewelers and I am glad I met you and Angelo, this is the only place I trust.

After about 5 minutes, a sales associate walked over and asked what I was interested in and as soon as the word Rolex came out of my mouth, she started walking towards the Rolex counter, did not introduce herself, and started telling me about 2 watches that came in a delivery last night that would assuredly be gone soon (they were both Datejust 41s with smooth bezels). She did not ask me my name, what I was looking for, or attempt to make any conversation whatsoever. When I attempted to engage her in conversation about a Submariner (yes, I know they are very hard to come by and this was a shot in the dark), she cut me off and simply said No. In an attempt to engage her in conversation further, I continued to walk back and forth in front of the Rolex case and look at their selection. Eventually, she came out from the behind the counter, I asked about a Sub again and was shot down immediately, and then she escorted us to the door. As I was walking out, I heard the sales associate walk over to another associate or her boss to complain about customers making inquires about steel sports model Rolexes and jokingly saying that they should just put a sign up on the counter saying you cannot get them. I have been to many Rolex ADs over the past few years, and while I understand the salespeople are frustrated that they do not have enough stock of the popular models to even come close to meeting the demand, this was by far the worst I have ever been treated by a salesperson. I appreciate honesty and I know Manhasset is a very wealthy area, and they likely have clients with significant spend at their stores, but some professionalism would have been greatly appreciated. Though they likely dont need my business, I will never recommend this store to anyone.

I recently purchased a replacement engagement ring at London Jewelers in Manhasset. I had lost the diamond from my original ring 20 years ago. I walked into the Two by London boutique and was promptly greeted by Andriana Manukian, the assistant manager in the boutique. With her expert advice and design help, I was able to find exactly what I was seeking, an oval diamond in a simple setting. There was an excellent selection of diamonds in all price ranges, and a large choice of settings, including custom made settings. I am thrilled with my purchase.I also used the services of Mark Reyman, their jewelry appraiser, to have some family jewelry appraised for insurance purposes. I am so glad I choose London. His work was professional and I felt comfortable leaving the pieces in his care.The customer service and quality of merchandise at London in exceptional. I would recommend Two by London to anyone looking for that special piece of jewelry.

Didnt have any issues. Came in to look at a couple of Omegas that I would be interested in purchasing in the future as my graduation present and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and the sales person gave me a ton of time and info despite me informing him that I would not be purchasing today. I wasnt dressed the greatest and I am only 22 but I was treated with respect. Couldnt ask for more.

Always my most favorite place to buy a gift. I have given countless thank-you presents, in the $300-$500 range. Sometimes ship the gift, picture frame, etc. and sometimes they wrap it for me but I always feel confident knowing its from London.A bad habit is to browse the watch collection, just to look.Be careful if youre the type to fall in love fast!
Brought a Rolex in for servicing ,$800 +;three repeat visits ,left watch for over a month each time they “fixed it “it still is running fast .They are an authorized repair shop for Rolex .Is the problem one of incompetence ??? or is Rolex just not a good product ????? Or is London jewelers Manhasset ,just the wrong place I guess !!!!!!!!

Absolutely despicable service at this location. I would give zero stars if possible. I was looking for an engagement ring for at least 15 minutes in the main section and no one offered to help me. Finally I found someone and asked her for assistance. She was not very friendly and instructed me to go to the other side of the store where there are more engagement rings. I walked over there and the same exact thing happened to me. Walked around looking in the cases for at least 15 minutes again. My husband met me in the store and I was about to leave but I was so frustrated I had to say something. Two female employees were standing together chatting. I asked them why I was there for so long and no one offered me any assistance. One young woman, I think her name was Samantha, said she thought I was being helped. My thoughts were, Really? Because your store is not that large and Ive clearly been alone the whole time. Biting my tongue, she showed me some pieces. When I described what I was looking for she stated how people of this area like this style better because it shows more of the diamond. Thats funny because I dont like that style and I live in this area! She was assuming I didnt live in Manhasset because my husband and I look young I suppose. She took my information down and said she would email me with a price. I still have not received an email and its been a week. Last thing that really bothered me was the fact that there were trays of wine, water, and cookies in both stores and never once were we offered anything. Low class place with terrible customer service.
A friend recommended I see Angelo, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention Angelo provided. Ended up making multiple purchases and he went above and beyond on each. Recommended some friends and they reported the same experience. Thank you very much!
Zoey and Zach assisted me in finding a watch that I have been searching for. I have been going to Zoey for years and she is the absolute best there is. She is extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. There is no better place to go!
I called to ask if they could assemble a watch from parts: case, movement, hands, etc. They said yes, they do such work, but declined to give any estimate, and told me to bring the parts in for an estimate. I did, they then said they wouldnt do it. Not couldnt--wouldnt. The reason given was some vague rubbish having to do with legal issues. The sales people were not helpful or friendly. Its just a snooty place with robotic staff catering to stuff shirts.
This is one of the worst high end luxury stores I have been to. They are a bunch of liars with the worst customer service I ever seen. Lying thieves for salespeople. I dropped off my cousins rolex for repair, which I was told would be completed within a week and half by the asian salesman there. A week later, the managers assistant calls me and tells me the watches are ready for pickup. I go there 2 days before Christmas, hoping to have the watches repaired and presenting it as a present to my cousin. Repairs were over $1300 btw. Im there and asking for it and all of a sudden, they tell me that its not ready and its going to take a month. I specifically stated I was told it would take a week and I got a phone call saying it was ready for pick-up. I then get teamed by the assistant manager and salesperson who took my watch and claimed that I was wrong or heard wrong. So why the F you call me to tell me its ready then??? I also told them the original guy said it would be ready within in a week and he claims he never said that, states it repeatedly and of course Im wrong. I leave pissed off. I come back a week later right after work hoping to make it before they close at 5:30, i come at 5:35 and of course they shut the doors on me and tell me systems are down and I cant pick it up. I ask politely, can you just turn on the computer and let me pick up my watches. Again I get turned away. I finally picked it up today and they charge me with the full price for the repairs. Just horrible customer service overall and bad experience. Bunch of lying thieving scumbags.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I came with my wife interested in buying the Rolex Gmt BLNR the saleperson automatically rubbed me the wrong way by saying there’s no batman or Superman here, but was quick to refer me to a Rolex that is paved with diamonds. If that is not stereotyping, tell me what is. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Horrible customer experience.I was told I could come to store to wait for repair , when I arrived they said no. After writing up a repair order for 20 min the clerk said oh we can’t do this repair it’s too new! I was dealing with inexperienced, insensitive people. I live and work in immediate area I will tell all of my friends and colleagues this place is a disaster.

2022-06-14I worked with Andriana and Kate for my engagement ring and something borrowed for my two wedding receptions. Andriana was really nice and understanding on what I wanted as an engagement ring. She showed me two settings and four round cut diamonds. I went back and forth a few times until I made my final choice. I definitely appreciated her knowledge and patience with me during the process.If you purchase your engagement ring from London Jewelers, you get 20% off your wedding bands and you can borrow a piece of jewelry for your wedding day.Due to COVID, I had a small intimate ceremony with family on 2/7/22 and a Chinese wedding reception with family and friends on 5/20/22. Kate and I picked out earrings and I made my decision pretty easily after trying them on. Typically, you are allowed something borrowed for your wedding day but I asked if I could borrow earrings a second time for my Chinese wedding reception. Kate asked her manager and I was able to get my something borrowed from London Jewelers again. I’ve always had a positive experience and have always been able to find pieces that fit my style while staying in budget. The staff takes their time and are never in a hurry to finish with you in order to move on with the next customer. I recommend London Jewelers to anyone who is looking to buy jewelry for a special occasion.

She was super helpful, sincere and very knowledgeable. My cousin and I both knew what we wanted and ended up with the stunning Omega Seamasters. The entire experience was seamless and satisfying. 2022-02-19I just recently purchased a new Rolex Air King REF# 116900 and a Michelle watch from Evvy Linden at London Jewelers in Manhasset. The entire purchase experience for both watches was pleasant as Evvy took the time to show my wife and I various watches from different brands that we were interested in on our first visit. On the first visit I was able to purchase a Michelle watch for my wife and at that time I expressed a serious interest in the Air King. I left my name and phone number with Evvy and within 2 weeks I got the call from her stating that she was able to locate the AK watch and that it was available to me for purchase. Without hesitation I immediately accepted her offer to sell me the watch and went in as soon as I could to pay for it. I was informed well in advance that the watch would come in from another store in a few days which was fine with me. After all I’ve been waiting for about 1.5 years to get a hold of this Rolex AK watch, so I figured a few extra days wouldn’t bother me (this was my second visit to the store). A few days later, on my day off I was able to come in and pick up AK watch, and the pick up experience was a dream come true! This will be a time piece that I will pass onto my child and hope it gets passed down the family tree for generations!

I was referred here by a colleague and had the best experience with Cary. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. 2022-02-24Can’t say enough about the total experience I always have here. Evvy Linden sold my Brother a watch a few months ago and he referred my Dad. My Dad then had an amazing experience with Evvy and also bought a watch. I met Evvy when I went with my Dad to pick up his new watch. I was introduced to both Evvy and Anthony and expressed how much I would love a nice piece for myself at some point. They took down my info and were very helpful with the process. 2022-02-24Where to start, London Jewelers has the best selection of jewelry from Cartier to Rolex. Their staff is well versed and are very helpful. However, the main reason I shop there is for Evvy Linden. Evvy, has been my sales rep for a couple of years now. She is super helpful, not pushy (which I love), and always gives you the proper time to make you feel at home. Evvy is the sole reason I keep coming back!!!

2021-12-22Fantastic experience dealing with Richie. I heard of him from a fellow collector in the watch group I am in. The collector spoke very highly of London Jewelers and this transaction still exceeded my expectation. I am out of state, and never met Richie in person. Although that is the case; Through our casual conversations over text and on the phone, I feel like I know him very well. He took care of me from start to finish. I will be back. Thanks LJ family.

2021-12-13I had the most amazing experience purchasing my first Rolex at London Jewelers Manhasset. From the moment I walked in Anthony was a true gentleman and an absolute pleasure to work with. He was super attentive throughout the process and ultimately after staying in touch he surprised me with the Rolex Submariner date which is an absolutely stunning timepiece! When I came in to purchase the watch Anthony introduced me to Evvy whos an absolute delight. She was super helpful, patient, and informative when I made the purchase. Anthony and Evvy are true professionals but more importantly theyre great people. I am so glad to be working with them. This was a truly memorable experience! I highly recommend working with them!
