Due to a change in my health insurance I needed to find a new PCP. I was so lucky to find Dr. Sati! He took the time to go over my medical history and answered all questions I had. I already referred my friend she is happy as well. The admin team and clinical team made me feel welcome. My wait time was less then 10 minutes. Thanks Dr. Sati. I look forward to a long doctor patient relationship.
I cannot tell you how many times this place either screwed up my medical records (literally gave me papers with the wrong patient name), screwed up my appointment (made me miss my appointment which I waited 1 month for because of THEIR error), or just straight up refused to answer the phone after waiting 40 min or more at a time. Absolutely terrible service!!
I had my annual physical 2 weeks ago and was advised I needed to make a follow up appointment to get my results. I called this morning to see if I could get my results over the phone and was advised they dont do that. You can now imagine how mad and upset I was this morning upon check-in for my follow up visit for my results that I was advised I had to pay a co-pay. This is totally unacceptable. Its all about taking your money. I would never recommend or will not be coming back to any of these doctors.
What a pleasure it was at my visit with this office. Everyone was so pleasant and my doctor was so thorough.
My doctor moved into this practice and the receptionists are extremely rude. They lack customer service and treat patients as if you are bothering them.
Dr. Gabrielle Henriksen is my favorite doctor I’ve ever had. So kind and caring!

2022-03-22New system is great. Love how I can do everything online. Did you know they are now open 7 days a week? And office throughout the Island? How convenient!Love how caring the office staff are. Medical assistants are A+!!

2022-01-17I saw Dr. Khalid Noori today and not only would he refill my medication that I started taking at sixteen years old and have already been prescribed this medicine before from their office from Dr. Bergin who I usually see but due to her being on maternity leave I saw Dr.Noori. Dr. Nicole Bergin is a great and professional doctor and would highly recommend! Dr. Noori on the other hand was extremely rude, unprofessional, made direct comments that were hurtful due to my medical background. I was not only displeased with his attitude but upset leaving the office. A medical Doctor is suppose to make you feel comfortable and safe to talk about your personal background, not get you upset especially considering the fact that he knows I have a history of depression! His comments were disgraceful to me or to any kind of patient because of their medical background! I don’t know if it was personal or if he speaks to other patients the way he spoke to me but I would NOT RECOMMEND DR. NOORI to anyone ever! I would give him a negative star if that was an option!

2021-08-04Dr. Gabrielle A Henriksen, is a wonderful doctor. However, her staff is completely incompetent! I have tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they continue to disappoint! From losing blood work, to not following up with faxing medical records to specialist they continue to neglect. Recently, I booked an appointment for my father to get prescreened for prostate surgery and 1 hour before the appointment they cancelled the appointment because they were unsure what medical forms were needed. This could have been solved if when I made the appointment they would of asked me. Lastly, they realize my father had dementia but then call him to reschedule the appointment as If he would remember. Unfortunately, although I like Dr. Henriksen, I can not continue to work with an office like this. After I get this screening I will be looking for a new doctor for my Father.**Update**I finally left this practice and will never return. Steer clear and do not use this practice. What a waste!!

2020-09-01Ive been a patient of Dr. Hendriksons for over two years, I absolutely adore her. She is very nice, super patient, and ordered blood work for a hereditary condition in my family without a second thought. The office is so thorough, and very clean. I typically go to the one in North Babylon but have gone out to the Massapequa location when needed and enjoy the staff at both locations. As a MA working a pediatric clinic I can say this office is very good on waiting time.

2020-09-29After several phone calls to several other frustrating Doctors office where the attitude from the front desk and the 1-5 month wait list for appointments was unbearable, the receptionist here at Long Island comprehensive were a breath of fresh air. Jess at the front desk who took my call was an absolute sweetheart and helped me make an appointment. She was respectful, courteous and prompt. Looking forward to our appointment.

2021-09-13I have been emailing and calling to get this form signed by the doctor and the staff just never do it. Its been a week since Ive been calling and casing for 1 piece of paper. They dont respond to the emails and waste my time asking to send them the form. The supervisor never called me back. Medical records are never available. The voice-mail system for medical records is full .

2020-11-03Dr. Hendrikson is very sweet, however the staff or system they use seem to be very unorganized. I had to have my RX sent over to a lab so I can complete my physical before I was terminated by my health insurance, and they ensured me that they were sending it. So I fasted the night before, went to the lab, and they never received the RX. This was on a Saturday and of course I couldn’t even call the office because they’re closed on weekends. (Which I think all doctors’ offices should at least work half days on Saturdays). I had one day to complete this and now I can’t, my insurance is now terminated. They also say they send RXs to pharmacies and when you call the pharmacy they say they never received it. So you’re just pretty much stuck in the middle of one place saying they sent it and the other place saying they never received it. My advice to you is call the place first before you go anywhere to make sure they received the RX, because you’ll be walking out very angry!
