It was rainy. It was cold. IT. WAS. AWESOME. I love Ducks games. The park is great, the team put a good entertaining product together, and it is just plain fun for the family. The vantage from section 401 was amazing. Lee Mazzillis kid is on the team and Wally Backman is managing! A GenX NY baseball fan dream. But the icing on the cake is my new favorite player. I dont want to understate his talent, but the name: Johnni Turbo. This kid was born to play with a name like that!My two complaints are the price of food and the sound system in section 401/402. $5 for a coke? $20 for a burger/dog/tenders and fries? Im eating at home from now on, but Im going back.
Entering the park is simple. It what happens before and after you enter. My 3 year old grandson had to empty his thermos prior to entering. Who does that to a three year old? There are times you could look the other way. When they entered my son purchased a drink from the concession stand for my grandson. The food cost is outrageous. Chicken fingers and fries are $10.00. It does not come with a drink. A hot dog $6.00, no drink. I had to wait in line at least fifteen minutes. Then we waited five minutes for the hot dog. We should have went to Wendys. Some of the other teams have a $1.00 hot dog night. I dont believe the Ducks have that. The Ducks do not have a senior package for tickets. Some of the other teams have it. It consists of every Tuesday game for $55.00. Some team prices are lower, some higher. You have good views from the stadium no matter where you sit.Eat before you go to the game. A family of four will cost at least $60.00 for food. A bottle of water $5.00. A beer $10.00. Soda $3.00 and $5.00. Do not bring food or water with you. They will not let you in with it. They do check all bags prior to entering. The game was fun otherwise. You will enjoy it.Parking is free. Im surprised they dont charge for that, too!
If you want to experience baseball with your family without the Yankees sticker shock or the Mets depressing outings, go see the LI Ducks! The tickets, at 15 bucks, are super affordable. Between inninhs, they pick random fans to play for prizes on the field. The Ducks team put in a terrific effort and came back from being down 3 runs, to winning the game. Food is cheaper than the majors. Pretzels were really good. Usher was very pushy looking for a tip, but when the large group of young kids were standing on the seats, bumping people in front of them and being obnoxious, usher did nothing. We spoke with patents politely and the kids settled down. You have to expect some loud obnoxious people at a baseball game. Play ball!
Great family night with a win and Firework 🎆 show after the game was really good. Wish there was a 5/10 min break b4 the fireworks started. I was in the bathroom and I hear a loud boom wasnt sure if it was the guy in the stall next to me or they started the fire work show.
Ive been to three games already this season. Always a good time to be had. Free parking & only a mile north of the Southern State Parkway. Admission is $15. The concessions are expensive, but with a good selection. Relaxed atmosphere- but watch out for foul balls.👌👍😃🍻
We always have a great time seeing the Ducks. Its nice because it is local and in between all the innings they always have something going on. Very kid friendly, the food & drinks are fairly priced for a ballpark and it is extremely clean, including the bathrooms. The souvenir shop is very nice, a little pricey but not more than what I would expect to pay at the ballpark. If you can make it to a show with fireworks, go fo it! They put on an absolutely amazing fireworks display, you will not be disappointed
Great for a family outing and for smaller kids. Although my son spent more time running from the bounce house back to the end of the line to go again than watching the baseball game but everyone else that we went with enjoyed the game! Kudos to the ladies running the bounce house for seeing a bunch of little ones and making sure they put them all in without the bigger kids so they could have fun and not get hurt!
Easy to get to. Local minor baseball teams compete. Tickets are super reasonable but be prepared to pay CASH for almost everything once inside. Also most games are in the evening. Anything on the right side of stadium has seating in the sun - you will need hats and sunscreen and still have sun in your eyes until it sets behind the stadium wall. Theres a bouncy house for kids (pay as you go, kids are crazy in there), lots of games between innings, and an AMAZING fireworks show on some nights! A great family outing! No outside food/drink so be prepared for stadium park food/drink prices (eg. $5 water, $8 beer, $6 pretzel, $8 dippin dots in souvenir cup etc)
Fun spot for the whole family - tickets are very reasonably priced but thats because they make their money from concessions, so be prepared for a little sticker shock when its time to eat. Lots of kid themed activities (bouncey house, races around the bases) and events between innings keep the little ones entertained. If you dont feel like burgers / dogs / fries, check out the restaurant upstairs. Dont miss a Mr. Softee ice cream!
While you shouldnt go expecting Major League Baseball, nor will need to pay anywhere near as much. Theyre professional and probably on the level of Minor League, but not affiliated with MLB. Makes for a nice family outing at the ball game with an affordable price (concessions not withstanding, but thats to be expected).

When I was there there was a Dang BBQ truck there Chicken Bacon Ranch fries where so good there is always a Kona Ice Truck there for a make your own snow cone. Tickets Cheap But they trick you with food and other great stuff Im not hating I love this place one of the best attractions on Long Island.

2022-07-27Great stadium. Reasonable price tickets, Clean stadium, easy no fee parking, inexpensive bounce house for kids first half. Over priced stadium food but good food and cold beer. Great game, good energy, definitely hooked and well return. First time at Minor leagues. Good game and family fun

2022-07-25Very expensive outing.First, let’s get one thing straight. This is NOT minor league baseball. They are an independent league that partners with MLB, which means they pilot all of the rule changes. Most of their players were in the majors or minors at some point and now trying to get back, and do frequently. The baseball was much worse before the pandemic and has gotten better and with the reduction of 40 minor league teams. We went on Sunday “Fun day”. We received a baseball as we walked in and then proceeded to stand in line to sign a waiver for what came up to 13 minutes of field time. Gates opened at 4:00 and this activity was supposed to start at 4:10 for 20 minutes. My family was hot after the activity, so this is where they start attacking your wallet. They do not allow any food or drink in the stadium, even if there is a heat advisory that day. The day cost our family of 4 over $140 and that is with a coupon. Some of the players did stick around to sign autographs and the kids could run the bases too. The final score was 19-16. Our experience would have been much better if we could bring one water per person into the stadium.

2022-06-14My favorite minor league baseball team. I have been going almost every year since 2000. The tickets are a lot cheaper than a major league baseball park and the parking is free. The stadium is only a couple of miles from my house.

2022-07-01Once again I bought a ticket plan and some swag. Love the baseball they play. You actually get to see some bunting and a hit-and-run or two. Hot dog buns are better this season and the price remained the same! Fireworks 🎇 this weekend!

2022-06-05Used to love this nice little stadium, all good seats and family friendly but tonight absolutely understaffed, waited for 45 minutes in line for hot dogs and beer. Fill up before you come. Disappointed. I live nearby, would come more often but not now. 2 stars for the athletes, not the service

2022-07-23Great night out with the family. The players could be a little more engaging with the kids in the stands. Ducks won the game and all stormed passed the kids looking for signatures or a high five on their way into the locker rooms.

2022-07-24Always a good time when you come to see the home town & Long Island team play. Since I was little I’ve come here and I’ve brought my son. Weather it’s coming as a family or coming as a standby crew for the FD for firework nights. Always count on a good game.
