I purchased some wainscotting for the bathroom. I went there with a floor plan allowed them to figure out what was needed and they ordered for me. They only sent in half. So I went back telling them the exact square footage left and again they ordered too little. Than went back a third time and noticed they did not give the contractor discount on the second order and they would not fix it. If they are professionals they should know how to order materials. They made no offers for the ordering mistakes 3x. Held up the whole job.
My wife and I have purchased both flooring and ceiling tiles from this store and the entire experience each time was seamless from start to finish. Along with the great selection of stock, Bobby , as well as , all the staff were super friendly, patient and helpful each step of the wag . I highly recommend this store .
New to Long Island. This place was recommended by a contractor who told me to check it out. After driving there and browsing/questioning, 2 hours later, with the help of sales associate Chris (highly knowledgeable), and me being as picky as I can be, decided to buy what I needed to buy. Was gonna go with the 1.99 vinyl flooring, however after being advised on the differences of the flooring, decided to splurge alil. Went from a dark brown flooring, to all rustic look, to narrowing down to 2 and decided to go all out. It was fun Experience.
I came to Long Island paneling to get my ceiling tiles and had the best experience with a supply house that I haven’t had in a long time. Bobby and Dawn were fabulous

Long island Paneling has the largest selection of waterproof vinyl flooring around. They dont pressure you on making a purchase. They offer very good advice on one product over another.

Bobby and Mark are the best. Mark patiently worked with us in choosing the LVP flooring we need to mix with the oak floor of our living room. Bobby took care of our additional orders and have been very helpful. Before and after order services are outstanding. 2022-04-07Our kitchen floor was in dire need of a make over, the stone floor was dated , and damaged in some areas. The original thought was simply to replace the stone with a nice ceramic tile, but due to the radiant heat under the stone it became a no go !! ( and extremely costly ! ).Addressing my problem with the team at Long Island Paneling, we came up with the perfect solution , Vinyl flooring, it sounds hideous but believe me the end result far exceeded my every expectation.Dawn the sales associate who helped (and now my new found friend), worked with me all the way though the project , even finding enough material when it was mostly sold out , her service was invaluable, she made every step of the way a pleasure ! Bobby the manger an absolute gentleman !. This kind of service doesnt exist anymore , sometimes paying a little more is worth every penny !Thank you Dawn and thank you Bobby !!

2022-05-30We’ve come to Long Island Panel for several renovation projects over the years. After our latest renovation I knew I needed to write a review. First off, Bobby is a flooring and wood expert and he really listens to your requests and the rest of the staff is just as helpful. We did a new Kahn’s floating wood flooring on out first floor and we’re really happy with our selection. We also wanted to do a shiplap accent wall between our living room and dinning room. We looked online and the prices were really high. We ended up going back to Long Island panel and we’re surprised on how much better the prices for the shiplap were and it’s always better to see the items in person. Bobby broke down the best way to the Chevron pattern and it came out looking great. I highly recommend them.

2022-02-21I just want to commend the crew at LI Paneling. The staff could not have been more helpful in providing us with an education re: certain flooring options. While we did not purchase our flooring from this location, we placed our order at another where we found just what we were looking for and we just wanted to commend the associates working here for their kindness and help. 2022-02-02My wife and I are planning a complete kitchen remodel and were shopping for a new laminate floor. We were referred to Long Island Paneling Ceilings and Floors by our contractor.We were greeted warmly by Dawn who answered all of our questions about flooring without pressuring us. After consulting with her we decided to go with waterproof vinyl. Dawn was very knowledgeable about every aspect of their products. We took home 3 samples which aided considerably in our decision making.The showroom is clean and very organized and it was good to hear that all of our choices were either in stock or would be available within a week. All of their products are made in the USA. Another reason to shop there.Thank you to Dawn and the entire staff for making our many decisions much less stressful.

We came in knowing nothing about wood and vinyl flooring and they took the time to educate us little by little until such time we found what we wanted. Bobby also worked with us and accommodated us to arrange a challenging delivery. No question or request was too dumb or outlandish. They dealt with my wife and me with professionalism and care. 2022-07-05Dawn assisted my firm Urena Construction & Design with locating and expediting rather unique engineered flooring. All the other suppliers were telling me 4 to 6 weeks. Dawn got it for us in 4 days! She is courteous and efficient and a producer! She gets things done! She is simply awesome and an absolute pleasure to deal with. 2022-07-16I recently went to this establishment to check out vinyl flooring and Reiss was a fabulous sales associate helping me choose a panel to take home. Also gave me a great quote, said my choice was in stock and they would hold it if I wanted to conclude the sale until my contractor needs it. Great customer service!

The team is extremely knowledgable/patient and make sure you leave the store happy with your purchase and well informed.
