I highly recommend Long Island Tent & Rentals. I rented a 20 x 30 tent, tables and chairs for my daughter’s graduation party. Both Marc and Brooke are very professional and courteous. Excellent service from both the office and the crew who sets up. They were a pleasure to work with. I am booking them again for a party this July.
I highly recommend this tent company!!!! They are very reliable. Excellent communication and easy to work with. They arrived a day before my party and set up the tent. This made the event day less stressful for me. They have excellent quality of tents, tables and chairs !! I would highly recommend the lighting package on the tent if you want to extend your affair into the night. I was very impressed of how bright it was under the tent. They also have a wide variety of tents to fit your backyard if you need that. This is the 2nd time I used them.Ask for Marc- you won’t be disappointed!!!! Dawn

Pete and his crew came through with some major help last minute for a backyard pre-wedding get together. Weather was beautiful but it was so hot that we needed a tent to be able to enjoy the outdoors. Pete is a pleasure to speak to, has a variety of tents and options available and the service was professional, timely and courteous. Would go no where else for any type of party rental equipment. I rented back in October of 2020 and it was a great experience. I had just lost my mother to COVID and couldnt have people in my house so i tried renting a tent. LI Tent was super supportive as they understood what we were going thru, they arrived on time , set up the tent with speed and professionalism and i was able to concentrate on my guests . I recommended them twice already and i am hiring them again for this June. If you need a tent on LI they are the ony guys to go to!!
From the ordering of the tent to the set up and removal was superb. Everyone was so helpful and courteous!! The last minute I ordered side walls for the tent and they accommodated that as well!!All the staff in the office as well as the set up staff was amazing!Would definitely call them again!
From the booking process all the way to the day of pickup, this company was extremely professional and courteous. Having a somewhat difficult location, considering it’s a city backyard with non optimal space, they found a way to install and it was just perfect. I loved working with this company. Very professional and efficient! They have great pricing and always give you the best products. They were patient with my many calls and changes due to the weather the day of the wedding. Marc and Evan took the time out of their day the day of the wedding to call to add on an attendant just in case of the tropical storm we were going to have! That was a life saver by the way! Evan was so kind when he came on site to add on some last minute adjustments for the rain. Love them! Highly recommended and I have been in the industry for 15 years and they are great!

Long Island Tent & Party Rentals provided amazing service for our small gathering. Our event was cancelled due to COVID, but with their help we were able to turn our home into the perfect event space. The tent was beautiful and the dance floor allowed us to party the night away. Every guest was really impressed with how elegant the inside of the tent looked. Above all, they had the best prices out of all their competitors and were so accommodating to every request we made. Used Long Island Tent & Party rental for my kids 1st birthday party. The tent was perfect to block the sun and they did a great job measuring so everything fit accordingly. With a hurricane coming the next day, they put us at ease and still came through.They were on time, quick and effective for both delivery and pick up. Very please with their service. I started using this company a year ago when another tent company did not show up the day of my party. I called Long Island Tent and they were able to help me out and had everything i needed in time to save my party! I have used several times since then and have NEVER had a single problem. Everything is delivered timely and set up beautifully. The guys setting it up are professional and courteous. Customer service is the absolute best. Everyone i have dealt with at this company have been amazing. This company goes above and beyond to make your party special. I would never use anyone else again. The lighting, tent liner and chandeliers transformed the space providing a magical ambiance. We had our wedding a couple of weeks ago and everything was perfect! We had decided to move the dance floor ourselves because we were still undecided on placement on day of delivery. On the day of our wedding we realized it was impossible for us to put it together ourselves in time so we called the office and the person who answered was so sweet. She assured me they would send someone as soon as possible to finish the floor. Gustavo came and fixed everything in less than an hour! Truly appreciate making my day special! Thank you!

They are professional, helpful and a one stop shop for tents and party items. The staff is helpful.They are patient and work with you to help with your event vision and provide quick responses which is really appreciated.
I ordered a tent and tables from this company for my baby shower event on 08/07 and purchased my own linen. On the day of pick up 08/10 the company took my linen. I have been calling and haven’t received any updates besides one which it was stated that they were working with a linen company to retrieve my items. It is now 08/21 and I have not received a call or update since. This is very upsetting being that I am an event planner and that was the PURPOSE of me ordering my own linen. The customer service experience is horrible and I do not recommend.
My tent was leaking.I have called to address this issues and 11days after my rental,not one person called to address this.I will never rent a tent from this company again.Very unprofessional.
I have used Long Island Tent every year our summer party .The office staff is helpful, asking all the right questions to make sure we have everything we need. We get a tent, tables and chairs. The delivery and setup crew are cheerful and professional, checking that everything is perfect. I would highly recommend them for all your party needs- large or small.

Good afternoon ,I just had an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience with your company. I have an event with a very high profile client this Saturday. I have a paid invoice in full. I requested assistance and/or understanding on properly measuring the area for my clients deck to grass space. It was expressed to me that no one was available to come to the Long Island home. So I expressed we didn’t know how to measure and while in this phone convo a person in the back was being very very condescending and unprofessional by stating “she doesn’t know how to measure, who doesn’t know how to measure”. So I expressed to the person I believe to be Jdegraziano that whomever in the back was out of line in her comment then proceeded to say she didn’t like my tone and was now canceling my contract and invoice.I made her aware on a prior call and text that I would want to upgrade . My event is for 12/11 and drop off was to be for 12/10/21. We were more than willing to pay for any additional services. We now have to find a way to source another rental company. Please keep in mind that your company was a referred company from other chefs I work very close with. My business has been over exceeding and my current goal was too lock in event spaces and event planning companies to handle my high volumes moving forward. This is very disturbing. It has shifted my day. Both of your employees tag teamed me very harshly on the phone and I will not have to send this to everyone I know who has referred me along with anywhere I can place a review. No one , esp another business owner should have to ensure that level of unprofessionalism and disrespect. ESP being I was paid in full and have been transparent in trying to figure out that I could do on my end.Thank you for reading.

I had a 4th of July party of about 100 people and the tent was set up by great guys, the cocktail tables were a HUGE HIT because they light up multi colors and all the sheets were delivered clean (you can smell the fabric softener on them). Overall quality service and rental equipment. My family, friends and I will use them going forward. Thank you so much.
They were very helpful in planning out our outdoor occasion. Service was excellent, they had everything tables, chairs , table cloths. Lights And heat. Which worked out great. We got the tent with side walls which was a smart move. We got hit with a lot of rain. And it did not ruin the party. All guest were dry. It was as if we were in a room in my house. Ive used Long Island Tent & Party Rentals 2 times for backyard parties this summer and Peter and the whole setup team have been a pleasure to work with. My wife and I rented a tent last year for our daughters christening and after much research we decided to rent from Long Island Tent. The price that we were quoted was cheaper than many other places that we looked at and they were very professional and easy to deal with. They set up the tent, tables and chairs in very little time and were careful not to hit any sprinkler heads. They removed the tent just a few days later with no damage to my lawn. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
Such an amazing company! Provided everything from tent, lighting, chandeliers, farm tables, linens, cocktail tables, wine barrel bars, and more for my backyard wedding. You would never even realize it was a backyard, that’s how gorgeous everything was! Staff and set up crew were so easy to work with and professional. Also used them for my bridal shower and for other backyard celebrations. HIGHLY recommend!

We used this absolutely fantastic company to supply everything for a “small” backyard Gender Reveal party we had in February. They went above and beyond with setup, break down and overall service. Evan did a phenomenal job of recommending certain chairs and upgrading our floor to a white to match the rest of the tent. He recommended putting a clear top on the tent so people could see the stars and fireworks we set off without having to step out into the cold. He set us up with multiple heaters and the tent was warmer than my house! He also supplied a rolling light up Bar which was a big hit for our guests. I would recommend LI Tent & Party Rental to anyone and everyone throwing an event whether it be small or large, personal or corporate. Incredible job gentleman! If I could give 100 stars I would! Looking forward to our next occasion to do this again !!
This company is by far the best company I have ever dealt with for any event. Brooke was amazing everything was perfect and I cannot recommend them enough if you’re looking for a tent company or any event party they are the ones to call. They helped with everything and even when I had an issue they were there to help right away.. The issue being my fault since I under ordered panels they fixed it and help me and made everything perfect. Long Island Tent and Party Rental was great to work with. Their prices were very fair compared to other companies and their employees were very professional. They called with a set up time and arrived at that time. I added additional tables and chairs at the last minute and they were very accommodating. They crew that came to set up and take down the tent were very professional.
I rented a tent from this company for Saturday june 19th, I would give them no stars if possible. I was told delivery Friday between 2-5 and I had to call them at 5:45 when they didnt show up. Was told they were delayed and would be there shortly (within the hour). They didnt show up until 8:30 pm, kept calling company and got the machine. Horrible business management and the tent had straps that were broken so some decorations got ruined. They obviously dont care about their customers. Will never use again and wouldnt recommend.
LI tent was by far the cleanest and most professional tent company we have used so far. I get a tent every year and now that I have used LI tent I will never go back. The tent and chairs were spotless and price point was the best out of them all that I have used in the past. The staff doing set up and pickup were courteous and professional. 5 stars in my book , and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a tent/ chairs etc.

This company was so great to deal with! I ordered a big 20x40’ tent, walls, and fans and it was all very reasonable. They came when they said they would and picked up when they said they would. It was pouring the day of our party and the tent literally saved the day! Highly recommend going with them!
This tent company has been very reliable and attentative. I couldnt find any other tent company that was affordable and was able to provide all the items I needed for my wedding. Ive used this company multiple times for my events and they have never disappointed me.

Long Island Tent set up a tent for my daughters 16th Birthday and they did a fantastic job. They were able to accommodate all of my needs and the installers were very professional. I would definitely use them again.
Terrible office staff!! This place is extremely unprofessional! I ordered months before my event and decided to switch the size of the tent two weeks prior to my event. They sent over the smaller tent and then gave me the run-around on timing of when the correct one could be delivered. They finally gave me a estimated delivery time and never showed up. I paid the entire cost for rental, reserved well in advance, and my event was ruined because they didnt own up and correct their mistake in a timely manner.
We used li tent rentals for our baby sprinkle. Everything was fantastic. Brooke helped me with my order and kept me posted about everything. She let us know when to expect delivery and pick up. The tent was set up very quickly and everyone was very professional. I will definitely use this company again and would also recommend to a friend. This is the second time Ive had the pleasure of working with Long Island Tent and both times Ive recieved exceptional service. The first time I worked with Mike, who was great. This time we worked with Evan, who was amazing. He really worked with me to stay within my budget. He was professional and so personable. Easy to communicate with and willing to work with me. In a service Industry its no easy feat satisfying your customers on a shoe string budget and getting all that you need! I recently wrote a review about Long Island Tent and Party rentals Inc. I would like to extend my apologies to Peter and Evan for not rewriting the review sooner. After I spoke with Evan about the chairs and the tables, he sent me some garden chairs which were really nice and stand out well under the tent. He also replaced the tables, and Peter, who is the General manager took time out of his busy schedule to follow up with me and to make sure that everything was okay. Thanks to Long Island Tent and Party rentals my daughter had a great time and so were my friends. I am looking forward to use their services again for my next event. Great job Peter and Evan! My family and I were very lucky to have gotten a recommendation from this company. For my graduation party on June 26th, we rented a 15 by 30 foot tent that was spotless and looked beautiful! We also got a few fans, linens and a very cool LED bar. The sales rep who helped me was extremely accommodating and nice. Nothing but great service and kind hospitality from this company! I hope everyone is lucky enough to deal with such a well designed company like this!
5 stars is simply not enough. We decided on a backyard wedding and LI Tent created what can only be described as a magical venue. They completely transformed my yard and gave us the night of our lives. Every single member of the team that worked with us went above and beyond to make a stunning space. They accommodated our request to have a member of their staff at our wedding to ensure that any problems would be addressed. There was not a single issue that night because of the very well organized and executed job they had done setting up. We had very limited time to meet on site with LI Tent to fine tune the details of our plan but they made it work. My set up was organized mostly over the phone and via email which would make some nervous but not with LI Tent.The entire team was great, employees answering phones, sales reps, the team that did the install... everyone at LI Tent was not only qualified but kind and so generous with their time. Even after some issues with road construction the week of the removal and scheduling issues with other vendors, LI Tent and their team have been unbelievably flexible, reliable and reasonable.Raul, Marc, Rich, & Carmen (as well as others on staff whos names fail me): thank you. You made our wedding magical. We will never forget that night and all the had work you put into making it happen.I have used them again for smaller tents and the service is just as great.
We had an awesome party for Halloween. The tent looked great! We were able to really decorate it and the kids loved it. Long Island Tent came a few days in advance, as I requested, to install the tent. This gave me enough time to dress up the tent and get all of the tables and chairs situated. The crew was really pleasant and helpful. I can’t thank them enough and I plan to use them every year now, since it was such a big hit!

I was referred to and called LI Tent & Party 3 days before my wife and I were hosting a big party at my house - spoke directly with Pete the owner and explained my predicament/procrastination. Pete could not have been more understanding and worked with me on the size of the tent, number of tables and other things I would need. I found out later that the weekend I had called for was one of the busiest weekends of the year - due to graduations (3rd weekend in June) - but Pete still priced us fairly and never made us feel rushed or acted as if we were a bother as other vendors had (food, DJ). His team showed up when they said they would for set up and removal. Very professional crew. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to working with Pete and his team again in the future.
We used this company for our small backyard wedding and they completely transformed the backyard and turned it into my dream wedding! Evan was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make my wedding day everything I wanted. I highly recommend choosing LI party rentals for your next event!
Good afternoon I contacted your business this week inquiring about a heated tent plus chairs and tables rental for my husbands memorial vigil in my yard. I spoke with Saddie who was very very nice and polite and answered all and any questions o may have had. She sent me invoices for two different quotes. Since it’s my first time having this type of event I asked if I could come in and sign the contract and maybe see a picture of what I was contracting and was told yes. I contacted Saddie on Saturday and she stated to come Sunday morning around 9:30am someone should be there. I arrived Sunday morning with my mother and aunts and my son as this is a very difficult time for support and was met with nothing but unprofessionalism by Brooke. She said I didn’t know anyone was coming and stated “ you didn’t have to bring four people with you” shaking her head as if she didn’t want to be bothered. She asked me if I had an appointment I said yes and she pulled up my info in the computer printed it out and again offered no help and even stated I can’t pull up tents on this computer and proceeded to pick up her phone to look up the website for the company she works. Every question I asked her she huffed she rolled her eyes and acted as if she was being bothered. The lights in the place were never turned on and I walked out and took my business else where. As a potential first time customer I appreciate Saddie and I wish she was there as I turned to leave she stated no one comes here on Sunday anyway and again offered no assistance. Horrible customer service
I had a great experience with Mark who measured my backyard so that I got the right tent for the occasion (backyard party). Set up was early but it gave me time to set things up on my schedule. Delivery men were fantastic - easy to work with and listened to my requests. Pick up was great - if I could change anything about service would be a more prompt pickup. It was costly (reason for the 4 star instead of 5) but I would hire them again with the comfort of knowing I will get what I paid for.I got a 30x30 tent package with walls and lights - and linens.

We had a gender reveal over the weekend that ended up turning into the size of a mini wedding and i can’t say enough about how helpful and easy this company was to work with! We had to change our order of tables and chairs a few times as the number of people planning to attend continued to grow. every time i contacted them someone always answered and immediately helped up change the order even at the very last minute. I have found the company i will use for every future event me and my family have.
LI Tent hooked us up with a super cool party tent for my wife’s surprise 50th Birthday party.The tent had a heater, LED lights, custom wrapped hi top tables and other decorations that gave it such a cool vibe that really added to the party.I would highly recommend this company
I decided to switch to LI tent rentals from a company I had previously been using in the past and I was pleasantly surprised with their services. I spoke with a few women on the phone when I ordered and they were extremely sweet. They came today, 2 days before my event on sunday, which will give me enough time to decorate. I do this family reunion at my house every year and will definitely be coming back to this company in the future! The equipment is sturdy and the bar I received is very large and will come in handy.

This company saved my party. A few weeks ago i called them on Thursday for a saturday event when no other companies had available equipment and they were able to get my tent tables lights and chairs to me the next day!! Everything was clean and sturdy! My sales represents was affable and the crew was extremely nice to my son while delivering. I was impressed with the price was so low for everything I got and received a $50 coupon as well! Will definitely be using them again
We had Long Island Tents supply all the tents,chair & tables for small party in our family in summer-2017. They did a great job and with that confidence we had a huge party this summer back to back on a Saturday night and Sunday afternoon at two different venues. The same crew had to run back to back here and there. We had a sudden change in the forecast and showed rain just a day before and EVAN was of great help. He included all the side walls immediately and helped us in the last moment. A great Team Work and you just let them know what you need and they will o it exactly. I reached out to Marc for my wedding on short notice - he was quick to send me a quote, very helpful and able to provide exactly what we wanted (tent, coolers, chairs and lighting). The staff for set-up and break-down were quick and thorough.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would but google is making give them at least one star so….the customer service at this business is the worst I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The way I was spoken to was so unacceptable. The unwillingness to compensate me AT ALL after arriving 7 hours late with no communication AND delivering a stage that was 1/3 smaller than the one I ordered is baffling to me. I could go on forever about reasons why you should use a different vendor but I don’t want to waste anymore of my energy on this awful company.

Best tent company I ever used. I rented a tent for my daughters college graduation, along with tables, chairs and linens. Everything looked perfect and the set up and breakdown of the tent was perfect I didn’t need to be home doe either visit. Everyone from beginning to end was extremely willing to accommodate all requests. A++ all the way.

Brought on Long Island Tent Rentals for a New Years Eve party for Buffalo Wild Wings in the heart of Times Square. We needed huge tents built on our Rooftop, along with portable heaters to boot. Their staff was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process, though Marc, our sales rep, went above and beyond during this entire project. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly listened to all of my concerns during the initial and contract phases. He even came all the way out from LI to view the space, get me dimensions and to meet his new client. Their product is professional and very durable. They even helped install our propane tanks to the heaters we rented from them! I highly recommend them, they are the best priced in the market, also.

I had a tent put up for Christmas .They didn’t properly anchor it nor did they put any sand bags on the poles.Christmas Eve night was pretty windy . The 15 by 30 foot tent landed in the neighbors yard . Destroyed half of my Mothers stuff plus her fence .And when you try to contact them it takes days before they answer. I am actually still awaiting a call or email from the manager . I’ll never use them again or recommend them to anyone !!

I HIGHLY recommend using Long Island Tent & Party Rentals. I just had a surprise party for my wife. There were a lot of moving parts to planning when she would be out of the house long enough to not notice a tent being put up in our backyard. Peter and his team worked with me every step of the way. Even when I had to alter the plan at the last minute, he had the driver call my cell and I made them drive around until she left. The tent was PERFECT. We got the sides, lights, tables, chairs and a heater. They also were able to help recommend a DJ, who was amazing and made my wifes party a complete blast. The following day, their staff came and had everything out of my backyard quickly so it was back to normal. Definitely using them again!

I do not even know how this company has a 4.4 ratings.. IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO and disrespected, than this company is for you.. they are very unprofessional. I was suppsed to get a a big tent, but they brought a small one instead . Called the place and I had to beh them to deliver me the right tent I had. They came without notice, which in contract, states that someone has to be there in order to be approved . Do not go through them, you will be truly disappointed
If you want a party ruined call this company.My sister got the same exact 20 by 30 tent including table and chairs and lights for 350.00 yet my 20 by 30 with table and chairs and lights was way over $500.00?? Zero extras. They wanted to set up in the rain on Wednesday for a party that was not occurring until Saturday and Evan became totally annoyed when I said no, I informed him that the yard wasnt ready yet so in return they never communicated any final delivery date? I was purposely the last stop the night before the party, now 5 days later tent is still here?? So I called Evan I told him how dissatisfied I was with the service and he immediately replied what was my problemin a sarcastic tone as if I was bothering him?Prior to this I tried to call and communicate with the children running this organization on several occasions and was left on hold or hung up on, its impossible obviously they are all rude and in competent. The delivery guys were extremely nice but the tent came without any sides and we were expecting heavy rain, the gentleman delivering felt awful and insisted that someone a manager named Pete would call me, dont deal with Evan needless to say I never heard from Pete either! Terrible businessmen! I even tipped the delivery men because they were so nice. And its not their fault this is such a shady company. Save your money and rent a tent from real company that appreciates your business and calls their customers back and honors their requests.Lesson learned always check the reviews on a company before you use them, especially a shady tent company like this one. The review prior to mine gave 1 star. 3 customers today complained also??? Red flag! Its amazing they stay in business they will never have mine again! I was able to get side walls from another company that did not overcharge us!And cared if we were happy and satisfied with their service.

I recently used LI Tent for a party I was having at my house. They were on time, very professional and went above and beyond with some special requests I had. All their equipment seemed to be newer which I liked and it was overall a great experience. If I had another event to plan, they would be my first call. If you need a tent, these are your guys.
BUYER BEWARE! As mentioned in other heeding reviews: listen to the people with the bad reviews! Use Taylor Rental in Port Jeff Station instead of LI Tent. They are much more professional and DEPENDABLE.We were promised one thing and received something else. They showed up almost 2 hours past the window of time to set up the tent which was a huge inconvenience because we were on a schedule to get a toddler to bed.Upon unfolding all the chairs and tables, they were FILTHY and all had to be thoroughly cleaned. The teenagers setting the everything up couldnt even lock the dance floor properly in place and I had to fix the pieces so none of my guests would trip and get hurt.In addition, they shorted me the chairs I paid for and I couldnt properly set up those tables. They told us theyd be back the next day to drop them off. NEVER SHOWED. Then we were told that following day (2 days post delivery) and kept getting phone calls that they would come later and later. We had limited time to set up before our rehearsal started. Finally, after giving us 4 windows of time they blew off, we were told they were going to arrive after we had already left to go to the rehearsal. Who was going to set things up and clean off their dirty equipment?When I called to have them rectify this I asked for them to take off the money we paid for the chairs and they refused. The denied any of their equipment being dirty which was a lie. I explained that they are in the service business but the only things weve received is disservice. They do not care about their customers. I was told this would be added to the issues board and they would get back to me, but Im not holding my breath.We were VERY understanding when they told us they would return with the chairs they forgot, but after blowing the windows of time so many times after initial delivery it completely threw off our ability to properly prep for our wedding.We will NEVER be using this company. I will be posting this on every social media and internet outlet possible so people know how bad this company treats paying customers. I am also filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I suggest anyone else with this terrible service to do the same. Especially those of you who had physical property damage.

Best company by far that I have ever used for tent rental.Tents, tables and chairs were all top quality and clean. Delivery was fast and professional , I have a very delicate landscape arrangement in my yard and theses guys were pros the did not damage anything and when it came time to pick up the tent they left the yard like no one was ever there ! Highly recommend these guys.
I had a very bad experience with L.I. Tent. They came late Friday. They were suppose to come Wednesday or Thursday. . We were very busy preparing the food and getting the table settings ready for that Sunday morning. The party was Sunday at 12:00. They left the tables and chairs laying on the ground stacked up outside the tent, not all the walls were put up correctly. Our friend Bob, on Saturday, went around fixing the walls. He worked on the heavy tables, rolling them into place inside the tent while my friend and I along with my husband opened all the of the 25 chairs, bringing the heavy chairs into the tent one by one. Everyone of them was wet and filthy, covered in mud. We had no chance late that night before to open the chairs and tables to inspect them. We they arrived we asked them to please at least open up the heavy tables and chairs and put them in the tent. They told us they don’t set them up and left. I was in the kitchen. It had been raining for days and they were in a rush. When I came down to the backyard the next morning we had our friends come early. The tent was ripped in two places and all the Velcro holding the sides were covered in mildew. The tent stunk. I sprayed it with Febreze and it helped somewhat. It took 3 of us all morning to clean the filthy chairs. We called that Monday and they told us we should have called them and they would have sent someone. Asked us why didn’t we call right away. I explained that I didn’t have the time and I had to get everything ready for the party. They did give me a credit for $25 dollars, but I told them that it looked like they pulled it out of someone’s yard and placed it directly in mine with never having it inspected or cleaned. He seemed disinterested, kept saying we should have called. I told him, why don’t they inspect the tent before putting it up in someone else’s backyard. I told him we would never rent from them again. He told me that’s my provocative.
One word describes this company and the people you deal with Diarrhea. These are unfortunate individuals that feel that going above and beyond in their job means lying to the customers and just being sleezy for no apparent reason but whatever horrid reason they have concocted in their mind that they should make a customer who has spent thousands of dollars to rent one of their rags for a day. Maybe they plan it or maybe they don’t but the whole process is just unfortunate once these horrid people gain their advantage on you because you have been lured in hopes of good times into their web of disgust. The only justice is you go back to your life and they get to go back to whatever makes them their horrible Diarrrheal selves “Good Ridens”
I highly recommend would definitely use them again. Everyone was prompt and professional from start to finish. I rentes a tent and a heater during the beginning of December and the heater was amazing. It was warmer in the tent then in my house. Evan was extremely accommodating to my needs and extremely friendly. I will be using them for future parties.
CAVEAT EMPTOR when deciding to move forward with this company. All is not as what is seems on the photos shown on the website especially the lounge furniture. This is best described as the picked over remnants from someones garage sale in Miami! Dirty, poor condition, ripped, stained and the list goes on and on! Yes we understand its a RENTAL however, it can be cleaned and stored in a proper fashion to warrant the rental prices charged for such items. The companys own delivery team even acknowledged that the furniture is tossed around in the truck without being secured/fastened.Yet, the delivery supervisor failed to reimburse me the cost of rental for these items. As the old adage goes, you live and you learn and we will most definitely NOT make this mistake again..

THIS COMPANY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR, but I cant post my review without highlighting one... these reviews are COMPLETELY BOGUS! Employees and friends are writing them. Let me tell you about the REAL experience from this ridiculous company.... We rented a tent from Steve, who by the way is listed in the reviews, and it was a complete nightmare. The tent came FILTHY, the chairs were so dirty & disgusting we had to power wash them before our event, the tent was FULL OF HOLES and TEARS which were covered in BLACK DUCT TAPE .... the tent wreaked of MILDEW and half of the lighting did not work.... they wanted the payment UP FRONT, which unfortunately we had done. To make things worse, we couldnt USE the tent because the staff never set it up properly and it had rained, ruining ALL our decorations inside and completely saturated the floor, making the flooring hazardous and unable to use. Needless to say at last minute, the day of, we had to move the entire event out to a hall for 100 kids..... BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER ~ when Long Island Tent came to take the tent away the following Monday, the driver literally RAN OVER OUR RETAINING WALL absolutely destroying it.... said they were going to have it fixed and for an entire month we have pleaded with them to have the repair done and they are not responding to any texts/phone calls or emails.... taking them to court! Complete DISGUST is what we have for this so called company... DO NOT USE THEM, trust me when I tell you I have NEVER written a bad review in my life.... only good ones, we will never let this go!
After traveling to my daughters house where party was in two days, I waited hours for tent to arrive - with no call and no word from company. Tent never came first day! Then waited hours second day - no call. Finally they came after waiting another three hours. There was no customer communication service. They just yes you to death and say sorry, but didnt really mean it. When tent arrived it had a yellowish color, and patches in tent. They did not set up chairs or tables. When I voiced my concerns, no one called or wrote me back! They are terrible!
LI Tent & Party Rentals allowed us to have the micro-wedding of our dreams. Our own backyard was transformed into a beautiful event space The flooring and lighting were even nicer than your typical wedding venue. Our small gathering of family and friends were able to safely social distance and we were able to stay warm and comfortable on a cold November day with the help of the heaters. This group proved to be extremely unprofessional, did not respond to any outreach and provided the worst possible customer service. After it was over, attempts were made to make some kind of restitution with them but to no avail.Anyone considering hiring these people, please make a request to speak to satisfied customers that had outdoor events without perfect weather and see what they come up with! Rented a large tent with sides and light and few cocktail tables for large Birthday bash. Customer Service was a pleasure. Scheduling wasn’t a problem. Have anything and Everything you might need. They set up and picked up with no issues. Very Happy. Recommend highly.
We rented 36 chairs and 8 foot tables for an indoor party. A day before the party, we were informed that they did not have 8 foot tables, but 6 foot tables. At that point we had no choice but to agree. The day of delivery, the chairs arrived globbed with mud and rust on every single chair. When we called Long Island Tent and Party Rentals to discuss the dirtiness of the chairs, they said they could not help us. It took my husband and I 2 hours to clean every single chair. In addition, half of the chairs did not have rubber feet on the bottom of them, and my husband had to go out and buy felt pads for the bottom of the disgusting chairs. The day of the party, one of our guests fell through the chair due to the quality of the chair. When we called to discuss our complaints, we were met with resistance and no apologies. I would NEVER recommend Long Island Tent and Party Rentals.
A day before our event L.I TENT told us upon last minute that the tent size we discussed, agreed on, and signed was no longer available. The tent size they offer in replace was smaller then the location and its head count. L.I TENT arrived late on the day of the event when they confirmed delivery would be made the day before. My client and team was very upset. We were forced to believe that L.I TENT never intended to provide the tent size we asked for because why would they tell us its no longer available the day before the event?

Amazing Experience! Had my sons Communion at my house for 120 people.The staff at Li Tent guided me through the process without a hitch, Tent, cocktail tables, table and chairs made the party. Homerun!!!
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I ordered three kids banquet tables and 18 chairs on a tuesday before an indoor birthday party. On that Friday, 4 days later, I show-up, wait around for over an hour, only for them to tell me they cant find the tables. The only thing they have are kids round table. What am I to do? No choice I have to take the tables. They actually tried to give me a broken table too and when I got home I noticed 3 of the chairs were missing the feet. Worst company ever. I had rented a tent from them the summer before and my husband and I were disgusted at how dirty it was. I should have learned my lesson and not used this company again. Awful. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
Rented a tent for communion, tent had holes that had to be patched.Tent canopy pooled under the weight of the rain. They put a hole in sprinkler system that was discovered when they removed tent. Patiently have contacted them to see if they will cover the cost of fixing pipe.....3 weeks, almost daily, no response. You get what you pay for
Ordered a tent with lights, a 72 table that was told would definitely fit 12 people for a dinner party Im having. Got delivered on a tuesday for my wednesday party and got a 60 table. On top of that they install the tent and leave the wire for the lights hanging in the middle of the walkway for everyone to trip on. Ive spoken to two people who were great help in ordering then called to get everything fixed and am dealing with someone who cant even contact the installers, apparently doesnt even correspond with them to tell them which table is which and is of no help at all. Then tells me theyre busy and need to answer other calls so I basically have no choice but to wait it out until tomorrow (my party) and hope for the best. I couldnt be more unhappy at this point. I definitely shouldve went elsewhere. Never again!!
Awesome company, helpful staff with fantastic prices. Equipment is clean and field staff are super helpful. Peter, Evan and the whole office staff know all the answers to my questions! We use LIT for an event every year and will continue to do so. Awesome Job!

Wish I could leave less than 1 star. Made a ton of promises and absolutely nothing came was as promised. Tent was so dirty and disgusting wine stains everywhere, mud, dead bugs, and holes and silver masking tape patches everywhere. It poured the evening of my party, I was so embarrassed with the non stop dripping on everyones heads. Lights were so dirty you could barely see they were on. Chairs were filty. They kept promising to make everything right but it never was what they described. Just when we thought the nightmare was over we found out the damaged 3 sprinkler zone pipes and 4 heads. It was a 300 bill peter promised to send me a check almost a month ago but now is ignoring me. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. THESE GUYS CANT BE TRUSTED.
The guys at LI Tent and Party rental made it so easy. They were there when they said theyd be and the setup and breakdown went quickly and cleanly. These guys are pros. From the Owner, to the Salespeople, to the Setup teams. Real Pros!!!
Working with Pete and everyone else was the best part of putting my event together. They are super professional and very easy to communicate and work with, Pete has a lot of experience and offered great advice and had so much stuff to choose from

I called to get some information and some prices, and the little kid I spoke to, because no business Man will never talk to another person the way this person spoke to me, he was rude, unprofessional, and just plain nasty. I was gathering some information for a client and only had the general area of where they are planning their event, I explain this to him, and I just wanted a quot not an exact price. He flipped out on me, telling me hes done this a million times, he cant tell me the price if I dont know the address and hung up on me. I feel sorry for him, the only reason for that person to be nasty to customers IS because hes an unhappy, unsatisfied person. Its shows you money cant buy everything, much less manners.
Used them for a backyard party 20*20 tent. Delivered and setup as they said on time with all accessories. Would use them again and do recommend them.

Very expensive, everything is extra, dance floor missing pieces, web site $50.00 off coupon, when mentioned was told that discount was applied. Lighting did not go all around the tent.

2022-04-05I am a fairly new event and wedding planner based on Long Island and used Long Island Tent and Party Rentals for a graduation last summer. They were exceptional from start to finish at accommodating my last minute request, answering all of my questions and making a new process very easy for me. Their team of tent installers were also very helpful, quick and friendly. I will be using this company again for a wedding reception I am planning this summer as well as for other events in the future. I am happy to recommend them to all of my future clients.

2022-03-15Ive had the pleasure of working with representatives (Peter & Lisa) from Long Island Tent for over 10 years. The first time i had a party, Peter took the time to come out to my house and measure exactly the area of where I would be placing the tent. They were able to recommend exactly what size tent and the amount of tables and chairs I needed for my event. Their customer service was honest and reliable. The men who delivered the tent to put it together were also great! They were able to put it together rapidly and even helped me hang lanterns before the tent went up. Overall, Long Island Tent is reasonably priced and most importantly their customer service is impeccable!!! Youre next event will look AMAZING because of Long Island Tent & Party Rentals!!

2022-06-08Long Island tent and party rentals did such an amazing job for our wedding! We got the 150 person tent liner package and it seriously looked like a venue. The tent liner, bistro lights and chandeliers were just amazing. So many compliments all around. It made my life a lot less stressful seeing how beautifully it came together.With that package, we did decide to do the 18x18 dance floor instead of the 24x24 because it seemed to fit a little better but that was a last minute swap that they accommodated for us!We had a minor hiccup where they forgot something on the day of setup, but they sent someone over right away with it, so it was rectified and we didn’t have to worry about it!I seriously can’t recommend if you’re doing a backyard wedding or party!! SO SO beautiful.

2022-04-11Love this company I threw a surprise birthday party for my cousin super last minute and was able to pull it off unfortunately it won’t let me post a video after the tent was decorated but everything was delivered and placed neatly under the tent . I was surprised to say the least that we were able to throw the party in the middle of November and not feel the freezing temperatures of the season the company was not able to measure my yard but we’re very helpful with figuring out the size , I am booking them again for a party this April and am looking forward to a much bigger tent !

It was the perfect addition to our party to allow for coverage for eating, conversation and partying during the August heat! The staff were professional with delivery and set-up.
