Beautiful home and property. Light filled sun/living room overlooking a wooden deck leading to the beach. Lots of sandy beach area to relax or play in. The house was clean and well taken care of. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. It’s truly the perfect beach home. Oh, and our hosts Debbie and Virginia were very responsive and accommodating!
Rented a beautiful house for a girls weekend. We had an amazing time and everything was wonderful. Would highly recommend renting from Virginia & Debbie. They were super responsive if we had any questions and very accommodating.
I rented a beach house and it was great as advertised. The house was in excellent condition and the beach was wonderful for my young kids. I rarely encountered issues during my stay, but Virginia was very responsive whenever there was anything.
My family and I had an awesome time a Once upon a Tide luxury beach getaway house in Wading River. House was perfect for my husband Me, my daughter and her husband, my two grandchildren, my son and his wife, and our two dogs! Plenty of room, gorgeous beach, best sunrise and sunsets. Fun on paddle boards and kayaking. Great place to explore North Fork of LI including farms, wineries, with great restaurants nearby. Owners so nice and very responsive, just can’t beat it! Looking forward to coming again.
This place was absolutely perfect - the house has everything one would need for a stay. The backyard, and especially including the very large pool, is absolutely beautiful. Location is great, and Virginia is completely responsive, and always helpful.
I can’t say enough good things about Virginia and Debbie. The rental home was immaculate when we arrived, in beautiful condition. Even better than advertised! Wonderful to work with and we will definitely be using them again! Very pleased!!!!
I worked with Debbie and Virginia to rent a house in Southampton for my sister’s bachelorette. I was planning the trip from California as a few of us were flying in to celebrate with our New York friends, and they made the long distance process easy and stress free. The house we rented was even more stunning than the pictures, and easily accommodated/slept our large group. There was a minor hiccup upon arrival that had to do with the guests that stayed at the house before us, but with one quick call, the problem was fixed and we were off to enjoy the weekend. I highly recommend working Debby and Virginia- they have beautiful properties and wonderful customer service- they really go above and beyond
Such a great time for a girls getaway! Virginia and Debbie were such a help with the planning and responded quickly to all my questions. The house was fantastic, as well as the gorgeous pool! Close cab rides to restaurants, shopping, & nightlife. The house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay at any of Luxury Beach’s property’s again!
My Family and I rented a vacation home in a Wading Property Rental for a weekend in June 2020. When the covid-19 pandemic hit in March I was in touch with Virginia & Debbie with my concerns for the rental. They were the most helpful and reassuring , and expressed such care and concern for me and my family. When we decided to cancel because of the stay at home orders ,we received our full refund back for the deposit of the home. Most rental companies would not honor this policy. We need more business owners like Virginia & Debbie to stand with customers. The customer service I received was above and beyond and I would recommend booking with Long Island Vacation Home Rentals to everyone looking for a superb quality experience. Wanted to rent a beach house for a Family reunion to honor my recently deceased Mother. Virginia was great to work with, quickly responding to my texts and phone calls.My Dad is 90 and has mobility problems. Virginia did a great job helping us find the right house. This beach house in Wadding River is perfect for any group or family. It is very well kept and offers many amenities. Fully equipped kitchen and even a BBQ grill outside. It had kayaks to use at the beach. It is great to get away and relax, as it is very peaceful. There are sitting areas galore and very nice outdoor furniture. Beautiful sunset and sunrise views. The master bedroom offers a nice enclosed sitting area where you can enjoy your coffee or tea. Deb and Victoria are awesome. They are very attentive and quick to respond to your needs. I would definitely rent from them again.
We booked with Long Island Vacation Home for a low key bachelorette party for the end of May, the house looks gorgeous and is so close to the wineries. Debbie & Virginia were so helpful in booking, and even gave us suggestions on where to go and how to get around! I AM devastated that we had to cancel due to COVID-19... but Debbie & Virginia have been so kind to help us with the process and gave us a refund--- They are on my list of where I want to go as soon as all of this passes--- I will definitely use them in the future!
We cant wait for this summers vacation with my family, the houses are so beautiful, we are happy to go there 3 years in a row and we have never been disappointed. Last summer Virginia and Debbie were so fast to accommodate us for a last minute get away for my moms birthday.. we were very happy to be able to take my mom to the beach and near restaurants, the perfect place for any occasion. Looking forward to go every summer with my kids.
We stayed in luxury beach houses for 3 summers in the raw. We love working with Virginia. She responds quickly for all our needs. It is an easy commute from Ny.Nice quiet environment. Beautiful views, sunset and sunrise. Houses are kept in good condition.We are planning to continue to spend summers days every year.A couple of very good restaurants in a walking distance.
My husband and I stayed at the one of Luxury Beach Getaway’s house’s and had a wonderful time. It was very convenient for us to get to from Westchester County via the Port Jeff ferry. The location was absolutely lovely; right on the beach; the beachhouse was rustic but charming. I used the provided paddleboard everyday single day plus there were also kayaks! We also really loved that we could bring our dog along on our vacation. Everything that you could want was close by: top tier restaurant, grocery, pharmacy, and even a hardware store. We’re definitely coming back 😎
Had 2 wonderful experiences with this company. The first was for my cousins bachelorette party in summer 2016. We rented a beautiful house in South Hampton and had a great time. We loved the house so much that we decided to reach out to Ginnie & Debbie to book my bachelorette party for summer 2018. They were beyond helpful, answered all of my questions, and were prompt with responses. They were very helpful in accommodating my large party of 17 girls. This time around (summer 2018) we also rented a house in South Hampton from them, but a different one that was also beautiful & clean! It made my bachelorette weekend perfect! We had a great experience and even while we were there, Debbie & Ginnie answered last minute questions via text messages. Highly recommend Luxury Beach Getaway.
We had a wonderful month at a rental through Virginia and Debbie. The house, which we rented without seeing it, was exactly as photographed. It was fabulous to be out of NYC for an extended time, and we were so happy with it that weve rented a different house for September!
Very comfortable house in excellent condition with well equipped kitchen. The beds are clean and comfortable.The down stairs game room adds another touch of fun.The deck is very comfortable with amble seating for eating or sunning.Great choice great location to the beach
We had a wonderful stay in wading river with our dogs directly on the beach! The water is shallow so the dogs had a blast playing ball. The wineries are close and there are plenty of amazing restaurants! We had a fabulous few days.
Going back to Wading River for the 5,th summer! We love the beach houses and we love Debbie and Ginnie, the property managers. They always have the house ready, clean and fully stocked and are always available should you need them. Our beach house is awesome. It has an open concept living/kitchen space, beautifully decorated and an entire wall of Windows facing the beach. The deck is huge with lots of lounging chairs, dining table that seats 8 , with umbrella, tables for board games and state of the art BBQ. No better place to watch the spectacular sunsets. There are kayaks and tubes to use and a beach fire pit for making smores! Great location...minutes from farm stands, berry picking, wineries and Harbes Farm for the kids. It is the perfect place for family time and summer fun.
This was a great get-away! My boyfriend and I wanted to enjoy the island for the summer without paying Hamptons prices, the house was so affordable and easy to book. Beautifully kept and decorated , with the back deck right out to the North Shore! Already planning my trip back next summer.
Beautiful house, on a great property. Great pool house which was a huge plus! Hosts were super helpful and responded quickly! Plenty of chairs and towels for lounging by the pool. Short cab rides to nice restaurants and nightlife. Would def recommend for families and friends!
We had to cancel our upcoming family vacation. I want to say thanks for everything including getting refunded. We are from Michigan with one family member living on Long Island. This is my 6th year here and my seventh visit. I now come twice in the month of June and August. The serenity at the beach is beyond words. In addition you only need to bring your clothes because the getaway gals provide everything you need. I kind of hate to give a review because I need my months here,lol. But if you book early you get your weeks. There are many rentals, so you have a choice of what kind of home you like to stay in. Each house has its special thing. This is ideal for families, older folks, and kids. There are many things to do here. For kids the aquarium, and right in the back of it reasonably priced bayside dining at Turkuaz grill. The Creperie down the road serves the best I have ever eaten. And Buoy 1 is some of the best seafood I ever had, across the street lives the best icecream stand. Luxury Beach Getaway has the best rentals on the island, with the most reasonable pricing, and four star service. Thank you for the first half of my vacation, I will cry to leave on the 30th, but see you in August😎
This place is amazing! I stayed here with my boyfriend and we had the best time ever. It is very clean and everything is fully stocked for your convienience. I will defiantly be coming back here with friends and family! It is very clean and spacious. The beach is beautiful, there’s great restaurants near by, and there are kayaks and fun activities for everyone! If I could rate this a 10 stars I would!
We had a rental scheduled in the Hamptons in the middle of the pandemic and the owners graciously allowed us to cancel without penalty. Im so thankful and will DEFINITELY rebook when things return to normal. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

2022-06-06Once upon a Tide was the house I rented. Immaculate, well stocked, everything thought of that you would need for a day in the sun and long weekend ..Quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Virginia and Debbie were very accommodating. I would rent again or one of their other locations

2021-10-23Our family rented the Water’s Edge Beach House in Wading River in the month of August. Virginia and Debbie are very accommodating, understanding and responsive. The house is beautiful and the location is lovely - right on the beach. Our dog loved playing on the beach too. We had a great time and would recommend them and the house without any reservation. 2022-01-02My husband and I rented Diana Beach House in October 2020. It is a cozy cottage with direct beach access and gorgeous ocean views- the backyard is the beach. Debbie and Virginia were welcoming and very easy to communicate with. The sound of the ocean was beautiful. We will be renting a property from them again. We have rented homes from Debbie and Virginia two more times since the above review and every time it has been a fantastic experience. We just returned from 1 week at the Diana Beach House. Debbie and Virginia make the rental process easy. They are the most welcoming and acomodating hosts we have ever rented from. 2018-05-04I have stayed with Luxury Beach Getaway twice now. I stayed in the Mermaid Inn and the Soundview beach house- amazing both times! For those looking for a jacuzzi, the Mermaid Inn is a perfect option. The houses are exceptionally clean and are fully stocked with anything you can possibly need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

For our getaway we picked the house on the Dean’s which was absolutely adorable, very well decorated and so so so clean. It was even better than the description, had all of the amenities and more. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway. 5 star!!

2019-06-24This was our first time staying at one of Virginia and Debbies properties. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. They were a pleasure to work with and the house was beautiful! The house was fully stocked with everything you might need for a great beach vacations. My kids asked if we could move there for good! Hopefully we will be able to return soon. The location of the house was great - quiet and relaxing, but close to stores, restaurants and activities the whole family could enjoy. Thank you for a great stay!

The house is gorgeous with immediate beach access and kayaks available to go out on the water. Theres plenty of space indoors and outside for the whole family or group to have a great time by the beach. Well surely be back!
