Best massage of my life with Kathy. She has magic hands. I have terrible chronic pain and while someparts of the massages were (necessarily) painful the entire thing was truly he best massage of my life. Go see Kathy and tip her well. She deserves it. I had three pain free days in a row after my massage with her.
By far the worst massage I have ever received. This woman did not know how to give a proper massage, she basically just dug her elbows into my back and rubbed it hard and fast. I got burns from it and told her many times to stop doing that or slow down. She had no idea how to do trigger point therapy or even give a soothing massage. Worse than that the owner was rude, and gave me attitude about leaving a 10% tip - which in my opinion was very generous. Nor did she bother to ask how the massage was. Rarely review - but stay away from this place!! Have had 50-100 massages - this may have been the absolute worst
The front desk lady demanded a 20% tip and said my 10% tip wasn’t enough. She literally harassed me. I wish I didn’t tip or even come at all. Never again, stay away.
The only reason that this place doesnt get a straight 5 stars is because they keep changing the masseuse.Youd get the masseuse you want, then shes gone after 2-3 months.Besides that, the place is clean, the service is great. I go here because I get sore after soccer. Make sure that you want someone with strong hands. Otherwise, you might get someone thats just mediocre.
The place has been going downhill for the past year and now it has reached its destination. I had the worst massage of my life there. Full body-weight elbow — only. Elbow on bone. Elbow on kidneys. Elbow on tendons, tissue, neck. I had to stop her five times and finally ended it early. Anywhere but there.

This place is super shady.To be honest Ive had decent massages here but they ripped me off 2xs!The first time I went here she overcharged my card. I thought it was a mistake on my part with the pricing and the massage was fine so I went back later.The 2nd time (today) I had a massage and paid with card. Someone tried to transfer money from my account right after! It is 95% them cause I havent used the card anywhere else in awhile. I was gonna go yell at them but figured a review would do more damage and help others more. There a wonderful place on 103 and Broadway that gives amazing massages with robbing your account go there or anywhere else. Or stay home and be happy you have a safe bank account. 2xs theyve taken my money..... Im telling people, dont do it!
I am so glad to have found Long Teng in my neighborhood!! This is a no frills Chinese bodywork place. Upon entering smiling Chinese ladies greeted me and guided me to my own massage room. Then its deep tissue massage heaven for the next 60 minutes - for $50 only! The price is unheard of in manhattan (outside of Chinatown)! Masseuse was very attentive and really worked on my problem areas with my pressure preference. I left Long Teng feeling sooooo relaxed. They even gave me a buy 10 get 1 free loyalty card so I have no choice but to return soon :). Again this place is such good value for quality massages. If you are looking for a luxurious spa then this is not for you.
Kathy is amazing. She gives me the best massage ever. I am so happy to find a really good professional massage therapist in NY.
Outmoding work. I have had massages all over the world and these people have been attentive to my personal needs. Far better than drugs for pain treatment . They are remarkable. What else can I say.

Very friendly, clean, knowledgeable of what she was doing, best massage ever, I told her where it hurt and she did a great job, very reasonable price, took me inside on time I did not have to wait.
They worked on my back really good. Not a sleazy place like some of those rub and tug places. Feeling 100% better. Will come back.
Great deep massage, nothing fancy, and super cheap! Every masseuse is a bit differet, and some more intense, but still great!

2022-04-28Great work and great price. I had a lot of knots and Anna took care of most in an hr. I am less stress this week. I need more sessions because of the build up.

2022-06-12The service was okay and when I paid at the front desk I gave a 15% tip, which I believe is quite generous. However, the staff was really rude that they insisted a 20%. I was thinking of visiting on a regular basis before that but now I do not think I will ever return to this place. I want the staff to know that they have left their customers feeling very annoyed and it is indeed not a professional attitude.

2020-08-15Have been going to this place for 4 years now-- never had a bad massage. I am not always sure about what is going on since I cant see while theyre massaging, but I think they have walked on my back and used their knees ... whatever they do, I leave feeling amazing.It is a very clean space and very calming with relaxing music playing. You can sometimes hear the other massages going on, and the curtains that separate the massage areas could probably be a bit wider, but it has never been too much of an issue for me.They have a rewards card where you get 10 massages (which they write on your card), and after you fill up the card you get a free massage with a value that equals the average of the 10 you paid for.With the pandemic going on they take your temperature as soon as you walk in, and sign a form with your information and an attestation that you havent had COVID symptoms.

2022-07-26This place does not understand requests. I asked to have a male therapist on the phone they said they had. Came down to find out no one there knew what a “male therapist” was. Very unprofessional and lied to us to get business. To top it off no one spoke English and trying to Explain that I requested a male was impossible

2020-04-16No frills massage place, generally they have availability for walk-ins. But the thing is you can be really hit or miss with the therapists. My first few visits were great - good service, timely, and responsive therapist. My last visit, after which I decided I would not return, the therapist rushed through the massage and generally seemed she didnt want to be there. At the end while paying, I tipped her 10% for the decidedly mediocre massage. She snatched the receipt from me to scrutinize my tip amount and then almost spat at me, rudely said Next time you tip 20%!. It was such aggressive and entitled behavior, I should have made that tip zero. Management - please train your people to not demand tips. You lost a customer. Customers will tip well if the service is good.edit: This negative experience happened in Oct 2019. Perhaps management has changed since then.

2021-11-06They often massage using their feetBut since they dont speak a word of English you either come away unsatisfied or injured. The place was great but I dont know what happened the last 6 months its been horrible.
