Had to call Loose Leaf Law for a minor billing issue. Had a representative by the name Tina assist me. All I can say is, her attitude was amazing. Helped me all the way through. Dealt with my problem like it wasn’t even an issue. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. Wish more people were like her! Thank you!

Service use to be good...paid for priority mail 2 to 3 day delivery and its going on the 4th day and I havent received my order. I called them and they stated my order went out on the 19th, however after checking my tracking it actually went out on the 22nd, when my order was made on the 18th. Do not pay for anything but standard mail its a rip off to get more money!!...not using this place again using Barnes and Noble a trusted and well known site with great customer service!!

To be frank, it doesnt look like much from the outside. But on the inside, for legal professionals this place is like what the back room of a comic book store is to nerds. its where the good stuff is hidden.
