The guy who works at the deli is always in a rush to make multiple orders at the same time. Ordered a hot sandwich and the only thing hot was the bread cheese wasn’t melted or nothing .
Very attentive service, fresh food made from scratch, great variety, right price and open until late.
Good spot for when u dont want to go to the supermarket! They also sell food which is great ! Its like a to go restaurant and mini market all at the same time. Ohhhans they also have meat market next door which also sells fish! I love this place and didnt k ow about it until my brother in law told me about it. They also do delivery which is the best for when I dont wanna go out ...
Literally a mini Hispanic supermarket! They’ve got all kinds of things for your home.•They have hot breakfasts, lunch/dinners for takeout or delivery, an AWESOME Sandwich guy!, & friendly cashiers.$5 card minimum & I believe $10 minimum for deliveries. They take samsung/Apple Pay & have an ATM machine.
Ive been coming to this store for years. They havd quality service, very pleasant and family oriented. They could get 5 stars, because there products are expensive.
These people are RACIST!!!!!! The new owner & his workers treat spanish-speaking people like VIP ROYALTY & Look down on AMERICANS WHO ONLY SPEAK ENGLISH & WILL ACT LIKE YOUR CRAZY!!!! THIS IS AMERICA U DONT LIKE IT GET BACK ON W.E BOAT U CAME ON & GO BACK 2 UR COUNTRY!!! I MISS WHEN GORDO WORKED HERE !! Now they have this short man that works at the cash register all the way on the left near the wall when you walk in & he is ALWAYS ANGRY!!!! IF U DONT SPEAK SPANISH HE WILL LOOK DOWN ON U & TREAT U LIKE GARBAGE !!!! HE CHOOSES HIS SPANISH PEOPLE 1ST AS CUSTOMERS & MAKE NON SPANISH SPEAKING PEOPLE WAIT A LONGGGGG time just to pack their bags & pay for their groceries !!!! HE ALWAYS HAS AN ANGRY FACE ON & looks MISERABLE like he hates people!!!! The guys that work there & do deliveries & also the guys that stand around the store helping out will all gossip in spanish with the same cashier MAN about the people inside the store like they are garbage , talking about people righr in front of there face in spanish , u can see all of their heads turning and gossiping. ... it is unbelievable , before the NEW OWNER bought this store is was called LOS CHAVALES & IT WAS THE BEST!!!! it was a family store that EVERYONE WENT TO !! it was sooooo welcoming , if you was short a quarter they would say, hey dont worry about it if you had a baby & didnt have money for formula at the time , they would let you get credit just to make sure you can feed your baby ... ohhh nooo not with this new owner & his horrible workers... if your even short A PENNY!!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL LOOK AT U LIKE YOU ARE GARBAGE, WORTHLESS, & LET IT BE KNOWN THROUGH OUT THE STORE THAT YOUR SHORT A PENNY & NEED TO PAY IT NOW!!!! Has a large variety of products. People at the grill and deli are always helpful. Cashiers seem to be angry and have a less than enthusiastic attitude
I found a roach crawling on the food and they have wic never know wat is wic items and have some workers who have attitudes i reported them

Great Philly steak hero. However it was listed natural orange juice and I received one that was not . Issue was solved .

2022-04-12Dont ever order food from them… they sent me old food . The potato salad was watery and flavorless , the pernil was dried and looked two days old , also flavorless . And the rice was HARD . Also looked like they had this food out and still serving it to customers. Disappointed.

2021-07-22Bought hot food from here and found hair twice in my chicken and rice!!! The lady started being disrespectful and talking in Spanish. Personally I didn’t care what she was saying I just wanted my money back. The guy who can speak english states “It’s supposed to be hair in the chicken.” I’m like what ? If your chicken has hair in it that means your chicken is not clean!!! Rude workers working, nasty food with hair!! Never again! They are only respectful to their own kind.

2016-12-25Customer Service is a clear priority. Service is fast and friendly. The store is always clean and tidy. They also make really goooood food, it is always well cooked, which can make it take a while but you never have to worry about food poisoning. Pricing is reasonable, there are cheaper alternatives but at the sacrifice of great customer service.

2020-10-13It is very convenient,opens early and closes late.The cashiers and servers,even though their first language is spanish, they try their best to accommodate English speakers to the best of their ability. They are pleasant.

2020-01-25If you are Latino Im sure you think this place is great. For the rest of us just think of small levels of disrespect. On one visit I had to wait for the cashier to finish speaking to a customer who just entered before he would begin bagging my 3 items. The price for my purchases always go up by fifty cents and I have to remind them to give me all of my change. I like to say thank you to employees at the register but half the the time I get no response.
