Los Gatos is amazing! Rebecca and Charles are wonderful human beings full of life love and energy. We will continue to stay here as this is the best place! And when you wake up and have one of Rebecca’s incredibly delicious, scrumptious, amazing breakfasts you will come back every time you visit also!
If you are looking for a place to stay in the Finger Lakes area, then look no further. The breakfast is amazing, the hosts are wonderful, the area is breathe taking, and the entire place is spotless.At breakfast, youll get to know the hosts (Charles and Rebecca) and the other guests while you enjoy some of the best breakfast of your life. They will adjust what they make if you have any dietary restrictions (my wife is gluten free and she got the same exact food, just gluten free). They make their own coffee, jams, juice, and syrups.I cant fit everything good I want to say about Los Gatos on this review, but I have to mention the rooms. They are all beautiful and lovely, but the best part about them is that Rebecca used to clean houses for a living and it shows. The entire place is spotless. I could relax as if I was in my own house. If for no other reason, the peace of mind that comes with a clean place to stay makes it worth every penny.
From the minute we pulled in I knew I was going to love this place. The view is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious. The owners are wonderful. I would come back just to relax on the deck and drink the special blend coffee. Check in was very easy and the room was comfortable and beautifully furnished. We will be back.
This is our second stay at Los Gatos with friends. We stayed in one of the cabins, Casa Verde both times. Each stay was equally enjoyable. The hosts, Charlie and Rebecca Franks were both gracious and accommodating. The facilities were immaculate and were extremely well kept. The breakfasts were delicious. We are looking forward to our next trip back.
Celebrating our 40 year anniversary we decided to explore the Finger Lakes for a few days. Before we even arrived Charles and Rebecca sent us great suggestions on local experiences to be had. Our suite was comfortable and enjoyed 3 solid nights of sleep and 3 delicious breakfasts prepared by Rebecca. Although a snow storm pushed us home a day earlier than anticipated, we had a wonderful experience at Los Gatos!
My husband and I along with another couple just got back from a weekend at Los Gatos to celebrate my hubbys birthday. We stayed in the 2 cabins! It was magnificent! The breakfast is just wonderful! The portions were huge and delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed the cabins! Just steps from the main house and you get your own little space! We will definitely be back!
This was the second time my husband and I stayed at Los Gatos. We loved it so much on our first trip we decided to book this second trip on our way home.Rebecca and Charles are excellent hosts who offer beautiful accommodations, excellent service, food to write home about, (including homemade jams!), and good conversation!We stayed in the Casa Verde cabin both times. Very comfortable, as warm or cool as you need, and beautiful scenery right from the porch. The grounds are well kept and offer great photo opps.We can’t say enough good things and we will return!
My wife and I stayed 2 nights in the Blue room, which was immaculate. Breakfast both mornings was delicious, especially the first morning. Fresh blueberries, walnuts, and a pinch of lemon baked together in a pastry sure gave a mouthful of flavor. Charles & Rebecca were great hosts, friendly and nice to talk with. The grounds looked great but we had a couple of rainy days, so we didnt explore. Would definitely recommend this place
I stayed at this warm and welcoming B & B in July when I was in town for a family event. The space is peaceful and pretty, and the food delicious and hearty. I stayed in the suite and found it to be spacious and quiet. I felt safe (always a plus as a woman traveling alone) and that I had privacy. The owners are social - without being overbearing! - and have a knack for bringing strangers together over food. I highly recommend Los Gatos B & Band will book here again when I am in the area.Also, if you are in the market for a new coffee mug, the Los Gatos B & B mug, which they custom ordered, is the best at keeping coffee warm (its available for sale if you want a keepsake).
We have been coming to LosGatos B&B for over 20 years. The business was sold to Charles and Rebecca. They are keeping up the tradition of fine food, good company and a wonderful B&B experience. They have made a few design changes that are really awesome. (After all they need to make it their own)We went in 2020 (That tiny little covid window where you could travel) and again just recently. Everything is clean, neat and so beautiful.I would recommend them to any that ask. They try to be as accommodating as they can (They set an extra space for us so we can join in the main dining area. We were an odd number) They also set up a separate space for people wishing to be separate from everyone.Food was awesome. We already booked for next year!!
Charlie and Rebecca were gracious hosts and we felt that we were conversing with old friends. The room was very clean, organized, and had a home-feel quality. The property was well kept and it was beautifully decorated with a great variety of flower plants against the backdrop of tall trees. Perhaps the best part of our visit was the food. It was delicious. We had breakfast at the outdoor table under the gazebo surrounded by beautiful hummingbirds and other wildlife. It was a great way to start our day. Were looking forward to returning to Los Gatos B&B.
Los Gatos is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the perfect location to explore the finger lakes wineries, breweries and to go on hikes. We stayed in the cabins which were spacious and comfortable and very clean. The property had gorgeous views and we enjoyed the rocking chairs and fire pit on the deck. Charles and Rebecca were perfect hosts and breakfast was delicious — the homemade grape juice and jams were great. Looking forward to visiting again!!
I stayed at Los Gatos for three nights with my partner and it was a wonderful experience. Though there are many selling points for the B&B, the best has to be the warmth and hospitality of the hosts, Charles and Rebecca. They are super friendly; it practically felt like we were staying with old friends! As for hospitality, each morning we were served a (different everyday!) delicious breakfast: highlights of those included homemade apple and cherry danishes, grape juice made from grapes they grow themselves, flaky savory quiche - the list goes on. Highly recommend!Other points:- Beautiful and large outdoor space- Location-wise, it’s within easy driving distance of many varied attractions, e.g. parks, wineries, restaurants, etc.- Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom well-kept.- If you’re a dog lover, they have two dogs who love being pet and are happy to be shown attention!

We could have stayed here a month! Loved visiting for hours with perfect hosts Charles and Rebecca and all the other guests, over delicious, mouth-watering breakfasts. Very nice people! Rebecca has perfected breakfast. The couple grows their own fruit and makes their own special jams and grape juice. Even the coffee was over the top. Our hosts’ amazing knowledge of the area was also a huge plus. Their recommendations helped guide us to some perfect hikes, sights, and beautiful lakes in the area, along with wonderful restaurants. Los Gatos Bed and Breakfast is perfectly located between majestic lakes. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and generously supplied with towels. We had a delightful stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay for my birthday week celebration! We stayed in one of the cabins which was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean! The property is very big and very well kept. There were a lot of cute areas to sit and relax. Charles gave great suggestions of the area and Rebeccas breakfast every morning was incredible. Everything made was fresh, local, and homemade juices and jams. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to everyone!
My wife & I stayed at Los Gatos for one night for our 5 year anniversary. The grounds were BEAUTIFUL & the hospitality from the owners Rebecca & Charles was A PLUS. We stayed in the blue cabin which was perfect for what we were looking for. Breakfast in the morning fresh made by Rebcecxa was also soooooo good. Highly recommend!

We took a quick weekend getaway and could not be more thrilled with our choice in where we stayed. Los Gatos was a beautiful property, providing gorgeous views of Penn Yan from a immaculately kept yard. We stayed in a cabin, which was so cozy and clean. It was nice to feel like we had some privacy, but also so close to others! Charles and Rebecca were so kind from check-in (that included brownies!), to managing some technical difficulties with our cabin entry, to offering restaurant suggestions nearby. And the food! Breakfast was delicious every morning- a wide variety of sweet and savory, including so many local items. We left stuffed every morning on our way to wineries. The location was also so convenient to many wineries and quick access to restaurants in town. We cannot sing enough praises for our experience at Los Gatos and already cannot wait to return!
I booked a one night stay here for my parents for their anniversary and they couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was. They even said they wished they could’ve stayed longer. The best breakfast they had by Seneca Lake by far, and the place was very well kept and very clean. They stayed in the Grand Suite and the room was beautiful. Their favorite accommodation was the back deck area with the fire pit. As for me, booking the room was very easy and talking with one of the owners personally made the stay for my parents even better. Charles and Rebecca went out of their way to make their stay more personalized by offering and picking up wine and flowers to place in their room upon arrival. They even said Happy 35th Anniversary when they checked in. I’m so pleased everything went perfect for my parents stay and I hope sometime in the future I can stay there myself.
Our stay at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast was fantastic. Charles and Rebecca were wonderful hosts. They are very attentive. The cabin we stayed in was spotless. There is so much attention to detail in everything that they provide. The breakfasts that are served are outstanding. There is so much love and thought put into each serving. From the views to the food, you will not be disappointed!
Los Gatos was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. To begin, the grounds and the cabin were beautiful! The cabin was the perfect size for two of us to be able to relax. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts are DELICIOUS right down to the homemade grape juice and jams. Even the location is perfect, right in between Keuka and Seneca. We will definitely return here soon and are already bragging about it to our family! Thank you for an amazing time!

Absolutely incredible 2 night stay. Charles and Rebecca made us feel like family. The morning breakfast and coffee was phenomenal. The property is in pristine condition and we truly loved the fire pit at night on the porch. We normally do not choose to stay in B & Bs but so thankful we did. There is no better place to stay in the Finger Lakes!
Los Gatos is in a beautiful setting, perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes area. As others have said, it is a little hard to see the entrance if you are coming from the North. It is just past a Big Red Barn. The hosts are delightful and informative about the area. Breakfast are wonderful. We stayed in the blue (Azul) cabin. Highly recommended!
Charles and Rebecca are terrific hosts! They make you feel so welcome. Their home is so inviting and surrounded by beautiful scenery and gardens. Breakfasts are out of this world. They both go above and beyond for their guests. We stayed for 4 days and became such great friends with them. Enjoyed their company and their recommendations for exploring the area. We already miss them, their b&b and the FLX. Top notch place!!!
Very Relaxing with Great Hosts!My husband and I spent 4 nights and had a great time! The owners, Rebecca and Charles are welcoming, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and Rebecca cooked me a special vegetarian dish. The grounds of the B&B have beautiful landscaping and gardens with a nice trail on the property. I enjoyed walking around the property and sitting outside early in the morning. Very relaxing and quiet.
My friend and I had plans to go to Canada when at the last minute the plans fell through. Boy oh boy do we feel blessed to have found Los Gatos! Rebecca and Charles were most accommodating and put a single bed in the sitting area of the suite so we would each have our own bed. Everthing about our stay was fabulous. Our room was spacious and comfortable (with good mattresses!) and very clean, the food was delicious and plentiful, the grounds of Los Gatos are beautiful and such a great location. We stayed in one of the cabins a few weeks ago over Easter weekend. We keep going back because its such a relaxing and ideal location. The cabins are great and Charles & Rebecca are terrific hosts. The next time we go, we want to spend time with the dogs!
We kicked off our recent trip to the Finger Lakes at Los Gatos and I’m glad we did. Charles and Rebecca were warm and welcoming. The grounds were lovely, and the location made it easy to get around to many wineries and other attractions. We love dogs and requested to meet the pups, which was kindly accommodated. Charles was helpful and responsive before and during our stay. My husband is still raving about Rebecca’s clafoutis. Lots of love goes into running the Los Gatos B&B.
We wanted a nice bed & breakfast for our wedding anniversary, & Los Gatos fit the bill perfectly. We arrived on Friday afternoon & noticed how beautiful the grounds, main building & cabins are, it was obvious everything was well tended & cared for. We were greeted by Charles, who led us to our room & showed us around. He is very knowledgeable about the area & local businesses, we followed his recommendations & couldnt have been happier.We stayed in the Grand Suite, which occupies the upper floor of the main house. It has a large bedroom, large sitting area & its own balcony with a beautiful view of the property, which Charles lovingly maintains. The suite was beautifully decorated & very comfortable, with many comforts like a television & refrigerator. There is plenty of closet space, a good sized dresser & a wall of windows with a bench across the front t of them. The curtains & cushions on the bench were sewn by Charles wife Rebecca, who is very talented.Rebecca is a fantastic cook, her breakfasts were amazing & there was more than enough food for everyone. Both Charles & Rebecca are extremely nice people who obviously care about the comfort of their guests, as well as getting to know them. We felt more like we were staying for the weekend with friends than we were staying at an establishment run as a business. While conversing comfortably with their guests, both Charles & Rebecca were ensuring that everyone had whatever they needed or wanted without the feeling that they were working, they were being kind & courteous.We plan to return soon, & bring some family members along because we think they will love it there as much as we do. We look forward to returning & spending more time with Charles & Rebecca!

What a great place. If you are look for lodging options in the Seneca lake area there’s no better choice. Hosts Charlie and Rebecca make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive. And Breakfast……to die for! Great time, great stories, great hosts! A must if visiting the area. Supper clean. Supper comfortable. Loved it ! Can’t go wrong. We’ll be back again next summer!
The facility was clean, attractive, conveniently located and quiet. Charlie and Rebecca were friendly and attentive, yet respected our privacy. The breakfasts were unique, tasty and satisfyingly generous.The value was great and we added mugs, syrup and jellies, all reasonably priced.
Absolutely delightful! We stayed in the Casa Azul (small cabin that has everything you could possibly need ). Our hosts were wonderful! Most of what they serve at breakfast is homegrown and homemade and absolutely delicious. Their advice was great (Rebecca pointed us to a lovely beach on Lake Canandaigua that was perfect for swimming on an iffy weather day and Charles recommended a lovely restaurant that was just what we wanted). The dogs are a delight - nothing makes my daughter happier than being around animals. We would definitely stay there again! The area is lovely - wonderful state parks, beautiful lakes.
If your reading this, you are likely trying to make a determination on if Los Gatos is worth it. Is it worth the cost? Is the location good? Can I enjoy this? Yes, all yes. At the heart of this recommendation is a lovely married couple with a shared heart of gold and a vision for the future. A bed and breakfast is an experience, and it can cost about half a mortgage payment, so its an investment. The expectations are high. Los Gatos exceeds them. We chose the cabin, which was clean, perfect size, and secluded enough that I felt the privacy. Our days were spent hitting up wineries across the area, the farthest being about 20-30 minutes away. This was not at a problem, and the location is great on a map. As much as I love wineries and the area though, I very much looked forward to mornings with Charles and Rebecca. Every breakfast was incredible, and it came with great conversations. The main house was great to visit. These people are incredibly proud of what they built, and they should be. Some mornings, Charles will share an incredible four grapes juice and give you some details on how it was made. Its incredible and there are incredible jams, incredible dishes, and just great conversations with these folks. Not sure how to spend your day? Theyve got some great ideas. Want to find out if a location is worth visiting, they never steered us wrong. The worst part of this experience was the day we left, and how I still miss these folks today. They have a vision for the future of Los Gatos, and they are constantly improving the experience which is motivation enough to return. The only word of warning I would share is despite the sign, its sometimes easy to miss the entrance but its no big deal, turning around is easy. Additionally, the parking lot is tight but not-problematic but due yourself a favor and give these guys a heads up if your bringing your RV or your boat, they have a plan around that. 11/10 stars, its worth your money and its worth your time.
My husband and I went with two dear friends and spent a few days at this B & B about a month ago. We all had the most wonderful time here. Charles and Rebecca were warm, inviting, helpful and so eager to please and make our stay memorable. The homemade breakfasts were AMAZING and the cabins we stayed in were comfy and clean. We chose Los Gatos a bit on a whim, but were so happy we stayed there. Our night stay was in one of their cabins, which was perfect for social distancing. We slept great and I loved our little porch. We drank some local wine while rocking in our front porch chairs in the evening. The grounds are gorgeous and it was also great spending time on their gazebo on the deck. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, and it’s so clear that the owner put tons of love and care into their property. We will definitely be back. It was beyond relaxing.

Genuine, friendly and down to earth hosts who will make you feel like good friends, not just guests passing through. Beautiful rooms each with their own unique motif, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The home cooked breakfasts are really something special,from the home-grown and homemade fruit jams, to the delicious frittatas, french toast, biscuits and parfaits, all freshly prepared each day, you will feel very spoiled. Delicious. The freshly squeezed grape juice, from grapes grown onsite is not to be passed up, likewise the home made apple cider syrup, its amazing, your taste buds will love you forever for trying it. Los Gatos B&B was a perfect family gathering spot as we met here from three different cities. Location was great. Charlie and Becca were very welcoming and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious!! Clean and cozy. Would HIGHLY recommend!! Looking forward to returning in the future.
Absolutely delightful visit, very spacious cabins. We stayed in the casa verde, and it was nice and quiet! The meals Rebecca made were lovely, and Charles was very informative about the area and the grapes they grow to make their homemade grape juice, jellies, apple cider syrup ect. I will stay here again and recommend it to everyone who wishes to get away from the busy life.
I stayed at Los Gatos bed and breakfast this past week 7/24-7/27 and it was the best first trip to the Fingerlakes I could have asked for. Charles and Rebecca were great hosts. My family and I rented out the whole place. I personally stayed in one of the Cabin which was the cutest. Comfortable, private, cozy. My family and I after a long day of winery, brewery and distillery hopping (all an easy drive away) started our nights on the back deck by the fire pit and ended on the cabin porches listening to music. The property is gorgeous and the food (breakfasts) were amazing. My whole family was pleased with the two course breakfasts which started each day off nicely. I would highly recommend Los Gatos and the cabins if they are available. Thanks again for the best time Charles and Rebecca, we can’t wait for our next trip.
The Innkeepers Charlie and Rebecca were extremely gracious, their property and cabins/rooms are very comfortable. The grounds have beautiful flowers and their home and property is in a great location central to all Finger Lakes main areas.The breakfasts were superb, as was the homemade jams (yes - they are for sale and we bought 5!), homemade syrup, whipped cream (for breakfast pastries of course) and juices.The grounds are beautiful, cabins and. Back yard porch overlooking Penn Yan farmland. Everything was perfect and I’d highly recommend their accommodations.
The cabin we stayed in was spotless and perfectly appointed. The homemade breakfast was first rate and the views of the fall colors in late October were spectacular. What a perfectly adorable piece of heaven! Youll feel like you are right at home at this bed and breakfast. We splurged for the cabin (totallllllyyyyy worth it!) And felt right at home! Very quaint, cozy, immaculately clean and wonderfully zen. We felt like family, the owners Rebecca and Charles are beyond hospitable and have the best recommendations for the area (dont miss the Spotted Duck for some awesome ice cream flights!) Located close to literally everything, and lit up at night so its easy to find. Our breakfast was so delicious, with fresh grape juice from their vines, fresh fruit (literally like every fruit in 1 dish-impressed!) Fresh baked biscuits and jam, an on the spot fresh whipped cream & an apple french toast pie type pastry that was...oh my STARS so good! What a wonderful little getaway this has been. Looking forward to another mini-getaway at this slice of paradise!

This place has a great location and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts here are spectacular. It is only 15 minutes to the middle of Seneca Lake and 5 minutes to the top of Keuka lake. You have to try there home made jellies and jams also.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Los Gatos Bed and Breakfast. Even though not much was opened in the finger lakes due to Covid-19, Charles and Rebecca made sure we had a great visit. Our chats at breakfast were so fun and we are already missing our morning fresh breakfasts and our nightly wine tasting by the fire at night star gazing! Was such a relaxed and pleasant weekend. We’ve stayed at a lot of places around Seneca lake including Belhurst castle, Geneva on the lake and single shore cabins, but this was by far our favorite experience. The rooms are impeccably clean and the grounds so nice and quiet. They had a lot of options for us at night including games and puzzles and trails to walk on so plenty to do at night! But just a great place to recharge the batteries and see what a beautiful landscape New York State has to offer! Highly recommend!!
What a clean, warm and fun BnB experience at Los Gatos! Penn Yan is a great location to be in order to experience most of what the Fingerlakes have to offer too. Our hosts Rebecca and Charles could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The room in the main house (or two cabins on the property) were quaint. The breakfasts provided were awesome with homemade jams, jellies and their own roasted coffee. We will definitely return again.
The couple were phenomenal hosts and very accommodating! They have a beautiful location, well equipped rooms/cabins, and plenty to do with your significant other during your down time. Their food is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The prices are respectable for the provisions and their location and one hundred percent worth it!

Loved staying with Charles and Rebecca at their very well managed property. Loved freshly made breakfast each morning. The deck and backyard walk are very relaxing and worth spending some time at.

This was our first, but hopefully not the last time staying at Los Gatos. It was stunningly beautiful everywhere you looked. Burney and Susan are not only gracious hosts but they take great care and pride in keeping their accommodations clean , comfortable,and beautiful.We had a lovely 22nd anniversary and relaxed in our cozy, private, and beautiful little cabin! We only wish the shower was a little more powerful , but to me a small item in the bigger scheme.😁Burney provides a delicious breakfast that truly makes you feel special using many of the resources found on their spacious property.I would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the Finger Lakes!
Celebrating 30 year wedding anniversary for a week. Los Gatos BnB was the PERFECT intimate overnight stay as we headed to Niagara Falls. Charlie and Rebecca are amazing friendly hospitable generous hosts. We shall return!!!
Wonderful B&B in Penn Yan, NY. The accommodations were very nice and the breakfast was superb. Nice views and beautiful flowers in and around the back yard and deck. Would absolutely recommend Los Gatos B&B.
Wonderful experience from the moment of checking in to departure. The breakfast is very good and was different every day or our stay. We sat on the deck every night enjoying the country views and the fire-pit. Burney and Susan are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire Finger Lakes region, and their recommendations were right on the money.
Rebecca and Charles make everyone feel welcome. Serene beautiful spot just outside of Penn Yan. The morning breakfast are amazing! A must stay if you visit the finger lakes wine trail 🍷

We drove to the Inn, after walking several miles on The U.S and Canadian side of Niagara Falls, in the blazing sun of a heat wave. When we were shown our 2nd floor converted attic suite, I noticed the room temperature was 75 degrees. I asked how to lower it to around 70 and the owner Susan told me that 75 degrees is a comfortable temp and that I should just sit down in the room and run the floor fan. I used the wall unit to lower it to 70. At $200 per night, I should not have to be in a sweltering room and justify my own comfort. The ironic thing is they have 100% solar power and do not even buy electricity! Also, be at breakfast at 9 am sharp or no breakfast for you, since it is highly regimented!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend get-way, and it was wonderful. Great hosts, breakfast, and scenery. Fabulous wineries and breweries nearby, too. Wed stay again if we werent moving out of state.

My wife and have visited this place over the last 5 years. Burney and Susan are great hosts with ideas of where to visit and what to see in the area. They have the best food that you can die for. During the off-season (late fall to early spring), they even allow us to be testers of their new creations.
We just spent an overnight at Los Gatos in Penn Yan..it was a wonderful experience...from the beautiful setting in the rolling hills of the Finger Lakes, to the very accommodating and knowledgeable hosts, Rebecca and Charles... enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening with the fire pit going and sipping hot cider and watching the stars in the sky....to an awesome home cooked breakfast with fresh grape juice that the hosts made from their grapes...(a REAL treat!)....to meeting Moose and Grizzly...2 beautiful dogs and also enjoyed the hike we took to a waterfall...recommended by the hosts....their B and B is gorgeous and you will feel very much at home...we would highly recommend a stay there and enjoy this awesome part of NY...all in all...a great get a way for us!

2022-04-16What an amazing B&B. The location was perfect. Wineries, breweries, shops, restaurants, all nearby and worth the gorgeous drive. The view was spectacular! The cabin was just beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the linens were great. Breakfast in the main house was delicious and the hosts were wonderful to talk with. It was a shame we had to go home. Cant wait to come visit again!

Charles and Rebecca, the owners were outstanding and paid attention to every detail. Rebeccas homemade breakfasts were amazing!! And we are still talking about the fresh grape juice and jams!! 2022-06-17This was, without any doubt, the most beautiful BnB we have ever stayed in. Not only are the grounds amazing to wander around and appreciate the beautiful gardens and seating areas, but the rooms are larger than usual and appointed with gorgeous furniture, quilts, and all necessities for travel stay. The breakfasts served were gourmet, and my food allergy was met totally. The owners are two of the very most pleasant people who love to talk to you and treat you as best friends. We look forward to seeing them again very soon. We have both raved about Los Gatos to our children and friends! Loved, loved, loved every minute.

2022-05-22The location was perfect. The cabin was very accommodating, immaculate, and homey. The breakfasts were gourmet and out of this world with homemade jams and fruit juices. The host and hostess were spectacular, very sweet and friendly, so much that I hated to leave. We will be back to this perfect place. Did I mention the view there? Everything was perfect.

2022-06-07Los Gatos B&B is situated on the outskirts of Penn Yan, on a beautiful, large parcel of land, where the owners cultivate a nice garden. It is not secluded, but quiet. The whole experience of staying at Los Gatos is amazing: from meeting the lovely owners, who actually seem to like what they do and enjoy talking to their guests, to a calm evening on the expansive porch, to a tasty breakfast, served to the common tables - and the good is just like at home. Couldn’t recommend this place more eagerly - reserve now.

2022-05-23My husband and I had such a lovely stay at Los Gatos recently! The inn is so adorable, on a beautiful piece of land and hosted by the nicest couple! We stayed in one of their cabins (casa Azul) which was larger than expected, well maintained, clean, comfortable and so nicely decorated. I have to give a special shout out about breakfast, it was so delicious each morning, the menu was obviously prepared with such care! The hosts we so kind, helpful and friendly. The location was also great in regards to seeing the sites and easily traveling around! We would absolutely stay again and recommend!

2022-06-05This was my husband and Is first trip to the Finger Lakes and our first BnB experience! We were a little hesitant with the idea of sharing a common space with hosts & strangers, but boy did we luck out. Charles & Rebeccas spot was so perfect. Their hospitality, cooking, property, and recommendations were all wonderful. We didnt want to leave. Rebecca’s breakfast and their custom coffee was the perfect way to start our day! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are clean & cozy, and the location was close to wineries. We cant wait to come back and visit!
