Small place always crowded where you can find lots of bargain articles some of them brand name at affordable prices. Isles lack signs forcing you to walk around the store to find other bargains not necessarily what you are looking for.
Lot less is not what it use to be, it looks more like a supermarket. They dont carry detergent, brooms, household cleaners, ETCETERA. X-mas time they had a better selection of toys, now is like they get the leftover. Their bathroom accessories are expensive specially the shower curtains,and this happened when they renovated the store. I hope they realize whats going on.

My parents come here together almost every Monday and Tuesday and the prices here are quite decent.
The items sold at the store are good and affordable. The reason i am giving it a 2 star is because of their return policy. I purchased two items at a different lot less in chambers street. When i tried to return the items at this location I was told, that I was not going to get the full amount of money i paid for because each lot less store price their items differently. Nowhere on their receipt says that. So if you plan to return or exchange an item from this storeMake sure you do so at the original store you purchased the items from so they dont try to rob you like they tried to do to me.
They have a lot of different things...new things are added weekly...and some things are sold quickly...I love shopping here...👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Hard to find the same products if you need to replace them as the stock is limited. Great place to find gifts, toiletries and small household items.
Want great bargains? Visit Lot for Less. Same as Amazing Savings stores. It is an opportunity found place. It has great prices for everyday use things. I visit on a regular basis specially when in need of toys, party utensils, bathroom plastic curtains etc.
It was my first time at this store and I was kind of surprised with how low the prices were. I was able to save 40% or more on toys.
They have lots of random stuff you didnt know you needed. Theyve got everything from food to underwear to toys to home furnishings. Everything is discounted. Things range from good quality to disposable, some things are nearing expiration or are slightly imperfect but usually very worth the price. Great place for people who like to shop.

Cashiers are quick and efficient. Greeter is smiling and pleasant. Layout of goods and merchandise a bit sloppy. Fairly reasonable prices. I would recommend it.

They have an ever changing variety of everything! Be warned though, the checkout line can be long and normally is the later it gets in the day.
This place smells sometimes. Also there’s like maybe 5 bins when you enter the store and too many people all around it, makes it very hard for you to walk inside. They need to learn how to layout that area or remove some of those bins.
Poor up keep of the store and items in the store especially the foodoor items, I found expired food products and others that have a day or two to expire. The quality of merchandise poor, I was happy I only needed gift bags, tape and tissue paper.
Gotta love this place there is always something to buy. When you seeing buy it. Next time it will be gone. Good return policy

My favorite store you found everything you save a lot of money, but I dont go that often because I have a problem shopping and Im trying to control myself. I dont need nothing right now, but I will come in everybody for saving money and have fun. Always you found somebody to speak there. I like really the ones in Manhattan the Bronx one. People are so out of control that they dont let you take the merchandise sometimes and one person. Sometimes take more than one and you stay behind. I dont really like the Bronx tour. And 231st and Broadway. I appreciate Manhattan. Anyone in my head
A real shopping treat. Always something to buy that you need and at a good price. One of my favorite to buy specialty foods and teas. Service is always efficient and friendly.

I’ve been to the Lot Less stores in Manhattan and Queens and they are very clean, organized, and offer much more products. However, when I came to the Lot Less store in the Bronx, I saw the complete opposite and was very disappointed. I highly recommend that the managers and or supervisors, put more effort and attention to this location. It is unfair to the shoppers and the locals.
Usually chaotic store with usually umderstocked inventory that has objects at decent prices but not a real sense of order and feels more like a giant Bodega than the Woolworths it replaced. Good for cheap stuff and quality only. Do not expect any service and an overly egregious security staff.
Very good prices, the workers are pretty damn friendly and the store is really way to navigate. Ive been going here since it was Odd Job years ago and it still have all that lovely charm!
Love this place! Always has a deal the stuff is great quality and alot of their clothing is from out of town or diff country not to many people will.have the same product i got in this place!this is my favorite shop spot they get a five all the way and the name is right lots for less cheack it out
This store has many quality items for a lot less than you would pay at other retail outlets. Just as the name suggests Lot Less. Excellent shopping experience, I saved quite a bit of money shopping here so I was able to pick up more than I would normally.
Great store, Great sales, found Marvel Legends action figures that usually go for $20+ for $9.99. Not bad! Im an avid collector. Im impressed 👍

Great merchandise but the wait on line is a doozy. Great for home goods, beauty products and general merchandise. Great one of kind finds. No parking structure but I usually find parking right out front ( metered parking) .

Okay. It has some items that are meant to be cheap from the start, and some closeouts. There are housewares, food, toys , a few clothing items, ect. Nothing special for me, but something might turn up on those rare occasions I decide to walk in while walking by.
Asst Manager at 231 Street stirw in the Bronx is a sourpuss. He has no personally and if you need to return a item get ready for this man to be unreasonable.What I like about the Lot Less stores, they have reasonable deals.

I like shopping there because they sell brand products with excellent quality. The staff is unfriendly and not willing to help the buyer. I continued to go for the good products that are sold.
I come here for the sales. Could get some good toys 4 cheap for early Xmas shopping. I also get household merch for cheap as well. I usually go early in the day to avoid the crowd.

I am disappointed because I first went there and bought a fidget spinner it was broken then I got a new one next I went to get a rc car price was good looks good but I cant test it because they are all out of AAA batteries 3rd it is a completely filthy place there was gum all over dirt stuff like that almost everything in the store was on the floor (exaggeration) but it was dirty
Love Lot Less because they carry a wide variety of items at discount prices. They will even have brand name items at prices you wont believe.

2022-04-03How about let’s leave no stars. I usually go once in awhile in this store, for this visit I went with my 12 year old daughter whom happen to be right next to me showing me a hello kitty watch which I told her I would not buy because she has an Apple Watch. And a 4ft tall skinny red headed lady starts insulting my daughter saying “you are the little guy that comes here everyday touching, whose mother doesn’t teach manners” . I turned around and confronted her as to why was she speaking to my daughter like that when she never comes to this store. After my daughter lowers her mask when I confronted her she then back tracks that she thought it was someone else. As someone born in this country and have fought for this country I’ve never had such an appalling experience at any retail store.You should take time to properly train your employees to avoid harassing customers in confusion of past experiences and encounters with other clients. I was an avid shopper whom invested quiet a lot of money in this store even when items weren’t of good quality. Ever since I haven’t seen Armando this store declined in integrity and etiquette. Thanks but no thanks.

2022-04-24I used to come here all the time cause the ATM WAS 99 cents but stopped coming in here for a few months and when I go yesterday to use the ATM, it was charging me a $3 fee....Yes you read right, a $3 fee when most ATMs charge about $1.50 to $2 and yes when you come to think about it all those fees add up and especially now that everything is going up. I wont be coming in here anymore, they done messed up.

2017-12-04Amazing store and the bonus was super long line and YES ALL REGISTERS WHERE OPEN and line flew out door. It’s the first lot less ever to have the registers open and the manager deserves a thank you for putting customer first . Ps the security guard is hot. Very hot as I went back today and this store is run by a genius. They need him to take his best practices and share them thru out the company and promote him !! And ps the security guard I was wrong not hot at all he is smoking hotdam u GF/wife is lucky

2022-03-17Lot Less is one of my favorite places to just look around. You never know what youll find but youll always find something. Prices are reasonable and items are returnable for the most part. The staff is friendly too.
