From the first visit to lotus I felt very welcomed. Marissa was my consultant and Im so grateful for her expertise. I originally went on a whim by myself because they had the Stella york I was obsessed with. After trying it on and unfortunately not falling in love with the dress, Marissa recommended a few other dresses. She was so patient and pulled on the dresses in every angle to show me how they would actually fall on my body. She aslso took many pictures and videps of the ones I tried on that day. Sure enough I found THE ONE which was nothing that I had expected to fall in love with. When I went back the second time I brought my maid of honor and my daughter. We had the entire salon to ourselves and Marissa was once again a Saint! I finally got to say yes to my dress. After finding mine we went to the flower girl dresses and she let my daughter pick a few out. We ended up finding both of our dresses at the same appointment. She put a tiara on my baby and let her stand on the pedestal for the full experience. It meant the world to me having her as my consultant and I cant wait to get my dress in and get married! Thank you so much for all of your help. Brides to be DO NOT pass up their salon!

This place is amazing, when I was a little girl in the neighborhood I would always walk by this shop and told myself that I wanted to go there one day. This store made my dreams come true. I got to zoom with nina beforehand and was able to make profile to upload everything I wanted from the lookbook and specified my designers of choice and budget. She was friendly patient and honest, she treated my guests like family, with covid I thought I could only take two people but they were kind enough to squeeze my sister in too!. The showroom is neat and clean with dresses organized from A Line to mermaid and ballgown. It was nice to see trunk show items from various lines like Australian. There is also beautiful display for tiaras , jewelry sets and shoes which you can try on with the outfits. I literally tried on 12 dresses and did not feel rushed at all, most dresses had bras and corsets in them so most designs are flattering. It was amazing to see the whole look come together with the long train, veil and accessories. I loved this place so much that I got two dresses! The accessories and second dress is 20 percent off. There was a snafu with the prices written on the swarovski tiaras but they said I can come back at a later time to purchase it . Customers need to know that there is another showroom in mineola that has the mother of bride and bridesmaids evening dresses, the way this shop is split holds me back from giving five stars but Nina did tell me this in advance on zoom so there was no surprises. Whether you want a fancy dress, victorian or gatsby look , this place will have that dress!! They also do customized crystals for only 100 dollars, it was a neat way to give my vera wang dress that extra wow factor. I couldn’t help but cry with how amazing my experience was here, I highly recommend this place to everyone! I cant wait to come back for my alterations.

Ive been to 6 different wedding dress stores/boutiques and nothing compared to Lotus. Their selection was huge with absolutely gorgeous dresses, and incredible staff. Marissa was SUCH an angel! She made my whole experience seamless, was incredibly patient, supportive, and helped me find my dream dress in 30 minutes. Thank you ladies!!!

My experience at Lotus Bridal Brooklyn was amazing. The ladies that work there are very friendly and professional. Im glad I picked this location to get my dress. I loved how everything looked the day of the wedding.

Lotus was EVERYTHING! The level of care and attention they give to every single bride is unmatched. From my very first visit to look at dresses, all the way through to my final fitting the week of my wedding, my experience was truly incredible. My dress was the talk of my wedding with guests literally asking me where I got it because they want to use it as inspo for their future weddings. I cannot recommend the entire team at Lotus enough - this is where you need to get your wedding dress, no exceptions!!

I had such an amazing experience at Lotus Bridal! Nina was my consultant and was sooo sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process! I loved that I was allowed to choose what dresses I wanted to try since I am picky, and she also pulled a few that fit my style perfectly. When I thought I couldnt decide between 3 dresses at first, Nina suggested to sleep on it before making a decision, so theyre not pushy at all like some other stores! After visiting 4 different stores, I finally found my dream dress! Highly recommend Nina and Lotus for their amazing service!!

My sister, bought her dress and had alterations done at Lotus Bridal. We loved the dress, but we noticed that the back was tight and difficult to zip. She mentioned that they told her that there is a specific way of putting on the dress by pulling the skin aside. We told her to think about it and see if it was uncomfortable, especially if she sits down. She tried on the dress for a few more hours and decided it was uncomfortable. Then she panicked and became very upset because she didn’t know if Lotus would be able to make another set of alterations in time. She kept calling, but no one picked up and she has a long work trip coming up. My husband was in the neighborhood around 6:30pm, half an hour before closing, so we told him to swing by to see if they were still open. He went in there and he told one of the ladies, Kristine, that my sister tried calling numerous times, but no one picked up and that she was upset about the dress and possibly not being able not to fix this problem. She called my sister and told her to come by right away so they can take a look at it. I went with her and she explained the situation to the seamstress named Nino. My sister was already sad about coming back to make changes and she felt bad, but both Kristine and Nino kept insisting that the dress was perfect and that we didn’t know what we were talking about. They didn’t try to understand the situation and the seamstress also insinuated that I was the reason that my sister was not happy with the dress. They both made us feel extremely uncomfortable and I felt attacked the whole entire time as if I was a bad person. The whole entire experience was negative, uncomfortable and unprofessional. My sister spent a lot of money on her dream dress and alterations. She has never brought up any issues or complaints. After nearly an hour of arguing, the seamstress finally agreed to make the alterations which took less than ten minutes. My sister thanked them for fixing it, but they were very negative afterwards until we left. This could’ve been handled more professionally and respectfully. We are still extremely distraught about the whole situation- this is not the service one would expect when it was her first time asking for an adjustment. Unfortunately, I will not recommend Lotus Bridal to my friends and family due to poor customer service. Way to make a bride feel special 20 days before her big day.

I had the best experience at lotus bridal yesterday! Marissa was my consultant, She went above and beyond! Marissa was patient, thoughtful and so so sweet!!!! She made me feel comfortable and helped me along with making my decision. You can tell she really loves her job. She really made my experience one to remember!! Oh and lotus has the best dresses! Very unique, so happy I’m a lotus bride :)

I found my dream dress here!!! This was probably the 10th store and 40th dress I had tried on. I did not have high expectations but Olivia is an AWESOME stylist and consultant at Lotus Bridal. Olivia had a personalized touch, shared honest opinions and answered ALL of my questions. Aside from really listening to what I wanted, Olivia made it a point to give me multiple options and I ended choosing something slightly different from what I thought I would go with. Even if you dont find your dress here, make it a priority to set up an appointment! My future MIL and I really enjoyed the entire experience.

I went to Lotus Bridal today and had the best Bridal experience ever. Marissa was my amazing consultant and she went above and beyond to assist with finding my perfect dress. She even had a stand for my phone so that I could include my out of town family in the dress fittings. I’ve been to the top/ the most popular Bridal stores between Manhattan and Brooklyn and a few in LA. This was the store that blew me away with so many hidden gems. If you have not found your dress yet, you will at Lotus Bridal. Also, make sure to ask for Marissa!
