Loucri Jewelers was a huge help when I needed assistance with a watch. They were closed during the pandemic but made special arrangements to meet when it was convenient for me. They fixed my watch and wouldnt take a dime from me. Excellent customer service and Ill definitely go back. I highly recommend!
I absolutely love this shop! The dedication that they display is amazing and better than all my experiences combined in other jewelry stores. When I come into this shop, I am always treated like family because they actually care about me and want to help me with anything I need or just simply put a smile on my face :). The watches in this place are mind boggling too! The intricate designs are fascinating and art worthy. I purchased my first diamond Rolex Datejust here back in March of 2017. I still love and wear that watch on my special occasions. I have many pieces of custom jewelry that I have designed here, including my all around eternity diamond wedding band. Dwayne, the genius mastermind repair serviceman onsite is just simply full of awesomeness and is the best in town people! Only go to Dwayne for all your repairs and custom work!
*** BUYER BEWARE***I purchased a beautiful Breitling Chronomat Evolution for $3500 from this jewellers and initially all seemed good.The watch lost approximately 3-4 minutes per day (as opposed to the 3-4 seconds you should expect). This was the first indication the watch hadnt been serviced or checked before saleShortly after taking delivery, the 30 minute rider (small metal indicator on the bezel) fell off as it hadnt been screwed in properly.After several arguments, Loucri only part covered the cost of repair even though the watch was sold with a 1 year warranty.Worse still, the date function on the watch did not work (again not properly checked prior to sale) and rather than offering a fix or replacement, I was told to return the watch and get a refund.I sent the watch back but after agreeing to refund it seems to have gone missing at which point the communication dried up.I have no refund & no watch.I strongly suggest you properly Google search reviews for this jewellers prior to any purchase as there are several very negative reviews about mis-sold luxury watches & jewellery.If I ever get a fair resolve, I will happily remove this review...but something tells me they are unlikely to...
I purchased a Rolex for my girlfriend. I took it to a jeweller who said it is exactly as described. I am very happy with the service. I live in England and it was delivered without issue. The kind of service you expect when buying a bespoke high value luxury item. Will be buying another one for me soon

Stopped in to meet with Lou on the recommendation of a friend when it was time to buy my wifes engagement ring. The process from start to finish was pleasant and they were never afraid to take the time to answer all of my, seemingly silly, questions. The price was unbeatable and the stones were precisely as described. They always invite me in for a free cleaning and its like chatting with old friends. My wife was in a car accident and it caused damage to one of the prongs on the ring and they took care of it right away! Great customer service, great people, great place to shop! These people are basically scammers sold me a watch, told me not to worry the tax at custom is covered, customs seized the watch because the tax was not paid for, they state “WATCHES& JEWELRY WORLD WIDE INCLUDES TAX-CUSTOM“, also they valued the watch at $50,000 with VS diamonds total weight of 4ct. The watch has I2 diamonds with total weight of 2.3ct and real value is $13,800, I paid $18,000. I tried to get my money back with zero success, do not trust them do not buy from them such pathetic people thinking they can lie and get away with it obviously people will get items checked once they receive it.

I was passing by and stopped in with a broken watch band, a little deal except that I couldnt wear my watch. Although the watchmaker was not in, the staff was nice enough to take the time to find a pin and fix my watch in 3 minutes... Oh, and they wouldnt take any money from me. Thank you very much, a very professional establishment and most appreciated.
One star because Lama is really nice, but I wouldnt trust them to fix jewelry ever again. I had stones replaced on my ring and within 3-4 days, one fell out. They were nice enough to replace it. A week later, I got my ring appraised and the appraiser told me it was replaced with a CZ. Although I wanted a replacement stone, I got my money back. But now I got to switch this CZ somewhere else. Big headache and waste of time.
They sent a watch I did not buy. They advertised a blue strap and sent a blavkbdrtst which I di not wear and REFUSED to give me my refund even whenBought through . PAYPAL. I emailed s million times. DISGUSTING company. NEVER RECOMMENDED. The watch has never been used and never will. Waste of money.
Following a ridiculous blip by Paypal sending the money then requesting a refund, ultimately resulting in Loucri being unable to deal with me through ebay/paypal further, the transaction was sent via bank transfer from England UK and the Rolex arrived in 3 days from dispatch! Do not buy from this firm!!!! They cheated me last Christmas by delivering a lower quality diamond than promised. The two earing stones were miss graded and he refused to return my money Cost me over $1,500
If I could leave a no star review I would!. I purchased a 18K gold necklace (so I thought) and wore it for a few days only to break out in a terrible rash around my neck! I took it to my jeweler and the gold karat tested so low that he couldnt even tell me the proper karat. They are not honest about the items they are selling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought a watch with an appraisal from GAI and their diamond grades are off. The watch had also been buffed so much that they buffed all of the print in the back of the case. I researched this watch Dibur and saw a bunch of them were appraised by GAI and they all had overly buffed backs. Almost as if the wanted to remove the serial or model numbers. No note on the appraisal of this issue or that the diamonds were poorly set or the number ofdiamonds. Just that 2.00cttw. I would be wary of this appraisers tactics.Want to see what Im talking about, search Dibur watch on eBay. The watch is known as the rocket and is noted as having 2.0ct F Vs but they are G-J at best and SI at best. Poorly matched stones too. I almost want to report and return to the seller for trying to sell such an item. I miggt still. Thinking of checking with JBT and seeing if I can make a claim against the jeweler Lourci and the appraiser. I researched other Diburs of models and diamond bezels for sale and the same GAI appraisal report number was used.

Shoddy merchandise with sub par customer service. They include evaluations with highly exaggerated carat weight, clarity and color which are made to look like GIA and are a complete joke. They do not take responsibility for their defective merchandise and act like it is your fault. My advice, pay more for the real deal. They are just looking for suckers who are naive and will accept their crap.

2022-03-22We were staying locally several weeks ago. I walked in with a watch that needed some links added back into the bracelet. The gentleman working at the bench put aside what he was doing and took care of my watch. They were very accommodating and I would highly recommend this business.

2022-07-11They have horrible customer service.I finally called after multiple attempts on trying to answer some of my questions.They just go around the question or answer 10% of the questions.I finally called to see what was what.They finally said they sold the watch for just under asking price.I would have paid the listing price.I said that on email and chronos.The worker lied right on the phone to me and said oh they didn’t know it was you.It said a different name that chronos.They knew cause I gave them my email and phone number.They have one sentence answers and they seemed to lack the customer service honor code.I was not gonna listen to them anymore so when they said they sold the watch without even checking back with me.I gave them a taste of there own medicine and clicked on the company after I asked if the watch was sold.He said yes and I clicked.The company called back and they are lucky this is not gonna be on my Instagram where I have 16k subscribers. I do not recommend or trust this bad faith company.UPDATE:Regardless of the different name.It was a user name and common sense says it was me.I addressed this clearly on the chronos 24.You exaggerated when replying you messaged negotiations back and fourth.Your company hardly replied to any of my questions or offers!A few words to one sentence was a concern as a whole.Trying to play the victim and not excepting customer neglect and concealing your bad faith as a company as a whole is very disturbing to say the least.You except you downfalls and learn from them.You do not cloak your manufactured stories to the public to save face.It is highly irregular for a company to any such acts.

2021-04-29Well my journey starts years ago with Loucri Jewelers. I purchased this watch a few years ago, I bought this watch from them, and it arrived but did not fit, I was shaken down for several hundred dollars to make another link, which I can understand - some what, I paid for that and the shipping... HAD TO WAIT FOREVER. So I noticed I received this COA but it was from this company called GAI NOT GIA, which they slipped up on, called this company up, they could not find the SERIAL NUMBER on the document that was shipped with it. So now my red flags went up, I began to do my own investigating on it, I went to an Authorized Dealer, they wouldnt even touch the watch and said it must go to the manufacturer. Right before Covid, I dropped my watch off with my Jeweler who is a certified Gemologist for over 40 years.... He said the diamonds on the watch WERE NOT VS1 / VS2, He actually showed me under his equipment. So I got in touch with Angelo who says he is the owner, he said to ship it back and he will send it out for COA, that was last year 2020 and I have called and called to no avail, he does not answer his phone. More days pass by as I reach out to their HQ phone number (which is funny that my call wouldnt go through, but when I had someone from GA call, the phone call went through fine) **STRANGE** Spoke to Kristin, she really seems like a very nice person and told me that they will either ship my watch back or pay me for the watch. I have been waiting for ANYONE from Loucri to get back to me and I just read a comment that was from the Owner they said they never not get back to customers... What am I? Where is my watch? I keep getting either, Ill call you back or no phone calls what so ever. Im hoping they will do the right thing.**I do believe the watch is real, but the band on it is not!! However it says the brand name on the band, which makes it counterfit and I wont sell anything counterfit.**If you are reading or listening please call me back.I will update accordingly for everyone, as I use reviews before purchases as well.

2017-02-22I bought this beautiful Swarovski choker piece for my mother and she was so astonished on how beautiful it was. This store is a gem and you never know what you can find here. Staff was helpful and I couldnt but help to look at the unique assortment for bridal engagement rings and bands in that cool slide out showcase!

2021-03-303 years ago I purchased a beautiful Cartier Ballon Bleu for my wife from their Long Island store. Customer service was great. Everything was great. 3 years later(now) I had a concern, and they had me send the watch to them. After evaluating the watch they offered to repair or exchange it! 3 years later?!! I chose a larger size with diamonds!!! They gave me FULL CREDIT on the trade up. My wife is ecstatic!! I’m thrilled. I will buy again from them. I cannot say enough positive things about Loucri Jewelers!!!

2020-07-21I never leave reviews, but my experience has been pretty unpleasant.I have been trying to trade-in some of my watches (and some money!) for a watch at Loucri Jewelers. After being told trade-ins are possible, I was met with radio silence after I spent time and effort into preparing details and pictures. I reached out four different times and got no answers. Is this really how you treat customers? Is some professionalism and common courtesy too much to ask for these days? Just say you arent interested.I was interested in multiple watches and would have purchased other watches in cash, but if youre going to ghost your own customers, I can take my business anywhere else.

2022-02-02Did everything to make the sale happen to make you happy, but when it wuz time to go change my batteries at Jacob & co.. comes to find out the inside of the watch wuz plastic parts it costed me to buy a new case & internal parts from Jacob & co costing me 1500$ extra dollars due to fake internal parts.. buyer be aware I’ll upload the bill soon i get it back from Jacob & co

2021-04-02A few years ago I traded in my watch and simultainiously bought another.They gave me a good price for my watch and it was an easy trasaction. Recently i had an issue with the watch I bought from them. I dropped it and cracked a peice, it ultimately required comuncitation with Hublot. They did the right thing by me and comunicated with me throughout the process. Glad that I purchased with them, since when I needed something they were there to help me.
