Christine and Khaleel was AWESOME!I received a pocket organizer (M69979) last Christmas. The paint on the metal logo was scraping and making it looked rusted.Christine was quickly able to accommodate and successfully facilitate an exchange. She recommended a fire navy embossed wallet (M80421).Thank you Khaleel for recommending these amazing travel books.My wife and I will definitely be looking for these two individuals real soon!

My salesperson John was very helpful. I ordered a traditional shoulder bag and I was kept in constant communication until the bag arrived at the store.They also added my wife’s initials while we waited, highly recommended!

Horrible experienceThey are extremely racist in this store.They had a salesgirl outside of dividers with a tablet.She was very attentive I noticed to the white customers and ignored me standing there to go inside.I approached her and asked was this the line for the store and how long was the wait. She told me yes it was and there was a 45 minute to 1 hour wait, so I told her I would be back in a hour, and I left to continue my shopping.1 hour later I returned and asked is anyone available to assist me 2 people were on the line.She looked at me as if she didnt have a 10 minute conversation with me 1 hour agoThis female then asked me was my name on the list?I replied what list? She pointed to her tablet, I said no you never asked me for my name or mentioned a list before I left.Needless to say, because I knew she purposely did not tell me and did not offer to add my name.I let her know how unprofessional and racist she was.Minorities spend billions on Louis Vuitton items and deserve to be treated with the same respect as the white patrons.Shop there at your own discretion you have been forewarned.I should have read the reviews first, only people happy giving 5 star reviews are white of course..They get the best customer service even if they just buy a keychain.

The worst experience in the luxury store brand! Never ever buy any gift or anything in this store, you are not going to be able to exchange or return anything even in a 30 day period that they give. I got a present on our wedding anniversary, a nice bag , but its not suitable for me, so decided to exchange it to another bag . When we came to this store for an exchange the manager of this store was called right away and she started thoroughly examining the bag that we brought to exchange . She was scanning it with her phone inside and outside inch by inch, then she took the bag somewhere in the back room for good ten -fifteen minutes. Finally she came back with bag and said that there is a small scratch on the lock of a bag, some kind of whitish spot inside and something else...and she cant take it back. Really?? The bag that was always sitting in an original gift box and may be touched two times ! We felt very humiliated, embarrassed and angry dealing with such unprofessional , careless manager who was bias to us the minute she saw us.At the end the issue was resolved at the flagship store in NYC with much much better customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Steer CLEAR of this LV. I bought a Capucine 10 days ago, unfortunately the bag just wasn’t for me, size, shape etc. so I brought it back 2 days ago. My “SA” (which of whom I will NEVER deal with again) takes the bag and brings it into the back for a manager to look at. About 10 minutes later they both come out and my SA walks away. The manager proceeds to tell me she cannot accept my return because it has been “warn” due to marks in the bag and a mark on the Logo. I hadn’t even used the bag since purchase. It had been sitting in its dust bag the whole time. Obviously I argue that the damage could not have been from me, and the manager says “we stand by our products” got it. So I go home, and realize I actually took pictures of my bag in the store before I purchased to send to family. You can Clearly see the logo mark in the pictures!! They sold me a broken logo bag. The marks inside? Dust. So, I vacuum it out and I bring it back in and tell the manager on duty I want to return it and what happened, well he says that the previous manager had sent out a “group chat” not to accept my bag because of “marks” and “wear” on the bag. I point out that the marks were dust and I had vacuumed it and that they sold me the bag broken. He says he doesn’t care about the logo “can’t even see the mark” and will not refund the bag because I just brought it home and cleaned it. I will still be fighting for my refund, this was an extremely expensive bag, that was sold to me broken. Highly recommend avoiding this LV you will not get any refunds or exchanges!!! Even when they sell you something broken!! So much for “standing by their products” 🙄

I was disappointed to read the customers experiences at the Macys LV store.I wanted to buy a LV bag for a birthday gift. After reading the recent reviews, I purchase the bag in NYC with the help of my sales associate, that is now relocated at the Hudson YardsI gave the store 3 stars for location, cleanness and large inventory

I usually dont do these but what I witnessed at this location today was crazy. my bro and I are being assisted by an older asian woman. As she is checking something for him were explaining to her how we never received an email. Another worker a young black girl chimes in because our person was not answering our question just typing on her phone. The other girl provides a solution for us and tells her co worker to check our email on our LV account. This older woman is sighing as she is talking while giving her a look, then tells her while being od rude to stay out of it thank you. Im not sure if she assumed the other girl was trying to steal her sale but that was so messed up cause she was just trying to help us since we were being ignored. Meanwhile the younger girl was helping someone else afterwards I went up to her and asked if she was good and thanked her for actually trying to help. I tried to find a manger to report this to but didnt have the chance.I just found this whole situation weird and I honestly feel so bad for that girl she was trying to help and got disrespected for no reason. I mostly wanted to tell their manger as someone who also works in service yall need to carry yourselves better especially as a luxury brand.

It’s Very disappointing the lack of customer service a “luxury” brand like Louis Vuitton shows towards its long time loyal patrons. At 6:58 I walk up with the intent to literally grab an item and check out. The sales girl waives and motions for me to walk around to the other entrance in Macy’s. As I do, abs have done many times before, The (I believe manager, skinny black man with grey hair and glasses), While still having people in the store literally pulls the security gate in front of me and says they’re closing come back another time. A loyal customer of many years and professional myself, who works MANY MANY MANY overtime hours to be able to afford their products; salutate the gentleman and say how I apologize and literally just want to pick up and purchase an item not shop around etc. Again I reiterate there were still customers in the store, he says no and walks away!!! It’s very sad that your employees take no pride in the brand image or white glove service of the Louis Vuitton that generations have become accustomed to, love and gladly invest in.

Honestly , the service that I received just being there for five minutes was disgusting . If a 0 was possible I would add it . I arrived and was able to walk right in . I was looking around to see what else they have that is new , just because I may see something else that I like too . I went in with the intentions of purchasing a long wallet . I asked someone for help and he stated he would get someone to help me . Another associate , I’m not sure who she was but walked over to me and stated that no one can help me now since everyone is occupied but next to me was three associates just giggling and have conversations within each other . I quickly stated that I knew what I wanted but she did not want anyone to help me what so ever , I’m not sure if it was the way I dressed or what it is was but she had a disgusting attitude and was more attentive to others that walked in after me . I knew that race played a factor in this because majority of other shoppers were white and they were being helped to the full extinct . I am highly disappointed with this store and the treatment I received there . If you would like to shop at this store , save your time and shop at Neiman Marcus Louis Vuitton or the Americana . DISGUSTING
