2021-05-03I love the customer service at this store. They always go above and beyond. I came to this store with the understanding that I would have to wait well after mothers day for the new Neverfull WW bag in black. However I ordered this bag on Friday only to get an email from the store saying the bag came in the next day. I couldnt believe it. The bag is beautiful and so many people have given me compliments on it already. Thank you for making my mothers day even better. 💗

2021-05-14I love this store ! Melina is amazing, so helpful! Simply the best! She was able to get all the items on my wish list ! I had been trying at multiple other stores but she made it happen and contacted me as soon as they arrived! She definitely goes above and beyond for her Customers!

2021-06-16This place never answers the phone, they literally do nothing and walk around trying to look busy. They put one person in at a time like that does any difference. It doesn’t take long to tell a customer if an item is in stock or not. Once you walk in waiting in hour they said it’s not in stock, I actually died laughing. They need to get their stuff straightened out fire these employees and get people who actually do a good job.

2021-05-06Lovely well lit Department closed off except for the main Door. Beautiful new Bags and Totes as well as Clutches and Pouches.Service is good but they only let you see one item at a time. I was not allowed to take pictures.

2020-01-04I just left the store and all I can say is WOW! I walk in the girl and security look miserable. It’s Friday 7:30pm. She asks if I know what I want? I tell her I’m not sure. She goes did you look online? I try to bring up the website on my phone but the service is terrible and I have no connection. I walk around the store, I walk out of the store and not a single word. Your selling expensive items, which by the way I own many pieces, but your customer service is pretty disgusting to say the least. I bought 40 dollars worth of coffee from Nespresso and the customer service was outstanding. Train your employees to act like they are trying to sell designer items. So very disappointed!!!!

2019-05-25Terrible customer service. This is one of the most expensive products in its class. The first thing is that the young woman who treated me (Christina), was a little racist and also classist, when I asked for one of her wallets (which cost $ 3,200), she showed me another of 1,400. I told her that I would not really give $ 500 for that , but that it was a gift for my wife, so I look for the one I asked for. Then when I paid I used Apple Pay and she did not feel very safe so she asked me for the card to verify and what she did was that she charged me again the almost 3,500 dollars (price plus taxes), so now I had about 7,000 dollars less in the availability of my card. The transaction took about 15 minutes (I knew what I was looking for and was ready to buy), I warned her that I had charged twice, I showed him in the application of the card and even so, he said no, it sure was not A) Yes. I had to start a dispute process with my card and the store. Then when I went with my wife to change the gift (normal-she wanna an another different ), she never helped us, rather she sent us to another store and there they helped us but I lost a lot of time and $ 268 in the transaction. Never go to that location. My experience went from a good gift for my wife to my worst customer service experience.

2018-06-17The ladies at this LV store are super nice and patient. Th experience at Westchester Mall LV store is condescending; there is a young lady there who pretends to be nice but her fake persona shows right through her fake smile. The Bloomigdale LV I like the two ladies that work there. Christine is sweet and there is a tall blonde lady as well. Every time I go there they are pleasant. I will always continue to visit that LV store even if just to say hello. Thanks Bloomingdales LV.
