Used Lov movers to move my home. They gave me a very reasonable price compared to other companies. They showed up on schedule, worked very hard and were extremely care in wrapping and moving my valuables. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Very trust worthy and down to earth crew!

Stay away from this company, they are totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I scheduled a move through Jennifer and spoke with her at least 3 times regarding the job. We were going from the top floor to the bottom floor so there was no need for a moving truck, however, they would still need their tools, blankets, straps, tape, etc. I informed her that there was a chair lift on the stairs as well as a banister upfront so they knew what they were in for. I also gave her the breakdown room by room of the furniture that was to be moved. We discussed rates, date and time. She quoted me $400/4 hr. min. for 2 men. I took the day off on Friday to supervise the move for my 82 yr. old dad. They showed up a little after 8:00am in a little dinky station wagon with some blankets and dollies in the back seat. I knew right then and there that this was not going to be good. They came in and one guy stunk so bad I could barely talk to him, I didnt want to be rude, but it was so offensive that I had to open all the windows and this was before he even did anything. Buy some deodorant for crying out loud! I showed them all the furniture that had to be moved and the space downstairs which is identical to the upstairs. They were going back and forth in Russian and I could tell they werent happy. After a few minutes of them talking, they give me their cell phone and tell me the boss is on the line, he then proceeds to tell me that they cant do the job because it is too big for 2 men, I was floored, what was the surprise? I had given Jennifer all the information, what did they think they were going to move doll furniture? I had a hard time understanding the boss and told him so, his response to me was too bad for you. Needless to say the move didnt happen on Friday and I had to call another company - mind you this was Memorial Day weekend. What a bunch of losers! Do not use them unless you have miniature doll house furniture and an oxygen tank so you can breathe!
