Lowes Home Improvement in other cities:
We ordered over 20k in Pella windows & a French door from their Install Manager Ed about 2 months ago. He came to our home, explained the options and provided us a competitive price. We subsequently agreed to the contract and we were told the order should be in by August. After calling, texting with no response I figured I should call Lowe’s corporate. The pleasant lady unfortunately informed me the expected delivery will be November. We are appalled at this lack of communication. And even more so since I had to open up an exterior wall myself and frame it to prepare for my French Door. So now we have electrical work waiting, siding waiting as we should have been kept in the loop. I thought that giving Lowe’s was a smart move. But after be treated like this makes me believe I have made a grave error. I sit and now wait as Lowe’s is paid promptly for my non existent window installation every month.
Do they still teach people how to answer phones? I understand the phones that ring arent smart and still attached to wires but do employees know how they work? How can you call 4 departments during Googles supposed not very busy times and nobody in an entire warehouse NOT answer a phone??
Calls may be recorded?! For what?! Nobody answers the phone! I called corporate to help me. 2. Hour. Hold. Time. If your stores are open that’s wonderful hire staff to answer the phones?! People need jobs so it’s not like people aren’t lookingI want to invoice you for my wasted timeGoing to Home Depot
We ordered a Samsung refrigerator Thursday online for a Saturday delivery. We then received an email the night before telling us our NEW delivery was the following Saturday. Why schedule a delivery day when you know the appliance is not available? And then to just change it for a week later without reaching out to us to see if we could get it earlier or maybe we didnt want to go an entire week without a refrigerator in our kitchen? When we called Lowes they informed us that the appliances are in PA and that ordering it online frequently leads to delayed deliveries. Terrible customer service!!
Was there over the weekend looking at grills they had it in stock. I ordered it online because they offer free assembly. This was Saturday. Monday they call me to tell me they are sold out and have none in stock. Weird because when I placed the order there was plenty in stock you shouldnt of sold a grill you already sold me. To top it off you already inconvenienced me and now want me to drive to Commack to pick up the grill. When in reality you should have it shipped to Bayshore and assembled and call me when its ready. They said they cant do that. So nothing was done for this issue and inconvenience. Thats my reason for 1 star review.
Im writing this review for the great customer service I received from the staff at this location. This is not my usual store but after a recent bad experience in the Farmingdale location, I visited this store instead. I am so pleased with the service here. In a time where social distancing has become our new normal, the staff here did not make me feel rushed and gave me assistance when needed without hesitation. Specifically, Mr. Phil Capone. A real gem. He was so informative and a true pleasure to deal with while purchasing an exterior door. He made our shopping experience memorable. My husband commented that he was a really nice guy. Im never going back to that other one again. Phil gave us some great suggestions and even wrote out some instructions on the best way to paint our back door which we purchased that day. The education was exceptional! He also gave recommendations on hardware to match our exterior door selections. His service was so welcoming that I felt the need to write this review. Keep up the great service over there Phil. You are a real Superstar!
The people helping me were knowledgeable and helped me to make my purchase l. I wish i knew their names but i dont. One was rather young and the other was an older gentleman, they went out of their way to find the tool set i needed. They were in the tool coral, thanks for a positive experience guys
Came in to buy cabinets and waited for 30minutes. I pressed the red button for help. When someone came, another customer appeared and he started to help him. After 5 minutes I complained and walked out. The associate apologized but he didnt ask who was first.Very unprofessional. I went to Home Depot.
I was struggling to get a fittings for a dryer, it was 20 minutes or so.i was ready to leave, when a worker from Lowes see that I was having a hard time and without me asking he started to help me.sorry that I did not get his name, but he had a hat that said Vietnam.becauce of you my project was done.thank you for your help & your service to our country.
Just ran quick to get something in the bathroom section and the female employee there was extremely friendly and professional. It was nice to be helped in a timely manner. Customer service like that will absolutely make me return to this store due to places like home Depot who lack those skills.
I went to Lowes because Home Depot had no one in the store for a few hours that could help me cut electrical wire from the spool. In Lowes, the first gentleman I ran into asked if I needed help and was able to promptly help. And he couldnt have been nicer. Overall, an extremely pleasant and quick visit.
Do not I repeat do not work for this location. If you don’t agree with something they find a reason to fire you and if you complain about Rob sleeping at his desk you go on the chopping block. If you voice your concern about another employee that’s been their longer then you passing all the work on you while they nap that’s a no go. Do yourself a favor ask for any location but this one.
This is our regular Lowes, so we are biased. Good stock, especially lumber. The plant section is great too, but very seasonal. They dont carry seeds all year, and when I asked about buying seeds off season, I was given a bit of an attitude. But other than that, have never had an issue there.
If I could give this store 0 stars I would! Nothing is in the correct aisles and the staff at this store does not want to help anyone! Everyone passes you by and the minute you catch someone’s eye, they quickly look down and walk away. They also congregate in groups of 3 or 4 associates and pretend to be engrossed in “riveting” conversation so that seem busy and no one will ask for help. When you FINALLY get someone’s attention, they give nothing but attitude as if you have inconvenienced them, questioning you and telling you “there are other people to help you over there!” Absolutely horrible! Clearly there are some major management and personnel issues.Because of the BS service I received, I promptly left all of my merchandise, totaling well over $500, and got in my car and headed straight for Home Depot. To many people that amount may not seem like much but to a good business man, every penny counts.Lowe’s of Bayshore - you need to get it together! Your staff does not understand customer service and would be better off in a back room somewhere counting screws to pass their time, not speaking with PAYING customers!! With attitudes like that, you don’t need to be there at all! Apparently, someone is sleeping! 🙅🏻♀️
I like the quality of lowes products , but today wasnt a nice visit. I tried to buy a ride lawn mower they had on display for nice price, but when I asked, the price was 500 more. Why false advertise something? They even tried to charge me as if was a new article. The clerk told me that machine was on the floor for a year and had several scratches and chips.
This store does not have curbside pickup -- you have to go in and wait on line. I waited about an hour on this line even though there were only about 7 people on line when I arrived. When I finally got to the head of the line, my order, which an email promised was ready, took about 10 more minutes for them to bring it. Also the line goes right by the main entry, so while youre waiting there, everyone who comes into the store walks right by you. If youre looking to avoid social contact by doing curbside pickup at this store, go to Home Depot instead -- they run a much more responsible operation.
Been giing here since they opened 15 years ago. They have a alotta employees that do not care, just point down middle of store and say its there, give u broken things and they is not broken, I have walked out a couple times and left full cart in isle cuz its so frustrating dealing with people who say down there and walk away. Once in a while u do find a employee who will stop everything to help.
I recently started renovating my youngest sons room and went into Lowes to order windows. The staff is always helpful and this particular time, especially. The window department helped me come up with a cost effective solution for my 1940s track windows, without breaking my budget. There was a mix up on my original order and the window department staff made sure to rectify the issue and the second time around, the window design was even better. The window hasnt come in yet.I just went back in today to purchase the rest of windows, special order/custom. I am very thankful for the help and consideration shown to me. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I cant wait to see how beautiful my new windows are. I will post a before and after pic... Stay tuned
It was possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did I wait about 20 min after pressing the help bell but the person that came over said he was going to get a ladder to get a patio chair down for me then never came back. As I was standing there someone else passed by and said they couldnt take the chair down and that they are not on display because they didnt sell last year!!!! What?!? Guess they like to have stock that will never move. I decided to purchase my patio sectional plus outdoor dining set elsewhere
I had a great experience at Lowe’s and I don’t leave many reviews. I believe her name was ally. From the moment I walked in she was extremely helpful. Made sure my board that I was getting was in good shape... walked all the way to the back of the store and made sure someone was there to help me cut the board.. and then grabbed a cart for me too!
I went there looking for basic plumbing to fix my bathroom sink drain. They had almost nothing. The boxes had the wrong parts or no parts at all. Most were lose and missing pieces. Next time Ill go to Home Depot. At least they have stock and most of their selection is properly stocked on the shelves.
Tried to order a washing machine on two occasions, once over the phone and once in person. I was advised that the washing machine was in stock both times and delivery was scheduled. Both times my order was cancelled the day before delivery was scheduled because the washer was purportedly now out of stock.
It has been pretty good here at lowes as far as shopping, crowd wise. Everyone, without being told, is entering with their face masks. No long lines like Home depot, no wait time really. I just wish both stores didnt have this common, barely anyone around you need help. In the beginning, it was never like this which was my main reason for shopping at lowes.
He wanted the Lowes happen to be one of the best place to go shopping for its got everything its got refrigerator is that washing machine its got the ward just got the hardware its got a pliant sides Appliance the honest people in there they go out of your way to go out of their way to help you with things to help you look for things that are very good work is in there and they need more people like that and throughout all their stores that very helpful keep up the good work graduation Lowes and youre a good friend of mine fromVincent. J. DiBenedetto . Thank you very much forgive me for giving me this opportunity I want to say God bless and be well with the Lords blessings
Special Orders at Lowes have taken a terrible turn in the wrong way after they made the department operated nationally. Now the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I was notified 5 separate days to expect a delivery the next day and each time the item wasnt even due to arrive in the store for weeks. If the item is in the store GREAT. If you have to order it, the price is no longer a bargain, and 4 out of 5 times you will wish you had ordered it elsewhere.
Very clean and unlike Home Depot you can actually find someone to help you. Hemet Mohan is an employee there and is very knowledgeable and always willing to help, we continually look for him to help us. Customer service will always make a difference in your visit to any store.
Clean store, plenty of nice merchandise, but poor customer service. Good luck finding an employee that can help. And if you do find someone, they are on their phone or pretending to be working on the computer so you cant ask them a question. And if you do interrupt them, you get a dirty look. Seems like none of the employees want to be there. And it seems like they want nothing to do with customers. Well that will be remedeed soon when the store closes and they are looking for another do-nothing-all-day-job. Hate shopping there but unfortunately its down the road.
I was in your store today in Bayshore NY. I was very disappointed with management. 3 men in the store without face masks. I asked yo speak to manager to voice my concern ( don’t recall her name) & was told there was nothing they can do about it. “We can’t force them to wear a mask”. No, but you can tell them they cannot shop unless they have one on. If you can’t take control as a manager especially in these times maybe you shouldn’t be manager. I put my things down & walked out. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Loves this store. If you want any chance of getting Christmas decorations, get them now! They get their stuff in early and sell out quickly. By the end of November, most of the stock is sold out! I go back twice a week starting third week in October untill I get everything I need for Christmas. All big boxed stores dont want to mark down or carry over product to the following season anymore.
Lowes is a DIYs paradise. Right down to the nuts and bolts, rugs, wood, appliances, fans, gardening, etc. We went to get paint chips so we didnt need any assistance. But..just about every other time Id been there, its virtually impossible to locate help to see a project completed. I do give credit to the check out and organization of the overall store. Well always go there. They need a couple of greeters dispersed around the store, more who can help with more ambitious projects. People dont want to be scared away by employees who dont care or are too occupied stocking. This is only my personal opinion based on years of going to Lowes. Thanks.
I walked in here 100% intending to purchase a new washer and dryer. I sat in the appliance department for 20 minutes while other employees paged whoever was responsible for appliances and they never showed up. So I left and now Im going to Home Depot to see if theyll appreciate my business.
Placed an order online for some clean up tools. A garbage can, trash bags, a broom and dust pan, and a nail puller. Planned to pick it up and save some time in a garage clean out project in helping my sister with. It is now over 3 hours later and they still dont have my items pulled and Im just sitting here waiting, wasting time. I should have just showed up and grabbed the items myself. Ordering online is a waste of time.I usually like coming to Lowes but Ive never ordered online before, and I probably never will again.
I like the store. Usually clean and organized. They dont have enough people on the registers. I just bought a gas leaf blower for $130.00 and when i got home and opened it... it was a used machine, dirty and scratched up. So i went right back to return it. The guy who helped me didnt care or say sorry or even say let me get someone to help you get a NEW one. So i got my money back and left. Be careful what you buy
I give it two stars only because I know it’s not everyone’s fault.. but I went to the wrong Lowe’s to pick up an order which happened to be Bay Shore Lowe’s. Parked in the parking spot for pick up and sat there like ok now what? So I went inside and there was a humongous line and thinking I could somehow bypass the line since I did purchase online, I asked a worker and they told me to wait on line and ask them where to go.. I couldn’t believe it and I checked my email and it said commack location!! So I go to commack and they had a pick up parking spot but had a number to call and was told to go to the back and I avoided all lines thankfully! Bay shore needs to be like commack Lowe’s!
Mostly unsatisfactory. There were five people at the customer service counter when I came up to the counter. The one blonde girl was on the phone trying to convince someone to get a refund. The other four young people were not helping customers and never asked me if they could help me. Instead they started talking .... One girl laid her arms over another girls shoulders complaining that she was sooo tired and the others simply didnt even acknowledge me.My husband also had a terrible experience a couple of weeks ago and reported a complaint. We ordered two fans $500 + and when he went to pick them up he waited 1 hour for them to bring out only one!!! My brother also had a terrible experience when buying a gas grill assembled. He gave them one week before picking it up and still waited 2 hours. You should know though that we, like most consumers, compare products, service and price with the Home Depot in Central Islip. Our experience there has been great. The sales people greet you and trip over each other to help you.Your customer service is TERRIBLE!! We will never shop in your store again.
I called 3 times in 3 months for the manager to have the sprinklers adjusted so it wouldnt throw water across Diamond street, they all yes me and do absolutely nothing! Eventually will cause an accident, anger someone with a clean car that gets wet, not to mention the absolute waste of a precious resource. Not good neighbors, not good people, BAD BUSINESS, I will NOT be shopping there again
Bought a house about 6 months ago so as you can imagine at Lowe’s everyday. This is one of the best locations especially the appliance department. I’ve bought a fridge, stove and just recently new washer. Every time dealt with associate Peter Buckley very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Never have to walk all over searching for help. Always in stock and delivered next day. I recommend anyone going to get appliances to check out Lowe’s great prices and delivered at set up fast and if you want to add an extra warranty hardly cost anything extra for the coverage. Thank you Bayshore Lowe’s and Peter B in appliance department.Joseph Schwarz
The one place I feel I can go and pick up what I need with the least hassle is any Lowes store. Ive shopped from PHX AZ to NY and always was satisfied with the shopping experience. The customer service is first rate and the staff always goes out of thier way to help. Good job guys & gals!
Very thoughtful .Im on crutches and as soon as I walked in the last told me to stay right there and she got me a motorized cart. Also helpful. It showed they were out of what I needed and a young man found some pn the very top shelf and tracked me down to give me one. Great experience there today.
We were there on Memorial day weekend so not surprised there was no where to park, no shopping carts and no help. They did not have any electrical barbeque grills which is all our apartment complex will allow. Store was crazy busy but still clean inside and out. Wish we could have found help!
I have to say that Bob in plumbing is the best!!!!! He gave my father and I top notch customer service. Two days ago we came in looking for a kitchen sink and faucet and the associate that was there at the time gave us bathroom sink and faucet. I can say that we were very undecisive as to which kitchen sink would fit out counter top and Bob gave us detailed explanation and went above and beyond with patience and even gave us suggestion to getting marble top to help fit the sink. Thanks a billion Bob. I dont think ive ever had an associate go above and beyond like Bob. Thanks again..
Great selection of products however the employees are very rude. I made an in store order for a French door with an associate. The associate didn’t tell me if the door was inswing or outswing. I called in to confirm that the door was an inswing door. The employees gave me the run around and kept transferring me to different departments. The easy way to find out the direction of the door would be to look at the model number. This isn’t the first time I had an issue with Lowe’s. I feel that they don’t hire competent people or people that want to help others.
The Food Pantry freezer of my church died and destroyed all the meat in it! As the Chair of the Community Outreach & Food Pantry Committee of Westminster Presbyterian Church, I began my search for a replacement. Everyone seemed to be having a sale with almost identical prices but other products had smaller cubic foot capacity. Lowe’s gave us more for the same price, 3-year extended warranty and free delivery. Our freezer was delivered during a 90° plus heat wave and we don’t have A/C. The delivery team was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and cheerful despite the crushing heat. From the sale to delivery, everything was perfect! Thank you, Lowe’s!
I like shopping at Lowes, but find their inventory system lacking. I looked up a product on line that I needed to buy, and it said the Bay Shore store had 15 available. But when I got to the store, the item could not be located. I had 2 sales associates trying to assist me. The trip was an entire waste of my time.
We just went to lowes in bay shore to buy a ton of cabinetry and counter tops, a dishwasher and a stove. We entered the cabinet section and requested help, we most literally stood there for almost 30 minutes, 3 staff nembers who couldnt help us called for assistance to the area and absolutely no one responded. We finally walked out, this place is a joke and we will be taking our business elsewhere. Home depot has better prices anyway. ✌
I agree, the service here stinks. Its amazing how the employees can clearly see that you need help and they dont make eye contact and if you finally ask someone for help they conveniently dont work in that department but also dont show any initiative to guide you to the right direction for assistance. Michael in lighting was so offputting and made me feel like I was bothering him just bc I asked if they had a lamp on inventory and didnt even try to be accomadating when I asked for the other color. Kristina in CS was apologetic but unfortunately it didnt redeem her workmates behavior. Going to make the trek to Home Depot next time.
Last year i purchased a microwave with a 12 month warranty. Recently it broke and i still had 1 month on the warranty. I brought the broken microwave and my warranty to customer service and the girl did not know what to do. She asked a manager and the manager said you deal with it i have 5 hours of back orders to deal with then another lady told her to tell me i had to call a number to find out what i had to do. So i said fine and went home angry bc i had to lug the broken microwave back. I called and told them what happened and the man on the phone said they should have exchanged it right there. He asked for the store # and sent us a gift card for the value of the microwave. After that i will no longer go into that lowes in bay shore. They are the worst and have terrible attitudes and no knowledge. I would give them 0 stars if i could.
Had a carpet installed by Gemini carpets. They are a carpet installer that Lowes uses. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. They did a great job when installing my carpet and the clean up afterwards. I will high recommend this company to everyone.
Never coming back, even if someone paid me!!!The staff was terrible. Looking for 1 thing and asked 4 different staff members. We asked the staff to have someone come over to tool world. They all said they would get someone, no one came! We saw the manager walking and we went up to him and asked him, got it in 2 seconds. Spent an hour of our time looking for one thing, while we wanted to spend only about 20 minutes.
Sonny Casale & Tommy Towell were unbelievable when installing our storm door. We kept in close contact leading up to the installation day for any questions I had/to schedule a date and time. On day of installation, he was prompt and on time and came within the window he said. They were both kind, efficient, and extremely knowledgable. Sonny even went above and beyond and helped with our Ring doorbell. I wish I could give 10 stars... I will recommend everyone I know to go to Lowes of Bay Shore for all their door needs specifically for our experience with Sonny & Tommy.
Not good, associates are not helpful, they cannot tell you where anything is, they congregate and talk amongst themselves, and are generally not helpful. The store doesnt pull online orders even though they had 4-hours to do so, but thats probably because nobody seems to know where anything is located.
Antonella in Customer service on 2/3/2020 should be place in the warehouse with no public interaction. Since she likes to refer to paying customers as hey you this is the beginning of something bad remove her from any public facing positions before she has a chance to do more to ruin customer relations she is not the right fit for those types of jobs
Lowes is my place between Home depot, home chepo in copiage says that they are open on Mothers day till 8 I go inside and the guy says you will have to leave we are closed it was 6.30,so long story short I left and told store manager I will never come to home Chepo again,Lowes has plenty of inventory on plants and garden equipment. Also if you get a Lowes credit card you get 5%off Thank you Lowes for being open during this time!!👍🏻
Purchased a laminate floor, large install area, dining room/living room combo. It was installed by Lowes contractor, it came out beautiful. I liked it so much I decided to have the same floor go into the kitchen. The Lowes contractor arrived and installed the floor. The problem was, he started at the wall not in the center of the room. The lines in the floor did not line up with the earlier installed laminate floor. Well, I went trough six weeks of visiting Lowes store, speaking with 6 different managers, contacted the installing contractor (Gemeni Flooring). who did not give a dam. Even after they sent their own inspector, he said the floor was not installed properly and should be taken up and redone. Contacted CEO Robert A Niblock at three different times with three different e-mails. Jeannine was assigned to my case. Weeks went by, everyone I spoke with gave me different story. Finally I told them I was going to the BBB and consumer affairs, also to channel 4 news. After the 7th week I received a partial refund, I was told to receive a full refund they were going to come back to my home and rip up the floor. I did forget one last item, all the time this was going on my kitchen was being re done. so for them to come and rip up the floor was out of the question. I took the partial refund and figured I was lucky to get that. You want good service and a business that appreciates your business, go to the mom and pop stores. No more Lowes for me, I learned my lesson the hard way!!!!
I went to Bay Shore Lowes today to get a piece of glass cut. I met up with Ricky, as soon as I asked about getting the glass cut he was full of excuses and tried to convince me it was not what I wanted. He said I should just go to a glass shop! I explained to Ricky I had purchased the glass before at a Lowes and I needed more for an additional set up.With that he sulked to the glass cutting area . He then informed me that while the computer showed he had the size glass I needed it was NOT on the shelf. He then offered to cut my small piece from a much larger and more expensive piece of glass. Before I could answer he then suggested I could go to another Lowe’s... Ricky is a master at getting out work.
This is the best Lowes on the island. The people are friendly AND they usually know what they are talking about, and if they dont they will tell you so...and then find the person who knows. When they help they dont just point or grunt out aisle 5, they tell you and then walk you there, usually right to whatever youre looking for. I also like this store, because everyone speaks English. Now before you start screaming racist , I myself am a second generation American, but I dont expect everyone I meet to know a tongue that I spoke fluently before kindergarten, to be spoken by everyone else.I have an added reason to like this store. As a handicapped person it is sometimes difficult for me in an environment like this, but I have not been left high and dry by the employees. This is the only Lowes I will go to, there are others around me in Farmingdale and Massapequa, but I have yet to get this great service in those stores.
I wish I could give negative stars to this store & its customer service we ordered a stove & were promised parts that it comes with & then when we received the order it had a missing attachment I called the store & Samsung I was advised that they will order a replacement & which they did but a wrong part came I called them to tell and the manager DAN who took my order gave me attitude and said to call Samsung when I called them they stated clearly that the store lied and the WOK attachment doesnt come with the stove. I called him back & he said there is nothing he can do about it & said I can return the stove because that is the only choice I have . NEVER EVER GOING TO LOWES AGAIN & WILL COMPLAIN BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT THEIR LIES.
An absolute outrage that Lowes cant seem to incorporate a Veteran discount button at the registers like Home Depot. I live much closer to Lowes but will from now on travel to HD because of Lowes lack of patriotism and yet all their employees have some sort of American support apparel. After 2 tours in in Afghanistan, the last thing I want to do is wait on line...and then to hear we dont do that and to hear you need to go to customer service for that....Im lucky if I leave my house at all....
Never enough people working to get help. All the cashiers move at a snails pace. There is never a sense of urgency in anyone. You should have a Manager walk around and see what people say. My last rant is how is it possible in 2017 you can scan your phone to input your lowes number? Corporate needs to say spend the money and get this done. Thank you for hearing me.
Very poor customer service. Couldnt find a single person in the department I was at and asked for them to page them over the intercom. They did and after about 10 minutes with still no employee in sight. It took me walking up to the front of the store and having them do it a second time. Its like the employees there hide from customers.
Horrible service.. incredible a store like that has such a awful service, insane, in my case, they made spent 45 minutes waiting for picking up my order that i placed online. i called before to ordered to make sure that they had the item, the confirmed it, i ordered, i went and NOTHING they could not find the item...never again.... i hope someone from LOWES could read this and make some changes and the service, they are creating upset customers and loosing them. they should improve the service and update the system and do not make the customers like traveling over 45 minutes to the store after confirmed the order is ready for pick and find out that there is nothing at the store......very disappointed, bad service.
On line ordering seems to be a waste of time unless you have a very large order. You have to pick up your order at customer service so you have to line up with the return and complaint customers also. Once someone gets to you they need your drivers license and go to a computer terminal to ring out your sale, not on the register so that takes more time. They need to improve the customer pick up system.

2022-06-22This store is one of the better home improvement one-stop shopping stores youll find on Long Island.Relatively wide range of products and services & pretty decent employees to help you with any projects you may need to get done.

2022-06-24Ordered an expensive patio set from Lowe’s on June 8th- ordered this specific set because it would arrive in time (as per lowes website my patio set would arrive around June 13th) for a party. I called lowes useless customer service on June 13th at 4:45pm requesting a status on my delivery-the agent advised me that my order is on the way and would arrive by end of day -well of course it never arrived. I called back the next day and the lowes agent told me to deal directly with NSD- that’s when the real nightmare began. I have tried calling over a dozen times and no one picks up the phone. i tried their Chat feature and I was given a different story each time I called. It is now June 24th and still no tracking update available since June 16th- NSD is the absolute worst delivery service and Lowes is just as responsible for this ! Where is my order!!!! The freight arrived in Long Island on June 16th- I live on Long Island so why is it taking so long for them to schedule a delivery?

2022-04-16Today the service was great. Check out wait time was less than two minutes even though the store was busy. Leaving the store the wait at the traffic light was long. There needs to be some improvements.

2022-03-02Lowes is a good place to shop for home and industrial products. Its a bit more than Home Depot but its convenient for because of my location. One thing I like about Lowes is they give you a store credit if you lost your receipt and at times Im absent minded where I put it. Home Depot no longer has that last time I was there. So Ill continue going there to find what I can buy to upgrade my house. Wife always has a list. Stairs was this past weekend. Now shes talking about gutters. Spring is here almost.

2021-07-31In store experience is good. However, I hired Lowes for entry and storm door replacements on my house. The initial work was what is to be expected, fairly clean, doors balanced well. I was happier with the installation than the missing parts, which to this day a year later have never come. (Cosmetic caps, I have given up) Within a few weeks side door would not lock, I called 5 or 6 times to get someone to evaluate, and my side door now looks like new a door that was pulled apart and reinstalled... unclean work, scuffed and fingerprinted, marked up trim, messy caulk. Door does close well, however. I will not return for home services.
