This company provide outstanding customer service for roadside assistance. After calling the insurance company for roadside assistance and then being assisted by Carlos from Lows Roadside during an unfortunate need, it was quickly and efficiently rectified. In addition, he came to the home and replaced the battery, just at quickly as he provided the assistance in the field.
Provided high quality service to help me with my lockout. Servicer responded quicker than triple AAA or insurance-sent agent. I would highly recommend. Prices were very affordable, better than market rate.

2022-06-08We got two flat tires on the expressway while visiting New York from Canada and really appreciated Lows assistance. They stayed with us while waiting for the tow truck to arrive to make sure we were safe, and charged a very reasonable price. Thanks again for helping us out!

2020-11-01Carlos was amazing! I was stopped off the LIE service road in the pouring rain. He came within 1/2 hour, with the proper tools to rapidly replace my blow out Range Rover tire. Tire was totally jacked up from my driving on it till off the LI expressway in Medford. 60 miles away from my home in Queens. I goggled his positive reviews before calling him, as I did not have any other resource than goggle, to find help!Carlos was done in 20 minutes! He double-checked my Ranges suspension to ensure that I would be safe on the LIE to return back to Queens. I highly recommend this professional and polite mechanic. God bless you Carlos!!

2019-12-20Great guy! I called him up as I got a flat tire and he was at my location within 25 minutes! He got me up and running in no time and I was on my way home in less than 20 minutes. Pricing was fair, and I really liked that he has the Square feature to pay with credit card. I would recommend using Low’s Roadside Assistance Service to anyone!

2020-11-28Incredible service! Fast & affordable! Their team arrived within 15 minutes (on Thanksgiving) to tow our car. They even gave us a lift to the mechanic where it was dropped off. The first mechanic we went to was closed due to the holiday, but they went out of their way to bring us to another without an up-charge. Definitely recommend!

2021-01-19I couldn’t get my car to start no matter what I tried. I assumed I needed a new fuel pump since it would crank on but just wouldn’t fully start. I couldn’t waste anymore time trying to figure out what the problem was so I contacted my insurance (USAA) for tow assistance. They contacted Low’s Roadside Assistance and they were at my house in 90min as was estimated. My mechanic is only about a mile away so I wasn’t expecting anything other than a quick tow to the shop. Carlos showed up, was very polite and professional. We discussed having him push my car down my slopped driveway while I steered it onto the roadway for easier access for him to hook up the tow. Before we did anything Carlos ask me if he could check out the car first. Within 2 minutes he recognized that my engine was most likely flooded with fuel. He worked on the ignition for a bit and was able to get my car up and running and even diagnosed that I had a small hole in my exhaust. Carlos gave me some tips if I have issues in the future and left without charging me anything. He honestly could’ve just hooked my car up, took his fee, and went to the next job and I wouldn’t have been any wiser. USAA vets their partners very well and Low’s towing is proof of that. Very honest and hard working gentleman and didn’t get upset that he made the long trip to my home just to not tow my car. I would highly recommend Low’s Roadside Assistance if you find yourself in a bind like I did.

2021-02-02Called at noon after a major blizzard that resulted in flooding, my car was stranded in at least 18 inches of water. They were the only towing service in the area willing to come. Arrived within an hour and towed my car. Absolutely amazing service. Would definitely recommend, and will use again.

2020-10-17Carlos was a real life saver. Super courteous and professional, and he knew exactly how to get my dead car into neutral (not straightforward!) and towed away. He was honest and prompt, with very fair pricing. I would happily use Low’s again and will be recommending him to anyone who needs roadside assistance.
