Super cool guys that do top notch work! They treated my vintage clarinet with the nostalgia and care that I had hoped for. Couldnt have asked for a better or more professional job. They have a sharp attention to detail!
My Nephews and I get the best service and repairs done on our violin, trumpet, flute, clarinet & guitar at Lse Musical Instrument Repair. They have a quick turn around and always fix our instruments and their issues. Where other repair shops cannot or try to over charge us and try to make us buy a new instrument. Working with Jake was extravagant. He is a very compassionate kind and open man to helping with not only instruments but also composition. He has his own studio which he’s open to making sessions for and he’s very skilled in DAW interface. Prices are negotiable, which was exceedingly helpful for a college student with not as much funds as I have.
I just had my guitar repaired at LSE Repair. I had it for many years and it was out of tune. Jake and Rick did an excellent job they were very professional. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Rich has a special nack for making an instrument play extremely well. The guitar we had never played right and where ever we took it they were never able to get it to play the way I like it. Thank you Rich for understanding how an instrument should play and feel.

I brought a late 90s fender pro junior in there that had some problems And it came out playin clean as a whistle… Or dirty as a dog depending on where you pit the tone knob at!!!
In addition to a great finish touch up, Rich set up my guitar so well I’m honestly floored as I’m back home playing it. Highly recommended!
Needed an emergency repair to alto sax before all county band concert. Was able to have instrument seen right away and able to get repairs to restore instrument that another repair shop could not figure out.
Very professional in every detail. Extremely helpful with all my questions and inquires. I would highly recommend the many services they offer. Also very informative about lessons and instruments and where to go and what ages to start. Wonderful people. Thank you for all your help

2022-03-08Needed a last minute repair. Rich and Jake took great care of it and accommodated our needs. The repair was very quick and done with care and precision! I highly recommend for any instrument repairs!

2021-03-21We have an old guitar that needed restringing. Rich did a great job on the stringing and totally polished the entire guitar/neck. It looks brand new and sounds great. They offer good value and stand by their work. They are also very patient and offer educational advice for beginners. Highly recommend.

2021-11-28My alto sax neck cork had come loose over years of playing. Because of that. air had been leaking out and tape was my temporary fix. I didnt want to go somewhere just so someone could transfer me or my instrument to another repair expert (like some places Ive been to do, since their repair expert was only there on weekdays, when I have school and work, and I just used cork grease as a temporary glue and tape to keep it on). Instead I found this place seeing outstanding reviews, only to find theyre all truthful. Rich was able to fix it within the next day, sounding amazing again, just in time for my rehearsal tomorrow morning. Rich is s very great, professional, friendly, knowledgeable guy to have repairing your instrument. I highly recommend going to him if you want your instrument repaired well, by an expert.

2020-08-13I had to get cork replaced on tenor sax neck, did not want to go top NYC,I was not sure about going here not sure they had allot of experience,well they do have allot of experience and sure it was a simple repair(unless you try to do it yourself), it was done the next day, Rich is a great guy very friendly and informative and they backup their work!! when I am need of more extensive work ,I definitely will give them my business. Thanks for your professional and courteous service(Rich plays sax along with other family members ) give them a a try you wont regret it

2021-06-01Both Jake and Rich were amazing to work with. One of my four-year-olds ukuleles strings kept popping out and was beyond my ability to fix and tune. A couple of friends had tried with no success. Jake encouraged us to come today even though it was a holiday. I was expecting to leave it, but when my daughter gave it Rich, he was able to fix it right away. He was so pleased to see how happy she was, that he was not going to charge me! It took a lot to convince him to take some money for doing the work. Really wonderful men!

2020-07-05I brought my beloved 1962 jazz reissue to Jake and Rick at LSE. I explained what I was looking for in the instrument and my expectations as far as sound and playability. Fret dressing and set up as well as pickup upgrade and bridge replacement. They were fantastic, always giving me options and communicating every step of the repair. I was blown away with the results and I couldn’t be happier. These guys really care about their work and it shows. Thank you!

2020-09-25I found a guitar in the trash about 7 years ago. I was finally ready to repair it and bring it back to life. Looked up guitar repair and found LSE. I met with Rich who repaired my guitar. He did an amazing job, knew exactly what was needed to get back up and running. They have a really cool shop in LevittownWith all sorts of string instruments and the right tools to fix them.

2020-01-03Really great service and when it comes to pricing they’re unbeatable. My guitar needed a setup and those guys did that in no time. They even got me a bag for my instrument for merely nothing. I would definitely recommend them and use their service again.PS: they also have a studio for professional music recording and happen to produce as well. Hit them up, you won’t regret it.

2020-07-22I have an Ibanez guitar that was over 20 years old and needed some TLC. Jake was very kind and knowledgeable and its like I have a whole new instrument. Jake has a real love for what he is doing and now I am loving playing my guitar.

2020-05-22I was referred to LSE Musical by an experienced musician. Rich picked up my daughter’s school rental Bari Sax like a small injured child and was determined to bring it back to it’s old form. When I picked it up, I realized Rich had to fix more than he thought he had too but did not charge me. He fixed the Sax like it was his own. I strongly suggest you give LSE Musical a try.
