Never have so many cuts on the gum with teeth cleaning. He’s mainly clean the gum. Still bleeding half hour after leaving the place. Definitely not going back

Dr.Azbel is the most gentle dentist I have to experience, is very understanding about fears and concerns and does his best to ease the patients. I have always withheld a fear of needles and he has made all my extraction, and fillings a very easy process.
Dr. Azbel is a very knowledgeable and attentive dentist. Hes my go to dentist whenever Im in New York. I highly recommend him!
I’ve been a patient at Lucky Dental PC for 3 years now since I moved to the area & one thing’s for sure is how professional the staff is, and the cleaniness of the office. Dr. Alex makes sure his patients are never in pain in any procedure!

If i can give NO stars i would!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! I came here to get a dental implant. About two days later i was having severe pain, i called the dentist office and one of the young ladies i spoke with stated “pain is normal” give it about a week and call us back if it doesn’t get any better. A week later i called back and stated pain has gotten worse can i come in for an emergency look at the implant. “We don’t have any appointments available this week.” Ok fine. I try to wait it out a few days or so more to see if the pain will subside. The pain got worse and the implant fell out !! I called and explained to a girl on the phone that my implant fell out i need to see the dentist ASAP. Again she states we don’t have any available appointments this week, so i have to wait a week to get this checked out?! Clearly it’s an emergency. They said they’ll speak to the doctor to “squeeze” me in. I never got a call back. I began looking for another dentist, this is just ridiculous. You would think a dentist would want to treat the person he has worked on with the most care, but NO not what i got. Now that i have found another dentist, i call Lucky dental to get my records emailed or faxed.. the first story was that they needed approval from the doctor, and they will call me back, no call back.. a few days later i called again and they got approval from the doctor.. asked me for my email and everything. I called back because i never received the email. When i call back they said oh I’m sorry miss we can’t send them because our computer that has X-rays stored in it has crashed. I will call you back when the computer is back up and running. This was THREE weeks ago ! Fast forward to today, never got a call back regarding the computer.. i called and requested my records again and the computer is still crashed and there’s no way to get the records... ok so how is the dentist looking at patients teeth??? Or older X-rays that might be needed to continue a process of an implant or something more major? This is exactly why i left this office, they are not allowed to keep any health records from a patient by Law. Yet they refuse to give me mine! Hmmm no one on the other side of the phone seems to have answers. First of all they don’t even answer the phone professionally, they don’t have answers you need and they just say i don’t know to all your questions. I will NOT recommended this dentist office to ANYONE !!!
I went to Orthodontist office and got quoted $6000 for Invisalign. Then I found Lucky Dental on Google and they lowered the price to $3500. What a difference. Looking forward to straightening my teeth with Lucky Dental.
Dr. Azbel and his staff are absolutely amazing. I needed a procedure and decided to go with him. I couldnt be happier with my choice and would recommend him to anyone. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Azbels work.
Appoinment at 1:15pm. Is pasted one hour and I’m still waiting to be seen. I have a newborn to take care of I can’t wait that long . Dr and told me he will do the root canal now apparently I was referred to a specialist which I wasn’t even informed about. Also they don’t pick up the phone calls .
The Dr was direct and good, he took good care of me and is not done yet.The only thing I didnt like was being left in the room for a half an hour when I could have waited in the waiting room.
Ive been seeing Dr. Azbel for years and have nothing but praise for the practice. The office is modern and clean, doctor and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are always reasonable. Highly recommend!
I dont feel welcome at the Drs hand and he didnt finished his job fixing my teeth for one year and he told to come next week to finish it and they called yesterday the 7/1/15 saying they dont accept my insurance any more! I checked if they really dont accept my insurance, but I found they do accept the insurance..!!!
I liked the fact that they worked with my Insurance and got everything approved within a week. I got my tooth fixed and didnt have to pay anything out of pocket.

I wanted to change my old silver filling to white ones and Dr. Azbel did it so good that nobody could even tell. I am very satisfied with doctors work.

He didnt read the x rays correctly, every time I get x rays, the dentist mentions something about a molar teeth wich is in a wrong position, and asks me some questions about it... then I always have to say, yeah, its been like that for 5 years, it doesnt bothers me. He didnt mention anything.2. The cleaning was at a RUSH pace(not careful), he was standing and very very far from my mouth, not using any loop, so I dont understand how could he see what he was doing, in fact, I believe he couldnt see and he was just doing random moves, you cant clean when you cant see where is dirty. I am really unsatisfied and disappointed.3. Usually you want to hear or read a review of your teeth after your visit to the dentist, I received none of them , I had to ask him before leaving, how was my teeth? And he just said a plain well...Not comming back.

2020-02-02I went to a Lucky Dental offcie to have a crown procedure done. Dr. Azbel was very nice and explained throughout each step what he was going to do and any other information I needed to know. Very pleased on how this crown turned out.
