I just got my nails done and William made each nail completely different. My pointer finger is the longest while my middle finger is the shortest and they aren’t shaped well I’m so disappointed
Very new and clean, they use disposable tools. The manicurist is also very enthusiastic and provides drinks. I really like it!
Went here after I seen the new management sign. It is very nice and clean. Very friendly staff and owner was extremely nice. I will be going back. Would definitely recommend this place.

2021-12-05I have been going to Lulu Island Nails for well over 1 year and I am a very satisfied customer. I have gel nails and Stacy has been doing my nails since I started there. Stacy is amazing! She is like a nail artist. She can design and execute my nail designs perfectly. She is very polite and professional, and does an incredible job no matter what design I ask for. She has a great eye for details and design. She shapes my nails perfectly and they rarely ever break. They use great quality materials. I have also had pedicures and back massages, which have also been a great experience. I will definitely continue going to Lulu for a long time.

2022-01-19I made an appointment to get a UV gel fill which I was told it would be $47 on the phone, but on the price board it said $37 when I got there. I told the woman who was doing my nails (Judy) that I wanted to keep the same shape which was almond shape. Not sure why by every single one of my nails is a completely different shape and length. They are most definitely not almond, moreso in between square and almond. Ive had almond shaped nails for a while now so I definitely know how they are supposed to look. She did not take the time to individually look at each nail and see if each nail was the correct shape and length like most salons do. The metal tool used to push back cuticles was insanely dirty, like it literally looked like it was used under someones toenails prior to me coming in, despite her opening the pack in front of me!!! She did my nails in under and hour which Ive never seen done before for UV gel nails.... Well, haste is waste because my nails looked better when they were outgrown and in need of a mani! Ive gone to LuLu Island before in the past, because I live 5 minutes away, for dip powder but I definitely do not recommend coming here for UV gel. When I got to the register to pay, the man told me my total is $51... So already, 3 different prices have been given to me. Either way, I paid it without making a big deal of it because I just know this is the last time Im coming here.Im not sure if its just because I came later in the evening, or if it was the nail tech I got, but I definitely do not recommend coming here solely on the fact that the tools were unsanitary and disgusting. Expect to pay more than you anticipated on mediocre work. I will be going back to my usual salon, despite a 30 min commute from my house, Drizzle in Bethpage because there, you actually get quality work.My nails look like bubbles. BUBBLES!! When I asked for almond shape. Save your hard earned money + go somewhere else!!

2022-05-12I have had the pleasure of having Ollvia doing my French Powder Gel Manicures and I have never had a better experience with my nails. They never chip or break and Olivia is always very accommodating with any requests that I have for my nails. I highly recommend LuLu Island Nail Salon and Olivia is outstanding.

2022-04-09I find them rude. If you are 1 minute late for an appointment they call and ask are you coming. Tonight I was paying and trying to decide which bills I would give and one of the owners said very rudely the amount. I said Im just deciding on how to give it. I will never go there again

2019-07-25Love the place the staff was amazing and they had a wide variety of colors to pick from. Its my new fav spot my nails last for almost 3 weeks and they take good care of you. LOVE LULU NAILS.

2019-07-09Very kind and accommodating to individuals with large electric wheelchairs. I am extremely pleased and appreciative of how friendly and accommodating they are. We got a wonderful mani/pedi, as well as brow and lip wax.
