BUYER BEWARE! I have reported them to the Department of Consumer Affairs and The Better Business Bureau. They are a complete fraud & rip off!I wanted to support this local neighborhood business however after spending nearly $2000 (not a clearance deal at all by the way) they gave me the run around for almost a full month before finally delivering furniture I was supposed to receive in a week.They sent the wrong furniture and with missing parts. They knew this was wrong obviously but still sent it anyway. That’s the part that I found the most shady.Everyone is trying to blame COVID for delayed orders and that ok but you avoid taking my calls, continue lying to me about when I will get my order, then send the wrong items. This is shady beyond belief! Someone needs to shut them down because no customer deserves this much drama.

I purchased a wardrobe from A&S Clearance to be delivered assembled. I was told it was in stock, it would be put together that day and delivered in a few hours. When it arrived the delivery person needed help from my son to bring the piece inside, which isnt the major problem. Once inside I noticed that the door was crooked and small blemishes to the exterior. The wardrobe was also dusty. When I called the store the gentleman admitted to giving me the floor sample and asked me Whats the difference ? I explained that I didnt want a floor sample (which at any rate sould have been less,) He promised to switch it out with a new wardrobe properly assembled, in better condition fresh out the box. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.

This place is a joke. You would think a place with “clearance center” in the name would have reasonable prices, but when asked for a price range on an item, the woman quoted me more than double the price of any other furniture store - high end or low wend.

This place is the worst I paid them for a rug 3 weeks pass and I still didn’t receive it...I went back multiple times to the store the woman there kept on saying give her a few more days ...finally I got tired of waiting and ask for my money back they refuse to refund me instead telling me I should take something else value that amount ...I’m definitely filing a complaint with the bbb and I’m going to take them to court it’s not abt the money but it’s about the way you conduct business....word of advise to people don’t go to that place...
