Literally one of the best spots to go to in NYC if your looking for an amazing studio space for an event or video shoot. Dotan (owner of the space) is a creative genius and can help your ideas become a reality!

I held my wedding reception here back in August 2019 and while looking through my video footage, now 3 years later, I realized that I never left a review. I had to rush over and do so because the staff was absolutely incredible, and I still sing their praises to this day. We planned everything ourselves, so as you would expect, we were very stressed, but LUME (who at the time was 393, so Im not sure if the same employees are still there) made everything so easy for us. The most important part was how KIND everyone was. From management, the security they hired for us, to our own caterers we brought in — all were an absolute delight to work and interact with and they got along so well with one another. Our reception was truly the highlight of our whole wedding week. The doorman they hired was the cutest and sweetest guy ever. Im so thankful to you guys and will surely make up an excuse to throw a party so we can come back!

2021-12-13We are a Hollywood Smile Photo Booth rentals and we had a wedding party here last night. Service and location is very good here. Photo Booth was a great addition to the party as always.

2021-06-19I went here this past weekend for a modeling show. The space was really cool. The lights reflected really nicely off of the white walls and there was parking a block away which was convenient. It’s a small parking lot but we were able to find a spot and park for free because it was a Sunday. Any parking in NY is a plus. There was also street parking right across the street from this studio.

2022-01-19Threw an event here years back for my brand AKINGS. So cool to see what they have done with the space since then.. owner keeps investing into the studio and has really transformed it to a whole new level of event space with the projections and TV basement setup.

2019-06-15Went here for the Billie eilish pop up and the line was over 10 hours. The capacity inside was so little and the security guards took forever to get things done. I’m so disappointed as I drove 2 hours just to get here and it was a big let down

2019-12-02This is one of the most amazing spaces I have ever been in NYC and in one of the best locations. I booked the space for my company event and it was a breeze ! From the moment, I first walked in, I was blown away by how gorgeous it is. It definitely has that classic SoHo Lofty vibe with the new age modern touch. Everyone at the office kept complimenting the space. Highly recommended.
