The worst customer service I have ever experienced! My daughter and I came with money to spend but apparently the saleswoman did not care about promoting Lushs business.Instead she was looking to fight from the moment we walked in. She was glaring at us with a death stare almost willing us to take off our masks so she could assert her power. She accused us twice of taking off our masks when they were fully on our faces. Then when I told her she was rude and wrong and asked her name so I could report her to management she took my products out of my hands and told us she is refusing us service. Good luck to Lush .With sales help like that they will be closing their retail locations soon. And the fact that she refused to give her name should be a RED FLAG to Lush management .she should be FIRED YESTERDAY
I love Lush and I have been coming here for a few years now but I have to drop the rating down now because of their policies towards Covid. They do take proper precautions for Covid, however, you are shopping at a store where you need to smell the products and you cannot smell the products through a mask. If you attempt to smell the products by lowering your mask, you are immediately told to keep your mask on above your nose. I even had a time where I was waiting in line to enter the store and had my mask below my nose and I was told that it needed to be covered. I was not even in the store yet, you can tell me that when I am about to enter. I have also noticed that whenever you want to smell a product that they have in a bottle or pot, you arent allowed to open the bottle to smell the product. There are some items that do not have regular displays to match the bottle products like waste free soaps and bath bombs. I had to take home multiple samples because I just cannot smell the products through mask and I dont want to buy a product that will give me a headache. Lush should follow in the footsteps of bath and body, the body shop, VS and others, allow you to smell the correct way.If they are this worried about possible cross contamination then this store shouldnt have opened back up at all. They need to allow their customers to smell things or at least take their temperature at the door.
Tried to go to lush but there is strict distancing. I could see that there are items I would like but had to wait for customers to leave. Would have loved to be able to go in as as I loved the idea of handmade items and from I could see from the outside. This is worth checking out though.
They are not letting people in the store. You have to tell them what you want or order online. What if this is my first time and I want to smell and see the portions of the products. To make matters worst, they only have 2 people working. Turtles move faster then them.
I came in this morning as soon as Lush opened at 11am to buy bathbombs for my son. There were two young ladies working, they kindly asked me to wash my hands, and asked how they can assist me. One young lady stayed with me and showed me all the bath bombs and especially their new Halloween bombs. I purchased two Halloween themed bath bombs,and the associate was kind enough to ask if I’d like a sample of “Very Very Frightening” bodywash for my son to enjoy. I had a great experience today with my associate. She was extremely sweet, helpful, and patient. My son was also overjoyed with all his Lush goodies.
Nastiest salesperson I ever encountered.power hungry and miserable .she wouldnt answer our questions about a soap scent and repeatedly told us to keep our masks in when they were consistently on..when I asked her name to report her she refused to give to me and refused service to us. The other salesgirl with blonde curly wig was nice and confused at her behavior.management should certainly address this horrific salesgirl
I went here the day after Christmas and the customer service was phenomenal! Ali helped me and she was so knowledgeable and really listened to my needs! She didn’t push anything and she can gave me a sample so if I could try out something I was interested in! She knew exactly what each ingredient did in the product and how it would affect different things! Seriously find her and utilize her knowledge!
All the soap looks delicious and I want to eat it. My girlfriend loves this place, and the products did not dissappoint. Pleasant staff as well.
This place is great. Theres a large selection of various bath products; facial scrubs, soaps, things for your feet, bath bombs! The service is really good too. Maria is very knowledgeable and offered samples for some of the face masks, which I thought was really nice of her considering how expensive everything is.
Horrible customer service. Their website says they open at 11am and Google says 12pm. The woman before me was waiting for 30 minutes for them and we were about to leave when they finally turned the lights on. When the woman asked what took so long to open the worker was automatically rude and told her they dont open until 12pm. Then, when I asked when they open she changed her mind and told me 12:30 pm. It was already 12:15 when we got there. The two workers were beyond rude and should not be in customer service.
Everyone is always very helpful with what Im looking for and I definitely feel more than attended to and given a lot of really good advice on product
Love that they make ppl sanitize before entering... hate that keeping a face covering on while shopping means that I cant smell their non- returnable product! No sale for me!
The staff here is super friendly and helpful! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. Upon check our they took my items to the register to wait for me so I did not have to struggle with carrying it all.They had an adorable selection of pre-wrapped gifts perfect for quick on-the-go holiday shopping. Would gift shop here again!
Great group of people working here. They are very kind and explain their covid guidelines very well and clearly. I am always happy to shop here with and for my wife
All the employees and management staff are soo friendly and helpful, it is always nice walking into an establishment and being treated wish a smile from beginning to end. My 4yr old loves their bath soaps the colors and scent. I look forward to attending the event on Saturday.
The girls in this store are amazing and kind! They showed me and my friend how to use the products properly and provided us with all the samples we could use. The store smells so nice and you can smell it from far away. It is so worth the trip to go see and try out the products.
Always learn something new about their wonderful products. I highly recommend this store and they are not pushy at all. They also provide free samples so that you can go home and test the product to make sure its the right one for you.
I LOVE these products,just wish they were a little less pricey.. I would also love if they put some containers of coffee beans around to clear the scent palate so I could more accurately smell the samples
I love lush every time I go its like a second home to me. I love how all of there products use all natural and fresh ingredients. I also love how all of the employees are so nice,kind, and funny at the same time. If u never been there before u are crazy u really should go there I promise you wont regret it.
I love coming here every time I visit the Roosevelt Field mall. They have a large number of handmade soaps, shampoos, bath bombs, and more (though Im a particular fan of the bath bombs). Their products are definitely a bit pricey, but theyre high-quality, organized well, and worth it.
Love this place! As someone with toxin sensitivity, finding indulgent bath products I can trust to be good for me and safe for the environment is a wonderful find! The avo bath bomb is my favorite!
Coming to lush for the first time was an enjoyable experience with a staff that was ready to answer any and all questions. They found the right product I asked for and they also gave me samples of items I was looking and and interested in . Overall a great experience and I will be coming again .

I love the sea salt face and body scrub. The hair products arent for African American hair types being that they have sulfate it can be a little drying . The staff that helped me went above and beyond

Boutique soaps that dont strike my fancy at ridiculously high prices. Generally overpowering odor which was strong on the chemical tinge.Admittedly, I am not the target market.

It was my first time trying Lush products, and Melinda went out of her way to explain the benefits of different items (while also ensuring I left with samples for the products I was most interested in). 2021-12-28Went into the Lush at Roosevelt Field mall and the one of your representatives was very sarcastic and rude.I can’t smell the products behind the mask so I pulled it down to smell a facial log of some kind and I was informed by this particular rep that I had to wear the mask in the store and smell the products through the mask. When I informed her that I can’t smell it that’s why I pulled my mask down, her response was “just take a deep inhale and you’ll be fine. I’m here all day and can smell the products” to which I stated “well, maybe because you’re used to it.”Then she sings “well I don’t make the policy and Covid is still here”…we are all aware and there was no need for the snarky response.I would’ve purchased more things but if I can’t smell them then I won’t purchase it. I will definitely not be going back to this location. Everyone else was friendly and helpful except for this particular individual who should probably look for another job away from customer service because she lacks it and I believe she was the manager, which is unfortunate.

2021-11-26Sooo this was my favorite lush store before today. I went into the Roosevelt field location on black Friday to get get my son who is 4 years old a bubble bar.(he loves them) And because we were in the store for awhile, one of the sales associates let him make soap suds and in the sink with a new soap they had out my son put the bubble bar in his pocket. Well while we were in line to check out another sales associate ( I wish I had gotten her name ) told the cashier that we were trying to steal the bubble bar..... This will be my last time shopping at lush. My son was so sad, but I refuse to shop at places that make me feel this way. I work to hard for my money.

2021-03-21Great atmosphere and love that theyre taking extra precaution for COVID. Employees are helpful and products are of high quality, smell great, and look amazing. I do wish the prices were a bit more friendly though. A bit on the expensive side in my opinion, however, you get what you pay for.

2021-08-11Normally I love this Lush. The one worker is amazing and I hope to see her every time I go in. I go in today for the first time in the loosening of their COVID restrictions. The sign says sanitize OR wash your hands. I go to wash my hands. The worker points at me and requests I sanitize, I try to say that I’m going to wash them. I’m told sanitize or I can’t enter. So I do that and promptly wash it off and leave. I do not use mall hand sanitizers due to sensory issues. This will now effect a good part of my day until I can get the feeling off of my hands. Do not present two options when you enforce one. Listen to your customers when they’re trying to speak to you before pointing at them and requesting something. I loved coming into this location but I will now opt to online services only.

2021-03-24I went in for a few bubble bars, they are doing store front sales only right now. Denice helped me out tonight and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She gave me a sample for a product line I was purchasing. Her service was amazing! I’ve always had a great experience at this location!

2021-07-25Love this LUSH location. Went to the store and stocked up on some products I was running low on. The staff are very knowledgeable and nice. The location is large and has a good selection. COVID protocols are in place, which is also nice to see.
