I just left this establishment and I think I’ll be coming here for all future vision exams and needs. The receptionists are very nice and professional. He even measured my PD for me. The doctor is friendly as well and took the time to explain to me why she wouldn’t recommend increasing my right eye prescription to the stronger prescription but still left the decision up to me. The entire experience was quick, easy, and simple. They do appointments and walk-ins, thankfully they are not super busy so walk-ins are very possible here. Unlike my closest optical store, it doesn’t take a month to get an appointment. The doctor currently is only in on Sundays and Thursdays so it is always a good idea to call and confirm availability. It was just $75 for me to have a proper eye exam (no eye dilation though) and have them send my results to the DMV, which I think is a very reasonable and standard price. Plus, their new patient registration form was even considerate and asked for my preferred pronouns, which I appreciated. They emailed me a copy of my receipt and prescription immediately. What more can I say? Just a very nice, efficient, quick place

Pleasant experience! They are a provider with my vision insurance and we’re transparent about what was covered. The store is clean and Sunday appointments are available, which I found helpful. Vision test by Wendy was quick and she was incredibly patient and engaging during exam. I recommend this location!

The worst experience ever from an optics store. I have been consumer of cohen optics for more than 10 years, but this time wanted to try something new, specially to support new businesses in our neighbourhood in pandemic time. Here where things started to become awkward: 1) very pushy just at the beginning, and offering very limited choices even though everything was covered by our insurance in terms of lenses 2) charging a small amount of copay upfront which was pretty unusual based on our experience from other stores, i.e. never ever had upfront payment for copays. It was kind of incompetency signal which we ignored. 3) Delivering lenses took 4 weeks at first, but it turned out that their store doctor had a wrong prescription, so it took another 8 weeks to have correct lenses. So, I picked up my glasses today and will see if they put correct lenses. I have visited this store at least 10 times in the last 3 months, such a waste of time. Above ALL: The store kept saying that the insurance has delay in delivering lenses! I needed to confirm this with my insurance company if they deliver lenses too. It turned out to be a blunt lie! since insurance company confirmed that it is in the discretion of the stores to order the lenses from few labs and the insurance is responsible for billing only. The store even denied to provide us a tracking number and lab information that we can follow-up directly.Usually prescribed eye glasses will come with pass lenses, a card which contains all information about the lenses, however that wasnt the cases in this store! Overall, wish never had seen this store in our neighbourhood! Just do a favore for yourself and save your valuable time and money and do businesses with others. This is an honest review to serve my community since they deserve better.

I needed a last min DMV eye exam and they were able to see me in and out in about 20 mins tops! The service was friendly and efficient; just what I was looking for. I was also pleased with their price point for the exam.

First review!!!This business is new in our neighborhood, it looks good from the inside and outside and also it’s pretty clean, the merchandise it’s also good looking, can’t give my opinion about the quality, my husband walked in last week to get general information and he said the guy working into the store was very rude to him. We are always looking to support local businesses so we hope you can always give the best customer service and improve every day, good luck I hope you can make it :)

Im from upstate and had forgotten my extra pair of contacts and glasses when I came to visit. Out of many places this was the only place open on a Sunday and conveniently near my uncles house. I had called in to explain my situation and the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I had my prescription with me and they were able to assist in making a pair of glass for me in a short period of time. I appreciate the effort and accomodations provided by the staff. I will definitely come back again for my eyecare needs when I am in town.

I Got my new progressive glasses from Luxeye. I used my Medicare Insurance for a discount. The service is wonderful! The are meticulous , caring and knowledgable of their craft. They even fixed my old glasses to make them like new. I highly recommend them. They get an A+ from me!!

Very friendly staffs, good selection of inexpensive and high end frames, professional advises on styles. Eye doctor onsite is very professional and she detail explain everything, specially for kids.
