I called concerning a last-minute reservation, and I was happy to get Brian on the phone immediately. He assessed our situation quickly and said he would look into possible options for us. He sent an email with one option for us within 5 minutes and followed up with a call with several more. He is definitely plugged into the community and knows his stuff. I really appreciated his willingness to try and help out with an unconventional, last-minute request. I will definitely call on him in the future, and hopefully our plans will be more worked out then.

I have rented houses on FI from several different places over the years. Brian and Fire Island Homes, LLC is by far the best! I have been working with him for 3 years now. He has taken his time to show us the different properties (in the middle of winter no less) making sure we get the perfect house. He is pro active on what I need to look out for and pay. He is quick to reply and send over all paper work. Someone from his office is always in the area if we have any questions or need assistance. I have recommend him to several of my friends. 2022-05-21I am not a person who generally leaves testimonials, but when I have an experience that demonstrates such excellence and care, I am compelled to share it with the community I believe would benefit and have an interest.I live in St Louis, MO, but I have owned a home in Ocean Beach for 34 blissful years. Each year has been unique; sometimes our family using the house for the season, other years having seasonal, monthly, weekly renters.In the last 3-4 years the home was rented for the entire season by the same family. But this year that family decided to travel abroad instead of coming to Fire Island. That brought our house back on the market as a monthly rental property. I touched base with a few rental agents, all very nice and well intentioned, but it wasn’t until I received a call from Tara with Luxury Fire Island Homes that I experienced the highest level of professionalism, accountability and care.She was familiar with my home, (although I was never a client of hers) and she had a client that expressed a keen interest in renting my home for a month. In the course of our initial conversation I was so impressed with her kindness, and her thoughtful, thorough, methodical questions and practice of obtaining the essential information that would determine whether renting our home to her client would be equally beneficial for both parties which bodes well for a greater probability of a win/win situation for all parties.The other impressive piece is how her agency uses technology to provide a fast, efficient, seamless process of getting leases to the pertinent parties, ease in signing and returning the documents, and completing the financial transactions.I am so glad that I answered Tara’s call that day, and I look forward to a continued business relationship with her through the years.Thank you Tara!!

2017-10-25I have been working with Fire island Homes for more than 10 years. I have always found them to be knowledgeable about the real estate offerings on Fire Island and have always been able to answer the questions I have about the real estate market. I find their web site to be easy to use and packed with useful information about what is going on in the communities. Their Facebook and Instagram pages also have timely pictures from the island just when I am starting to miss being there. You can’t go wrong with these guys, they do Fire Island real estate right.

2020-09-21I have been coming out to Fire Island for about 5 years and with each year stepping up my rental. First few years was share houses and this past summer was 6 weeks at a house. Brian has been extremely responsive and helpful during our search this past summer. Hes extremely professional as well; alas we found the house directly via the owner so didnt end up going with one of the houses that Brian had, but he still was willing to give us his time and perspective. I am looking to rent again for the summer of 21 and Brian has already been early and thorough with our search. I am confident that we will find a home to rent next year and that Brian will be the one who helps to get us there!
